Based on the Agency Theory, management (agent) is a party that is trusted by shareholders (principals) to manage the company and maximize shareholders’ value (Jensen and Meckling, 1976). In practice, conflicts between shareholders and managers are unavaidable because of differences in interests and information asymmetry called Agency Problem. One way to minimize agency problem is by applying Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) which gives rights to company’s employees to own company’s share. Through ESOP, employees are expected to improve the performance and value of the company due to their stock ownership. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the implementation of the ESOP program on company financial performance especially profitability as measured by ROE (Return on Equity) and ROA (Return on Assets). This study analyzes 62 listed companies in Indonesia adopting ESOP for the first time over 2009-2016. By using panel data regression method, the results of the study show that ESOP program has a significant negative effect on the profitability of the company.

Marine tourism is a type of special interest tourism, namely by managing and utilizing marine and coastal landscapes, both those that are managed directly such as swimming, boating, snorkeling, diving, or indirectly such as picnics and beach sports. Nusmapi Island has the potential to be developed as a marine tourism object which has the potential for waters and coral reefs that are in good condition. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of public perception and the socio-economic conditions of the local community on Nusmapi Island. In October-November 2020 this research was carried out on Nusmapi Island, Manokwari Regency. The descriptive exploratory method is by conducting a survey to the research location. The data collected were analyzed descriptively by tabulating and displayed in the form of pictures, tables, and graphs to provide an explanation of the information obtained in this study. The relationship between the level of perception and socio-economic and cultural aspects of society was analyzed by multiple regression. The variables of age, gender, education, main occupation, and additional work were positively correlated with community perception, while length of stay and ethnic origin were negatively correlated with perceived level. The correlation value between the 7 independent variables (X1-X7) and the dependent variable (Y) is 0.839 which is included in the very strong category. The value of the coefficient of determination 61% explains the variables in the resulting regression model, the remaining 39% is influenced by other factors outside the model. Age is a significant social variable on people's perceptions of the development of marine tourism on Nusmapi Island. The community as the main component in development has an important role in developing local potential that comes from nature, socio-culture or improving the community's economy through the development of marine tourism.

A device for fabricating thin-wall (straw) drift tubes using polyethylene terephthalate film 36 μm thick by ultrasonic welding is described together with the technique for controlling their quality. The joint width amounts to 0.4–1.0 mm. The joint breaking strength is 31.9 kg/mm2. The argon leakage from a tube of volume 188.6 cm3 under a pressure gradient of 1.0 atm does not exceed 0.3 × 10–3 cm3/min, which is mainly related to the absence of metallization in the joint vicinity. The high strength, the low tensile creep due to the absence of glued layers, the small value of gas leakage makes the new tubes capable of reliable and long-term operation in vacuum, which is confirmed by the operation of 7168 straw tubes for two years in the NA62 experiment.

Ocean Park Hong Kong was established in 1977 and is operating in a unique business model: incorporated as a nonprofit organization while adopting commercial principles. Since its inception, Ocean Park’s mission—to provide recreational and educational services for all guests—aligns the organization in a common direction and serves as a rubric for strategy and decision-making. Ocean Park strives to maintain its commercial viability with the strategy of embedding education within recreation. The seeds of CSR as an explicit strategy that includes a publicity and marketing focus are being sown since day 1, as Ocean Park argues that it would educate visitors in the value and diversity of nature. The gradual but consistent and rewarding success of this strategy provides for a positive feedback loop, in which CSR contributes to rising visitor numbers and customer satisfaction, which in turn makes the case for still more prominent CSR strategies and programs. In this case study, we discuss the driving forces of Ocean Park’s CSR initiatives and its operational approach to CSR based on primary data collected from site visit and interview with its Deputy Chief Executive and CFO. Ocean Park’s CSR initiatives in terms of social programs, edutainment, conservation, and corporate partnerships are examined in the context of ISO 26000 reporting framework. This showcases a successful operating model of putting rent-seeking after corporate mission, in which CSR principles are embedded.

This paper is an analysis of the process of commodification of female sensuality in an Indonesian- based film industry. Taking the case of Warkop DKI, a franchise film which continues commodifying comedy, social political criticism, and sexy women in generating profits since 1979. The commodification of female sensuality is displayed through stories, scenes, and shots which highlight parts of the female body as well as interactions between male and female characters that indicate sexual activities. However, in Warkop DKI Reborn: Jangkrik Boss! Part 1 and Part 2 which were released in 2017, the female sensuality was decreased. Applying qualitative method comprising from interviews, film observations and literature studies this paper found out that the presence of female producers does not play a great role in decreasing the use of female sensuality in those industry.

Finite element analyses are conducted to model the tensile capacity of steel fiber-reinforced concrete (SFRC). For this purpose dog-bone specimens are casted and tested under direct and uniaxial tension. Two types of aggregates (brick and stone) are used to cast the SFRC and plain concrete. The fiber volume ratio is maintained 1.5 %. Total 8 numbers of dog-bone specimens are made and tested in a 1000-kN capacity digital universal testing machine (UTM). The strain data are gathered employing digital image correlation technique from high-definition images and high-speed video clips. Then, the strain data are synthesized with the load data obtained from the load cell of the UTM. The tensile capacity enhancement is found 182–253 % compared to control specimen to brick SFRC and in case of stone SFRC the enhancement is 157–268 %. Fibers are found to enhance the tensile capacity as well as ductile properties of concrete that ensures to prevent sudden brittle failure. The dog-bone specimens are modeled in the ANSYS 10.0 finite element platform and analyzed to model the tensile capacity of brick and stone SFRC. The SOLID65 element is used to model the SFRC as well as plain concretes by optimizing the Poisson’s ratio, modulus of elasticity, tensile strength and stress–strain relationships and also failure pattern as well as failure locations. This research provides information of the tensile capacity enhancement of SFRC made of both brick and stone which will be helpful for the construction industry of Bangladesh to introduce this engineering material in earthquake design. Last of all, the finite element outputs are found to hold good agreement with the experimental tensile capacity which validates the FE modeling.

NA62 is a fixed target experiment located at the CERN SPS which aims to perform flavour physics studies in the charged kaon sector with an unprecedented precision. Due to the abundance of kaon decays with a po in the final state, NA62 is also a perfect environment to measure the neutral pion characteristics. NA62 collected a large sample of charged kaon decays with a highly efficient trigger for decays into electrons in 2007. We report about the measurement of the po electromagnetic transition form factor slope parameter in the time-like region. Between 2008 and 2014 the NA62 apparatus underwent an intense upgrade phase to improve the physics sensitivity of the experiment to precisely measure the Br (K+ !p+n ¯ n). NA62 took data in pilot runs in 2014 and 2015 reaching the final designed beam intensity. The quality of data acquired in view of the final measurement is presented.

Background: The World Health Organization’s recommendation for infant feeding is exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months followed by semi-solid food. The purpose of the study is to analyse determinant factors related to low exclusive breastfeeding’s practice in the urban slum community of Surabaya. Methods: This is a qualitative study with a case study in one of the urban slum areas of Surabaya. Data were collected by in-depth interviews and focus group discussion (FGD) with mothers, interviews with key-informants; posyandu cadre and the community leader for validation. Ishikawa diagram tool was used to identify and categorize determinant factors. The Urgency, Seriousness, Growth (USG) method was used to prioritize factors. Results: There are 9 determinant factors categorized into 5 categories; two ‘main’ factors, three ‘method’ factors, two ‘material’ factors, one ‘money’ factor and one ‘environment’ factor. The one factor that was considered the priority to be resolved is from the environment factor that is local beliefs of breastfeeding and expressed breast milk.Discussions and Conclusions: Education of mothers about expressed breast milk is an initial step to overcome low exclusive breastfeeding’s practice in this community due to mothers having to work outside the house. There is also a need for strengthening support groups so working mothers continuously exclusive breastfeed and provide optimal nutrition for infants.

The aim of this research is to do a critical analysis of the causality factors which contribute to a weight problem, the development needs of the child, and especially the child who is overweight or lives with obesity, in order to compile a holistic social work support programme to assist the child in treating the phenomenon so that the child can reach optimal functioning in life. The research report are divided in six chapters with the following themes: a methodological investigation; an overview of overweight and obesity; the influence of being overweight and/or obesity on the child’s development in the middle childhood years; empirical research with regard to children who are overweight and/or live with obesity; a holistic social work support programme, which handles the needs of the child who is overweight or lives with obesity; and lastly, conclusions and recommendations are provided. In Chapter 2, the causal factors of being overweight and obesity for the child in the middle childhood years are classified from the literary study and qualitative findings from within the endogenic and exogenous factors, which indicate a co-dependency on each other. It was found that the cause and effect cannot be illustrated in a linear or circular manner, but rather according to the cause-effect pattern of a dynamic spiral in which all the different systems in which the child lives are present. The following causality factors were identified, namely: the genetic, biological, environmental, psycho-social, emotional and behavioural determinants, where each determinant contributes outright to the weight problem of the child in the middle childhood years. Chapter 3 includes the behaviour and experience of the child within his or her different systems in which he or she functions. From the literature analysis, it is evident that the child’s cognitive, motor and emotional development with regards to overweight and obesity must be taken into consideration when a holistic social work support programme is presented. The holistic social work support programme, Chapter 5, was developed from the explorative, phenomenological design within the paradigm of qualitative research and grounded in the social-constructivist perspective. Intervention research provided the necessary framework which directed the research process and also offered a supportive flow of the phases in the investigation. The main theme and the subthemes, Chapter 4, for the proposed holistic programme were derived from semi-structural interviews, according to an interview schedule, conducted with parents of children who are overweight or live with obesity, as well as with experts in the field of overweight and obesity or child development as the respondents. The programme has not been tested in practice due to the amended requirements for the involvement of children in research and the time in which the investigation had to be finalised. However, the programme has been presented to experts for comments and recommendations, which were accommodated in the programme. The most important results, conclusions and recommendations are provided in the final chapter. Doctoral

Substantial experimental and theoretical efforts worldwide are devoted to explore the phase diagram of strongly interacting matter. At LHC and top RHIC energies, QCD matter is studied at very high temperatures and nearly vanishing net-baryon densities. There is evidence that a Quark-Gluon-Plasma (QGP) was created at experiments at RHIC and LHC. The transition from the QGP back to the hadron gas is found to be a smooth cross over. For larger net-baryon densities and lower temperatures, it is expected that the QCD phase diagram exhibits a rich structure, such as a first-order phase transition between hadronic and partonic matter which terminates in a critical point, or exotic phases like quarkyonic matter. The discovery of these landmarks would be a breakthrough in our understanding of the strong interaction and is therefore in the focus of various high-energy heavy-ion research programs. The Compressed Baryonic Matter (CBM) experiment at FAIR will play a unique role in the exploration of the QCD phase diagram in the region of high net-baryon densities, because it is designed to run at unprecedented interaction rates. High-rate operation is the key prerequisite for high-precision measurements of multi-differential observables and of rare diagnostic probes which are sensitive to the dense phase of the nuclear fireball. The goal of the CBM experiment at SIS100 (sqrt(s_NN) = 2.7 - 4.9 GeV) is to discover fundamental properties of QCD matter: the phase structure at large baryon-chemical potentials (mu_B > 500 MeV), effects of chiral symmetry, and the equation-of-state at high density as it is expected to occur in the core of neutron stars. In this article, we review the motivation for and the physics programme of CBM, including activities before the start of data taking in 2022, in the context of the worldwide efforts to explore high-density QCD matter., 15 pages, 11 figures. Recent results and prospects for precision tests of the Standard Model in kaon decay-in-flight experiments at CERN are presented. A measurement of the ratio of leptonic decay rates of the charged kaon at the level of 0.4% precision constrains the parameter space of new physics models with extended Higgs sector, a fourth generation of quarks and leptons or sterile neutrinos. Searches for heavy neutrino mass states and the dark photon in the ∼ 100 MeV/c(2) mass range based on samples collected in 2003-2007 are in progress and prospects will be discussed. The NA62 experiment, starting in 2014, will search for a range of lepton number and lepton flavour violating decays of the charged kaon and the neutral pion at improved sensitivities down to ∼ 10(-12), which will probe new physics scenarios involving heavy Majorana neutrinos or R-parity violating SUSY.
