Item memory and source memory are different aspects of episodic remembering. To investigate metamemory differences between them, the authors assessed systematic differences between predictions of item memory via Judgments of Learning (JOLs) and source memory via Judgments of Source (JOSs). Schema-based expectations affect JOLs and JOSs differently: Judgments are higher for expected source-item pairs (e.g., "nightstand in the bedroom") than unexpected pairs (e.g., "bed in the bathroom"), but this expectancy effect is stronger on JOSs than JOLs (Schaper et al., 2019b). Background Commercial fibrin glue is increasingly finding its way into clinical practice in surgeries to seal anastomosis, and initiate hemostasis or tissue repair. Human biological glue is also being discussed as a possible cell carrier. To date, there are only a few studies addressing the effects of fibrin glue on the cell-molecular level. This study examines the effects of fibrin glue on angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis, as well as adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) with a focus on gene and protein expression in scaffolds regularly used for tissue engineering approaches. Methods Collagen-based dermal regeneration matrices (DRM) were seeded with human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC), human dermal lymphatic endothelial cells (LECs), or adipose-derived stem cells (ASC) and fixed with or without fibrin glue according to the experimental group. Cultures were maintained for 1 and 7 days. Finally, angiogenic and lymphangiogenic gene and protein expression were measured with special regard to subtypes of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and corresponding receptors using Multiplex-qPCR and ELISA assays. In addition, the hypoxia-induced factor 1-alpha (HIF1a) mediated intracellular signaling pathways were included in assessments to analyze a hypoxic encapsulating effect of fibrin polymers. Results All cell types reacted to fibrin glue application with an alteration of gene and protein expression. In particular, vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA), vascular endothelial growth factor B (VEGFB), vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGFC), vascular endothelial growth receptor 1 (VEGFR1/FLT1), vascular endothelial growth receptor 2 (VEGFR2/KDR), vascular endothelial growth receptor 3 (VEGFR3/FLT4) and Prospero Homeobox 1 (PROX1) were depressed significantly depending on fibrin glue. Especially short-term fibrin effect led to a continuous downregulation of respective gene and protein expression in HUVECs, LECs, and ASCs. Conclusion Our findings demonstrate the impact of fibrin glue application in dermal regeneration with special regard to angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis. In particular, a short fibrin treatment of 24 hours led to a decrease in gene and protein levels of LECS, HUVECs, and ASCs. In contrast, the long-term application showed less effect on gene and protein expressions. Therefore, this work demonstrated the negative effects of fibrin-treated cells in tissue engineering approaches and could affect wound healing during dermal regeneration.

Für die subjektivierungsanalytische Problemstellung, wie aus jungen Menschen in und durch (Fach-)Unterricht Schüler*innen werden, ist die Dimension der Subjektkonstitution im Medium von Fachlichkeit zwar zentral, bislang aber wenig im Fokus der Aufmerksamkeit. Ausgehend von diesem Desiderat werden im Beitrag theoretische Konzepte zur Rekonstruktion von schulfachspezifischen Subjektivierungslogiken ausgelotet und in methodologisch-methodische Justierungen zur Analyse von situierten Wissenspraktiken übersetzt. In einer empirischen Exploration eines videographierten Mathematikunterrichts einer sechsten Klasse werden dann die vollzogenen Praktiken des Schreibens, Vorstellens und Rechnens daraufhin untersucht, wie sowohl der unterrichtliche Gegenstand als auch damit verschränkt bestimmte anerkennbare Subjekte hervorgebracht werden. Dass es sich dabei um Spezifiken der Subjektivierung im Mathematikunterricht handeln könnte, plausibilisieren wir in der Rückbindung an wissenschafts- und praktikentheoretische Analysen.

The exploration of factors and processes affecting biodiversity loss is central to nature management and wildlife conservation, but only recently has knowledge about the absence of species been recognized as a valuable asset to understand the current biodiversity crisis. In this paper, we explore the dark diversity (species that belong to a site-specific species pool but that are not locally present) of breeding birds in Denmark assessed through species co-occurrence patterns. We apply a nation-wide atlas survey of breeding birds (with a 5 × 5 km resolution), to investigate how landscape characteristics may influence avian diversity, and whether threatened and near threatened species are more likely to occur in dark diversity than least concern (LC) species. On average, the dark diversity constituted 41% of all species belonging to the site-specific species pools and threatened and near-threatened species had a higher probability of belonging to the dark diversity than least concern species. Habitat heterogeneity was negatively related to dark diversity and the proportional cover of intensive agriculture positively related, implying that homogeneous landscapes dominated by agricultural interests led to more absent avian species. Finally, we found significant effects of human disturbance and distance to the coast, indicating that more breeding bird species were missing when human disturbance was high and in near-coastal areas. Our study provides the first attempt to investigate dark diversity among birds and highlights how important landscape characteristics may shape breeding bird diversity and reveal areas of considerable species impoverishment.

Many of the important research advances in understanding and treating Parkinson’s disease never leave the academic sphere, as communication barriers limit accessibility for and engagement with broader audiences. To increase meaningful dialogue between academic researchers and community stakeholders, Piece of Mind: Parkinson’s brought together neuroscientists, people with Parkinson’s disease and artists to co-create a knowledge translation performance based on scientific research and lived experience. The filmed, feature-length performance engages the viewer emotionally and intellectually using circus, dance, music, poetry and patient testimonials. We provide an overview of our participatory process and a scene-by-scene description of the performance.

An annotated list of seven species of rarely collected and little-known bees of the genus Colletes from Siberia is given, including five species whose ranges within the region are enlarged. Colletes ravuloides Kuhlmann & Proshchalykin, sp. nov. is described from Tyva Republic (Russia). An updated checklist of the 27 species of Colletes so far known from Siberia is provided.

In this work two methods for the characterization of adapters meaning reciprocal two-ports with different connector styles on both ports are analyzed and compared in detail. The focus is on the comparison of these approaches in terms of required effort and obtained measurement uncertainty. The first method is based on two one-port calibrations and it is compared to a two-port approach. Both methods are carried out in simulation as well as in measurement under very comparable conditions using a 2.4 to 3.5 mm adapter in the frequency range up to 33 GHz as an example. The obtained measurement uncertainties of the results are presented and analyzed, the required measurement time in terms of the necessary number of separate connections is compared, and the influence of cable movements is discussed.

The principle of sequential rotation, a well-known method to arrange the radiating elements of antenna arrays, is briefly described, and the impact on the polarization of different antenna array configurations is presented. The influence of the number of rotations and rotation angles is investigated, and arrangements for optimized polarization quality of antenna arrays are shown, which are of significant importance for current and future communications systems.

BackgroundCognitive reserve may protect against cognitive decline. However, its effect on physiological measures of cognitive workload in adults with cognitive impairments is unclear.ObjectiveThe aim was to determine the association between cognitive reserve and physiological measures of cognitive workload in older adults with and without cognitive impairments.Methods29 older adults with cognitive impairment (age: 75±6, 11 (38%) women, MOCA scores 20±7) and 19 with normal cognition (age: 74±6; 11 (58%) women; MOCA 28±2) completed a working memory test of increasing task demand (0-, 1-, 2-back). Cognitive workload was indexed using amplitude and latency of the P3 event-related potential (ERP) at electrode sites Fz, Cz, and Pz, and changes in pupillary size, converted to an index of cognitive activity (ICA). The Cognitive Reserve Index questionnaire (CRIq) evaluated Education, Work Activity, and Leisure Time as a proxy of cognitive reserve.ResultsHigher CRIq total scores were associated with larger P3 ERP amplitude (p=0.048), independent of cognitive status (p=0.80), task demand (p=0.003), and electrode site (pConclusionCognitive reserve affects cognitive workload and neural efficiency, regardless of cognitive status. Future longitudinal studies should investigate the causal relationship between cognitive reserve and physiological processes of neural efficiency across cognitive aging.

The present work compares the respective advantages and disadvantages of compressible and incompressible computational fluid dynamics (CFD) formulations when used for the estimation of the acoustic flame response. The flame transfer function of a turbulent premixed swirl-stabilized burner is determined by applying system identification (SI) to time series data extracted from large eddy simulation (LES). By analyzing the quality of the results, the present study shows that incompressible simulations exhibit several advantages over their compressible counterpart with equal prediction of the flame dynamics. On the one hand, the forcing signals can be designed in such a way that desired statistical properties can be enhanced, while maintaining optimal values in the amplitude. On the other hand, computational costs are reduced and the implementation is fundamentally simpler due to the absence of acoustic wave propagation and corresponding resonances in the flame response or even self-excited acoustic oscillations. Such an increase in efficiency makes the incompressible CFD/SI modeling approach very appealing for the study of a wide variety of systems that rely on premixed combustion. In conclusion, the present study reveals that both methodologies predict the same flame dynamics, which confirms that incompressible simulation can be used for thermoacoustic analyses of acoustically compact velocity-sensitive flames.

BackgroundInvestigating the burden of access to infertility treatment has primarily been conducted in high-income countries, with little known for low- and middle-income countries, which comprise 80% of the world’s population. The objective of this study was to investigate access to infertility care in Mexico.MethodsThis was a cross-sectional analysis in the Mexican Teachers’ Cohort (MTC), a prospective cohort study of 115,307 Mexican female public school teachers from 12 states in Mexico. Log-binomial models, adjusted for age, hormonal contraceptive use, teaching in a rural school, and speaking an indigenous language, were used to estimate the prevalence ratio (PR) and 95% confidence intervals (95% CI) of accessing medical care for infertility among women reporting a history of infertility.Results19,580 (17%) participants reported a history of infertility. Of those who experienced infertility, 12,470 (63.7%) reported seeking medical care for infertility, among whom 8,467 (67.9%) reported undergoing fertility treatments. Among women who reported a history of infertility, women who taught in a rural school (PR:0.95;0.92-0.97), spoke an indigenous language (PR:0.88; 0.84-0.92), or had less than a university degree (PR:0.93; 0.90-0.97) were less likely to access medical care for fertility. Women who had ever had a mammogram (PR:1.07; 1.05-1.10), had a pap-smear in the past year (PR:1.08;1.06-1.10), or who had utilized private healthcare regularly or in times of illness were more likely to access medical care for fertility.ConclusionUtilization of infertility care varied by demographic and access characteristics, including speaking an indigenous language, teaching in a rural school, and having a private healthcare provider.

Phosphorus (P) precipitation is among the most effective treatments to mitigate lake eutrophication. However, after a period of high effectiveness, studies have shown possible re-eutrophication and the return of harmful algal blooms. While such abrupt ecological changes were attributed to the internal P loading, the role of lake warming and its potential synergistic effects with internal loading, thus far, has been understudied. Here, in a eutrophic lake in central Germany, we quantified the driving mechanisms of the abrupt re-eutrophication and cyanobacterial blooms in 2016 (30 years after the first P precipitation). A process-based lake ecosystem model (GOTM-WET) was established using a high-frequency monitoring data set covering contrasting trophic states. Model analyses suggested that the internal P release accounted for 68% of the cyanobacterial biomass proliferation, while lake warming contributed to 32%, including direct effects via promoting growth (18%) and synergistic effects via intensifying internal P loading (14%). The model further showed that the synergy was attributed to prolonged lake hypolimnion warming and oxygen depletion. Our study unravels the substantial role of lake warming in promoting cyanobacterial blooms in re-eutrophicated lakes. The warming effects on cyanobacteria via promoting internal loading need more attention in lake management, particularly for urban lakes.

A split-and-delay unit for the extreme ultraviolet and soft X-ray spectral regions has been built which enables time-resolved experiments at beamlines FL23 and FL24 at the Free-electron LASer in Hamburg (FLASH). Geometric wavefront splitting at a sharp edge of a beam splitting mirror is applied to split the incoming soft X-ray pulse into two beams. Ni and Pt coatings at grazing incidence angles have been chosen in order to cover the whole spectral range of FLASH2 and beyond, up to hν = 1800 eV. In the variable beam path with a grazing incidence angle of ϑd = 1.8°, the total transmission (T) ranges are of the order of 0.48 < T < 0.84 for hν < 100 eV and T > 0.50 for 100 eV < hν < 650 eV with the Ni coating, and T > 0.06 for hν < 1800 eV for the Pt coating. For a fixed beam path with a grazing incidence angle of ϑf = 1.3°, a transmission of T > 0.61 with the Ni coating and T > 0.23 with a Pt coating is achieved. Soft X-ray pump/soft X-ray probe experiments are possible within a delay range of −5 ps < Δt < +18 ps with a nominal time resolution of t r = 66 as and a measured timing jitter of t j = 121 ± 2 as. First experiments with the split-and-delay unit determined the averaged coherence time of FLASH2 to be τc = 1.75 fs at λ = 8 nm, measured at a purposely reduced coherence of the free-electron laser.

Frontline health care workers who perform potentially aerosol-generating procedures, such as endotracheal intubations, in patients with coronavirus disease 2019 may be at an increased risk of exposure to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2. To continue to care for patients with coronavirus disease 2019, minimizing exposure is paramount. Using simulation, we devised a testing method to evaluate devices that may mitigate the spread of aerosol and droplet-sized particles.In this prospective single-center study, participants intubated a manikin 3 times using standard personal protective equipment, once with no barrier device, once with an acrylic box, and once with a modified horizontal drape. The micrometer-sized particle count, generated by a nebulization model, was recorded before and after each intubation. The first-pass intubation rate and time to intubation were recorded. Each operator completed a postsimulation survey about their experience using the barrier devices.Thirty airway proceduralists completed the simulation and survey. There was no significant difference in particle counts (aerosols or droplets) or first-pass intubation, but the horizontal drape was found to significantly increase intubation time (P = 0.01). Most participants preferred the drape over the acrylic box or no barrier device.The acrylic box and plastic drape did not mitigate particle spread. However, our testing method can be used to test barrier designs using negative pressure or other mitigation strategies for particle spread.

Im zweiten Teil des Beitrages werden Aufgabenbereiche und Methoden der Geschichtswissenschaft vorgestellt. Dabei geht es um Quellenrecherche und -analyse, Quellenkritik und -interpretation sowie die historische Diskursanalyse. Abschließend werden exemplarisch Bibliotheks- und Archivquellen genannt, welche für die Soziale Arbeit genutzt werden können.

In Glienicke ist Berlin zu Ende. Wenn man über die Brücke gefahren ist, ist man in Potsdam. Im Kalten Krieg konnte man diese Brücke gar nicht passieren, es sei denn, man war ein Spion, der ausgetauscht und in sein Friedenslager zurückgeschickt wurde. Über die Brücke führte die Chaussee, die 1788 bis 1794 zwischen den Residenzstädten Berlin und Potsdam angelegt worden ist. Bis heute heißt sie Königstraße, denn hier war der König tatsächlich unterwegs, wenn er, wie so häufig, seinen Wohnsitz von Berlin-Mitte oder Charlottenburg ins Potsdamer Stadtschloss oder nach Sanssouci und wieder zurückverlegte. Auf Berliner Seite endete die Berlin-Potsdamer Chaussee am Potsdamer Tor. Von hier aus war es nicht weit bis zum Dönhoffplatz, Standort des Null-Meilen-Zeigers für die Entfernungsangabe nach Potsdam. Am Dönhoffplatz in der Leipziger Straße 75 stand das Palais des Ministers und späteren Staatskanzlers Karl August von Hardenberg, den König Friedrich Wilhelm III. 1814 in den Fürstenrang erhob.

Im ersten Teil des Beitrages werden unterschiedliche Phasen der historischen Forschung in der Sozialen Arbeit nachgezeichnet, so zum Beispiel der Historismus und die Sozial-, Alltags- und Diskursgeschichte. Der zweite Teil erscheint in der kommenden Maiausgabe der Fachzeitschrift und befasst sich mit Aufgaben und Methoden der Geschichtswissenschaft.

Introduction Recurrent pregnancy loss is usually associated with significant psychological distress for both partners of the couple. It may act as a traumatic experience resulting in a posttraumatic stress disorder. The object of this study is to examine the posttraumatic impact of recurrent pregnancy loss on men and women and their interdependencies. Methods Cross-sectional study. All couples referred to the special unit for recurrent pregnancy loss between March 2019 and October 2020 were asked to participate with a sample size of 105 couples and 17 women. They were invited to complete a questionnaire package estimating the prevalence of posttraumatic stress, with anxiety, depression, lack of social support and dysfunctional coping strategies as contributing risk factors. Couple data were analysed with the Actor Partner Interdependence Model, taking the couple as a dyad. Results The response rate was 82.3 percent, with posttraumatic stress being measured in 13.7% of the women versus 3.9% of the men (p = 0.017). For women, number of curettages, controlled for the number of losses, correlated with the severity of posttraumatic stress (p Conclusion The posttraumatic risks within a couple with recurrent pregnancy loss are interdependent. Recurrent pregnancy loss clinics should assess posttraumatic risks of both partners in their routine diagnostic process.

A reliable pose estimator robust to environmental disturbances is desirable for mobile robots. To this end, inertial measurement units (IMUs) play an important role because they can perceive the full motion state of the vehicle independently. However, it suffers from accumulative error due to inherent noise and bias instability, especially for low-cost sensors. In our previous studies on Wheel-INS \cite{niu2021, wu2021}, we proposed to limit the error drift of the pure inertial navigation system (INS) by mounting an IMU to the wheel of the robot to take advantage of rotation modulation. However, Wheel-INS still drifted over a long period of time due to the lack of external correction signals. In this letter, we propose to exploit the environmental perception ability of Wheel-INS to achieve simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) with only one IMU. To be specific, we use the road bank angles (mirrored by the robot roll angles estimated by Wheel-INS) as terrain features to enable the loop closure with a Rao-Blackwellized particle filter. The road bank angle is sampled and stored according to the robot position in the grid maps maintained by the particles. The weights of the particles are updated according to the difference between the currently estimated roll sequence and the terrain map. Field experiments suggest the feasibility of the idea to perform SLAM in Wheel-INS using the robot roll angle estimates. In addition, the positioning accuracy is improved significantly (more than 30\%) over Wheel-INS. ZusammenfassungDie optimale Dialyseeinleitung erfolgt durch einen davor angelegten permanenten Zugang in einem geplanten Ablauf. Morbidität und Mortalität sind geringer bei geplantem Dialysestart. Dazu ist eine optimale Vorbereitung elementar. Der Zeitpunkt der Zugangsplanung richtet sich nach der gewählten Modalität. Bei Hämodialysezugängen sollte die Anlage eines arteriovenösen (AV) Zugangs bei dynamischem Abfall der glomerulären Filtrationsrate (GFR) ab GFR-Werten von 15–20 ml/min erwogen werden; bei langsamer Dynamik sollte die AV-Fistel 1 bis 3 Monate vor erwarteter Dialysepflichtigkeit angelegt werden. Bei AV-Grafts kann dieser Zeitpunkt später erfolgen. Ein Peritonealdialyse(PD)-Katheter sollte mindestens 14 Tage vor Dialysestart implantiert werden. Der Zeitpunkt der Dialyseeinleitung ist eine Individualentscheidung. Die Verschreibung der initialen Dialysebehandlungen ist individuell und richtet sich nach der Indikation und der Klinik. Gerade die ersten Behandlungen sollten umsichtig verschrieben werden, um ein Dysäquilibriumsyndrom (Hämodialyse) oder das Gefühl der Überfüllung (PD) zu verhindern. Die Progression zur Dialysepflichtigkeit ist psychisch sehr belastend. Ängste, Hilflosigkeit, Hoffnungslosigkeit und Depression können dabei führende Empfindungen sein. Die Erkennung psychischer Nöte und der soziale Support sind in dieser Phase äußerst wichtig.

Auf Basis von qualitativen und quantitativen Daten aus vergleichenden Fallstudien werden Beschäftigtenwahrnehmungen von betrieblichen Digitalisierungsprozessen im Hinblick auf Arbeits- und Gesundheitswirkungen analysiert und Ansatzpunkte für eine gesundheitsförderliche Gestaltung von Digitalisierungsprozessen formuliert. Folgende Befunde stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt: Digitalisierung produziert nicht vorrangig neue, sondern verschärft vor allem bestehende körperliche, umgebungs- und leistungsbezogene Belastungen. Grund hierfür sind in erster Linie betriebliche Gestaltungsdefizite in Form fehlender Mitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten der Beschäftigten und eines nicht ausreichend an den Arbeitsprozess angepassten Technikeinsatzes. Diese Konstellation ist nicht nur für das Wohlbefinden der Beschäftigten belastend ; sie führt außerdem zu Missachtungserfahrungen bezogen auf subjektive Anerkennungs- und Gestaltungsansprüche. Für eine gesundheitsförderlichere Gestaltung von Digitalisierungsprozessen ist es somit zentral, dass institutionalisierte Organisationsformen für Technikmitgestaltung geschaffen und so ein unmittelbarer Arbeitsbezug von Gestaltungsprozessen hergestellt werden.

This paper gives an overview on recent work regarding the revision of EN 1993 on European level including selected scientific and technical issues and a summary of the activities executed within the European Standardization committee CEN/TC250/SC3 “Design of Steel Structures“ under the chair of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Ulrike Kuhlmann. This includes the description of current normative developments for the 2nd Generation of Eurocodes which aim at an evolution by improvements and harmonisation of the existing codes. In addition, a technical review of selected rules is given on a number of issues, which support the code revision and reflect well the recent tendencies in steel structures.

We introduce and study in detail the notion of compatibility between valuations and orderings in real hyperfields. We investigate their relation with valuations and orderings induced on factor and residue hyperfields. Much of the theory from real fields can be generalized to real hyperfields; we point out facts that cannot. We generalize the Baer-Krull theorem to real hyperfields.

Steigende Strompreise erhöhen den Druck auf Unternehmen eine Vielzahl an Maßnahmen zur Reduktion des Energieverbrauchs zu realisieren. Die Versorgung von Maschinen aus einem Gleichspannungsnetz (DC-Netz) birgt ein hohes Effizienzpotenzial und bietet so eine Möglichkeit zur Energieverbrauchsreduktion. Dieses kann aber nicht pauschal, sondern muss auf Grund der unterschiedlichen Maschinenstrukturen, Prozessabläufe und Leistungsbedarfe individuell abgeschätzt werden. Die hier vorgestellte Messmethode und das entwickelte Messsystem ermöglichen ein einfaches Erfassen des zu erwartenden Potenzials bei Umrüstung einer Maschine auf DC.

Este artigo aborda a trajetória do Teatro Experimental Fontibón (TEF), desde sua criação, objetivos e formas de expressão. Sua filiação ao teatro de rua, técnica dos comparsas, Teatro do Oprimido e teatro de sala serão observados enquanto modelos de teatro popular que estão baseados em perspectivas de engajamento político. Tendo em vista a utilização intencional do teatro como canal de transformação social, o presente trabalho analisará a performance política-artística desse grupo no que diz respeito à construção da paz a partir do local. Para tanto, adota-se uma abordagem metodológica qualitativa e exploratória para realizar as conexões entre a literatura de Teatro para a Paz e a dimensão prática do Estudo de Caso. Verifica-se na trajetória histórica e na performance do TEF suas contribuições para a construção da paz local, em particular ao desenvolver práticas coletivas e solidárias para a transformação das narrativas do conflito colombiano, desde uma perspectiva dos grupos socialmente vulneráveis.

Purpose: Alveolar soft part sarcoma (ASPS) is a rare, highly vascular tumor with few treatment options. We designed a phase II randomized trial to determine the activity and tolerability of single-agent cediranib or sunitinib in patients with advanced metastatic ASPS. Patients and Methods: Patients 16 years of age and older were randomized to receive cediranib (30 mg) or sunitinib (37.5 mg) in 28-day cycles. Patients could cross over to the other treatment arm at disease progression. The primary endpoint was to measure the objective response rate (ORR) for each agent. Median progression-free survival (mPFS) for the two arms was also determined. Results: Twenty-nine of 34 enrolled patients were evaluable for response. One patient on each of the initial two treatment arms had a partial response (ORR: 6.7% and 7.1% for cediranib and sunitinib, respectively). Twenty-four patients had a best response of stable disease (86.7% and 78.6% for cediranib and sunitinib, respectively). There were no significant differences in mPFS for the two treatment arms. Clinical benefit (i.e., objective response or stable disease for a minimum of four or six cycles of therapy) on the first-line tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) therapy did not predict benefit on the second-line TKI. Both drugs were well tolerated. As of August 2021, 1 patient (unevaluable for ORR) remains on study. Conclusions: The study did not meet its endpoints for ORR. Although both TKIs provided clinical benefit, the outcomes may have been attenuated in patients who had progressed ≤6 months before enrollment, potentially accounting for the low response rates. Zusammenfassung Im Mittelpunkt des Beitrages steht die Rekonstruktion berufskultureller Umgangsweisen mit den die schulischen Handlungslogiken infrage stellenden coronabedingten Schulschließungen. Berufskultur wird dabei als ein Modus Operandi gefasst, der sich im Zusammenspiel von lehrer*innenseitigen Selbst- und außerschulischen Fremdpositionierungen ausformt und als dieser berufsinterne Deutungs- und Handlungsweisen strukturiert. Zwei aufeinander bezogene Rekonstruktionen einer lehrerseitigen und einer ministeriellen Positionierung lassen eine komplementäre Figur einer vollständigen Delegation bzw. Inanspruchnahme von Verantwortung und Zuständigkeit erkennen. Die sich gegenseitig stützenden Positionierungen erscheinen in sich brüchig und verfehlen in ihrer Einseitigkeit die Strukturiertheit der beruflichen Handlungspraxis von Lehrer*innen. Damit verbunden werden Modi der Fremd- und Selbstpositionierungen herausgearbeitet, die Rückschlüsse auf berufskulturelle Formen der Stabilisierung derartiger Deutungen zulassen.
