Purpose Thus far there has been no study on the breast cancer screening program in China, especially one exploring differences between poor and non-poor areas. Therefore, we aimed to assessment the effectiveness of the population-based breast cancer screening programs, and clinical epidemiological characteristics of breast cancers in poor and non-poor counties in rural areas of Hunan province from 2016–2018.Methods 3,151,679 rural women took part in the screening program and 1,169 breast cancer cases was identified. Chi-square and Fisher’s exact tests, and binary logistic regression analysis were used for analyzing the difference in risk factors, clinical examination results, and clinicopathological features of breast cancer patients in poor counties compared with those in non-poor counties in rural areas of Hunan province. Results The breast cancer incidence was 37.09/105. Breast cancer incidence was lower in poor counties (29.68/105) than in non-poor counties (43.13/105). There were differences between breast cancers in poor counties and non-poor counties in cyst, margin, internal echo, and blood flow in solid masses in the right breast in ultrasonic examination, lump structure in mammography examination, and clinicopathological staging and grading in pathological examination. Breast cancer in poor counties was more likely to be diagnosed at later stages as determined from the classification in ultrasonic, mammography and pathological examination. Furthermore, indexes of the breast screening program including early detection, incidence, pathological examination, and mammography examination were reduced in poor compared with non-poor counties. Binary logistic regression analysis showed that education, ethnicity, reproductive history and the year 2017 were associated with an increased risk of breast cancer in poor counties (OR >1, P < 0.05). Conclusions Women in poor areas were more likely to be diagnosed at a later breast cancer stage than those in non-poor areas, and therefore, women should have better access to diagnostic and clinical services in poor areas in Hunan province to help rectify this situation.

The integration of active safety and passive safety has become a critical technical problem. A full frontal simulation model with human model was built up to analyse occupant kinematics and injuries. Human model moved forward and neck & thorax injuries were increased duo to pre-impact braking. Seat belt pretensioner TTF, DAB holes size and tethers length were chosen as optimal parameters of occupant restraint system (ORS) to improve human model injuries by the method of Multiple Factor Variance Analysis (MFVA). Seat belt pretensioner TTF was the most significant factor (P > 0.8) on human model injuries while DAB tethers length has little influence (P < 0.25).

This paper studies the failure behaviour of ARALL (Aramid Aluminum Laminate) under tensile loading by means of acoustic emission (AE), optical metallography (OM) and scanning electronic microscope (SEM), and analyzes the fracture appearance of ARALL and its fracture characteristics. The damage models of ARALL are concluded in this paper. The results show that ARALL will yield under tensile loading, and its strength will decrease as the content of resin increases. During fracture process, AE amplitude distribution curves show that there are three obvious peaks, which respectively correspond to separation of the interface between fibers and resin, local delamination damage and fracture of a small quantity of fibers, and delamination damage of large area and final fracture of a large numbers of fibers. Dynamic damage and fracture process of ARALL can be detected by AE.

According to the principle that the fibre-like arrangement of reinforcing SnO 2 particles paralleling to the direction of current is propitious to the electrical and mechanical performance of the electrical contact materials (ECM), we proposed and reported the novel precursor route used to prepare Ag/(SnO 2 ) 12 ECM with fibre-like arrangement of reinforcing nanoparticles. The as-prepared samples were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), optical metallurgical (OM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), MHV2000 microhardness test, and double bridge tester. The mechanism for the formation of fibre-like arrangement of reinforcing nanoparticles in Ag/(SnO 2 ) 12 ECM was also discussed. The analysis results show that Ag/(SnO 2 ) 60 sphere with mosaic structure of SnO 2 nanoparticles embedded in Ag matrix is believed to play a pivotal role in formation of fibre-like structure. The fibre-like structured Ag/(SnO 2 ) 12 ECM exhibits a high elongation of 24%, a particularly low electrical resistivity of 2.08 μΩ·cm, low arcing energy and low contact resistivity, and thus has considerable technical, economical and environmental benefits.

At present, Chinese Chain-management, which is still at the initial stage of development, is in obvious disadvantage in the competition with foreign large-scale chain enterprises. Merger, franchise and some other approaches should be adopted by Chinese chain enterprises in order to broad in scale. Furthermore, more attention should be paid to informatization system, constant optimization and upgrade information system. By choosing good promotion and advertising modes to increase customer’s awareness to chain enterprises brand, we could smoothly implement the chain enterprise brand strategy. Finally, chain enterprise management in China will expand under the context of new market.

Urban informatization e-commerce is a business model of the combination of e-commerce operators and organizational forms of community property management, and the import of people management and property management into e-commerce. This paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese urban community e-commerce and informatization community building. It puts forward the model of community e-commerce based on informatization, and its feasibility was verified by PIECE method. Finally, focusing on the application, the model of community e-commerce based on informatization community is analyzed in detail from the perspective of the role and value, supply chain and collaborative management works. Information services are most likely to succeed in the entry point of e-commerce. The study has shown that the establishment of community e-commerce on the basis of urban informatization community can be regarded as a solution of e-commerce development.

At present, the development of China’s cultural industry in minority regions has the following characteristics: firstly, the gap between interregional zones and internal zones is larger, but the speed of overall development is faster; secondly, effectively promote the regional employment and economic development, but the industrial structure is unreasonable; thirdly, the cultural resources with characteristics is abundant, but the cultural infrastructure is backward. This paper aims at putting forward some salutary strategies to promote cultural industry’s market competitiveness in minority regions.

The enterprise nature has a close connection with its financing mode. An entrepreneur must distinguish between products and mainstream markets in order to make a positive profit in the competitive market, and he shall be in adequate control of the enterprise assets to execute this differentiation strategy. However, the start-up enterprise usually shall be invested with high capital, which makes the entrepreneur perform the secondary transformation to realize the standardization. Meanwhile the standardization may make the entrepreneur himself replaced by either external managers or internal staff. The paper shows that it generally makes equity financing more profitable than bond financing, and that the financing mode of an enterprise shall finally have an influence on its innovation ability.

Neurogenesis in the adult brain is well recognized and plays a critical role in the maintenance of brain function and homeostasis. However, whether neurogenesis also occurs in the adult peripheral nervous system remains unknown. Here, using sensory ganglia (dorsal root ganglia, DRGs) as a model, we show that neurogenesis also occurs in the peripheral nervous system, but in a manner different from that in the central nervous system. Satellite glial cells (SGCs) express the neuronal precursor markers Nestin, POU domain, class 4, transcription factor 1, and p75 pan-neurotrophin receptor. Following sciatic nerve injury, the suppression of endogenous proBDNF by proBDNF antibodies resulted in the transformation of proliferating SGCs into doublecortin-positive cells in the DRGs. Using purified SGCs migrating out from the DRGs, the inhibition of endogenous proBDNF promoted the conversion of SGCs into neuronal phenotypes in vitro. Our findings suggest that SGCs are neuronal precursors, and that proBDNF maintains the SGC phenotype. Furthermore, the suppression of proBDNF signaling is necessary for neuronal phenotype acquisition by SGCs. Thus, we propose that peripheral neurogenesis may occur via the direct conversion of SGCs into neurons, and that this process is negatively regulated by proBDNF. Refereed/Peer-reviewed
