Liver cancer is one of the malignant cancers globally and seriously endangers human health because of its high morbidity and mortality. Plant-derived natural products have been evaluated as potential anticancer drugs due to low side effects and high anti-tumor efficacy. However, plant-derived natural products also have defects of poor solubility and cumbersome extraction process. In recent years, a growing numbers of plant derived natural products have been used in combination therapy of liver cancer with conventional chemotherapeutic agents, which has improved clinical efficacy through multiple mechanisms, including inhibition of tumor growth, induction of apoptosis, suppression of angiogenesis, enhancement of immunity, reversal of multiple drug resistance and reduction of side effects. The therapeutic effects and mechanisms of plant-derived natural products and combination therapy on liver cancer are reviewed to provide references for developing anti-liver-cancer strategies with high efficacy and low side effects.

Ideomotor theory holds that people's actions are represented, planned, and initiated in terms of their consistently produced effects in previous experiences. The mechanism is mainly empirically tested by the two-phase paradigm (Elsner & Hommel, 2001). For the first phase of this paradigm, participants are exposed to the outcomes of two button presses over hundreds of trials; In the second phase, the outcomes of participants’ responses in the learning phase are used as primes to test ideomotor effects. However, although people are more prone to perform responses related to the outcome primes, participants are also found to explicitly report the learned relations easily (Sun et al., in press). Although behavioral results are consistent with the mechanistic explanation, it can also be the case that participants simply make causal inferences and use causal knowledge to guide their behavior, especially since the test phase tasks often allow for strategic responding. The current research project investigates whether instructions about causal rules can result in ideomotor learning based on Sun and colleagues' (in press) paradigm. In the current study, we change the colors of lights forming the stimulus and outcomes back to the same as Sun did in her experiment (in press), red and green. In addition, we add a curtain with all lights. In some blocks, the curtain is raised so that participants can see the outcome lights clearly, while in other blocks, the curtain is down to cover the outcome lights, and participants cannot see the outcome lights. Participants have to respond with left or right keypresses depending on the location of a light flicking on (left or right). If a compatibility effect is found based on instructions, without clear visual evidence, it will suggest the involvement of propositional, rule-based learning (Mitchell et al., 2009) rather than mechanistic processes. Thrombosis has threatened human health in past decades. Bacillus nattokinase is a potential thrombolytic drug without side-effect and low cost and has been introduced into the consumer market as a functional food or dietary supplement. This review firstly summarizes the biodiversity sources and fermentation process of nattokinase, and systematically expounds the structure, cata-lytic mechanism and enzymatic properties of nattokinase; In view of the problems of low fermen-tation yield, insufficient activity and stability of nattokinase, this review discusses the heterologous expression of nattokinase in different microbial hosts, and summarizes the protein and genetic en-gineering progress of nattokinase-producing strains; Finally, this review summarizes the clinical application of nattokinase.

Background: At present, chemotherapy is still the main treatment for cancer, but its side effects and multidrug resistance limit the therapeutic efficacy. Natural products are the important sources for the development of antitumor drugs with higher efficiency and lower toxicity. Artemisia contains a variety of antitumor constituents, which can induce tumor cell apoptosis and cell cycle arrest, inhibit tumor angiogenesis, and accelerate iron ion-mediated oxidative damage. Objective: This paper provides a focused, up-to-date, and comprehensive overview of the antitumor active constituents and mechanisms of Artemisia. Method: The relevant references on Artemisia and its bioactive components were obtained from scientific databases, including PubMed, Web of Science, and Science Direct. Results: We have summarized the current progress about on the bioactive components and mechanisms of Artemisia. The application prospect of active components of Artemisia in cancer prevention and treatment has also been discussed. Conclusion: This review may provide new ideas for the follow-up treatment of cancer and contribute to the development of safe and effective antitumor drugs.

Ultraviolet light emitting diode (UVLED) is a new curing method that can be applied to the printing industry. It can save more than 80% energy compared with the traditional curing method. The traditional Proportion Integration Differentiation. (PID) control method is generally adopted for the control method of UVLED. However, compared with the actual production demand, the intelligent control method is becoming more and more popular. This paper designs the UVLED control system, which is mixed in series and parallel, and uses the single-pole active power factor correction (APFC) converter to design the online adjustment in the discontinuous mode. Flyback constant current drive power supply. Through comparison and analysis of different heat dissipation methods, the Light Emitting Diode (LED) chip adopts a flip-chip structure, and the outer surface is encapsulated by a hemispherical epoxy resin, and the maximum exiting light angle is 45 degrees, and a baffled parallel flow path is adopted. Finally, the control method is upgraded by particle swarm optimization (PSO), and the simulation results can reach the ideal control condition.

The digital pen is the main tool for obtaining online signature writing information. Since the measuring coordinate system of the digital pen is established at the pen body, it must be held at the same position each time to ensure the consistency of the data. In this paper, by combining the tilt sensor with the force, a pen-based solution using high-quality sensor is designed, and the accuracy of the data is verified. Finally, the limitation of the digital pen during writing is eliminated.

LED-UV printing curing system is a new green printing curing technology for curing UV ink. Compared with the traditional UV curing device UV-LED curing device, the light source can be stabilized and ready to use without preheating, and the energy consumption is lower. It does not produce ozone and voc, and it is a green curing method. However, since a part of the energy of the LED chip is lost in the form of heat, the temperature of the PN junction is increased to lower the service life and light decay. The heat sink model was established by Solid Works and simulated analysis was performed using Fluent. A heat dissipation system for high-power LED-UV curing device was designed based on the simulation results.

Water-based ink is an environmentally friendly ink that does not contain volatile organic compounds. It conforms to the development tenet of modern society and it doesn’t produce solvent volatilization and solvent residue. Therefore, it has great application prospects in the field of packaging printing where relatively strict sanitary conditions are required, however, due to slow drying speed, high energy consumption, low adhesion, etc., there are still insufficient development and application in the market. There are still some shortcomings in development and application. By searching domestic and foreign materials and literature, this paper studied various drying methods of water-based inks, and analyzed the drying efficiency of water-based inks under various drying technologies. The drying efficiency of the aqueous ink is compared under different drying techniques, and the drying methods include hot air drying, infrared drying, microwave drying, and auxiliary drying, By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different drying methods, it provides a new idea for the efficient and energy-saving of dry water-based inks.
