Sårbehandling og hudpleie er en lærebok om behandling av hud, med og uten sår. I denne 5. utgaven av boken er alle kapitlene gjennomgående oppdatert i samsvar med kunnskapsutviklingen innenfor fagområdet. Forfatterne har lagt vekt på å trekke ut de store linjene av den rikholdige litteraturen som finnes om hudpleie og sårbehandling. Boken gir grundig omtale av pleie av frisk hud i ulike aldersgrupper, samt stell av hud som har blitt utsatt for påkjenninger som kjemikalier, vaskemidler, forurensning og ultrafiolett stråling. Ulike preparater til behandling av hud omtales utførlig. To av kapitlene i boken omhandler sårbehandling. Faget sårbehandling har hatt en rivende utvikling siden forrige utgave i 2012. Kapitlene er derfor grundig revidert. Boken er beregnet på alle som er i befatning med hudpleie og sårbehandling: sykepleiere og sykepleierstudenter, leger og farmasøytisk personell. This volume contains the proceedings of the Regulators III Conference, held from July 12 to July 22, 2010, in Barcelona, Spain. Regulators can be thought of as realizations from motivic cohomology, which is very difficult to compute, to more computable theories such as Hodge, Betti, l-adic, and Deligne cohomology. It is a very intricate subject that thrives on its interaction with algebraic K-theory, arithmetic geometry, number theory, motivic cohomology, Hodge theory and mathematical physics. The articles in this volume are a reflection of the various approaches to this subject, such as results on motivic cohomology, descriptions of regulators, a revisiting of a number of fundamental conjectures (such as new results pertaining to the Hodge and standard conjectures), and more.

This conference proceedings volume is produced in connection with the second Great Lakes K-theory Conference that was held at The Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences in March 1996. The volume is dedicated to the late Bob Thomason, one of the leading research mathematicians specializing in algebraic K-theory.
