Sugarcane is a cash crop that plays an integral part in the sugar industry. The Sustainable Sugarcane Initiative (SSI) has been adopted globally, ensuring enough and aiming for more yield, helping increase disease-free sugarcane cultivation. Single-bud seeds could be the best approach for sugarcane cultivation. Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) is a rooting agent utilized significantly in seedling propagation. Greenhouse experiment results discovered the significant growth promotion in sugarcane seedlings and accumulation of plant hormones at 100 ppm IBA. Next, we performed transcriptomic analysis of sugarcane buds using RNA sequencing and compared their gene expression during root development due to affect of IBA (100 ppm). A total of 113,475 unigenes were annotated with an average length of 836 bp (N50 = 1,536). The comparative RNA-seq study between the control (CK) and IBA-treated (T) buds showed significant differentially expressed unigenes (494 upregulated and 2086 downregulated). The IBA influenced major biological processes including metabolic process, the cellular process, and single-organism process. For cellular component category, cell, cell part, organelle, membrane, and organelle part were mainly affected. In addition, catalytic activity and binding were primarily affected in the molecular function categories. Furthermore, the expression of genes related to plant hormones and signaling pathways was analyzed by qRT-PCR, which was consistent with the RNA-seq expression profile. This study provides new insights into the IBA response to the bud sprouting in sugarcane based on RNA sequencing, and generated information could help further research on breeding improvement of sugarcane.

A high luminosity Circular Electron Positron Collider (CEPC) as a Higgs Factory will be helpful to the precision measurement of the Higgs mass. The signal-background interference effect is carefully studied for the Higgs diphoton decay mode in the associated Z boson production at the future $e^+e^-$ colliders at energy $246 {\rm GeV}$. The mass shifts go up from about $20 {\rm MeV}$ to $50 {\rm MeV}$ for the experimental mass resolution ranging from $0.8 {\rm GeV}$ to $2 {\rm GeV}$., Comments and suggestions are welcome

In this paper, the color-octet long distance matrix elements are studied though the inclusive $J/��$ production in $e^{+}e^{-}$ annihilation within the non-relativistic QCD frame. The calculations are up-to next-to-leading order with the radiative corrections and relativistic corrections at the B-factory energy region and the near-threshold region of $4.6\sim5.6~{\rm GeV}$. A constraint of the long distance matrix elements ($\langle^1S_0^{8}\rangle$, $\langle^3P_0^{8}\rangle$) is obtained. Through our estimation, the P-wave color-octet matrix element ( $\langle0|^3P^8_0|0\rangle$ ) should be the order of $0.005m_c^2~{\rm GeV}^3$ or less. The constraint region is not compatible with the values of the long distance matrix elements fitted at hadron colliders.

We consider the production of the $��_c$ and $��_{cJ}$ states recoiled with a photon up to $\mathcal{O}(��_s v^2)$ at BESIII and B-factories within the frame of NRQCD factorization. With the corrections, we revisit the numerical calculations to the cross sections for the $��_c(nS)$ and the $��_{cJ}(mP)$ states. We argue that the search for $XYZ$ states with even charge conjugation such as $X(3872)$, $X(3940)$, $X(4160)$, and $X(4350)$ recoiled with a photon at BESIII may help clarify the nature of these states. For completeness, the production of charmonium with even charge conjugation recoiled with a photon at B factories is also discussed., Comments and suggestions are welcome

Within the framework of nonrelativistic quantum chromodynamics, we study the production of $C=+$ charmonium states $H$ in $e^+e^-\to ��~+~H$ at BESIII with $H=��_c(nS)$ (n=1, 2, 3, and 4), $��_{cJ}(nP)$ (n=1, 2, and 3), and $^1D_2(nD)$ (n=1 and 2). The radiative and relativistic corrections are calculated to next-to-leading order for $S$ and $P$ wave states. We then argue that the search for $C=+$ $XYZ$ states such as $X(3872)$, $X(3940)$, $X(4160)$, and $X(4350)$ in $e^+e^-\to ��~+~H$ at BESIII may help clarify the nature of these states. BESIII can search $XYZ$ states through two body process $e^+e^-\to ��H$, where $H$ decay to $J/����^+��^-$, $J/����$, or $D \bar D$. This result may be useful in identifying the nature of $C=+$ $XYZ$ states. For completeness, the production of $C=+$ charmonium in $e^+e^-\to ��+~H$ at B factories is also discussed., Comments and suggestions are welcome. References are updated

A peak and valley time period's partition method in this paper based on annual continuous load curve is proposed, simultaneously combined with statistical probability distribution. Example shows the objectivity and scientificity of this partition method as well as the operability.

High quality epitaxial YBa2Cu3O7-x thin films have been successfully prepared by dc magnetron sputtering deposition, on (100) and (110) aligned SrTiO3, LaAlO3 and yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) substrates. The films showed zero resistance around 90 K and had a Jc (at 77 K, H = 0) over 106 A/cm2. It was found that superconducting properties and structures of the films were strongly dependent on oxygen pressure and substrate temperature. The epitaxial structure of the films have been studied by x-ray diffraction, Rutherford backscattering and channeling spectroscopy, x-ray double-crystal diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The experimental results demonstrated that the epitaxial YBa2Cu3O7-x films had excellent superconducting properties and quite perfect structure.

The Ar ion implantation induced changes of structure and transport properties of YBa2Cu3O7-x thin films were studied as a function of fluence. Both the zero resistance temperature Tc and the critical current density Jc decrease rapidly with fluence, however, the transition temperature onset almost remains constant at low fluences. At dose of 1.2 × 1013 Ar/cm2, the sample has a metal to semiconductor phase transition. When the fluence further increases, a crystalline to amorphous phase transition occurs, and the sample becomes insulator.

Ar ion implantation induced superconductivity change and structural change in YBa2Cu3O7-x epitaxial films have been studied. After implantation, not only Jc and Tc of the sa-mples decreased with the increasing of Ar ion fluence, but also a metal-to-semiconducfor transition occurred. The TEM photographs showed that the lattice frame of the implanted sa-mples was nearly unchanged under low fluence. Only at high fluence, the structure was comple-tely destroyed. According to the experimental results, we suggest that the degradation of Jc and Tc may mainly result from the disordering of oxygen sublattice.
