Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine - Abstract
Global climate change and its impact on the environment is one of the main problems of the 21st century. In the Arctic zone, where considerable oil and gas reserves are located, warming is 2-3 times faster than the world average. Against the backdrop of increased Arctic warming, thermal pollution has created permanent urban heat islands, where urban temperatures are 1-2 degrees Celsius higher than in surrounding areas. The aim of the article was a geoinformation assessment of climatic and anthropogenic characteristics in various zones of Tyumen (recreational zones (parks and reservoirs) and the zone of urban highways) in the summer of 2021. The Earth program was used in the studies, statistical processing of the results was carried out using the IBM SPSS Statistics 21 software. It has been found that a circadian diurnal rhythm is observed both in recreational areas (parks and reservoirs) and in the area of urban highways (wind speed, temperature and relative humidity, concentration of CO, CO2, SO2, NO2) in the summer of 2021. The revealed correlation relationships between climatic characteristics and anthropogenic pollutants and aerosols indicate that global climate change is associated with the deterioration of the ecological situation in the urban environment and doesn't depend on the landscape features of the city.

Currently, cervical cancer (CC) is one of the most common oncological diseases. In this regard, it is necessary to develop new research methods for a more detailed study of the occurrence and development of the disease at the molecular and cellular levels, as well as to improve the effectiveness of treatment and form a deeper understanding of the causes of relapses. The aim of this work was to study nanoparticles localized on the erythrocyte membrane—presumably HPV 16, 18, before and after radiation therapy, in patients with cervical cancer (CC). To study the surface of red blood cells by the SEM method, venous blood samples from 17 patients with a confirmed diagnosis of CC were prepared in thin layers evenly applied to a dry, fat-free glass slide, which was dried at room temperature. To detect nanoparticles on the surface of erythrocytes by the immunofluorescence analysis, we developed a special protocol for preparing erythrocyte masses from patients diagnosed with CC. As a result of using a new method of sample preparation for immunofluorescence assay and using SEM, the hypothesis of the viral nature of nanoparticles localized on the surface of the blood erythrocytes of patients with CC was confirmed: Particles of HPV 16 and 18 are located on the cytoplasmic membrane of erythrocytes. Studies suggest that viruses attach to the erythrocyte membrane, which seems to influence the development of CC, its recurrence, and metastasis.

The purpose of this study is a scientifically based selection of representatives of the genera Paeonia L., Hosta L. and Iris L., promising for use in urban landscaping. The choice of research objects is determined by three criteria. These are: 1) representatives of the genera Paeonia, Hosta and Iris - large generic complexes with a large number of cultivars; 2) their cultivars are characterized by a wide morphological diversity; 3) in Russia, these cultures have long been actively used in landscape design. Their own set of characteristics has been studied for them. These signs are important for the selection of plants used in the greened objects of the city. The genus Paeonia is represented by a sample of 19 cultivars of P. lactiflora Pall. with a Japanese flower shape. The variability of three quantitative characteristics was studied - the length of the stem, its thickness at the base and the diameter of the flower. The genus Hosta is represented by a sample of 23 names. The variability was studied according to four characteristics - the length and width of the leaf blade, the leaf area, and the length of the petiole. The genus Iris is represented by a selection of 10 names. The variability of six characteristics was studied - the height of the plant, the number of flowers on the peduncle, the length of the flower and the width of the flower, the length and width of the leaf blade. Statistical processing of the obtained data was carried out using the program “Statistica Base”. Classical methods of data processing are used. The development of models of flower beds is carried out using the AutoCAD program. From the total composition of the sample, promising varieties and forms were selected for each culture under study. In representatives of the genus Paeonia - this is the cultivar ‘Bu-Te’. For the genus Hosta, these are the cultivars ‘Frances Williams’ and ‘Liberty’. In the genus Iris, it is a form of natural origin I. sibirica f. albiflora. Based on the data obtained, 3 mixborders were designed with the participation of these cultivars and one form of natural origin. Titanium carbonitride coatings are widely used to improve the wear resistance of surfaces. The results of tribological investigations of TiC, TiN, and TiCN coatings deposited on an AISI 304 steel substrate by the magnetron sputtering method were presented. The research aimed to describe the wear processes of the coatings during friction in an emergency situation, i.e. with a lack of lubrication and concentration of pressure in a small contact area. Tribological tests were performed on a ball-on-disk tribotester in reciprocating motion under technically dry friction conditions. The Hertz pressure in the contact area was ph = 2500-2700 MPa. Additionally, scratch tests and microscopic observations of the surfaces of the samples were performed after tribological tests to describe the wear process of the coatings. The results showed cracking, and coatings detachment from the substrate occur during friction. Deformation wear was observed as bulges in the material at the edge of the friction path. The deformation occurred primarily in the substrate material despite friction occurring on the surface of the coating. The best coating in terms of tribological properties was the TiN coating, which showed the highest resistance to wear in an emergency situation and the friction coefficient in the final stage of the test (above 90 cycles of movement) was only slightly higher than the values recorded for the other coatings. The TiN coating had high hardness, showed good adhesion to the substrate, and was not cracked, protecting it from damage.

- Abstract
The influence of magnetic field on human health is still not fully understood. The effects of short-term and long-term effects of both, strong and weak electric and magnetic fields are being actively studied. One of the main areas of research is the study of the effect of magnetic fields on the blood and on individual blood components, in particular the hemoglobin molecule. The purpose of this research work is to study of short term (1, 15 and 30 minutes) influence of 300 mT alternating magnetic field (AMF), which is equivalent to that observed from conventional sources of statistical magnetic field, on isolated hemoglobin, as well as on hemoglobin in erythrocytes of blood samples of donors with pulmonary hypertension before and after treatment with Raman spectroscopy. The effect of AMF on both the conformation of heme (iron-containing site) and its protein part (globin) has been established, hence the effect on the ability of hemoglobin to bind ligands, in particular oxygen. Change in the level of oxygenated and deoxygenated hemoglobin and an increase in the probability of finding hemoglobin in T-form were revealed. A change in the polarity of the environment of amino acid residues was also revealed. There was a decrease in the polarity of the environment of amino acid residues, as well as the ordering and density of amino acids. In experiments with erythrocytes, a significant increase in cell membrane fluidity was observed.

- Abstract
The number of patients diagnosed with cervical cancer continues to increase all over the world. Despite the intensive development of diagnostic and therapy methods, the phenomenon of relapses in the absence of a clear explanation for their occurrence, and of metastasis are observed, which complicates treatment and affects the survival of patients. In this regard, there is a need to develop new research methods for a more detailed study of the occurrence and development of the disease at the molecular and cellular levels, as well as the effectiveness of treatment and the causes of relapses. In this paper, nanoparticles are studied on the surface of red blood cells, which were revealed by the authors using scanning electron microscopy previously, and results of the study of blood samples of patients with cervical cancer using a new sample preparation method and immunofluorescence analysis for their identification are presented on the basis of the assumption that these nanoparticles are viral particles. With the combination of immunofluorescence and electron microscopy methods, we were able to confirm our hypothesis of the viral nature of nanoparticles attached to the surface of red blood cells of patients diagnosed with cervical cancer. With this approach, it was found that the particles of human papillomavirus 16 and 18 are located on the cytoplasmic membrane of red blood cells. The results of this study indicate that viruses circulate in the patient's blood, and are attached to the surface of red blood cells. This apparently affects the development of cervical cancer, its relapse, and metastasis.

- Abstract
Little-known scientific facts related to the circumstances of writing and defending the dissertation for the Medico-Surgical Academy Eduard Blaschke entitled "Medical topography of the Novo-Arkhangelsk port, the main Russian settlement in North America were considered. Medical topographic descriptions of various territories and settlements of the Russian Empire were numerous in the 18th19th centuries, but dissertation studies of this kind are rare. The authors of the article carried out a bibliographic work covering a wide range of reliable sources in order to identify the earliest dissertation research in the field of medical geography. According to updated information, E. Blaschkes work stored in the library of the Kirov Military Medical Academy was the first scientific work in the history of the Medical and Surgical Academy in the field of medical geography, presented as a dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Medicine. The dissertation was written based on E. Blaschkes materials and stay in the Russian colonial possessions in North America as the head doctor of the Novo-Arkhangelsk Hospital. Local living conditions, lifestyle, occupation, and nature of work and leisure of the population were systematically described, and as a result, due to all these reasons, since endemic diseases can be associated not only with climatic causes the endemic specificity of the incidence of the inhabitants of this region, and with a wider range of local territorial factors. E. Blaschkes medical-geographical research was of great scientific and practical importance for its time. It was timely and relevant, but today this work is not known to a wide range of specialists, which, of course, has a significant gap in the knowledge of the history of the formation and development of medical geography, which needs to be replenished. The historical research conducted by the authors of the article allows us to highly appreciate the role of graduates of the Medical and Surgical Academy in healthcare systems organization in the Russian colonial possessions in America: all the chief doctors of the central hospital of the settlements were its graduates. Of particular interest is the experience of E. Blaschke in combating the smallpox epidemic in the Aleutian Islands and the local populations mass vaccination.

Background. In order to fully reveal the advantages of a cultivar and use it effectively in production, it is necessary to ensure high sowing and varietal qualities of seeds, which requires improvement in breeding and seed production. Biotechnological methods are increasingly used in initial seed production. High efficiency was shown by the method of electrophoresis of seed storage proteins – prolamins. The aim of this study was to assess the biotype composition and allelic state of the prolamin-coding loci in the new spring oat cultivar ‘Tobolyak’ for its further use in initial seed production.Materials and methods. In 2021, 1519 families of cv. ‘Tobolyak’ were studied using the method of native electrophoresis. Three grains from each family were selected for analyses by random sampling. Electrophoresis was carried out in vertical plates of 13.2% polyacrylamide gel at a constant voltage of 500 V for 4.5–5.0 hours. Results and conclusion. The study of cv. ‘Tobolyak’ families resulted in identifying 13 types of avenin patterns with a frequency of occurrence from 96.36 to 0.07%. A new block of avenin components controlled by the allele of the Avn B locus was described. Number 8 was assigned to this block. It was established that cv. ‘Tobolyak’ had been developed by crossing a minor biotype of cv. ‘Taezhnik’ (Avn 4.4.2) with the first biotype of cv. ‘Orion’ (Avn 2.8.2). The basis of cv. ‘Tobolyak’ was one genotype with the Avn 4.8.2 avenin formula. The remaining biotypes arose as a result of crossing the biotypes of cvs. ‘Taezhnik’ and ‘Orion’ as well as through mechanical contamination. To maintain the genetic stability of cv. ‘Tobolyak’, it is recommended to use only families of the first biotype in the process of original seed production.

The effect of ionizing radiation on the blood parameters of monkeys (rhesus monkeys, male species) was studied. Animals were exposed to irradiation with 1/10 of the total dose (50 cSv) for 10 days with an interval of 2 days (Group-1) or 1/2 of the total dose (50 cSv) for 2 days (Group-2). It was found that decrease in the hematocrit was more pronounced on the 36th day during the first irradiation, and on the 64th day after the second one. As a rule, a decrease in hemoglobin content was observed after the first and second irradiations, which could indicate an alteration in the hematopoietic system function. Molecular alterations in blood plasma carotenoids and erythrocyte hemoglobin heme were studied using the Raman spectroscopy. It was proven that after irradiation the microenvironment of carotenoids in plasma lipoprotein complexes in Group-2 became less viscous, than in Group-1. This indicated that on the 36th day processes were triggered in blood plasma of the Group-2 animals that changed the nature of protein-lipid interactions in plasma lipoprotein complexes, where carotenoids were localized. On certain days after irradiation, reliable alterations were registered in the erythrocytes hemoglobin properties in Group-1 and Group-2 compared to each other. It is likely that the second irradiation had a different effect on the erythrocyte hemoglobin: Group-1 irradiation had a more pronounced effect on the erythrocyte hemoglobin than in Group-2. Difference in the erythrocyte hemoglobin affinity to oxygen observed in Group-1 and Group-2 after the first irradiation was not correlating with alterations in the hematocrit or erythrocyte hemoglobin content in blood, but was associated with other processes that affected the erythrocyte hemoglobin conformation. According to the authors of the work, results of studying the carotenoid molecules content or conformation in the blood plasma lipoprotein complexes would allow developing and introducing not only a methodology for diagnosing the state of an organism as a whole, but also the therapy using the natural antioxidants

Background. Cancer-testicular (CT) genes express in tumor cells in many cancers, including endometrial cancer (ER). CT genes mRNA was detected in the blood of patients with neoplasms, which determines the prospects of using CT gene mRNA as tumor-associated biomarkers. In the peripheral blood of patients with ER, the expression of CT genes has not been studied before.Objective. Аssessment of occurrence of mRNA of the CT genesMAGEA1–MAGEA6 (MAGEA(1–6)), SSX1, 2, 4, XAGE1, MAGEC1, NY-ESO1in the tumors and peripheral blood of patients with ER.Materials and methods. The work used 52 samples of tumor and 54 samples of whole peripheral blood of patients 39–79 years old diagnosed with RE who were treated in clinics in Nizhny Novgorod, as well as the blood of 30 healthy volunteers. In blood and tumors, the frequency of occurrence of mRNA of 12 CT genes was determined using multiplex reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.Results. It has been shown that the mRNA of the tested CT genes is detected in ER not only in tumors, but also in the peripheral blood of patients. The most common mRNA isMAGEA(1–6). At the same time, both in tumors and in the peripheral blood of patients, high heterogeneity in the expression of CT genes detected. Moreover, cases ofMAGEA(1–6), SSX1, 2, 4, XAGE1, NY-ESO1, MAGEC1mRNA detection in tumors were revealed in the absence of their detection in the peripheral blood and conversely. The total frequency ofMAGEA(1–6), SSX1, 2, 4, XAGE1, NY-ESO1, MAGEC1mRNA occurrence in tumors was 75.0 %, and in peripheral blood – 44.6 %. As in tumors, most blood samples showed expression of only one CT gene. Only in some cases the expression of two or three genes was recorded. Note that in all blood samples of healthy volunteers mRNA CT genes was not detected. Additionally, mixed form of macroscopic growth (both exophytic and endophytic), growth along the uterine fundus and walls, as well as low degree of differentiation were followed by a higher mRNA CT genes occurrence in the blood and tumors.Conclusion. In ER mRNA CT genes occur in the blood and tumors of patients. A more severe course of ER is associated with an increase in the incidence of mRNA CT genes.

Problem and goal. Development of linguistic diversity, creative ideas in foreign language communication are key areas of international activity supported at the level of the United Nations. An important condition for effectiveness of any dialogue is verbal creativity. Preparation of the individual for professional creative thinking, for overcoming verbal stereotypes takes place in professionally-oriented communication. The authors suggest using interactive resources of flash cards in teaching to develop students’ verbal creativity. Metodology. Teaching a foreign language using flash cards is based on the Leitner method. Flash cards as thematic cards depicting objects (concepts) are also used for development of speech (vocabulary, morphology, word formation, syntax, pronunciation), and psychological processes leading to new results (fluency, originality, flexibility). General Medicine - Abstract
Purpose. To assess the drought resistance of modern varieties of oats at the initial stage of ontogenesis by laboratory method. Methods. The following varieties of oats have been studied: Foma, Otrada, Talisman, Marshal, Ekspress, Assol’, Tigrovy and Petrovich. Relative drought resistance was determined by simulating drought by increasing the osmotic pressure with different concentrations of sucrose: 1.4; 4.4; 7.4; 10.5 and 16.6 %. This corresponded to osmotic pressures of 3, 6, 9, 12, and 18 atm. Distilled water was used as a control. The response of varieties to drought was determined by seed germination and depression of growth processes. Results. It was found that the varieties Talisman and Petrovich are characterized by very low resistance to drought – at an osmotic pressure of 3 atm, their germination was 29 and 52%, respectively. With a further increase in pressure, only single germinations with a very high degree of depression (more than 80%) were noted. Oat variety Ekspress was characterized by maximum resistance to drought. Its seeds germinated when the osmotic pressure increased to 12 atm (sucrose concentration reached 10.5 %). To a small extent, the Foma variety was inferior to it, which germinated worse than Ekspress, but had an average degree of depression of growth processes at an osmotic pressure of 3 to 12 atm. The rest of the studied oat varieties were moderately drought-resistant both in terms of germination and depression. Scientific novelty. The conducted analysis of variance showed that the relative drought resistance by 72 % depends on the concentration of sucrose, which indicates the inefficiency of the assessment by one concentration. The share of influence of a variety on genetically determined drought resistance is 10.3 %. This confirms the hypothesis that drought resistance is determined not only by genetic inheritance. It is recommended to use varieties Foma and Ekspress as parental forms in breeding for drought resistance.

Biomaterials ,Organic Chemistry ,Plant Science - Abstract
This article deals with the problem of utilization of the solid residue of fir tree greens formed during the industrial production of essential oils. The objective of this study was to study the chemical composition of bioconversion products of substrates based on fir tree greens. The strain PP-3.2. Pleurotus pulmonarius (Fr.) Quél acted as a biodestructor. In the process of bioconversion, the content of polysaccharides and lignin substances decreases to 38 and 28%, respectively. Up to 20% of protein accumulates in the bioconversion products of fir tree greens. The amount of nucleic acids is no more than 1.5 g per 1 kg, the content of heavy metals does not exceed the maximum permissible concentration. The decrease in the mass of the substrate reaches 15%. When the fallen leaves and the post-extraction residue of poplar buds are added to the substrate, the protein content increases by 3%, and the substrate-destroying activity of fungi also increases. The digestibility of products as a result of bioconversion increases by 1.6-2.8 times, depending on the composition of the substrate. The obtained data allow us to recommend post-fermented substrates based on fir tree greens and balsamic poplar biomass for use as a protein feed additive.

The physical and chemical processes occurring in non-metallic inorganic porous coatings during the passage of a high-voltage alternating sinusoidal current through the coated metal conductors are investigated by the method of mathematical modeling. The compositions of electrolytes and the modes of coating formation are developed, and their characteristics are determined. A wet coating case is considered. It is found out that at a high voltage in liquid-filled pores there are fast electrode reactions, reducing the number of charge carriers in the liquid and increasing the voltage drop in the oxide layer. The simulation results show a theoretical possibility of an 80% suppression of the corona discharge. In practice, when an electric current with a voltage of up to 75 kV passes through the 5.5 mm-diameter wires, the proposed coatings reduce the power losses on the corona discharge by 20% and increase the corona discharge voltage on the wires by 3 kV.

- Abstract
The problem of natural oscillations of a liquid column in a tubing string, arising after a sudden opening or closing of a vertical well (water hammer), is considered. For this, a mathematical model has been built that describes the dynamics of the fluid column in the well and the filtration flow in the bottomhole zone, analytical solutions of the system of equations have been obtained. To determine the frequency, period, coefficient and decrement of damping of oscillations, a characteristic equation is found. The impact of such parameters as the length of the open section, the perforation zones of the well, the length of the tubing string, the permeability coefficient on the dynamic nature of natural pressure fluctuations has been analyzed.

Introduction: Popliteal artery aneurysm is a pathology that appears regularly in daily practice of a vascular surgeon since the popliteal artery is the most common location of aneurysms (about 70%). A rare form of aneurysm of the popliteal artery is a giant aneurysm, the diameter of which is more than 7–8 cm. Giant aneurysms are of a great clinical importance due to the high risk of rupture and complications, and the fact that this pathology has its own peculiarities of surgical treatment.Material and methods: We conducted an electronic bibliographic search Pubmed, Cochrane Library, Wiley to find reports about treatment of giant popliteal aneurysms. According to its results the main features of the clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment of giant popliteal aneurysms have been identified. Results and discussion: Surgical treatment of giant popliteal artery aneurysms differs from the treatment of regular popliteal artery aneurysms and is associated with the choice of adequate access and the need for partial or full resection of the aneurysm. Endovascular treatment methods are used much less frequently, however, with the improvement of techniques and the emergence of new technologies, an increase in number of giant aneurysms successful treatment cases is expected.

Background: To create a test for the early detection of cervical cancer (CC), we conducted exploratory studies on detecting HPV genes and genes of the human β-globin locus in plasma (Pl) and RBC suspension (RBCsus) samples from patients with newly detected CC (NDCC). Methods and Results: Smears of venous blood containing K3-EDTA from five anonymous patients aged from 45 to 55 years (residents of Yakutia), with NDCC were obtained. Three types of blood component samples were prepared – plasma (Pl), red blood cell (RBC) suspension (RBCsus), and the erythrocyte fraction treated with trypsin (RBCsus-Try). To detect circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) in NDCC patients, we studied the presence of genes corresponding to the HPV L1 protein region and genes of the human β-globin locus by real-time PCR (qPCR) using appropriate primers. The genes of β-globin locus and HPV L1 were detected in Pl of NDCC patients in 20% of cases, and in RBCsus in 60% of cases. The amplified gene products using primers were present in RBCsus-Try in only one patient (20% of cases). In patients with uncertain amplification, electrophoresis showed the absence of amplified products in Pl and their presence in RBCsus. Conclusion: In NDCC patients, HPV L1 and β-globin genes can be detected in both Pl and RBCsus. In addition, in RBC samples, these genes were detected more often than in plasma samples, and no absolute absence of amplification products was observed in RBC samples. The research needs to be continued.

- Abstract
Relevance. Patients with hereditary ordental pathology of hereditary origin (genomic, chromosomal, gene mutations), as well as with multifactorial symptoms, constitute, albeit not a large, but stable group in the composition of human populations. Today, the issues of the diversity of the symptom complex of hereditary pathology are being actively discussed, while clinical observations of such patients expand the theoretical and practical knowledge of doctors of various specialties. Cruson's syndrome is classified as a hereditary monogenic disease (the carriage of a gene occurs without a change in the trait in all subsequent generations), it is distinguished by very bright orodental symptoms and requires an integrated approach to treatment, with the participation of both general practitioners and dentists. The aim of the study was to determine the main ordental symptoms of Cruson's syndrome in children and the peculiarities of supervision at the stages of dental care. Materials and methods: a comprehensive examination and treatment of a patient with a diagnosis of Cruson's syndrome was carried out; all clinical events were carried out on the basis of GAUZ DSP No. 5; GAUZ DRKB MH RT (Kazan). Results: a clinical case of a patient with Cruson's syndrome is presented, demonstrating the results of supervision at the stages of dental care. Taking into account the identified characteristics of the patient, it is important to correctly formulate medical-genetic and dental diagnoses, from which the duration and effectiveness of the chosen treatment tactics follow. A specific feature of the patient that affects the success of treatment is the presence of a psychologically motivated readiness for a large volume of dental reconstructive work, as well as the absence of phobias in front of the actions of a dentist. Conclusions: the treatment of patients with Cruson syndrome requires an integrated approach, depends on the correct diagnosis, the planning of complex treatment, its implementation and the motivation of the patient and his parents.

- Abstract
The emergence and formation of the historical and cultural pharmaceutical heritage is due to the processes that took place in the field of museum development and in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as the evolution of the pharmacist profession itself. The genesis of the historical and cultural pharmaceutical heritage began in the Renaissance and lasted until the second half of the 19th century when formation of the first pharmaceutical collections began. Pharmacists were active collectors of medicinal products of plant, animal and mineral origin. The second stage in the evolution of the historical and cultural pharmaceutical heritage covers the period from the second half of the 19th century to the 1940s and is marked by the emergence of the first pharmaceutical museums. The third stage began in the 1950s and continues to this day. It is characterized as the "boom" of the emergence of pharmaceutical museums around the world.
