Introduction. Treatment of thrombophlebitis should be complex and, along with mandatory compression, include both systemic and local use of drugs.Aim. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the standardized use of the combined drug gel containing heparin sodium, aescin and essential phospholipids in real clinical practice in the treatment of superficial vein thrombophlebitis.Materials and methods. The study included 68 patients with varicose veins complicated by superficial vein thrombophlebitis. In group 1 patients (n = 33), topical drugs were not used. In group 2 patients (n = 35), combined gel was used daily. The drug was applied to the skin of the lower extremities three times a day, 1 g of gel. Its total daily amount did not exceed 4 g of gel. The observation period was 10 days. A dynamic scoring of clinical symptoms was performed using alinear analog scale and thermometry of the skin of the lower extremities.Results. On day 10, patients of the main group showed a statistically significant decrease in thermographic parameters in the area of thrombophlebitis: Tmin 33.23 ± 0.12 °C, Tmax 39.86 ± 0.24 °C, Tmean 40.01 ± 0.16 °С (p ≤ 0.05). When assessing the symptoms of thrombophlebitis using alinear analog scale after 10 days of treatment, there was a general decrease in the number of points in the control group to 16.4 ± 0.12 and in the main group to 12.3 ± 0.16 points (p ≤ 0.05).Conclusion. A combined gel is an effective and safe drug for the treatment of patients with thrombophlebitis of the superficial veins of the lower extremities.

Renal cell carcinoma is one of the most common malignant neoplasms of the genitourinary system. Along with smoking and hereditary syndromes associated with mutations in the Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) gene, obesity is one of the main risk factors for the development of renal cell carcinoma. Emerging data indicate a causal relationship between obesity and development of renal cell carcinoma. In a large study within the framework of the Metabolic Syndrome and Cancer project, clinical data on blood pressure, body mass index, blood glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides were collected in 560,388 people. Individually, high glucose and triglyceride levels, as well as high body mass index and blood pressure, correlated with an increased risk of renal cell carcinoma in men, while only body mass index had a significant correlation in women.

For the isotropic beam elements of the technological equipment (BETE), which are used in the production of carbon-carbon composite materials (CCCM) in direct heating furnaces, the analytical solution of the temperature stress-strain state, taking into account the stiffness of the spring of the current collector, was obtained for the first time in the work. Formulas for calculating the critical diameters of loss of compressive strength are given. Using the example of graphite and molybdenum rods, it was established in the work that the decisive factor of the load-bearing capacity is the loss of stability of the elements under consideration.

A technology for obtaining organomineral fertilizer based on sewage sludge from chemical enterprises is proposed, which allows increasing soil fertility due to the fine structure of bio-coal obtained during pyrolysis of sewage sludge, which retains nutrients in soils for a long time. Studies of sewage sludge before and after pyrolysis for compliance with agrochemical indicators of organic fertilizers according to GOST R 54651-2011 "Organic fertilizers based on sewage sludge" are presented. A method for obtaining organomineral fertilizer by mixing activated sludge with phosphorous flour and sawdust is proposed to ensure the stability of indicators according to the required values according to GOST criteria.

The relevance of the subject matter is conditioned primarily by the desire to achieve the national interests of Ukraine and the need to fight russian military aggression for the right to pursue an independent foreign policy. In this regard, the purpose of the study is to reveal the issue of the restoration of Ukraine’s activities in the political sphere as a result of the establishment of the United Nations. The main methods of research of this problem are: analysis, induction, deduction, and synthesis, which allow describing and highlighting the most important aspects of the development of Ukraine’s foreign policy, as well as diagnostic, comparative, system and structural methods. The paper examines the process of resumption of Ukraine’s foreign policy after the establishment of the United Nations. The role of Ukraine in the founding of the United Nations is considered, and its activities in the organisation are evaluated. The prerequisites and historical traditions of Ukrainian diplomacy are revealed. The activities of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic and independent Ukraine in the United Nations bodies are investigated. The main modern achievements of Ukraine’s foreign policy are considered. It is determined that one of the main goals of Ukraine’s work in the UN Security Council was to inform council members and the international community about any attempts to escalate the situation in the temporarily occupied Crimea and Eastern Ukraine by russia. The main ways of the modern foreign policy of Ukraine were described, namely: preserving the supremacy of the state on its territory, independence in international relations, territorial integrity, and Euro-Atlantic integration. The materials of the study are of practical and theoretical value for political scientists, historians, other representatives of the scientific community, and researchers of the topic of restoring Ukraine’s foreign policy, who are interested in the features and aspects of this state activity, and study the role of Ukraine in the process of founding the United Nations

The subject of the study is the implementation of the state family policy in the Russian Federation, as an institution of family support, on the decent existence of which the functioning and development of any society and state directly depends. The authors consider in detail such aspects of the topic as the availability of a comprehensively elaborated regulatory framework as a foundation for the implementation of various measures laid down in the state family policy, including the provision of financial and economic measures aimed at supporting the family, as well as the preservation and strengthening of traditional family values (including countering the ideology of same-sex marriages, LGBT communities, childfree worldview, etc.). A special contribution of the authors to the study of the topic is the identification of legislative gaps in the regulation of certain types of family and legal relations, in particular in the regulation of marriage and family relations, countering the spread of same-sex marriages and sex change, as factors negatively affecting the strengthening and development of the family, the demographic situation in the Russian Federation. The result of the study is proposals to amend the current legislation of the Russian Federation regarding the grounds for refusal to register a marriage, invalidation of the marriage, as well as giving the prosecutor the authority to apply to the court with a statement of claim containing a requirement to recognize a marriage in which persons of the same sex are invalid. In addition, measures are proposed to strengthen counteraction to the propaganda of non-traditional views on gender identity (primarily among minors).

This article presents theoretical studies of methods for assessing car quality indicators in the operation stage. Important criteria for determining the quality indicators of cars during the operation phase are the following: functional stability, ecology, comfort, technical solutions, and traffic safety. The problem of converting a multicriteria quality assessment to a single criterion is proposed to be solved by the method of determining a quality index. The methodology for the practical and actual implementation of this research is based on the evaluation of the quality index established on the average vehicle speed then the basic methodological principles are formulated. The quality index of a car is significantly dependent on the operating conditions. This article presents the correction coefficients for the quality index of base, hybrid, and electric vehicles, depending on the operating conditions. The studies and the proposed car quality index provide timely information on the characteristics of operating conditions, creating the necessary conditions and opportunities for automakers to improve the design of cars, promote the image of car brands, and increase sales.

We examine the spatial distribution and orbital pole correlations of satellites in a suite of zoom-in high-resolution dissipationless simulations of Miky Way (MW) sized haloes. We use the measured distribution to estimate the incidence of satellite configurations as flattened and as correlated in their orbital pole distribution as satellite system of the Milky Way. We confirm that this incidence is sensitive to the radial distribution of subhaloes and thereby to the processes that affect it, such as artificial disruption due to numerical effects and disruption due to the central disk. Controlling for the resolution effects and bracketing the effects of the disk, we find that the MW satellite system is somewhat unusual (at the $\approx 2-3\sigma$ level) but is statistically consistent with the $\Lambda$CDM model, in general agreement with results and conclusions of other recent studies., Comment: 10 pages, 7 figures, submitted to MNRAS

The purpose of this work is the synthesis of an annelated with pyrimidine system at position 2–3 of the diazepine cycle and the study of the affinity of the synthesized compound for the central benzodiazepine receptors (CBDR) and peripheral benzodiazepine receptors (PBDR) of the CNS, as well as, in the future, the study of pharmacological properties. The synthesis of 8-bromo‑11-methyl‑6-phenyl‑11-pyrimido[4,5-b][1,4]benzodiazepine II was carried out by heating 7-bromo‑1-methyl‑5-phenyl‑1,3-dihydro‑2Н‑1,4-benzodiazepin‑2-one I with formamide in a solution of phosphorus oxychloride. The structure of compound II was confirmed by mass spectrometry and 1H NMR spectroscopy, as well as by X‑ray diffraction analysis. 1Н NMR spectrum was recorded in ~2% solution of the compound in CDCl3 on the Bruker (300 MHz), internal standard TMS. Mass spectrum of the compound was obtained by electron impact on an mass spectrometer, “MX‑1321”, ionizing voltage 70 eV, ionizationchamber temperature 220 °C. The X‑ray diffraction study of the single crystal was carried out on a KUMA‑4CCD diffractometer using MoKa – radiation with ω-scanning at 100 K. The affinity of compound II to the central and peripheral benzodiazepine receptors of the CNS was studied by radioligand analysis. The experiment was carried out on nonpedigreed male rats with mass 180–220 g. The following radioligands were used: [3H]flumazenil (CBDR) and [3H]RK 11195 (PBDR). As a result of radioligand studies, it was found that compound II at a concentration of 1 10–6 M inhibits the specific binding of the radioligand [3H]flumazenil to CBDR by 43.7%, which indicates the presence of a moderate affinity for CBDR. It was also found that compound II at a concentration of 1 10–6 M inhibits the specific binding of the radioligand [3H]RK 11195 with PBDR by 3.7%, which indicates the practical absence of affinity for PBDR. The presence of a moderate affinity of compound II for CBDR and the selectivity of the binding of this compound to CBDR with respect to PBDR is of interest for further studies of this class of compounds as potential anxiolytics of a new type.

Notwithstanding decades of progress since Yukawa first developed a description of the force between nucleons in terms of meson exchange, a full understanding of the strong interaction remains a major challenge in modern science. One remaining difficulty arises from the non-perturbative nature of the strong force, which leads to the phenomenon of quark confinement at distances on the order of the size of the proton. Here we show that in relativistic heavy-ion collisions, where quarks and gluons are set free over an extended volume, two species of produced vector (spin-1) mesons, namely $\phi$ and $K^{*0}$, emerge with a surprising pattern of global spin alignment. In particular, the global spin alignment for $\phi$ is unexpectedly large, while that for $K^{*0}$ is consistent with zero. The observed spin-alignment pattern and magnitude for the $\phi$ cannot be explained by conventional mechanisms, while a model with a connection to strong force fields, i.e. an effective proxy description within the Standard Model and Quantum Chromodynamics, accommodates the current data. This connection, if fully established, will open a potential new avenue for studying the behaviour of strong force fields.

The aim of this work was to study the effect of vacuum sintering conditions and cerium concentration on the optical, luminescent and thermal properties of yttrium-aluminum garnet based ceramics doped with Се3+ cations. Series of ceramic powders were synthesized and samples of luminescent ceramics having the composition Y3-хСехAl5O12 were synthesized where x was in the range 0.01 to 0.025 f.u. We show that the phase composition and grain size distribution of the ceramic powders do not depend on cerium concentration. Without sintering additives, an increase in vacuum sintering temperature from 1675 to 1800 °C leads to an increase in the optical transmittance of luminescent ceramic specimens from 5 to 55% at a 540 nm wavelength and an increase in the thermal conductivity of the samples from 8.4 to 9.5 W/(m ∙ K). It was found that an increase in cerium concentration leads to a shift of the luminescent band peak from 535 to 545 nm where as the width of the luminescent band decreases with an increase in vacuum sintering temperature from 1675 to 1725 °C.

The article presents the data of electret-thermal analysis of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene as a polymer material promising for medicine and technology, polyvinyl alcohol as a biocompatible gel-forming polymer, blood as a system with coordinatively bound polarizable components, synovial fluid as a component of the lubricating medium of joints containing giauloronates and cholesterol esters, starch-containing polymer biodegradable compositions, chitosan as a natural electret biopolymer, vegetable oils as systems with supramolecular formations in the form of fatty acid triglyceride associates. The variants of interpretation of the thermally stimulated current spectra obtained during the analysis are proposed, which are based on the fundamental concepts of dielectric physics, condensed matter physics, and related natural science disciplines. It is concluded that the addition of the content of curricula in individual academic disciplines with information about this method will contribute to improving the effectiveness of specialists training by institutions of higher education.

This article provides new information about Ayn Rand’s residences in Saint Petersburg (Petrograd/Leningrad). The authors, who based the article on hitherto unknown archival documents, discovered new information regarding the exact location of the apartments where the Rosenbaums lived in the city from 1904 through the 1930s. Furthermore, the article provides information about where Rand’s grandparents, Berko (Boris) Kaplan and his wife Sarah, had been living. Additionally, it offers English translations and Russian originals of archival documents related to the aforementioned locations.

In this work new methods to obtain complexes from β-cyclodextrin and dehydroabietic acid with chromenol-triazol hybrid with the sizes limits of approximately 0.1-250 μm are reported. Kneading, co-evaporation and co-precipitation for the resolution of racemic 2-tert-butyl-3-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2H-chromen-2-ol for obtaining micro- and nanoparticles have been optimized. In vitro dissolution studies of the synthesized compounds in phosphate buffer (pH 6.8) showed an improved dissolution rate of chromenol-triazol hybrid in the inclusion complexes compared to the free form. The obtained β-complexes of β-cyclodextrin loaded with dehydroabietitoic acid and chromenol hybrid showed good antibacterial activity with MIC and MBC values ranging from 0.72 to 44.45 μM.

The aim of this work is the synthesis of a number of substituted E‑1-(2-amino‑5-R1-phenyl)-3-(4-R2-phenyl)prop‑2-en‑1-ones (2-aminochalcones) as precursors for obtaining new derivatives of 7-R1–5-[2-R2-phenylvinyl]-1,4-benzodiazepin‑2-ones. Starting 5-substituted 2-aminoacetophenones with bromo and nitro group were synthesized from 2-aminoacetophenone by bromination of the latter with N‑bromosuccinimide in acetonitrile and nitration of 2-acetaminoacetophenone with a nitrating mixture followed by removal of acetyl protection. 2-Aminochalcones were synthesized according to standard methods during the interaction of a number of 5-substituted 2-aminoacetophenones with para-substituted benzaldehydes under basic catalysis conditions. The target products turned out to be brightly colored compounds with low melting points, their isolation and purification did not cause any difficulties. According to the data of 1H NMR spectroscopy, all synthesized 2-aminochalcones were individual trans isomers, which was also confirmed by X‑ray structural analysis of one of the obtained 2-aminochalcones. A number of new substituted E‑1-(2-amino‑5R1-phenyl)-3-(4-R2-phenylprop‑2-en‑1-ones) were synthesized – compounds with amino and ketofunctions and are precursors for obtaining of a new series of 5-substituted 1,4-benzodiazepines with various arylvinyl groups. 2-aminoacetophenone, 2-amino‑5-bromoacetophenone, and 2-amino‑5-nitroacetophenone were selected as substrates for this series. The methyl groups of these acetophenones were condensed according to Claisen-Schmidt with parasubstituted benzaldehydes. Condensation was carried out under alkaline conditions in an aqueous solution. Yields of aminochalcones reached 60–85%. The methyl group of 2-aminoacetophenones smoothly reacted with aromatic aldehydes to form the corresponding 2-aminophenylchalcones. The structure of the obtained compounds was confirmed by mass spectrometry and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The structure of one of the chalcones was proved by X‑ray structural analysis. The obtained compounds can be used for the synthesis of 1,4-benzodiazepines with 5-arylvinyl substituents.

Summary. Introduction. Burn injury remains one of the serious problems of clinical medicine. For successful spontaneous epithelization of surface burns in the prescribed time frame, it is necessary to create favorable conditions to reduce bacterial insemination and limit additional traumatization of dermal burns. Goal. Evaluation of the clinical effectiveness of Arederma spray with probiotics for the local treatment of superficial burns. Materials and methods. The results of complex local treatment of 26 patients with superficial burns are presented. Patients were divided into 2 clinical groups. The main group consisted of 14 patients who, before standard local treatment, underwent additional treatment of burn surfaces with a spray with probiotics. The comparison group consisted of 12 victims who underwent standard local therapy of burn surfaces. In patients of the main group, the burn area on average was (6.4 ± 1.8) % of body surface, in patients of the comparison group (5.9 ± 1.3) % of body surface. The effectiveness of the treatment was carried out on the basis of a microbiological study with the study of the wound process using cytological studies and visual assessment. Results and discussion. The obtained results testify to the effectiveness of the local application of probiotics in the complex treatment of superficial burns due to the reduction of infection of the burn surface and the positive effect of the drug on epithelization processes, which made it possible to shorten the terms of inpatient treatment of burned patients. Conclusions. The combined complex application of a neutral wound dressing and a spray containing probiotics optimizes the inflammatory process, reduces the infection of the burn surface with pathogenic microflora, which ensures epithelization of superficial burns in the prescribed time. The use of Arederma spray helped reduce the bacterial load on the burn surface at all stages of complex local treatment.

In the article, the authors consider the methodological origins and foundations of psychological science. They point out the impossibility of a mechanical transfer of the paradigm and explanatory principles of natural science to the field of psychology, in which such an approach inevitably leads to a methodological dead end. A person becomes part of a deterministic relationship, losing their most important trait — their freedom. Lev Vygotsky proposed an approach that offers a path beyond this outdated methodology. In the cultural-historical approach, the central concept of psychology is the category of personality, while consciousness serves as the subject of study. However, Vygotsky interpretats consciousness in a significantly different way than it had been in psychology before him. He writes about the systemic and semantic structure of consciousness and it is this aspect that is primary for Vygotsky. The authors consider the works of Lev Vygotsky’s closest disciples and associates in this context. In these works, the problem of consciousness and the relationship between sense and meaning is solved in a manner different from traditional psychology. A meaning is always a generalization. Consciousness operates these generalizations. In this article, the authors discuss the problems of theoretical and empirical generalization in the works of Vasily Davydov. The authors conclude that the solution to the problem of generalization, as proposed by Davydov, leads away from the scientific tradition initiated by the works of Lev Vygotsky and his followers.

The linguistic means of creating a language game in French advertising texts at the phonetic, lexical, word-formation, grammatical levels of the language are investigated. Homophones and paronyms are distinguished on the phonetic level, stylistic tropes – on the lexical, stylistic figures – on the grammatical, contamination – on the word-formation. Cases of combinations of different tropes and figures in some advertising texts are established.

Objective. The paper examined the information digital technologies effectiveness in the PR-management specialists training for public administration bodies on the blended learning model. The research methodology is based on a mixed-methods approach and a combination of qualitative and quantitative design to fully cover the use of digital technology in the training of professionals under martial law. Results. It has been demonstrated that through a combination of different digital technologies in the higher education institutions of Ukraine, depending on the stage of training and type of lesson, a flexible inclusive approach was used, making provision for the creation of common standards for teaching through digital technology. Innovative digital technologies were used depending on the stage of the educational process (communication and interaction; conducting lectures and seminars; transferring learning materials and exchanging them; digital content development; knowledge evaluation and academic performance rating). As the higher education institutions of Ukraine significantly improved the asynchronous learning models, the preparation level of both educators and students for the complete transition to asynchronous learning given the war was markedly higher. It is deemed that the flexible self-study model during the war ensures the general competencies development, however students have not mastered a sufficient level of professional practical competencies.

The genesis main directions of the Ishim steppe watershed plain soils depending on their economic use (arable land, forest belt, abandoned land) during the 1950s – 2020s were revealed. Within the studied region, soils were diagnosed on lands of different use. It is shown that the regional morphogenetic feature of all watershed plain soils is the tonguing of the humus horizon, which is reflected in their classification status by the allocation of a dark-tonguic subtype of the soils. Differentiation of the agrodarkhumus horizon into two subhorizons under the influence of plane-cutting processing was revealed in the agrozem, prevailing by area. The manifestation of postagrogenic transformation of soils occurring under forest belts and under deposits with herbaceous vegetation is determined. Postagrogenic soils are characterized by a granular structure, higher reserves of humus and total nitrogen in a layer of 0–20 cm compared to agrozems. In the soil of the forest belt, a coarse-humus neo-horizon was formed, which is not typical of steppe soils. The soil under abandoned for a long time grassland has signs of dark humus horizon progradation to a state close to a virgin one. The additional surface moistening of micro-subsidence soils causes them to have a higher humus content and its reserves in the 0–100 cm layer, deeper leaching of carbonates, the formation of a clay-illuvial horizon in the carbonate-free zone and prevents the formation of a gypsum horizon. The groundwater level raising in the modern period, which is a consequence of the mass plowing and functioning of impenetrable protective forest belts in the study area, caused the appearance of neo-hydromorphism in watershed plain soils and the formation of quasi-clay subtypes. The results indicate the regional specificity of the genetic properties of the Ishim steppe watershed plain soils that distinguish them from their European counterparts, as well as the influence of agrogenic transformation as an anthropogenic factor on them. This influence is reflected in the morphology of soils, their humus state, the nature of the carbonate and gypsum profiles, the processes of halogenesis in them and the variety of salt profiles.

Gives the summary of literary sources on the problem of diagnosis and creating of the environment related to physical training and sports activities in a modern high school taken FEFU University School as an example. It formulates the relevance and methodological features of the research and organizational aspects of our upcoming research. It also gives the most significant strategies for creating the pedagogical environment of the school related to physical training and sports activities.

The development of methodological tools for studying the most possible range of the objects of dielectric nature is an urgent task. We present the results of studying dielectric objects by the method of electret-thermal analysis (ETA). Electrophysical changes in dielectric objects were studied taking into account polarization effects and electret state. The ETA data of ultrahigh molecular polyethylene, polyvinyl alcohol, human blood, synovial fluid, starch-containing polymer biodegradable compositions, chitosan, and vegetable oils are presented. Analysis of the spectra of thermally stimulated currents obtained during tests revealed that ETA method is characterized by high information content regarding various dielectric objects.Thermally stimulated current response makes it possible to identify and interpret phase phenomena occurring upon heating of the objects, including those accompanied by electrophysical processes of transfer and relaxation of the electret charge. The results obtained can be used to improve the methodology for analyzing electrophysical changes in dielectric objects.

Complexity and multifactorial nature of potential pathogenic consequences of SARS-CoV-2 infection in human body, discovery of new virus-induced mechanisms triggering a cascade of pathological responses in the cells of host organism leading to development of multiple organ failure elicited increasing interest in morpho-functional state of blood cells in reconvalescent persons after COVID-19 infection. The aim of the present work is to characterize morphofunctional pattern of blood cells at different periods of recovery, depending on the severity of COVID-19. We examined 55 convalescents after bearing COVID-19 infection: Group I included the convalescents 30 days after the disease (n = 39); Group II consisted of the persons 60 days after recovery (n = 16); Group III included clinically healthy volunteers with no history of clinical SARS-CoV-2 infection (n = 11). The cells were examined by means of Olympus CX41 microscope (Olympus, Japan), and VZ-C31S digital videocamera (VideoZavr, Russia) using the VideoZavr software (version 1.5). Assessment of neutrophil populations in the whole blood samples was performed with BD Accuri C6 Plus flow cytometer (USA) with automatic differentiation of cells between lymphocytes and monocytes, according to the degree of granularity. Cytokine production was determined using commercial kits for detection of IFNγ, TNFα, IL-4, IL-8, IL-10 (JSC Vector-Best, Russia), IL-17A (eBioscience, Austria) was assayed with automatic enzyme immunoassay analyzer “LAZURIT” (Dynex Technologies, USA). Among the convalescents who suffered the moderate-degree COVID-19 (45.5% and 50% of cases, respectively) on days +30 and +60 after clinical recovery, a significantly increased ratio of morphologically altered forms of erythrocytes (echinocytes, ovalocytes, dacryocytes, codocytes) was noted as compared with group III (p = 0.00001 and p = 0.001, respectively). Regardless of clinical severity of the disease; a mean of 40.6% convalescents from groups I and II had moderate disturbances in the neutrophil morphology (cytoplasmic vacuolization, chromatin decondensation at the pre-netosis stage, transformation of cells by the netosis type), and, in 27.4% of cases, the areas of neutrophilplatelet aggregation were seen. In blood supernates from recovered patients, we have revealed a significantly decreased content of IFNγ (P = 0.02), TNFα (p = 0.03), IL-10 (p = 0.04) and IL-17A (p = 0.02). The revealed morphological and functional changes in blood cells in the persons who underwent COVID-19 infection suggest long-term maintenance of toxic damage to erythrocytes, neutrophils and lymphocytes over the recovery period. The effects of the detected morphological and functional disorders of blood cells following COVID-19 recovery leading to increase in blood viscosity and microcirculation, formation of neutrophil-platelet aggregates, may cause higher risks of thrombotic complications at the long-range period as well as decreased levels of regulatory cytokines, thus confirming slow recovery of the lymphocyte populations (Th1, Th2, Th17) of the immune system.

Conclusion The potential advantages of lateral arthroplasty, such as the ability to preserve the natural kinematics of the knee joint and achieve a high degree of patient satisfaction with the results of the surgery, suggest that further research is definitely needed to study this complex but effective surgical intervention in order to form adequate patient selection criteria and assess which of the technical options are key to obtaining the optimal clinical outcome.

This study introduces a novel method for comparing vertical thermodynamic profiles, focusing on the atmospheric boundary layer, across a wide range of meteorological conditions. This method is developed using observed temperature and dewpoint temperature data from 31,153 soundings taken at 0000 UTC and 32,308 soundings taken at 1200 UTC between May 2019 – March 2020. Temperature and dewpoint temperature vertical profiles are first interpolated onto a height above-ground-level (AGL) coordinate, after which the temperature of the dry adiabat defined by the surface-based parcel’s temperature is subtracted from each quantity at all altitudes. This allows for common sounding features, such as turbulent mixed layers and inversions, to be similarly depicted regardless of temperature and dewpoint-temperature differences resulting from altitude, latitude, or seasonality. The soundings that result from applying this method to the observed sounding collection described above are then clustered to identify distinct boundary-layer structures in the data. Specifically, separately at 0000 and 1200 UTC, a k-means clustering analysis is conducted in the phase space of the leading two empirical orthogonal functions of the sounding data. As compared to clustering based on the original vertical profiles, which results in clusters that are dominated by seasonal and latitudinal differences, clusters derived from transformed data are less latitudinally and seasonally stratified and better represent boundary-layer features such turbulent mixed layers and pseudoadiabatic profiles. The sounding-comparison method thus provides an objective means of categorizing vertical thermodynamic profiles with wide-ranging applications, as demonstrated by using the method to verify short-range Global Forecast System model forecasts.

The article analyzes the prospective use of vegetable oils as lubricating materials and working fluids with the addition of functional additives in the form of C60 fullerene nanocompounds, reliability of the main tribosystems of volumetric hydraulic transmission of the GST-90 type. For the most part, the reliability of hydraulic machines depends on the working fluids used, and additives as functional components that are added to their content. The possibility of improving the characteristics of working fluids using nano-additives was considered. It was established that when operating on working fluids of vegetable origin with the addition of C60 nano-additives to oils of vegetable origin, the wear rate is 11% lower than when using MGE-46B. The rate of wear of the in situ tribosystem attached bottom - distributor is non-linear and significantly differs from the plunger - bushing tribosystem. It can be seen that the operation of this tribosystem at high loads will significantly reduce its estimated resource. The obtained results of wear rates of tribosystems when using different types of working fluids and their analysis make it possible to calculate and forecast the resource of each of them, and of hydrostatic transmission of the GST-90 type as a whole. For calculations and forecasting of the resource of the hydrostatic transmission of the GST-90 type, the maximum allowable amount of wear of tribosystems was selected based on the analysis of literary sources. Cheaper working fluids based on RS and RR vegetable oils can be a good alternative. Compared with the most common working fluid of petroleum origin MGE-46B, working fluids RS and RR provide a fairly high calculated resource, which is higher on average by 15%, and this, in turn, is equal to 480 engine hours. It is known that during the working season the harvester is operated for approximately 250 engine hours, that is, the use of RS and RR working fluids instead of MGE-46B will make it possible to increase the operating time up to two years. Problem. As a result of automobile traffic every year 20-30% of the territory of cities are subject to electromagnetic pollution in cities and settlements. This is due to the increase in power and number of electrical equipment of each individual car. The urgency of the problem of electromagnetic pollution is an important step in determining the impact of electromagnetic radiation on humans in the rapid development of hybrid cars. Goal. The aim of this work is to determine the effect of electromagnetic radiation on humans in the conditions of rapid development of hybrid cars. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: review anthropogenic electromagnetic fields; find the elements of the electromagnetic field in a hybrid car; consider the most common methods of protection against electromagnetic fields. Methodology. The article presents a general classification of electromagnetic radiation to humans arising in hybrid vehicles. It is extremely important to reveal the phenomena occurring in hybrid cars in the research work to find the truth and the processes of occurrence of electromagnetic radiation. This issue is given primary importance, because finding effective technical, environmental and other methods and means of protecting people in hybrid and other vehicles is extremely necessary and in demand at the present stage. Thus, based on the characteristics of the material and aspects of its analysis determined the structure of the text in which some of the facts are given using the information available in the attached literature. Results. The result of the work were the proposed methods of shielding high-frequency and low-frequency levels based on physical properties – the reflection and absorption of electromagnetic waves during the transition from one medium to another. Originality. Methods of studying the effect of electromagnetic radiation on a person in vehicles (automotive, hybrid, electric) and especially on the reaction of a biological cell, its vital activity, require in-depth research to determine criteria, acceptable standards and optimal methods of protection against EMF and EMI. Practical value. The practical significance of this study is focused on readers and researchers of vehicles (automotive, hybrid, electric) which are interested in the negative effects of electromagnetic radiation, protection of passengers and drivers from them. The impact of electromagnetic radiation from hybrid and other types of vehicles on humans is a necessary task not only for scientists but also for manufacturers of these modes of transport, who for unknown reasons are trying to "freeze" the proposals and technical solutions offered by the World Scientific Society.

The article presents a universal method for assessing the ultimate resistance of base foundations to the pressing of piles of all types (ready-made, stuffed), according to the classification of TKP 45-5.01-254-2012, according to the physical and mechanical characteristics of soils, taking into account their design parameters, technological aspects of manufacture and device. The method is developed on the basis of the proposed analytical solution of a particular problem of the theory of the ultimate equilibrium of soils in relation to the stability and bearing capacity of the base of a single pile loaded with vertical indentation/pulling force in a flat formulation. The calculation of the characteristic (bearing capacity) and design limit resistance of the foundation to the pressing of piles is carried out using partial coefficients that take into account the possibility of deviations of the structural, technological parameters of piles, soil properties from their representative values and the uncertainty of the soil model compared with the actual behavior of the loaded soil. The deviation of the calculation results according to the proposed method from the experimental data on the results of testing piles with a static indentation load is within the error of the test method.

The article is devoted to the outline of those issues that reveal the peculiarities of termination of employment by agreement of the parties. The authors draw attention to certain problems in determining the procedure for termination of the employment contract on this basis. In addition, the authors focus on the study of the characteristics of the application of the ground “by agreement of the parties.” The analysis of scientific researches of outstanding modern experts of science of labor law is carried out, their most important remarks and considerations are resulted. The latest legal opinions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine on dismissal on this ground are considered and analyzed. Today, considerable attention should be paid to the rules for the protection of employees’ interests in the termination of employment, as Ukrainian lawyers point out that the labor law has significantly reduced the rules aimed at protecting the interests of employees. The current legislation of Ukraine does not contain a legally defined relevant procedure and terms of termination of the employment contract by agreement of the parties. Lack of documentation of the agreement of the parties may have adverse consequences for the parties to the employment contract, as well as complicate the consideration and resolution of individual labor disputes. It is these circumstances that require the definition in the labor legislation of Ukraine of the procedure for reaching and drawing up an agreement between the parties to terminate the employment contract. The real possibility of protecting the rights of employees upon termination of an employment contract on this basis depends on the effectiveness of the mechanism of judicial and state control over the employer’s compliance with the procedure for dismissal by agreement of the parties. Judicial practice at the Supreme Court level provides answers to questions that are not clearly regulated by law, allowing employers and employees to make informed and lawful decisions in this area. It should be noted that today the normative regulation of the provisions on the procedure for terminating an employment contract by agreement of the parties and bringing them into line with law enforcement practice needs to be improved.

The sorption capacity for iodine vapors of samples of carbon fiber cloth materials 31-3, 31-6, 35-1, 35-2, and KIPT 16-00 obtained at NSC KIPT, carbon fiber cloth materials of the Saut and Busofit brands and active granular carbons ISQ-3, SKT-3, and DGF-2 has been studied. The sorption capacity of carbon fiber cloth materials of series 31-6 and KIPT 16-00 is ~ 30% higher in comparison with Saut fiber cloth and ~ 4 times higher than the characteristics of active granular carbons SKT-3 and DGF-2 it has been shown.
