본 연구에서는 조직에서의 성격강점에 초점을 맞춰, 개인 수준과 팀 수준에서의 성격강점 강도가 세 가지 행복(즐거운 삶, 몰입하는 삶, 의미로운 삶)에 미치는 영향을 다층모형을 통해 검증하고자 하였다. 개인 수준에서의 성격강점 강도는 대표강점 수로 측정하였으며, 개인의 대표 강점 수가 많아질수록 개인의 행복에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하였다. 팀 수준의 성격강점 강도는 팀 수준의 성격강점 평균으로 측정하였으며, 이것이 개인의 행복에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 국내 IT 기업의 40개 팀, 195명의 자료를 바탕으로 다층분석을 실시한 결과, 조직 구성원 개인의 대표강점 수는 삶의 만족과 긍정정서(즐거운 삶), 일 몰입(몰입하는 삶), 삶의 의미(의미로운 삶)에 모두 유의한 정적 관계를 가져 개인이 대표강점을 많이 가지고 있을수록 다양한 측면에서 행복함을 경험함을 보여주었다. 팀 수준에서는 다층분석 결과 구성원들의 행복은 긍정 정서와 일 몰입에 유의한 집단 간 차이를 나타낸 반면 삶의 만족과 삶의 의미는 유의한 집단 간차이를 나타내지 않았다. 개인 수준의 대표강점 수를 통제한 후 팀 수준의 성격강점 강도를 투입한 결과, 팀 수준의 성격강점 평균은 긍정 정서와 일 몰입에 유의한 정적 영향을 보여 개인 수준의 강점 강도를 통제하고도 팀 수준의 성격강점 강도가 구성원의 긍정 정서와 일 몰입에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 기존에 개인 수준의 심리학적 측면으로만 연구되어 왔던 성격강점을 조직 구성원에게 적용하여 개인 수준과 팀 수준으로 구별하여 성격강점을 연구했다는데 의의가 있으며, 특히, 성격강점 연구를 팀 수준으로 확장하여 조직에 적용했다는 점에 있어 이론적 시사점을 제공한다. 자세한 결과에 대한 시사점, 한계점 및 향후 연구 방향은 마지막 논의에 제시하였다.

GV1001 (1 mg/kg) or an equivalent volume of 0.9% saline was subcutaneously injected into old 3xTg-AD mice (B6:129-Psen1tm1Mpm Tg[APPSwe, tauP301L]1Lfa/Mmjax) from the age of 21 months until the mice were deemed ready for sacrifice according to the CCAC guidelines on selecting an appropriate endpoint in experiments using animals for research, teaching, and testing. The injections were administered three times a week until the endpoint. The neurobehavioral functions were evaluated every 3 days until the endpoint using the Y-maze test and passive avoidance task. A. In the Y-maze test, which was used to measure the willingness of rodents to explore new environments and therefore quantify the cognitive deficits,1,2 compared with 0.9% saline, 1 mg/kg GV1001 significantly improved the percentage of spontaneous alternations among the Y-maze arms. B and C. In the passive avoidance tasks, which is a fear-aggravated test used to evaluate learning and memory, the mice received an electric shock when they entered the dark compartment3,4; therefore, the latency to enter the dark compartment and number of errors reflected the learning and memory of the mice. The latency to enter the dark compartment and number of errors were significantly improved following treatment with 1 mg/kg GV1001 (B and C, respectively). D. To confirm that GV1001 can enter the brain, 1 mg/kg of GV1001 conjugated with ferrocenecarboxylic acid, which we used in our previous study,5 was subcutaneously injected into 3xTg-AD (12-month-old) mice. It was detected as dark signals in the brain using 3 T magnetic resonance imaging (white arrows) and Prussian blue staining (black boxes).
