In this paper, we studied the homoclinic bifurcation and nonlinear characteristics of a bistable piezoelectric energy harvester while it is concurrently excited by galloping and base excitation. Firstly, the electromechanical model of the energy harvester is established analytically by the energy approach, the Kirchhoff's law and quasi-steady hypothesis. Then, by the Melnikov method, the threshold for underlying snap-through in the system is derived, and the necessary conditions for homoclinic bifurcation and chaos are presented. The threshold is a determinant for the occurrence of high-energy oscillation. The analysis results reveal that the wind speed and the distance between magnets could affect the threshold for inter-well chaos and high energy oscillation. Finally, numerical simulation and experiments are carried out. Both results from numerical simulation and experiment support the theoretical prediction from Melnikov theory. The study could provide a guideline for the optimum design of the bi-stable piezoelectric energy harvester for wind and vibration in practice.

Discriminating the Higgs production mechanisms plays a crucial role in directly measuring the couplings of Higgs to gauge bosons for probing the nature of the electroweak symmetry breaking. We propose a novel method to distinguish the Higgs production mechanisms at the LHC by utilizing the jet charge asymmetry of the two leading forward jets in Higgs plus two jets production. This novel observable provides a way to disentangle the $W$-fusion from the $Z$-fusion and gluon fusion processes for the first time, due to the electric charge correlation of the two leading jets in the events. We show that the Higgs couplings to gauge bosons can be well constrained and its conclusion does not depend on the other possible new physics effects which modify the Higgs total or partial width. We also discuss the complementary roles between the proposed jet charge asymmetry measurement and the Higgs signal strength measurements at the HL-LHC in determining the Higgs couplings., 6 pages, 5 figures

We outline the physics opportunities provided by the Electron Ion Collider (EIC). These include the study of the parton structure of the nucleon and nuclei, the onset of gluon saturation, the production of jets and heavy flavor, hadron spectroscopy and tests of fundamental symmetries. We review the present status and future challenges in EIC theory that have to be addressed in order to realize this ambitious and impactful physics program, including how to engage a diverse and inclusive workforce. In order to address these many-fold challenges, we propose a coordinated effort involving theory groups with differing expertise is needed. Centrality-dependent measurements of hadron and jet cross section attenuation in deep inelastic scattering on nuclei can shed new light on the physics of final-state interactions in the nuclear matter, including the path-length dependence of the in-medium parton shower formation and evolution. Recent simulation studies have demonstrated the feasibility of experimental centrality determination in $e$A reactions at the electron-ion collider via neutron detection in the zero-degree calorimeter. Motivated by these results, we present the first theoretical calculation of the production rate modification for hadrons and jets in central and peripheral $e$Pb collisions. We find that the variation in the suppression of inclusive jet cross section as a function of centrality is less than a factor of two. In more differential measurements, such as the distribution of hadrons versus the hadronization fraction $z_h$, the difference can be enhanced up to an order of magnitude., Comment: 8 pages, 5 figures

BACKGROUND This study aimed to investigate frontoparietal network (FPN) dysfunction in participants with migraine without aura (MwoA). MATERIAL AND METHODS We selected 48 age-, sex-, and education level-matched graduate students (24 participants with MwoA [MwoA group] and 24 healthy controls). RS-fMRI and independent component analysis were used to examine the FPN and to compare abnormal encephalic regional homogeneity values. The Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), and Self-Rating Scale of Sleep (SRSS) were used to evaluate attention, anxiety, depression, and sleep, respectively. Pearson's correlation was applied to evaluate the association between abnormal brain areas and the scores for each scale. RESULTS Neural function activity in encephalic regions of FPN showed abnormal changes in the MwoA group. The MwoA group had significantly lower MAAS scores (P0.001), higher SAS scores (P0.001), and higher SDS (P=0.06) and SRSS scores (P=0.26). In the MwoA group, functional activity of the right parietal lobule in the left FPN was positively correlated with MAAS scores (P=0.01) and negatively correlated with SAS (P=0.02). The orbital part of left inferior frontal gyrus activity in the right FPN was positively correlated with SDS (P=0.04) and SRSS (P0.001). Right superior marginal gyrus activity in the right FPN was positively correlated with SDS (P=0.02). CONCLUSIONS Abnormal FPN function was correlated with attention, anxiety, depression, and sleep status in the MwoA group. These results offer further insights into the evaluation and treatment of MwoA.

Background: Traditional markets are important trading places for medicinal plants, and market surveys often engage in ethnobotanical research to record the herbal plants used locally and related traditional knowledge. However, information on the market traded medicinal plants is not well documented from traditional markets in Lijiang City, Yunnan. This research is an ethnobotanical survey focusing on medicinal plants traded in traditional markets of Lijiang City, and contributes to the understanding of medicinal plants and related information used by the Naxi people.Methods: Ethnobotanical surveys were carried out during two years (2019-2020). Three traditional markets in Lijiang City were investigated. The methods we used include literature research, participatory surveys, key insider interviews and group discussions.Results: As a result, 318 medicinal plants were recorded including 29 unidentified medicines. The plant medicines were from medicinal plants of 97 families belonged to Angiosperm, Gymnospermae, Pteridophyta, Bryophyta, Lichenes and Fungi. Asteraceae provided the maximum numbers of medicinal plants. Among them, there were 258 species (89.27%) of wild plants, 15 species (5.19%) were cultivated, and 16 species (5.54%) were wild or cultivated. There were 22 species of national protected plants in China, including 3 species of national first-level protected plants and 19 species of national second-level protected plants. Among the recorded diseases, 58.13% of medicinal plants are used to treat musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases and digestive system diseases. A total of 31 kinds of medicinal plants can be found in Dongba Sutra or Yu Long Ben Cao.Conclusion: This study surveyed herbal medicine in the market of Lijiang City, analyzing and revealing resource compositions and current market situations. The medicinal plants used by the Naxi people are diverse and are used to treat a wide spectrum of body disorders. There are many wild medicinal plants, and in order to ensure sustainable development, its natural protection should be strengthened. Knowledge of medicinal plants recorded in Naxi medical classics has ethnobotanical value and should be further developed.

We propose to utilize the average jet charge weighted single-spin asymmetry $A_e^{bQ}$ in the neutral current DIS scattering with one $b$-tagged jet produced at the EIC to probe the $Zb\bar{b}$ interactions. This novel observable is sensitive to the axial-vector component of the $Zb\bar{b}$ coupling and is complementary to the single-spin asymmetry measurement at the EIC and the $gg\to Zh$ cross section measurement at the HL-LHC in the determination of the $Zb\bar{b}$ couplings. We show that the apparent degeneracy of the $Zb\bar{b}$ couplings, implied by the LEP and SLC precision electroweak data, can be broken by the $A_e^{bQ}$ measurement at the EIC. With a large enough integrated luminosity collected at the EIC, the measurement of $A_e^{bQ}$ could also resolve the long-standing discrepancy of $A_{\rm FB}^b$ at the LEP, strongly dependent on the $b$-tagging efficiency., Comment: 6 pages, 4 figures, published version

Scavenging energy from ambient vibration by tri-stable energy harvesters (TEHs) has been focused in recent years. Generally, classical TEHs adopt a design of symmetric potential wells. To improve the harvesting efficiency, a TEH with a staircase-shaped potential well (TEH-SSP) is proposed. This staircase-shaped potential well is established by adjusting the distances from the fixed magnets to the axis of symmetry. The distributed model of the proposed energy harvester is established, and the dynamical equations are derived by using the energy approach method. The nonlinear characteristics are explored theoretically and validated by experiments. Compared with the classical TEH with symmetric potential (TEH-SP), the proposed TEH-SSP could execute snap-through from a low frequency, and can obviously enlarge the frequency bandwidth of snap-through. Thus it can create a more dense high output voltages under weak random excitation. Both the theoretical analysis and experimental results prove the effectiveness of the proposed asymmetric design and vindicate that it is very beneficial for harvesting energy from the ambient vibration excitation. This work may serve as a novel insight into the design of more efficient harvesters with a broad bandwidth.

The audiometry of the signals of VTAMVDR trackable targets is studied. The process of the audiometric signals of VTAMVDR trackable targets is presented. Applying the linear proportional overlap-add method to acquiring audiometric signals output from vector linear array beams ensures the extracted signals are continuous data streams, solves the problems about splicing points in audiometry by use of VTAMVDR and retain the better detection performance of VTAMVDR.

The two-prong structure related to the leading subjets inside a reconstructed jet opens new avenues toward precision constraints on the in-medium modification of parton showers. In this talk, we present the first resummed calculation of the soft-dropped groomed momentum sharing distribution, or the jet splitting function, in heavy-ion collisions for both light jets and heavy flavor tagged jets. Existing light jet splitting function data from the STAR experiment at RHIC and the CMS experiment at LHC can be understood in the unified framework of soft-collinear effective theory with Glauber gluon interactions. A series of Ni-Cu/Al2O3 catalyst samples were prepared by the wetness impregnation method and characterized by N2 physisorption, H2 temperature-programmed reduction, H2 temperature-programmed desorption, X-ray diffraction, and CO temperature-programmed surface reaction. Their catalytic performance in the liquid phase hydrogenation of maleic anhydride was investigated. The results indicated that the particle size of nickel crystallites was reduced, and the nickel species was well dispersed. Then, the C=C hydrogenation activity was significantly improved when the catalyst was promoted by Cu. However, due to the interaction between Ni and Cu, the C=O hydrogenation was retarded. The combination of the above two factors led to high selectivity for succinic anhydride over 15%Ni-7%Cu/Al2O3 catalyst. The conversion of maleic anhydride and selectivity for succinic anhydride reached 100% under the reaction conditions of 5 MPa hydrogen pressure and 210 oC for 40 min.

The control precision of gimbal system for a Control Moment Gyro(CMG) is a main factor affecting the output torque accuracy of the CMG.Generally,a harmonic driver a harmonic driver is adopted to improve the dynamic response ability of the gimbal system,however,the induced mechanical resonance seriously reduces the control precision of the gimbal system.In order to eliminate the resonance and satisfy the control precision of the gimbal system,a kinetic model was set up.A proper damping ratio was chosen to design the dominating poles according to the demands of gimbal system for dynamic performance.The zeroes induced by a controller were calculated to be equal to the poles induced by mechanical resonance,so that the mechanical resonance was eliminated.Simulation and experiment results show that the proposed method eliminates the gimbal resonance of the CMG,and the control precision of 0.175 rad/s is 0.002.When the gimbal system tracks a 0.175 sin(2πt) rad/s sine given velocity,the relative amplitude error is 3.28% and the phase error is 0.13 rad.The control performance satisfies the demands of CMG for high output torque precision very well.

A CMOS full differential interface circuit with low noise and high linearity was presented for closed-loop capacitive micro-accelerometers.Based on switched-capacitor detection,the circuit was designed to improve its linearity by a 0.5 μm n-well CMOS process technology.The simulation result shows that the proposed two-path feedback structure provides a good system linearity of 0.01%.The optimized designed PID controller was added into the system,which decreases the stabilization error effectively,increases the system responding speed by 31%,and the linearity by 66.7%.With a ±5 V supply and a sampling frequency of 64 kHz,the circuit can offer the equivalent input noise in 8 μg·Hz-1 2,system sensitivity in 1.22 V/g,system linearity in 0.03%,and the work range in ±2 g.These results prove that this circuit is suitable for applications of high performance micro-accelerometers to seism detection,oil exploration,etc..

To overcome the influence of the nonlinear friction on the gimbal servo-system of a double gimbal control moment gyro with harmonic drivers,the methods of modeling and compensation of the nonlinear friction are proposed.Firstly,the relationships between the nonlinear friction torque and the angle acceleration of a gimbal motor and the friction torque and the current of the gimbal motor are deduced according to the mathematical model of gimbal servo-system.Then,based on the angle position measured by encoders,the angle velocities of the motor and loader sides are calculated and an angle acceleration estimator is designed to estimate the angle accelerations of the motor and loader sides.Furthermore,the nonlinear friction torque is calculated and modeled as the Coulomb,viscous and Stribeck friction model.Finally,a feedforward compensation controller based on the model is designed to restrain the nonlinear friction and to improve the control precision.Experimental results indicate that compared with those of the conventional PID control method,the peak-peak value of angle velocity error curve has decreased by 28.2% and the mean squared error decreased by 25.7% after the feedforward compensation controller is added.It concludes that the feedforward compensation controller decreases the angle velocity error caused by nonlinear friction and improves the control precision of the servo-system.

The energy extracted from solar radiation is the most abundant and accessible source of renewable energy, which will become progressively more important as time goes on. Solar cells are regarded as one of the most promising candidates for generating renewable clean energy. Recently, a new class of semiconducting material called organic-inorganic halide perovskite has received great attention of academia, and the record power conversion efficiency (PCE) of perovskite solar cell (PSC) rapidly increased from 3.8% in 2009 to 22.7% in late 2017 through intensive research due to some advantages as follows. 1) Excellent optoelectronic property. Perovskite materials exhibit excellent properties, including long diffusion length, high carrier mobility, and high absorption coefficient. 2) Low cost. The ingredients of perovskite materials are cheap, and PSCs can be manufactured by a solution process. 3) Tunable bandgap. Perovskite materials have highly tunable bandgap (1.2-2.2 eV), contributing to the further improvement in PCE of single junction PSCs by realizing the ideal bandgap (1.3-1.4 eV) as demonstrated by the Shockley-Queisser detailed balanced calculation. The basic architectures of PSCs are divided mainly into mesoscopic and planar heterojunction structures. Compared with the former configuration, the later configuration combined with low-temperature processable interlayers provides a method of fabricating flexible PSCs and tandem PSCs. Furthermore, the nonuse of the mesoscopic structure simplifies the structure of PSCs and reduces the cost and time of fabrication. The key requirement to achieve an efficient and reproducible planar heterojunction PSCs is that the perovskite layer should be uniform, continuous, and pinhole free to minimize shunting pathways. So, significant research effort is being devoted to the quality management of perovskite films with the goal of achieving the controllable preparation, including the optimization of their morphology (uniformity, coverage, roughness) and microstructure (grain size/distribution, texture), and the elimination of defects (voids, pinholes, grain boundaries), which influence the PSC performance directly. Especially for the one-step solution coating method, the film quality of perovskite on different planar substrates under varied deposition conditions exhibits a large difference, due to the complex crystallization process and the heightened sensitivity to environmental conditions. In this paper, the characteristics of perovskite materials, the nucleation-growth mechanism of films in the one-step solution method, and the evolution of cell structures are described briefly. The latest quality control methods of high-quality perovskite films prepared by solution method are then discussed emphatically. Finally, to provide references for the future research, the development and existing problems of PSCs are addressed and prospected.

Inorganic-organic metal halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have drawn tremendous attention as a promising next-generation solar-cell technology because of their high efficiencies and low production cost. Since the first report in 2009, the recorded power conversion efficiency (PCE) of PSCs has rapidly risen to 22.1% by using 2, 2', 7, 7'-tetrakis (N,Ndi-p-methoxyphenyl-amine) 9,9-spirobifluorene (spiro-MeoTAD) as hole transport material (HTM), with the efforts devoted to the device architecture optimization, material compositional engineer and interface engineering. Nevertheless, the synthesis and cost of the organic HTM (OHTM) become a major challenging issue and therefore alternative materials are required. In the past few years, the applications of inorganic HTMs (IHTMs) in PSCs have shown large improvement in PCE and stability. For example, PSCs with CuOx as IHTM reached a PCE of 19.0% with better stability. Even more exciting, the theoretical PCE of PSC based on Cu2O HTM reaches 24.4%. So, Cu2O is a promising IHTM for future optimized PSC and the large area uniform preparation is very important. In this paper, Cu2O films have been successfully prepared using electron beam evaporation followed by air annealing. The influences of annealing temperature and time on the composition, structure, and photoelectric characteristics of film are investigated in detail. It is found that the as-deposited film is a mixture of Cu2O and Cu. With the increase of annealing temperature, material composition is transformed from mixture to pure Cu2O phase, and then to CuO, due to the oxidation in air. In an annealing temperature between 100℃ to 150℃, pure Cu2O film can be obtained with an average transmission rate over 70%, optical band-gap of 2.5 eV, HOMO level of -5.32 eV, and a carrier mobility of 30 cm2·V-1·s-1. When the film is treated with a UV lamp, the structure and composition of the film can be changed more easily because of the enhancement of oxidation. Finally, reverted planar PSCs with the structure of Ag/PCBM/CH3NH3PbI3/HTMs/ITO are constructed and compared carefully based on HTMs of Cu2O, with poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS), and Cu2O/PEDOT:PSS layers, respectively. An optimum thickness of 40 nm of Cu2O HTM is achieved with high carrier extraction rate. However, the performances of all of the PSCs are inferior to those of PEDOT:PSS-based devices, due to the formation of pinholesin absorber layer resulting from the strong hydrophobicity of Cu2O film. However, the efficiency of PSC based on Cu2O/PEDOT:PSS double-HTM is deteriorated because of the chemical interaction between PEDOT:PSS and Cu2O. These findings provide some important guidelines for the design of HTMs.

We calculate the energy states and Aharonov–Bohm oscillations of an electron in elliptical quantum rings in the presence of a uniform magnetic Geld by using an exact numerical diagonalization. The calculated results show that the elliptical quantum rings are flatter, larger amplitudes and periods of the Aharonov–Bohm oscillations are observed. In addition, in the limits of a circular quantum ring, the results of our approach are in good agreement with those of earlier theories.

In cognitive radio networks,We usually use nine scaling law based on multi-attribute utility theory as a common spectrum decision mechanism.the traditional scale method only consider the spectrum own objective properties and then makes judgments is not comprehensive enough. This paper through researched the mechanism of scaling judgment in psychology, a new and improved scale method were proposed, and the new scale method applied to spectrum decisions ofcognitive radio networks, So that the measure of subjective judgment factors are more scientific and makes more explicit determination in spectrum decisions. Finally through calculate consistency index to verify the superiority of the improved scaling.

采用溶胶–凝胶法在多孔氧化铝模板的纳米孔洞中成功地合成了 x NiFe 2 O 4 -(1– x )BiFeO 3 (NFO-BFO)复合纳米管阵列。扫描电镜照片显示纳米管的外径约为70 nm, 内径约为50 nm, 长度约为80 μm。X射线衍射图谱显示, 通过自组装形成了钙钛矿结构的铁电相BFO和尖晶石结构的铁磁相NFO。磁性和铁电性的测试结果表明, 复合纳米管具有明显的室温铁磁性和电极化性能, 且易磁化方向沿着纳米管的长轴方向。随着NFO复合比例的增加, 纳米管阵列的磁性和电极化性能逐渐增强。NFO对复合纳米管阵列铁磁贡献的计算结果表明, NFO-BFO纳米管阵列中存在着磁电耦合效应。

To improve the efficiency of energy harvesting, this paper presents a tri-stable energy harvesting device, which can realize inter-well oscillation at low-frequency base excitation and obtain a high harvesting efficiency by tri-stable coherence resonance. First, the model of a magnetic coupling tri-stable piezoelectric energy harvester is established and the corresponding equations are derived. The formula for the magnetic repulsion force between three magnets is given. Then, the dynamic responses of a system subject to harmonic excitation and Gaussian white noise excitation are explored by a numerical method and validated by experiments. Compared with a bi-stable energy harvester, the threshold for inter-well oscillation to occur can be moved forward to the low frequency, and the tri-stable device can create a dense high output voltage and power at the low intensity of stochastic excitation. Results show that for a definite deterministic or stochastic excitation, the system can be optimally designed such that it increases the frequency bandwidth and achieves a high energy harvesting efficiency at coherence resonance.

The underwater sound radiated by vessels consists of deterministic mechanical sounds, propeller noise and hydrodynamic noise. Though many methods have been done to control the sound radiated by vessels, flow noise is always present around a moving vessel. Time-frequency analysis is often used as a method to observe energy distribution of ship noise. In the time-frequency distribution picture of surface ship noise, parabolic patterns are evident. They are caused by multipath transmission of vessel noise. In the paper, using interference spectrum for target detection is discussed. And the superimposed interference pattern is utilized to find moving vessel range. Finally the speed and the closet point of approach estimation of a moving vessel is given using the method.

This paper describes the architecture of a ship monitoring system based on WebGIS and how we solved two critical problems we encountered during the development — integrated reading of three formats of maps (S-57, TAB and Shapefile) and dynamical display of 3000 ships on the maps. The platform(MapServer) and libraries(OpenLayers and ExtJS) we used for developing are all open-source.

In this paper we analyze certificate structure, discuss on authentication method based certificate in mobile network environment. This paper proposes a privilege management system based on attribute certificate in mobile network environment. The system uses attribute certificate which is a high security privilege management method to provide user privilege in large scale applications. The use of attribute certificate, distribute OCSP service and USIM support are also discussed in this paper.

With the development of market economy and the urbanization advancement, the 'unit person' transforms to the 'social person', the importance of community informationization construction highlights unceasingly. This paper takes communities in Wuhan as an example, investigating the main public groups who need the GCI and the main information they need by empirical research methods. Finally it points out some problems on the service of the GCI and gives countermeasures guided by the results of the survey.

PID controller has the problems of inferior dynamic quality and bad anti-interference ability. However, variable structure controller has the disadvantages of chattering and big steady-state error. A new controller combines variable structure and PID control method for brushless DC motor (BLDCM) of magnetic suspended reaction flywheel (MSRW) is designed. It is based on analyzing of the MSRW system and modeling on BLDCM. The variable structure controller and the PID controller are combined to make a quite high precision speed controller. The simulation results prove that the new controller has the advantages of chattering and steady-state error reduction, system dynamic response improvement, invariance to the disturbances compared with the variable structure controller and the PID controller. Furthermore, this new controller has the features of simplicity of design and implement, which will be important for realizing the high precision and high stability satellite attitude control.

This paper introduced the total synergy system which normally had been used in macroscopic field into the microcosmic research of the top management team (TMT) in the enterprise, exploring the coordination among TMT operation system, strategic decision and organizational performance. The paper applied the order parameter method and the projection pursuit cluster technique to the evaluation of the orderly degree of TMT subsystem, the orderly degree of the order parameter-branches and the relative weighs of their suborder parameters in TMT subsystem as well. On this basis, the paper constructed the evaluation model of the degree of TMT total synergy system, supplemented by a case study. The model will be useful for the specific enterprise to identify the constraints of its TMT total synergy system and to promote the optimizing countermeasures directly.

Porous anodic alumina thin films with rainbow rings were fabricated in oxalic acid electrolyte by one-step electrochemical oxidation of Al sheet. The hole depth and aperture diminish symmetrically outward from the center of the films. The relationship between the density of rainbow rings to the oxidation voltage and the time in oxalic acid solution are discussed. Theoretical study on the formation mechanism of porous anodic alumina thin films with rainbow rings indicates that the effect of carbon rod is similar to carbon dot electrode in the process of anode electrochemical reaction. Result of the theoretical study is consistent with the experimental phenomenology.

In this paper, some simulation results of 3D imaging of ground moving target are presented. Chirp stepped-frequency signal is transmitted in the interferometric inverse synthetic aperture radar system. Before the processing of 3D imaging, the strong ground clutter has been removed by using a new chirp stepped-frequency signal format. Then the 3D images of the ground moving targets can be achieved according to the principle of the interferometric 3D imaging.

This study reviewed a number of open source CMS with the aim to identify suitable one to develop a customized CMS for the School of Communication and Information. The customized system is intended to support the academic documents management which comes in various formats, submitted by faculty, graduates and students, with the aim to keeping a value-added repository of up-to-date resources for specific disciplines in the school (such as digital libraries, information storage and retrieval, and others). A total of four open source CMS were reviewed and the OpenCms at last was selected for final implementation. It employed both the qualitative & quantitative research approaches to identify the project goals and software functional requirements. Rational Unified Process has been employed to develop the customized CMS and much of the system analysis, design and development works was focused on the integration of existing product functions, user interface and separated user management. Although, this study identified the most suitable software to meet the current specific requirements and successfully developed a new system for use, the developed system can be further improved to incorporate new functions such as fuzzy search and load balancing for better performance. With the development of micro electromechanical systems, many researchers focus their attention on nonlinear energy harvesting device. The stochastic equivalent linearization method is used to analyze an energy harvesting system under ambient noise. First, according to the bistability of beam axially loaded, a model of bistable nonlinear vibration energy harvester under the stochastic condition is proposed. A close-form approximation expression for the ensemble average of harvested power is derived and the numerical simulation of the system shows stochastic resonance. The results show that it is possible to optimally design system such that the harvest power is maximized for a given density or variance of random excitation.

A novel model is proposed which comprises of a beam bridge subjected to an axial load and an infinite series of moving loads. The moving loads, whose distance between the neighbouring ones is the length of the beam bridge, coupled with the axial force can lead the vibration of the beam bridge to codimension-two bifurcation. Of particular concern is a parameter regime where non-persistence set regions undergo a transition to persistence regions. The boundary of each stripe represents a bifurcation which can drive the system off a kind of dynamics and jump to another one, causing damage due to the resulting amplitude jumps. The Galerkin method, averaging method, invertible linear transformation, and near identity nonlinear transformations are used to obtain the universal unfolding for the codimension-two bifurcation of the mid-span deflection. The efficiency of the theoretical analysis obtained in this paper is verified via numerical simulations.
