In the context of the national policy to promote the reform of agricultural industrial structure, to improve the technology conversion rate of China's agricultural Hi-Tech, and make technology really create value is the important link that promotes agricultural transition upgrade. In this paper, we define the agricultural Hi-Tech and point out the scope based on the literature research and the actual development. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a set of evaluation index system is established, the index weight is set, and the level of evaluation results is determined. In the evaluation process, the factor of expert weights is added to enhance the power of discourse of authoritative experts. The establishment of the evaluation index system is helpful for enterprises to make a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of technology, and to make investment decisions and control risks before investment. At the same time, it is of certain reference value for researchers and technical evaluators to carry out agricultural high-tech evaluation activities.

Remarkable research efforts have been devoted to replicate the tactile sensitivity of human skin. Unfortunately, so far flexible pressure sensors reported barely fit the tactile requirements for fingertips, which could endure a pressure over 100 kPa and also can sense a gentle touch. It is vital to develop flexible pressure sensors which can ensure high sensitivity and wide operation range simultaneously, to satisfy the demands of mimicking the pressure sensing function of fingertips. In this work, a mini-size, light-weight but high-performance graphene film based pressure sensor is presented. Owing to the advanced structure with fluctuations on surface and fluffy-layered structure in cross-section of the graphene film, this pressure sensor shows an extraordinary performance of high sensitivity of 10.39 kPa-1 (0–2 kPa), ultra-wide operation range up to 200 kPa, impressively stable repeatability, high working frequency, rapid response and recovery time. Moreover, the demonstrated results of the detection of traditional Chinese medicine wrist-pulse waveform and the bionic fingertip tactile sensors, suggest the great application potential of the obtain device in biomedical field and bionic skins field.

The paper introduced a metadata based Agricultural scientific and technical Information fusion and Services framework. Through Agricultural scientific and technical Information dataset core metadata and Services core metadata, the distributed and platform-independent Information fusion can be implemented, based on the information fused resources in base layer of the framework, many applications can be developed, such as mobile communication based mobile Information service, voice text converter based voice information service, smart Q & A application etc., and the solution is an available and effective solution for the fusion and services of agricultural scientific and technical information resources, because the solution can integrate the data with different format from different data sources, so the solution can be used to construct the data layer of agricultural scientific and technical universal information services.

The mechanism of hologram formation in dichromated gelatin is studied from all aspects with x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It is indicated that the Cr 2p(3/2) XPS spectrum of chromium used for hologram formation shows the property of exhibiting a continuous spectrum during the process of dichromated-gelatin hologram formation. By means of curve fitting and drawing a comparison between the obtained spectra and those of some standard substances, it is found that during the process of hologram formation the valence of chromium used for hologram formation changes from Cr6+ to a quasi-trivalent state to Cr4+, and finally to Cr3+. Accordingly, the corresponding compound experiences a change from (NH4)2Cr2O7 to the transient state close to the feature of Cr(OH)3 to CrO2, and finally to Cr3+, cross linking with the gelatin. The essence of the chemical change at different stages of the process of hologram formation was found, and so the present mechanism, which is determined with comparatively abundant proof, should replace previously reported mechanisms, which were too simple, varied, and sometimes even mutually contradictory. According to the experimental results and the fact that a solid-film reaction, which differs from that of the liquid-phase reaction, was studied, possible chemical-reaction equations of the process of hologram formation are established. This becomes the basis for explaining previous findings and expanding further research.
