Background. Substantial evidence has demonstrated that tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) are correlated with patient prognosis. The TIL-based immune score (IS) affects prognosis in various cancers, but its prognostic impact in gastric cancer (GC) patients treated with adjuvant chemoradiotherapy remains unclear. Methods. A total of 101 GC patients who received chemoradiotherapy after gastrectomy were retrospectively analyzed in this study. Immunohistochemistry staining for CD3+ and CD8+ T-cell counts in both tumor center (CT) and invasive margin (IM) regions was built into the IS. Patients were then divided into three groups based on their differential IS levels. The correlation between IS and clinical parameters was analyzed. The prognostic impact of IS and clinical parameters was evaluated using Kaplan–Meier analysis and Cox proportional hazard regression analysis. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were plotted to compare the area under the curve (AUC) of IS with other clinical parameters. Nomograms for disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) prediction were constructed based on the identified parameters. Results. Finally, 20 (19.8%), 57 (56.4%), and 24 (23.8%) GC patients were identified with low, intermediate, and high IS levels, respectively. GC patients with higher IS levels exhibited better DFS ( p p p p

- Abstract
A new homogeneous heteropolysaccharide (CMSPA90-1) was purified from bergamot by DEAE sepharose fast flow and Sephadex G-75 columns, and was shown to have a molecular weight of 17.6 kDa. Its chemical structure was elucidated by acid hydrolysis and methylation analysis, along with high-performance anion-exchange chromatography, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, NMR spectroscopies, the Congo red test, and circular dichroism. CMSPA90-1 consisted of a pyranoside and funanside with branches containing α- and β-configurations simultaneously. Arabinose and glucose might form an arabinoglucan backbone. The ultrastructure of CMSPA90-1 was further characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The results of thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) revealed that CMSPA90-1 had good thermal stability. The results of DPPH˙ and ABTS

Based on the kinematics optimization method integrated in ADAMS, the mechanism parameters of the loader boom for a wheel loader are designed to keep the variety of the pylon rotation angle as smaller as possible during the loader boom lifting or falling process. A rigid-flexible coupled model is developed to analyze the dynamic stress of the lift arm and the contact element methodology is adopted to model the coaxial rotary joints connections. The results simulated by ADAMS indicate that the optimization is well fulfilled. Integrated kinematics optimization and strength analysis provide the well basis for further optimization of whole structure.

At present, the research on the motivations of enterprise innovation is a hot issue in the academic field, while the research on the motivations of the knowledge innovation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises is still in its infancy. Meanwhile, China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry is in the golden period of rapid development, but the shortcomings of enterprises' knowledge innovation ability has been restricting the further development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry. In order to improve the knowledge innovation ability of China's high-end eqluipment manufacturing industry enterprises effectively, this paper has explored the motivations of the knowledge innovation of high-end equipment manufacturing industry enterprises by the method of exploratory factor analysis, concluding the motivations are made up of government factors, market factors and technical factors. Finally, this paper has put forward suggestions to improve the knowledge innovation ability of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises in our country.

To investigate the effects of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) gene polymorphisms on the onset of osteomyelitis in Chinese Han population. In all, 80 osteomyelitis patients (case group) and 81 healthy people (control group) were recruited into this case-control study. Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism method was utilized to examine the genotypes of MMP-1 polymorphisms (-1607 2G/1G and -519A/G) in the 2 groups. Genotype and allele differences between the case and control groups were analyzed by chi-square test. Odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs) were calculated to present the association strength between MMP-1 gene polymorphisms and osteomyelitis.Frequencies of -1607 2G/2G genotype between the case and control groups were statistically significant (P = .025). Compared with 1G/1G genotype carriers, the 2G/2G genotype carriers had 1.605 times risk of developing osteomyelitis (OR 2.605, 95% CI 1.116-6.082). Meanwhile, the 2G allele significantly associated with the risk of osteomyelitis (OR 1.735, 95% CI 1.115-2.701). In addition, frequency of -519GG genotype was obviously higher in case group than that in control group (P = .024), and GG genotype related to an increased risk of osteomyelitis (OR 2.792, 95% CI 1.127-6.917). Whereas, the -519G allele may be a susceptible factor for osteomyelitis (OR 1.622, 95% CI 1.038-2.536).The MMP-1 -1607 (2G/1G) and -519 (A/G) polymorphisms may contribute to the onset of osteomyelitis.

In this paper, microcrystalline cellulose WJ101 was used as a model material to investigate the effect of various process parameters on granule yield and friability after dry granulation with a single factor and the effect of comprehensive inspection process parameters on the effect of granule yield and friability, then the correlation between process parameters and granule quality was established. The regress equation was established between process parameters and granule yield and friability by multiple regression analysis, the affecting the order of the size of the order of the process parameters on granule yield and friability was: rollers speedrollers pressurespeed of horizontal feed. Granule yield was positively correlated with pressure and speed of horizontal feed and negatively correlated rollers speed, while friability was on the contrary. By comparison, fitted value and real value, fitted and real value are basically the same of no significant differences (P0.05) and with high precision and reliability.

Due to the following characteristics of offshore program, such as one-time large-scale investment, comprehensive high-risk, long payback period, high uncertainty, high regional and political, the investors has been paid more and more attentions to the risk of offshore program. Combined with the characteristics of offshore program risk management, and with the use of BP neural network theory, this paper constructed “the Offshore Program Risk Comprehensive Assessment index system” and “Assessment Model”. Combined with BP network learning process, and on the basis of selecting risk-related parameters and setting different network training layers, this paper simulated the BP model and analyzed the results.

The purpose of present study is to determine the location of the novel gene hbrp which is related to bovine seminal plasma (BSP) proteins in the human chromosome by the FISH (fluorescent in situ hybridization) technique, and to investigate the relation of HBRP to TPK( tyrosine protein kinase)by genetic engineering. The result is that the novel gene hbrp was successfully localized on human chromosome 19q1.3; HBRP protein obviously inhibited the activity of PKC. It is concluded that the structure of BSP contained two tandemly arranged fibronectin type II(Fn2)--domains which were related to the function of binding protein BSP. Amino acid sequence of HBRP protein with four tandemly arranged Fn2-domains showed that the protein might be binding protein functionly relating to BSP protein. We have concluded that HBRP protein obviously inhibited the activity of TPK. The location of the novel gene on human chromosome 19q1.3 is very important to study the other biological functions of the protein encoded by gene hbrp.
