Acer fabri is endemic to the provinces of Guangdong, Jiangxi, Hunan, and Sichuan in China. This study sequenced and analyzed the complete chloroplast (cp) genome of A. fabri. The cp genome was 156,918 bp in length, including a large single-copy (LSC) region of 85,309 bp, a small single-copy (SSC) region of 18,103 bp, and a pair of invert repeats (IR) regions of 26,753 bp. The analyses predicted 113 genes, including 79 protein-coding genes, 31 tRNA genes, and 4 rRNA genes. The overall GC content of the complete cp genome was 37.90%. Phylogenetic analysis further suggested that A. fabri was closely related to A. olivaceum, with high bootstrap values.

In accordance with the relevant safety standard requirements for electrical equipment, this thesis proposes a residual voltage detection method with high accuracy and low power consumption . The power frequency synchronization signal is obtained by the measuring instrument with the zero-crossing detection circuit used. In the power frequency AC peak moment the measured instrument's power is cut off and the measured equipment's residual voltage is sampled by the input circuit with the high input impedance. Under the control of the NIOSII, the on-line detection of power-down residual voltage of equipment after the 1second and 10seconds is realized with the high speed sampling /hold-circuit and high precision ADC module used. The experimental result shows that the measuring instrument has good stability, with measurement accuracy up to 0.506%, meeting the measurement requirements.

As the resonance frequency of the ultrasonic vibration system drifts according to the different operating condition, Ultrasonic power supply based on MSP430 is designed in this thesis. Series inductance and parallel capacitance are used to match the vibration system and series resonance technology used in primary side of inverter transformer can reduce switch loss. ADC module in MSP430 is used to get frequency shift, and PWM module is made to adjust the operating frequency of TL494, which can realize closed loop control of frequency tracking. The results of experiments show that the method designed in this thesis has high detection accuracy, high speed dynamic response and high stability of frequency tracking.

One of the advantages of the variational iteration method is the free choice of initial guesses. In this paper we use the basic idea of the Exp-function method to construct a generalized trial function with some unknown parameters. The Klein–Gordon equation is used to illustrate the effectiveness and convenience of the method, some new explicit travelling wave solutions are obtained which include bell-type soliton solution, kink-type soliton solution, and generality solitary wave solutions.

Using the variable coefficient generalized projected Ricatti equation expansion method, we present the explicit solutions of the (2 + 1)-dimensional Broer–Kaup (BK) equation. These solutions include Weierstrass function solutions, solitary wave solutions, soliton-like solutions and trigonometric function solutions. Some of these solutions are found for the first time. Because of the two or three arbitrary functions, rich localized excitations can be found.

In this paper, the cubic–quintic nonlinear Schrodinger equation is solved through the extended elliptic sub-equation method. As a consequence, many types of exact travelling wave solutions are obtained which including bell and kink profile solitary wave solutions, triangular periodic wave solutions and singular solutions.

With the help of the symbolic computation system Maple and an expanded projective Riccati equation approach, we obtain some new rational explicit solutions with three arbitrary functions for the (2+1)-dimensional Boiti-Leon-Pempinelli system, including Weierstrass function solutions, solitary wave solutions and trigonometric function solutions. From these, several y-periodic soliton localized excitations are constructed and some evolution properties of these novel y-periodic localized structures are discussed.

In high dimensions, there are abundant coherent soliton excitations. From the variable separation approach of the celebrated Kadomtsev–Petviashvili(KP) equation and the coupled Burgers equation, several new multisoliton excitations are derived and some novel features or interesting behaviors of these structures are revealed.

Wick-type stochastic KdV equations are researched. By the means of Hermite transformation and mapping method, many new exact Jacobi function solutions of stochastic KdV equations are derived.

Variable-coefficient Sawada–Kotere equation is researched. By the means of modified mapping method, we establish a mapping relation between the known solutions of elliptic functional equation and the unknown solutions of variable-coefficient Sawada–Kotere equation. Based on the relation, we easily deduce abundant exact solutions of Jacobi elliptic function and of hyperbolic function to variable-coefficient Sawada–Kotere equation. The merit of our method is that, without much extra effort, we circumvent integration and directly get the above all solutions in an uniform way.

In this manuscript, using the variable-coefficient generalized projected Ricatti equation expansion method, we present explicit solutions of the mKDV equation with variable coefficients. These solutions include solitary wave solutions, soliton-like solutions and trigonometric function solutions. Among these solutions, some are found for the first time.

In this paper, using the variable-coefficient F-expansion method, we present a number of Jacobian elliptic function solutions of nonlinear Schrodinger equations with variable-coefficient. Particular cases of these solutions, where the elliptic function modulus equals 1 and 0, are various localized solutions and trigonometric function solutions, respectively. Each of these solutions exists for a certain relation between the parameters of the equation. Therefore, they are particular cases of the complete set of periodic and localized solutions which may exist for this equation. In fact, they can serve as a seeding set of solutions which could be useful in other optical studies.

Studies on mixed mass cultivation of Anabaena spp. on a large scale (5170 m2) were conducted continuously for 3 years. Under the continental monsoon climate in northern subtropics (30-degrees-N, 115-degrees-E), 7-11 g dry weight m-2 day-1 of microalgal biomass on average was harvested in simple plastic greenhouses in the effective growth days during the warmer seasons. The maximum productivity was 22 g m-2 day-1 in the middle of summer. Observations on the productive properties of strains of Anabaena spp. indicated that they were different from and could compensate for each other in their productivities and adaptations to the seasonal changes. With different lining materials (PVC sheets, concrete, sand and soil) in the culture ponds, no significant variation of productivity was found, but bubbling with biogas in the middle of the day and the application of some growth regulating substances (2,4-D, NaHSO3 and extracts of oyster mushroom spawn) was able to improve the production. The cost of microalgal biomass in this way was around 0.75-1.0 US dollar(s) per kilogram.

Using He's homotopy perturbation method (HPM), the modified KdV equation which has not a small parameter is solved. The approximate Jacobi elliptic function solution is obtained. When the modulus of the Jacobian function tends to unit or zero, the corresponding solitary wave solution and trigonometric function solution are obtained. The results reveal that the HPM is very effective, convenient and quite accurate to systems of nonlinear equations.

A Wick-type stochastic Korteweg–de Vries equation is researched. We establish a relationship between the Korteweg–de Vries equation and the elliptic equation. With the help of Hermit transformation and the elliptic equation mapping method, we obtain a series of exact Jacobi elliptic function solutions to the stochastic Korteweg–de Vries equation in the white noise environment.
