The objective of the present study was to determine grain feed quality of different broad bean cultivars and lines. For this purpose, Eleven different cultivars and five lines (Emiralem, Histal, Sorgun, Kitik 2003, Sakiz, Eresen 87, Sevil, Reina Mora, Filiz 99, Salkim, Luz De, Otonoto, Seher, EU 4446, Canakkale, Antalya, EU319) were used as the plant material. Experiments were conducted in randomized blocks design with three replications. Effects of genotypes on grain feed quality were found to be highly significant (P≤0.01) Current findings revealed that crude oil content between 0.62 - 1.58%, crude ash content between 1.89 - 3.30%, crude protein content varied between 22.30 - 32.14%, acid detergent fiber (ADF) content between 7.45 - 14.94% and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) content between 16.08 - 28.05%. Seher, EU 4446, Canakkale, Antalya, Filiz 99 and Histal were found to be prominent for hight crude protein and crude oil, thus these genotypes were recommended for animal feeding.

This research was carried out to determine feed quality parameters of leaves and stems of different alfalfa genotypes. A total of 12 alfalfa genotypes was used as the plant material for the study. Alfalfa plants were harvested at the flowering stage. The plants were dried at 70°C and grinded in a hand-mill with 1 mm sieve for chemical analysis. In leaf, the acid detergent fiber (ADF) content of genotypes varied between 21.62 - 27.40%, the neutral detergent fiber (NDF) content between 33.98 - 39.95%, and crude protein content between 24.68 - 28.45%, whereas in stem ADF content of genotypes varied between 50.99 - 57.72%, NDF content between 66.96 - 76.79 %, crude protein content between 8.46 - 11.00%. The RFV ranged from 159.18 to 197.27% and 53.22 to 67.06% for leaf and stem respectively. The leaf to stem ratio of genotypes ranged from 0.72 to 1.60. Considering current results from different genotypes, genotype has a high effect on feed quality. In addition, the rate of leaf to stems is also effective on feed quality. While the protein ratio of the leaves was higher than the stems, the ADF and NDF contents were found to be lower than the stems. So, in the selection of alfalfa genotypes, attention should be paid to the leaf to stem ratio as well as the yield.

The aim of the current experiment was to determine the effect of harvesting stage on the potential nutritive value. Vicia cracca plant was harvested at three maturity stages (before flowering, flowering and seeding). Vicia cracca plants were dried at 70 °C and grinded in a hand-mill with 1 mm sieve for chemical analysis. Crude protein, crude oil, crude ash, condensed tannin, acid detergent fiber (ADF), and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) parameters were investigated as the chemical composition. Harvesting stage had a significant (p ≤ 0.01) effect on chemical composition. Dry matter, NDF and ADF contents were increased with advancing maturity whereas crude protein, crude oil, condensed tannin and crude ash contents were decreased. As a conclusion, the nutritive value of Vicia cracca plant decreased with increasing maturity. Vicia cracca hays harvested at three maturity stages were adequate in term of mineral content for ruminant. Therefore, the Vicia cracca plant can be harvested or grazed before flowering and flowering stages due to high crude protein, crude oil and low ADF and NDF.

The aim of the study was to investigate effects of different irrigation levels and nitrogen doses to chemical composition, in vitro gas and methane production of maize kernel for animal feeding. Three different nitrogen doses such as 100, 200 and 300 kg ha-1 N and irrigation levels such as 50%, 75% and 100% of depleted water were applied. The study was carried out under split plot for randomized complete block experimental design with three replicates during 2013-2014 seasons and irrigation levels were allocated in to main plots while nitrogen doses in to sub plots. The two-year results of the study showed that crude protein, crude ash and crude oil ratios and gas and methane production, metabolic energy (ME) and organic matter digestibility (OMD) were positively affected by increased level of water levels and nitrogen doses while acid detergent fiber (ADF) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and dry matter contents were negatively affected. It is clear that increased level of water and nitrogen positively contributed to quality of maize kernel for animal production but more researches are needed to explain how increased level of water and nitrogen result in higher level of gas and methane production.

Bu araştırma Kayseri kıraç koşullarında beş Macar fiği (Vicia pannonica Crantz., Tarm Beyazı-98, Anadolu Pembesi-2002, Budak, Ege Beyazı-79, Oğuz-2002) çeşidinin ot verimini ve kalitesini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüş-tür. Araştırma Erciyes Üniversitesi Tarımsal Araştırma ve Uygulama Merkezi deneme alanında tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre üç tekerrürlü olarak iki yıl süreyle (2012–2013 ve 2013–2014 vejetasyon dönemlerinde) kurulmuştur. Araştırmada ana sap uzunluğu, %50 çiçeklenme zamanı, yeşil ot verimi, kuru ot verimi, ham protein oranı, ham protein verimi, ham kül oranı, ADF ve NDF içerikleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre Macar fiği çeşitlerinde ana sap uzunluğu 48.8–76.3 cm, %50 çiçeklenme süresi 191.0–206.3 gün, yeşil ot verimi 1160.7-2600 kg/da, kuru ot verimi 393.5-782.3 kg/da, ham protein oranı %16.0-18.6, ham protein verimi 70.8-130.1 kg/da, ham kül oranı % 8.95-11.83, ADF oranı %30.01-37.14, NDF oranı %39.05-46.79, arasında değişim göstermiştir. Bütün sonuçlar toplu olarak değer-lendirildiğinde Kayseri ve benzer ekolojiler için Oğuz–2002, Anadolu Pembesi–2002 ve Ege Beyazı–79 çeşitleri ot üre-timi amacıyla tavsiye edilebilir., The aim of this study was to investigate forage yield and quality of five Hungarian Vetch cultivars (Vicia pannonica Crantz., Tarm Beyazı-98, Anadolu pembesi-2002, Budak, Ege beyazı-79, Oğuz-2002) under arid conditions of Kayseri. Experiments were conducted in randomized block design with three replication for two years (2012-2013 and 2013-2014 vegetation period) over the experimental fields of Erciyes University Agricultural Research and Imple-mentation Center. Main stem length, 50% flowering time, herbage yield, hay yield, crude protein ratio, crude protein yield, crude ash ratio, ADF and NDF were investigated in this study. Current findings revealed that main stem length varied between 48.8-76.3 cm, 50% flowering time between 191.0-206.3 day, herbage yield between 1160.7-2600 kg/da, hay yield between 393.5-782.3kg/da, crude protein ratio between 16.0-18.6%, crude protein yield between 70.8-130.1 kg/da, crude ash ratio between 8.95-11.83%, ADF between 30.01-37.14% and NDF varied between 39.05-46.79%. It was concluded that the cultivars Oğuz-2002, Anadolu pembesi-2002 and Ege beyazı-79 could be recom-mended for hay production in arid agricultural areas of Kayseri and similar ecologies.

Objective of the research is to determinethe mineral contents of weed crops intensively grazed by livestock of CentralAnatolian Region. A total of 11 weed crops (Sinapisarvensis, Lamium album, Malva spp., Convolvulusarvensis, Chenepodium album, Alhagi spp., Sanguisorbaminor Scop., Amaranthus spp., Taraxacum officinale, Polygonum cognatum and Sorghum halepense)collected from pastures and field of Kayseri were used as the material of theresearch. Plant samples were collected at blooming periods during June of theyear 2011. Samples were dried and mineral contents were determined with 3replications. Statistical analyses were performed based on randomized blockdesign.Phosphorus, Calcium, Potassium, Nickel,Cadmium, Lead, Copper, Manganese, Sodium, Zinc, Iron, Magnesium and Boron weredetermined in the weed plants in dissimilar numbers. The close analysisindicated that the weed seeds contained Cu 8.115-9.360, Mn 65.905-77.890, Zn30.405-42.105, Fe 254.0-290.5, Mg 2118.0-2414.0, B 6.385-9.655, Ni0.2305-0.2945, P 2640.5-3307.5, Ca 8193.0-8965.0, K 10221.51-12332.0, Cd0.1625-0.2235, Pb 0.3345-0.4160 and Na 1181.51-1475.5 mg kg-1, respectively.Results indicated that weed plants of Central Anatolia were rich in traceelements and there was no need for supplemental trace elements.

Teknolojinin ve sanayileşmenin gelişmesi, nüfus artışı gibi nedenlerden dolayı çevre kaynaklarının tüketimi hızlanmış, çevrenin dengesi bozulmuş ve böylece çevresel sorunlar ortaya çıkmaya başlamıştır. Zamanla artan bu sorunlar insan yaşamını tehdit eder hale gelmiştir. Bunun sonucu olarak çevreye karşı suçlar düzenlenmeye başlamıştır. Bu kapsamda Türk Ceza Kanunu'nda da çevreye karşı suçlar düzenlenmiştir. Çalışma konusunu çevreye karşı suçlardan olan imar kirliliğine neden olma suçu oluşturmaktadır.5237 sayılı TCK yürürlüğe girene kadar kabahat olarak düzenlenen ruhsatsız yapılaşma, yeni TCK ile birlikte ilk defa suç olarak düzenlenmiştir. Maddede ruhsatsız veya ruhsata aykırı bina yapmak, ruhsatsız bina dolayısıyla başlatılan şantiyelere su, telefon ve elektrik bağlanmasına müsaade etmek ve ruhsatsız binalarda sınai faaliyete müsaade etmek suç olarak düzenlenmiştir.Çalışmada öncelikle çevreye karşı suçlarla korunan hukuki değere ilişkin tartışmalara yer verilerek çevre hakkının kapsamı ve mülkiye hakkı ve konut hakkı ile ilişkisi değerlendirilmiştir. Avrupa Birliği ve çeşitli ülke düzenlemelerinde çevrenin korunması ve imar kirliliğine neden olma suçunun tarihçesi verildikten sonra çevrenin ceza hukuku ile korunması gerekliliği üzerinde durulmuştur. Çevreye karşı fiillerin ceza hukukuna başvurulmadan önce idare hukuku kuralları ile korunduğundan çevreye karşı suçların idare hukukuna bağlılık sorunu kanunilik ilkesi ışığında incelenmiştir. For the firs time it was established as a crime by the TPC. In this article, unauthorized buildings, no-permitting buildings, permitting to connect water, electricity and phone line to unauthorized constructions and also permitting industrial activities in unauthorized buildings are established as a crime.In this thesis, first of all legal goods of environmental crimes, concept of right of living within a healthy and balanced-environment, right to property and right to housing are evaluated. After European Union's and different countries' regulations are examined, historical ground of this crime and need criminal law for protection of environment is disgusted. Before criminal law interventions, the environment was protected via administrative sanctions. That's why environmental crimes are established connected with administrative law. Objectives of this research are to determine physiological characteristics of sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L.) genotypes and to investigate the relationships between these characteristics and yield components. Experiments were carried out in randomized block design with 3 replications over the experimental fields of Kahramanmaras Sutcuimam University Agricultural Faculty during the years 2007-2008. Net photosynthesis rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (gs), chlorophyll content (CC), canopy temperature (CT), plant height (PH), plant diameter (PD) and biomass (B) characteristics were investigated. Results revealed negative relations between vegetative state canopy temperature (VSCT) and sugar content (SC), between vegetative state chlorophyll content (VSCC) and flowering state chlorophyll content (FSCC), between PH and FSCC and between vegetative state net photosynthesis rate (VSPn) and PH-B. Positive relations were observed between B and PH-SC, between FSCC and vegetative state leaf area index (VSLAI)- (VSCC), between vegetative state stomatal conductance (VSgs) and VSLAI-VSPn. The genotype Della was found to be prominent with regard to biomass, sugar and plant height like yield components.

The current trial was conducted to study the effect of vegetative stage on the potential nutritive value, methane production and condensed tannin of Onobrychis caput-galli hay. Vegetative stage had a significant effect on the chemical composition, gas production, methane production metabolisable energy (ME) and organic matter digestibility (OMD). Cell wall contents (neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF)) of Onobrychis caput-galli hay increased with advancing maturity whereas crude protein (CP) and ash content decreased. The CP contents of Onobrychis caput-galli hay varied between 13.06 and 17.43%. The NDF and ADF contents of Onobrychis caput-galli hay ranged from 40.47 to 54.56 and 30.70 to 40.96 % respectively. The condensed tannin content of Onobrychis caput-galli hay varied between 2.49 and 4.71 % and decreased with increasing maturity. The gas and methane production at 24 h incubation time decreased with increasing maturity of Onobrychis caput-galli hay. The gas and methane production at 24 h incubation ranged from 39.05 to 47.02 ml and 6.23 to 7.46 ml respectively. The ME and OMD of Onobrychis caput-galli ranged from 8.25 and 9.58 MJ/kg DM and 59.70 to 69.47% respectively. In conclusion, vegetative stage had a significant effect on the nutritive value of Onobrychis caput-galli hay. The nutritive value of Onobrychis caput-galli decreased with increased maturity. It can be suggested that Onobrychis caput-galli should be grazed or harvested at pre-flowering and flowering stage since these stage provides hay with high ME and CP for animals., Yürütülen bu çalışmanın amacı, vejetasyon döneminin yabani korunga otunun potansiyel besleme değerine, metan üretimine ve kondense tanen içeriğine olan etkisini araştırmaktır. Vejetasyon dönemi korunga otunun kompozisyonuna, gaz üretimine, metan üretimine, metabolik enerji ve organik madde sindirim derecesine önemli derecede etki etmiştir(P< 0.001). Vejetasyon döneminin ilerlemesiyle birlikte hücre duvarını oluşturan nötral deterjan fiber ve asit deterjan fiber gibi unsurların oranı artarken ham protein ve kül içeriği azalmıştır (P< 0.001). Yabani korunga otunun ham protein içeriği %13.06 ile 17.43 arasında değişmiştir. Yabani korunga otunun nötral deterjan fiber ve asit deterjan fiber içeriği sırasıyla %40.47 ile 54.56 ve %30.75 ile 40.96 arasında değişmiştir. Yabani korunga otunun kondense tanen içeriği ise %2.49 ile 4.71 arasında değişmiş olup, vejetasyon döneminin ilerlemesiyle birlikte azalmıştır (P< 0.001). Vejetasyon döneminin ilerlemesiyle birlikte yabani korunga otunun yirmi dört saatlik gaz ve metan üretimi azalmıştır (P< 0.001). Yirmi dört saatlik gaz ve metan üretimi sırasıyla 39.05 ile 47.02 ml ve 6.23 ile 7.46 ml arasında değişmiştir. Yabani korunga otunun metabolik enerji ve organik madde sindirim derecesi sırasıyla 8.25 ile 9.58 MJ/kg kuru madde ve %55.89 ile 65.02 arasında değişmiştir. Sonuç olarak, vejetasyon dönemi yabani korunga besleme değerini önemli derecede etkilemiştir. Besleme değeri vejetasyon döneminin ilerlemesiyle birlikte düşmüştür. Ham protein ve metabolik enerji içeriği yüksek olmasından dolayı yabani korunga otunun çiçeklenme öncesi ve çiçeklenme döneminde otlatılması veya hasat edilmesi önerilebilir.

Çalışmada; Texas A&M Üniversitesi, ICRISAT ve Batı Akdeniz Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü’nden temin edilen 18 tane sorgum genotipi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma Kahramanmaraş Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü deneme arazisinde 2 yıl süre ile 3 tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Deneme sonuçlarına göre en yüksek ham protein oranı %13.12 ile akdarı çeşidinden, en düşük kül oranı %1.29 ile ICSR 89064 hattından, en düşük tanen oranı %0.00 ile ICSR 89064, ICSR 89016 ve ICSR 172 genotiplerinden elde edilmiştir. En düşük ADF (Acid Detergent Fiber) oranı %6.06 ile ICSR 89064 genotipinden, en düşük NDF (Neutral Detergent) oranı ise %18.45 ile Akdarı çeşidinden elde edilmiştir. En yüksek sindirilebilir kuru madde oranı % 84.18 ile ICSR 89064 genotipinden elde edilmiş, en yüksek nispi besleme değeri ise 407.86 ile Akdarı çeşidinden elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre; nispi besleme değeri yüksek, hem de tanen oranı ve NDF değeri çok düşük Akdarı çeşidi ile NDF değeri düşük ICSB 101 hattı ile sindirilebilir kuru madde oranı yüksek ICSB 89064 genotipleri önerilmektedir., In this study, 18 different sorghum genotypes obtained from Taxas A&M University, ICRISAT and Western Mediterranean Agricultural Experiment Station were used. Experiments were carried out at experimental fields of Kahramanmaraş Agricultural Experiment Station for 3 years with 3 replications. The highest raw protein ratio was obtained from the variety Akdarı with 13.12%, the lowest ash ratio from ICSR 89064 with 1.29%, the lowest grain ratio from genotypes ICSR 89064, ICSR 89016 and ICSR 172 with 0.00%, the lowest ADF (Acid Detergent Fiber) ratio from ICSR 89064 with 0.06%, the lowest NDF (Neutral Detergent) from Akdarı with 18.45%, the highest digestible dry matter ratio from ICSR 89064 with 84.18% and the highest relative nutritional value was obtained from Akdarı with 407.86. Based on these results, the variety Akdarı with higher relative nutritional value and lower grain ratio and NDF value, the genotype ICSB 101 with lower NDF value and the genotype ICSB 89016 with higher digestible dry matter ratio can be recommended.

The aim of this study, was to assess the nutritive value of some legumes forage species commonly used for feeding livestock in Turkey using the chemical composition including tannin, in vitro gas production and in vitro Dry Matter (DM) digestibility. There was wide variation in tannin content ranging from low, moderate to high especially in CO, CPW, DP, A, LCT, LA, LCV. A cumulative gas production, kinetics of gas production, ME, OMD, NH(3)-N and VFA concentrations were determined. The CP was ranged on average from 132-193 g kg(-1) DM. As for ash content, the highest value was observed with Lotus corniculatus (130.2 g kg(-1) DM) and the lowest value was 62.5 g kg(-1) DM for DP. The highest (p0.05) difference among all speices roughages for VFA concentration in rumen fluid. ME, OMD, CT content, WSC, NH(3) -N values were significantly (p0.05) difference for pH among all legumes in rumen fluid. The present study concluded that different legumes of Turkey as good quality roughages and has potential as alternative animal feed resources for ruminants based on chemical composition, gas production and OMD, the legumes species forages have high potential nutritive value especially as protein sources. However, the presence of tannins in some of the legume species forages may adversely affect their potential nutritive value. Özellikle AİHM tarafından dostane çözüm ya da tek taraflı deklarasyon sonucunda verilen düşme kararının da yargılamanın yenilenmesi sebebi olarak düzenlenmesi önemli bir gelişmedir. Bu ek düzenleme ile Avrupa İnsan Hakları Mahkemesinin önüne gelen dosyalar hakkında ihlâl kararı vermesinin önüne geçilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Son yıllarda, teknolojinin hızla gelişmesi, dünyada meydana gelen değişim ve gelişmeler ile yeni bir düzenleme konusunu oluşturan bilişim pek çok devletin yeni yasal düzenlemeler yapması yoluna gitmesine sebep olmuş, bu hızlı gelişime ve değişime bağlı olarak yeni suç tiplerinde ve hatta bilişim suçlarında artış olmuş ve böylece bu hızlı ilerleyiş beraberinde bir takım eylemlerin de artık bilişim suçu kabul edilmesi gerekliliğini ortaya koymuştur. Bilişim alanının hızla hayatımızın bir çok alanına etki etmesi, bu alandaki suçların hem kendi içinde ayrı bir başlık altına alınmasına ve hem de başka suçların içinde düzenlenmesine neden olmuştur. Bizim yasal düzenlemelerimizde de bu gelişmelere bağlı olarak bilişim suçlarına Yeni Türk Ceza Kanunu'nun onuncu bölümünde ''Bilişim Alanında Suçlar'' olarak başlığı altında yer verilmiştir. Dünya devletlerinin hukuklarındaki gelişmelere ve değişmelere paralel olarak, hukukumuzda yer alan önemli ve olumlu düzenlemelerden birisi 245. madde ile `banka ve kredi kartlarının kötüye kullanılması`nın suç tipi olarak kabul edilmesidir.Dünyada ve ülkemizde son yıllarda çok sık rastladığımız bilişim suç türlerinden biri olan bu suçlar ile daha güçlü bir mücadele için yasa koyucu, yeni TCK'da banka ve/veya kredi kartları kullanılmak suretiyle işlenen suçları eski TCK'dan farklı olarak ayrı ve bağımsız bir suç olarak düzenlenmiştir. `Banka veya Kredi Kartlarının Kötüye Kullanılması Suçu`, TCK'nın İkinci Kitabının, `Topluma Karşı Suçlar` başlıklı Üçüncü Kısmının, `Bilişim Alanında Suçlar` başlıklı Onuncu Bölümünde, 245. maddede düzenlenmektedir.Çalışmamızda TCK'nun 245. maddesinde yer alan `Banka veya Kredi Kartlarının Kötüye Kullanılması Suçu` inceledik ve hem öğretide hem de uygulamada tartışılan konulara çalışmamızda yer vermeye çalıştık. Bu suçun işlenmesiyle bir yandan kişilerin malvarlığına ilişkin menfaatleri ihlal edilirken bir yandan da banka veya kredi kartlarında yapılan sahteciliklerle toplumun kamu güvenine ilişkin menfaatleri ihlal edilmektedir. Bu suç diğer suç tipleri ile ilişkili olsa da, suçun işlenmesinde bilişim alanının kullanılması ve suçun kendine özgü bir takım özelliklere sahip olması da, suçun ayrıca düzenlenmesini gerekli kılmıştır. The rapid development of technology in recent years, the changes and developments that have taken place in the world, and the information technology that constitutes a new regulation issue has led many governments to make new legal arrangements, which have increased in number of new crime types and information technology crimes depending on this rapid development and change, in the course of a number of actions it is now necessary to be regarded as a criminal offense. The fact that the field of ınformation technology is rapidly influencing many areas of our life has led to the crimes in this area both being taken under a separate title within itself and being organized in other crimes. In our legal regulations, according to these developments, information crimes have been placed under the title of `crimes in the field of information technology` in the tenth part of the new turkish penal code.One of the important and positive regulations in our law in parallel with the developments and changes in the laws of the world governments is the recognition of the abuse of material and bank and credit cards as a criminal type. For a stronger struggle with these crimes, which are one of the most common types of crime we have encountered so often in the world and in our country in recent years, the new legislator, the new TCK, organized crimes committed by using bank or credit cards differently from the former TCK as seperate and independent. The abuse of bank and credit cards is organized in article 245 in the tenth section titled Crimes in Information on the third part of the second book of the Turkish Penal Code entitled Crimes against people.In our study, we examined `the crime of misuse of bank and credit cards` in Article 245 of the Turkish Penal Code and tried to give place to these subjects discussed on both theoratical and practice. Committing this crime is infringing interests of assets of the people on the other hand are infringing the interests of the public security of the society with the forgery of bank and the credits crimes. Although this crime is related to other types of crimes, it is also necessary that crime should be regulated seperately due to use of field of information technology and the crime has its own specific characteristics. 85
