The formation and stability constants of the [99mTC]PM tetracycline have been investigated by the potentiometric method. The pK value of the complex formed was measured as pK = 5.49 ± 0.19. The spectrophotometric study has been performed on the formation of a complex of Sn(II) and TcO4− in the presence of PM Tetracycline. This study shows that Sn(II) forms with PMT a complex at a mole ratio of 1:1. The molar extinction coefficients of the Sn-PMT and [99Tc]PMT complexes have been measured.
