Microarray dataset GSE23959 was screened out for the differentially expressed genes (DEGs), after which the Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) functional enrichment analyses were carried out using the Metascape. The protein–protein interaction (PPI) network was generated, and the modules and hub genes were identified with the Cytoscape-plugin. And the integrated network of transcription factor (TF)-DEGs and miRNA-DEGs was constructed, respectively.Results: A total of 210 DEGs were identified, including 135 up-regulated and 75 down-regulated genes. The functional enrichment analysis of DEGs pointed towards the mitochondrial-related biological processes, cellular components, molecular functions and signaling pathways. A PPI network was constructed including 155 nodes as well as 363 edges. And 15 hub genes, such as NDUFB6, UQCRQ, SDHD, ATP5H, were identified based on three topological analysis methods and mitochondrial components and functions were the most relevant. Furthermore, by integrating network interaction construction, 23 TFs (NFKB1, RELA, HIF1A, VHL, GATA1, PPAR-γ, etc.) as well as several miRNAs (hsa-miR-155-5p, hsa-miR-191-5p, hsa-mir-124-3p, hsa-miR-1-3p, etc.) were detected and indicated the possible involvement of NF-κB signaling pathways in mitochondrial dysfunction in HLHS.Conclusion: The present study applied the integrative bioinformatics analysis and revealed the mitochondrial-related key genes, regulatory pathways, TFs and miRNAs underlying the HF in HLHS, which improved the understanding of disease mechanisms and the development of novel therapeutic targets.Keywords: hypoplastic left heart syndrome, differential expression genes, transcription factors, microRNAs, regulatory networks, integrative bioinformatics analysis

Based on the machine learning algorithm, the fault diagnosis and early warning research of the temperature deviation of the power plant boiler reheater is studied. Real-time and offline data of the power plant boiler is collected. The data is processed through expert experience and mathematical algorithms. Using PCA fault diagnosis technology, the influencing factors of the temperature deviation of the left and right sides of the reheater are found and the weight is given. Based on the machine learning regression algorithm, the temperature deviation of the left and right sides of the power plant boiler reheater is predicted. When the deviation exceeds the threshold, the system alarms. The results show that the model can find the influencing factors of the temperature deviation of the left and right sides of the reheater, and can predict the deviation value and give early warning, so as to provide reference guidance for the operation of power plant boilers.

In this study, a new microencapsulated phase change material, paraffin@titania (TiO2)/graphene oxide (GO), was prepared by in-situ hydrolysis and polycondensation of tetrabutyl titanate and the modification of GO on the TiO2 shell. The paraffin@TiO2/GO composite consisted of spherical particles with the diameters of 2–5 µm. Raman spectra analysis confirmed the compound of GO with the TiO2 shell. The melting temperature and latent heat of the paraffin@TiO2/GO composite were 60.04 °C and 74.99 J g−1, respectively, in which the encapsulation efficiency of paraffin was calculated to be 37.93%. It was noteworthy that the paraffin@TiO2/GO composite displayed better thermal stability than paraffin due to the shell material. Most of all, the novel heat transfer slurry prepared by dispersing the paraffin@TiO2/GO composite into water exhibited higher thermal conductivity, specific heat and light absorption properties along with outstanding photo-thermal conversion performance. The prepared paraffin@TiO2/GO composite with high heat storage capability and excellent photo-thermal conversion performance enable it to be a promising candidate in direct absorption solar collector for solar energy storage.

In this study, the microencapsulated phase change material with paraffin as core and inorganic TiO2 shell was successfully synthesized by in situ hydrolysis and polycondensation of tetrabutyl titanate in a nonaqueous oil-in-water emulsion using formamide as aqueous phase. The chemical compositions, crystalline structure, morphology and microstructure of paraffin@TiO2 microcapsules were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The thermal properties and thermal stability of the microcapsules were measured by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and thermo-gravimetric analyzer (TGA). FT-IR and XRD results proved that there was no chemical reaction between paraffin core and TiO2 shell material. SEM images indicated that the paraffin@TiO2 microcapsules showed a regular spherical shape with the average diameters of 2–5 µm with a smooth shell. SEM and TEM studies also confirmed the paraffin was fully encapsulated with TiO2. DSC analysis indicated that the microcapsules had similar phase change behaviors as those of pure paraffin. Typical sample froze at 52.24 °C with a latent heat of 110.42 J g−1 and melt at 60.41 °C with a latent heat of 107.54 J g−1, of which the encapsulation ratio achieved to 54.58%. TGA results indicated the thermal stability of paraffin was improved by the protection of TiO2 shell through the encapsulation.

Based on regression algorithm learning machine and expert experience, the temperature deviation prediction of the left and right sides of the power plant boiler reheater is based on real-time or off-line data collected by the power plant boiler. The data is divided by expert experience and algorithm processing data. Based on the machine learning regression algorithm, a regression algorithm learning machine is established. Through this learning machine and expert experience, the temperature deviation of the left and right sides of the power plant boiler reheater is predicted. The results show that the model can accurately predict the temperature deviation of, the left and right sides of the power plant boiler reheater, thus providing reference guidance for the operation of the power plant boiler.

In this study, In-situ precipitation reaction was used to prepare paraffin@SnO2/CNTs composite phase change materials. The paraffin@SnO2/CNTs composites material were prepared by using paraffin as a phase change core material, and tin dioxide and carbon nanotubes as composite shell materials. The microstructure, chemical composition and crystal phase structure of the composites were analyzed by Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier infrared spectrum (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The thermal performance and thermal stability of phase change materials were determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The microcapsule has a core–shell structure with a diameter of 2–5 μm. The encapsulation efficiency of the paraffin@SnO2/CNTs composite was calculated to be 42.94%. The slurry is formed by dispersing microcapsules in water, which not only greatly improves the specific heat capacity, thermal conductivity, visible light absorption, but also makes the effective receiving efficiency reach 91.79% at 40 °C, indicating that it is a promising heat transfer working slurry in the field of Direct Absorption Solar Collectors (DASC) system.

In this study, a novel microencapsulated phase change material paraffin@Cu-Cu2O/CNTs was successfully prepared by hydrothermal reduction and in situ deposition method, in which paraffin as the core, Cu, Cu2O and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) as the shell. SEM and TEM results proved that the microcapsules have a core-shell structure, the CNTs were irregularly wrapped on the shell, and the diameter of the microcapsules was about 600-800 nm. The melting temperature and latent heat of the paraffin@Cu-Cu2O/CNTs microcapsules were 61.17 °C and 81.31Jg-1, respectively, and the encapsulation rate of the microcapsules was calculated to be 41.53% from the results of the DSC measurement. Due to the shell material, the paraffin@Cu-Cu2O/CNTs microcapsules displayed excellent thermal stability, its thermal decomposition temperature is increased by 97 °C compared to paraffin. Moreover, the paraffin@Cu-Cu2O/CNTs microcapsules were dispersed in water to form a new kind of slurry, such fluid exhibited great improvement in terms of thermal conductivity, specific heat capacity, light absorption performance and photo-thermal conversion efficiency than that of paraffin@Cu-Cu2O microcapsules slurry. Therefore, the high heat storage capability and excellent photo-thermal conversion performance of the paraffin@Cu-Cu2O/CNTs microcapsule slurry make it to be the most potential heat transfer fluid for direct absorption solar collector.
