The Bahluieţ catchment, located in the Moldavian Plateau, at the contact between the Jijia Rolling Plain, the Suceava Plateau and the Central Moldavian Plateau, has 54,866 hectares in size. The sculptural landforms are prevailing, described by elongated rolling hills, and are underlain by the Bessarabian layers laid in marine brackish facies. In turn, the typical plateau relief (Coasta Iasilor and the eastern border of the Suceava Plateau) is developed in coastal facies also Bessarabian in age. This paper focuses on the spatial distribution and intensity of land degradation processes and associated controlling factors within the Bahluieţ catchment. The most characteristic geomorphological processes, playing an essential role in the morphogenesis of the landforms are soil erosion and landslides, while gully erosion and sedimentation have a reduced intensity. Soil erosion is ubiquitous, being the process with the highest extension. Therefore, the soils on the arable land, affected by moderate-excessive erosion, hold a weight of 38%. The slopes subjected to landslides are stretching on 19,040 ha, representing 35% of the studied area. Nowadays, most landslides show high degree of stability, due to the drier period of time since 1982. The gully erosion has a reduced incidence resulting from the prevailing Bessarabian clayey-sandy facies. The average rate of sedimentation in reservoirs, after the year 1986, is around 2 cm yr-1. Land degradation within the Bahluieţ catchment occurs on steeper slopes, mainly in the shape of cuesta fronts, usually northern and western facing, but also on some degraded cuesta back slopes.

So many young people arrive at teens refuse to read a book, even electronically. Children considered mandatory reading something imposed by adults and tries to escape, finding other concerns. They also have no motivation, the universe discovered through books hardly seems interesting, which is, in their opinion, obsolete. The environment in which I work led me to satisfy my curiosity namely that of finding out to what extent reading is among the priorities of young people today. This research considers the study of attitudes, behaviors, opinions and intentions of young people their interest in reading, be it physical or books in electronic format. Then I directed a questionnaire to students of the Faculty of Management Marketing in Economic Affairs Rm. Valcea. For example, we chose a target group of young people aged between 18 and 25 years.

Practical activities have lately started to use complex financial-accounting informatic systems on a large scale, facilitating the establishment of a background for improving informational processes and substantiating decisions, also taking account of the requirements when implementing the mechanism of market-oriented economy. The financial-accounting informatic system in any economic organisation has the role to show the data and outcomes of company economic performance in a format that is beneficial and useful to accountants and managers in order to ensure the good running of their companies. Thus, when information is necessary to substantiate a decision in terms of economic matters, the field of financial-accounting data along with the related informatic system provide the information needed for three management functions: planning, control and evaluation.

In Romania, the aspects concerning the budget process are laid down in Law 500/2002 regarding public finance. According to this law, budget inputs and outputs as well as the specific regulations of a fiscal year are provided and authorized for a budget year by an annual budget law. As to the budgets making up the general consolidated budget, it should be mentioned that only two of them act as laws; they are the law of public budget and the law of public social insurance budget (and implicitly their amending laws). The present paper envisages the analysis of how effective the execution methods of budget indicators is in the public budget which from the perspective of revenues and expenses means the most important component of the general consolidated budget.

Participation in an integrating group results in a series of more or less big changes in the participating states. EU conditionality is essentially an institutional arrangement, a rule, a standard of behaviour that allows the connection among the benefits of belonging to a regional economic group, such as the EU, in compliance with the requirements and principles imposed by membership. These adjustments entail costs for countries and the benefits derived from EU membership can be highlighted and maximized to the extent that there is a high degree of compatibility between the policies and institutional framework for the adoption of these policies at national level, on one hand, the policies and European institutional models adopting these policies, on the other. The present paper addresses the topic of operating plans designed to quantify the costs and benefits of Romania's EU accession in terms of value, highlighting its contribution to the EU budget on one hand, and its ability to access EU funds on the other hand.

In a world dominated by "change and innovation", manifested always and everywhere, which has profound implications for contemporary society as a whole, the speed with which information flows, globalization of higher education, learning and research achievements, universities provide rapid changes in technology in November challenges, so that their traditional role of suppliers of knowledge is constantly changing. The purpose of this article is to highlight the need to implement knowledge management in higher education as a solution for quality and performance of education systems. To achieve this approach in the article were analyzed issued a series of specialists, researchers, industry bodies and competent authorities. The results showed that detached the last places we stand between EU countries in terms of knowledge management implementation in the educational system in Romania, and the university, but the trend is positive, because according to statistics, many higher education institutions submitted efforts in reaching this goal.

ERP have been created as a solution or a response to such attempts, and have the ability to process a high amount of aggregated data and information in order to improve processes and make them even more efficient. Most specialists believe that there is no Enterprise Resource Planning without any financial and accounting information in the operations they administer in these systems. A financial-accounting pattern gathers and strengthens information related to all the activities of a company thus allowing unitary management to be possible. A financial-accounting pattern itself is not the most important but it is necessary when implementing any ERP application. All the data in a system are centralized in such a financial-accounting pattern, therefore providing the support for various reports.
