The proposal submission file is filtered based on the completeness of the requirements in submitting a proposal by an administrator or internal organizer. The recapitulation of the completeness of the requirements for submitting the proposal will be stored in the system and can be printed as a report and the basis for the failure of the research proposal. The system is also able to display statistical charts in the process of submitting research proposals. All requirements for the research proposal must be validated based on verification or verification tools. Specifically for proof of the previous year’s research outcome bills, proposers must display progress, such as submitted, reviewed, revised, accepted, and published. The requirement file assessment session will determine the submission of research assistance whether it passes or fails. The software development methodology used in this study is RAD (Rapid Application Development). This system functions as an administrative evaluation desk selectively, objectively, effectively, quickly, and can be accounted for by digital application devices. This application product is designed to meet the needs of research proposals. Proposal Monitoring and Evaluation Information System This research helps businesses process the submission and assessment of research proposals.
