A new alkaloid named aspergilalkaloid A (1) with pyridoindole hydroxymethyl piperazine dione structure along with six known compounds 2-7 were isolated from deep-sea derived fungus Aspergillus sp. HDN20-1401. The structure including absolute configuration was elucidated by extensive NMR analyses, HRESIMS, ECD calculation, and theoretical NMR calculation with DP4+ analysis. All isolated compounds were tested for antimicrobial and anticancer activity. Aspergilalkaloid A (1) showed inhibitive activity against Bacillus cereus with MIC value of 12.5 μM and weak activity against MRCNS.

Mining-induced fracture of overburden strata is intimately related to underground water disasters in coal mining. In this work, we develop an analytical model that uses the probability integral method to calculate the subsidence of the subsurface and the overburden strata. In the developed model, according to the failure characteristics of the mining-induced strata, the horizontal deformation of the strata is expressed by the tensile rate of the elastic plate’s neutral plane to reflect the degree of fracture initiation and expansion. The distribution of the water-flowing fractured zone (WFZ) in the overburden strata is calculated by substituting the probability integral function of overburden strata movement into the equation of layer tensile rate. The panel 31071 in Peigou coal mine is taken as a case study, and the height of the water-flowing fractured zone (HWFZ) is determined by the proposed method. Conventional empirical methods and the proposed method are used to predict HWFZ in panels with mining schemes, and the results show that the model is particularly advantageous for inclined coal seam mining where the inclined mining size gradually increases and the coal seam burial depth gradually decreases. In such kind of situations, the overburden strata movement and deformation intensify and the mining fracture develops further with the progress of mining, a feature considered poorly by conventional empirical methods but well represented in the proposed method.

Four new ACTG-toxins like meroterpenoids tricycloalternarenes O-R were discovered from a marine-derived fungus Alternaria alternata JJY-32 by the overexpression of a LaeA-like global transcriptional regulator and a MpaB-like biosynthetic tailoring enzyme. Among those structures, tricycloalternarene O possesses a non-canonical cyclohexanone-pyran fused furan ring structure and tricycloalternarene R contains a truncated isoprenoid terminal. The structures were elucidated based on comprehensive 1D and 2D NMR data and assisted by ECD calculations. Tricycloalternarenes O-R showed potent anti-inflammatory activity in TLR4-transfected microphage cells (RAW264.7).

The dynamic ground subsidence due to underground mining is a complicated time-dependent and rate-dependent process. Based on the theory of rock rheology and probability integral method, this study developed the superposition model for the prediction and analysis of the ground dynamic subsidence in mining area of thick loose layer. The model consists of two parts (the prediction of overlying bedrock and the prediction of thick loose layer). The overlying bedrock is regarded as visco-elastic beam, of which the dynamic subsidence is predicted by the Kelvin visco-elastic rheological model. The thick loose layer is regarded as random medium and the ground dynamic subsidence is predicted by the probability integral model. At last, the two prediction models are vertically stacked in the same coordinate system, and the bedrock dynamic subsidence is regarded as a variable mining thickness input into the prediction model of ground dynamic subsidence. The prediction results obtained were compared with actual movement and deformation data from Zhao I and Zhao II mine, central China. The agreement of the prediction results with the field measurements show that the superposition model (SM) is more satisfactory and the formulae obtained are more effective than the classical single probability integral model (SPIM), and thus can be effectively used for predicting the ground dynamic subsidence in mining area of thick loose layer. The small-molecule biosynthetic potential of most filamentous fungi has remained largely unexplored and represents an attractive source for the discovery of new compounds. Genome sequencing of Calcarisporium arbuscula, a mushroom-endophytic fungus, revealed 68 core genes that are involved in natural product biosynthesis. This is in sharp contrast to the predominant production of the ATPase inhibitors aurovertin B and D in the wild-type fungus. Inactivation of a histone H3 deacetylase led to pleiotropic activation and overexpression of more than 75 % of the biosynthetic genes. Sampling of the overproduced compounds led to the isolation of ten compounds of which four contained new structures, including the cyclic peptides arbumycin and arbumelin, the diterpenoid arbuscullic acid A, and the meroterpenoid arbuscullic acid B. Such epigenetic modifications therefore provide a rapid and global approach to mine the chemical diversity of endophytic fungi.

Commercial bank as the pillar of the national economy is the most important part of the financial system. The commercial bank's operating performance not only affects the bank itself, but also relates to the normal operation of the national economy and social stability. Scientific and reasonable evaluation of operating performance of listed banks has very important meaning. This article is based on the annual report of the 16 listed banks in 2015, comprehensively consideration of bank profitability, safety, liquidity and growth, combined with the feature of banking industry, construct a more perfect performance evaluation system of commercial bank. Because the scope of indicators has certain uncertainty, so the grey clustering method was used to study. Taking into account that the general grey clustering method ignores the effect of the other components except the largest component of the clustering coefficient vector, the paper uses the grey integrated clustering method to adjust the clustering results.

To study the bioactive metabolites produced by sponge-derived uncultured symbionts, a metagenomic DNA library of the symbionts of spongeGelliodes gracilis was constructed. The average size of DNA inserts in the library was 20 kb. This library was screened for antibiotic activity using paper dise assaying. Two clones displayed the antibacterial activity againstMicrococcus tetragenus. The metabolites of these two clones were analyzed through HPLC. The result showed that their metabolites were quite different from those of the hostE. coli DH5α and the host containing vector pHZ132. This study may present a new approach to exploring bioactive metabolites of sponge symbionts.
