연구의 목적은 학령인구 감소로 인해 학교 통폐합의 잠재성이 높은 시･군･구를 파악하는 것이다. 한국 사회는 초저출산으로 인해 학령인구 수가 급감해 왔으며, 이로 인해 소규모 학교의 통폐합이 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 지금까지 학교통폐합에 대한 찬반 쟁점이나 폐교의 활용에 대한 연구는 다수 이루어졌으나, 학교 통폐합의 잠재성이 높은 지역을 예측한 연구는 이제껏 시도된 바가 없다. 본고에서는 학교 통폐합 관련 논의를 고찰하고 현시점의 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교 분포를 지도화하였다. 이후 1세별 장래인구추계를 활용하여 2030년과 2040년의 시･군･구별 초･중･고 학령인구(6~17세)를 도출하였다. 추계 결과에 따르면 대부분의 지역에서 학령인구가 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상대적으로 학령인구 규모가 큰 지역에서 학교 통폐합이 활발히 발생할 것으로 예상되는데, 이는 인구규모가 큰 만큼 학령인구의 감소폭 또한 크기 때문이다. 본 연구는 향후 교육공동화 현상이 지방뿐 아니라 대도시권에서도 일어날 수 있음을 시사한다.

본 연구는 현재 비자살적 자해를 유지하고 있는 여자 대학생을 대상으로 자해의 경험과 의미를 이해하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 최근 12개월 이내에 자해를 한 경험이 있는 4명의 여자 대학생을 대상으로 심층 면담을 실시하여, Creswell(2013)의 사례연구방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 생물심리사회모델(biopsychosocial model)에 근거하여 생물학적, 심리학적, 사회학적 접근에 따라 비자살적 자해를 유지하는 대학생들의 경험을 이해해보고자 하였다. 그 결과 3개의 차원, 16개의 공통주제와 48개의 개별주제가 도출되었다. 첫째, 생물학적 차원은 정신과적 진단 동반, 통증 민감성 저하로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리학적 차원 중 인지적 측면은 평소 인지방식, 평소 자해평가, 자해 후 생각, 정서적 측면은 평소 정서 처리방식, 자해촉발 부정정서, 자해 후 정서, 행동적 측면은 간접자해, 자해준비 및 실행, 자해 후 대처로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 차원은 비수용적 가정환경, 과거력, 자해 촉발 환경, 강점 및 자산, 자해노출로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 논의 및 시사점과 제한점을 제시하였다.

An 8.5-Gb/s/pin (Gb/s) 12-Gb LPDDR5 SDRAM is implemented in a second-generation 10-nm DRAM process with a hybrid-bank architecture that provides a power-optimized bank solution depending on the bank modes (4B/4BG, 16B-merged bank, 8B-split bank). Based on the specified bank modes, vertical and horizontal skew-cancel schemes for high density and an RBUS-based DBI ac to minimize data transition are newly proposed. Thus, the switching power of RBUS DBI ac is saved by 8.9% compared to that of DBI ac “OFF.” To improve the rank interleaving efficiency with a current increase, partially enabled WCK (PE-WCK) mode is proposed, which minimizes the number of enabled circuits for maintaining the WCK2CK synchronization. Therefore, the current can be saved by 62% without a timing constraint compared to the WCK always-ON mode. To achieve high-speed operation beyond 6.4 Gb/s, speed-boosting techniques, namely, the two-step duty corrector, active resonant load (ARL), and one-tap decision feedback equalizer (DFE) with offset calibration, are newly adopted. In the coarse step in the two-step duty corrector, the value of the duty error decreases to below 5% by suppressing the dc signal. In the fine step, the remaining duty error is further reduced within 2.5 ps by the duty cycle monitor (DCM) and duty cycle adjustor (DCA). Moreover, the skew increase beyond 6.4 Gb/s due to the bandwidth limit by the heavy loading of four-phase WCK signals is alleviated by the ARL, where the four-phase skew is within 5 ps irrespective of process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) variations. The direct feedback DFE enables fast feedback (< 118 ps) for tap coefficient control, and offset calibration reduces the three-sigma offset of the four dynamic latches in DQ within 5 mV.

Understanding the exciton energy transfer and bi-exciton annihilation processes in the emitting layers (EMLs) of thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF)-based organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) is essential for improving their internal quantum efficiency and efficiency roll-off. To study the energy transfer among dopant molecules in EMLs, time-resolved fluorescence (TRF) anisotropy decay measurements were conducted with DPEPO(host):TDBA-DI(dopant) films having different dopant concentrations. Subsequently, the bi-exciton annihilation processes in the DPEPO:TDBA-DI films were studied using time-resolved photoluminescence (TRPL) and excitation power-dependent photoluminescence (PL) experiments. The rate constants for the triplet–triplet annihilation in the films were large at high concentrations of the dopant in the films. The excitation power-dependent PL experiments showed that the laser power threshold for the onset of the bi-exciton annihilation decreased as the dopant concentration increased. Finally, molecular dynamics (MD) simulation and the hybrid Monte Carlo method were applied to understand the energy transfer dynamics at the molecular level. The MD simulation results well supported the results of TRF anisotropy decay measurements. Our current experimental and computational methods can be effectively utilized to understand the exciton dynamics in EMLs, and provide insights into the design of EMLs by optimizing the exciton energy transfer and minimizing undesired bi-exciton annihilation processes in TADF-based OLEDs.

본 연구의 목적은 유아교육 분야에서 이루어진 전자매체 관련 연구의 동향을 살펴봄으로써 전자매체 및 원격교육 관련 후속 연구의 방향과 시사점을 제안하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2000년부터 2020년 상반기까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문 중 유아 전자매체 관련 논문 560편을 추출하여 연도 주기별 게재 현황, 매체의 종류, 연구의 설계로 나누어 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 유아 전자매체 관련 연구는 지속적으로 증가 추세를 보였다. 둘째, 매체의 종류로는 ICT, 멀티미디어, 디지털 관련 연구가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구 설계 면에서 연구대상은 영유아가 가장 많았고, 연구방법으로는 양적연구의 비중이 압도적으로 높았으며 연구내용은 매체를 활용한 교육 관련 연구가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 유아 전자매체 관련 연구뿐 아니라 최근 필요성이 강조되고 있는 유아 원격교육을 위한 연구의 체계적 발전을 위한 시사점을 도출하여 논의하였다.

본 연구에서는 성인을 대상으로 비자살적 자해의 중단 및 유지집단 간의 자해특성의 차이가 어떠한지 알아보고, 통합적 이론모델을 근거로 비자살적 자해의 유지집단에 영향을 미치는 위험요인을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국의 성인을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 총 188명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과, 비자살적 자해 중단 및 유지집단 간의 비자살적 자해방법의 심각도는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 비자살적 자해 유지집단은 중단집단에 비해 비자살적 자해의 빈도는 높고, 방법 수는 많은 것으로 나타났다. 비자살적 자해 유지집단에 영향을 미치는 자해기능은 자극추구, 자기처벌, 처벌 및 대가의 회피, 주변 사람들의 관심 및 지지 추구인 것으로 나타났으며, 위험요인은 아동기 학대와 애착불안으로 나타났다. 아동기 학대와 비자살적 자해유지와의 관계에서 애착불안의 완전매개효과가 확인되었다. 연구결과를 토대로 논의 및 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of Ganilever pre-filled syringe (PFS), a newly developed ganirelix acetate, for the inhibition of premature luteinising hormone (LH) surge in in vitro fertilisation (IVF). A prospective randomised controlled study was conducted (NCT03051087). A total of 236 women (Ganilever group: 114, Orgalutran group: 122) were finally analysed. The patients with LH of >10 mIU/mL on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) injection were 0 (0.0%) and 3 (2.5%) in the Ganilever and Orgalutran groups, respectively (p= .25). The number of retrieved oocytes from two groups did not show any significant difference (12.0 ± 6.4 vs. 11.8 ± 6.3, p= .73). Furthermore, the two groups did not show significant differences in the number of good-quality oocytes and embryo, and the rate of fertilisation. Similar safety profiles were also observed. In conclusion, Ganilever PFS showed comparable IVF outcomes and safety profile in IVF, as compared to the Orgalutran. Impact StatementWhat is already known on this subject? Thus, gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist protocol was suggested as an option for suppression of premature LH surge. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of sexual knowledge and attitudes on HPV vaccination intention among university students in D city. Methods: 213 of four-grade students were recruited from 2 universities in D city using convenience sampling. Data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire on sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, and HPV vaccination intention. IBM SPSS/WIN 21.0 program was used to analyze descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and step-wise regression. 본 연구에서는 성인의 비자살적 자해 잠재계층유형을 확인하고, 잠재계층유형에 영향을 미치는 위험요인과 잠재계층유형에 따른 정서 및 행동문제의 차이를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국의 성인을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통해 수집된 자료와 오프라인 설문조사를 통해 수집된 총 188명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과, 성인의 비자살적 자해의 잠재계층은 ‘경미형’, ‘중도형’, ‘심각형’의 집단으로 확인되었다. 다음으로 성인의 비자살적 자해의 잠재계층유형의 분류에 영향을 미치는 위험요인을 살펴본 결과, 연령이 낮을수록 경미형보다 중도형 집단에, 중도형보다 심각형 집단에 속할 가능성이 높고, 아동기 학대를 경험하고, 고통감내력이 저하될수록 경미형 및 중도형보다 심각형 집단에 속할 가능성이 높았으며, 대인관계를 통해 자해에 대해 노출되었을수록 경미형보다 심각형 집단에 속할 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 성인의 비자살적 자해의 잠재계층유형에 따른 정서 및 행동문제의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 심각형 집단의 우울수준이 가장 높았고, 다음은 중도형, 경미형 집단순으로 나타났다. 심각형 집단은 경미형 집단에 비해 불안수준이 더 높은 것으로 나타났고, 심각형 집단은 경미형과 중도형 집단 각각에 비해 폭식의 수준이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 논의 및 시사점을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 태권도 관장의 변혁적리더십과 사범-관장간의 신뢰 및 지도효율성에 대한 구조모형검증을 하는 것에 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 도장 지도경험이 있는 사범 272명을 목적적 표집방법을 사용하여 선정하였다. 연구 참여자들은 변혁적 리더십, 사범신뢰, 지도 효율성 설문지에 응답하였다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 통계 처리하였다. 이러한 과정을 거쳐 결과를 도출하였다. 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관장의 변혁적 리더십은 사범과 관장 사이의 신뢰를 높일 수 있다. 둘째, 관장의 변혁적 리더십은 사범의 지도 효율성을 높일 수 있다. 셋째, 사범이 가지고 있는 관장에 대한 신뢰는 사범의 지도 효율성을 높일 수 있다. 넷째, 사범이 가지고 있는 관장에 대한 신뢰는 변혁적 리더십과 지도 효율성 사이에서 긍정적인 효과를 나타낸다. 본 연구에서 설정한 변혁적 리더십과 사범신뢰 그리고 지도 효율성의 구조모형은 타당하다. 따라서 본 연구의 결론을 종합하면 다음과 같다. 태권도장 관장의 변혁적 리더십은 지도 효율성에 그리고 사범이 가지고 있는 관장에 대한 신뢰는 변혁적 리더십과 지도효율성과 영향관계를 맺는 구조를 가진다. 그리고 관장의 변혁적 리더십이 높으면 사범의 지도 효율성이 좋아지고, 사범 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 줌으로써 지도 효율성을 좋게 만든다.
