This academic article presents an explanatory research study on the archaeological artifacts discovered in the Kichakbadh area, situated in wards 2 and 3 of the Bhadrapur Municipality within the Jhapa district. The objective of this research is to examine the cultural and historical significance of Kichakbadh, shed light on its archaeological importance, and elucidate the various archaeological artifacts that have been unearthed to date. The excavations carried out by the Department of Archaeology have revealed the ruins of buildings, a walled complex, and remnants of bricks and pottery. Although it is traditionally believed that there is Natiyashala (Theatre) or palace of king Birat of Mahabharat. The derived archaeological evidences indicate that it could be archaeological site belonging to Sunga/Kushan Period. This academic research study utilizes qualitative methods and draws on both primary and secondary sources form of data.It adopts a post-positivist research paradigm and employs analytical and descriptive methods to present its findings. This scholarly inquiry contributes new knowledge to the current context and enhances our understanding of the archaeological significance of Kichakbadh.

This study explores the effective utilization of social media to promote TV programmes, specifically focusing on NET Mediatama Televisi (Net TV) in Indonesia. The COVID-19 pandemic has led to an increase in social media usage, making it an ideal platform to promote TV programmes. The case study design was used, and data was collected through observation and physical artifacts. The analysis identified that NET TV encourages content creators to create snackable and interactive content to promote their programmes effectively. This study highlights the importance of social media in promoting TV programmes and the need for media companies to adapt to changing audience behavior.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada meter lingkaran di kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 2 Peusangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas, subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 2 Peusangan yang berjumlah 24 orang siswa. Adapun instrument yang digunakan adalah 4 soal tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Penelitian juga menggunakan subjek wawancara sebanyak 5 siswa yang terdiri dari 1 siswa berkemampuan tinggi, 2 siswa berkemampuan sedang dan 2 siswa berkemampuan rendah. Skor presentase yang diperoleh dari hasil tes akhir siklus 1 belum sesuai dengan kriteria hasil yang ditetapkan pada siklus yaitu hanya 66.6% yang mencapai nilai ≥ 65, sedangkan hasil observasi terhadap kegiatan peneliti dan siswa sudah mencapai target yaitu 75.5% untuk itu peneliti termasuk ke siklus II. Pada siklus ke II kegiatan peneliti dan siswa sudah mencapai kriteria yang ditetapkan yaitu 86.6% dan 84.4% dengan nilai ≥ 65 dan hasil observasi terhadap kegiatan peneliti dan siswa sudah mencapai kriteria yang ditetapkan yaitu 86.6% dan 84.4%. Jadi berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi siswa.

HIV/AIDS memiliki risiko tinggi untuk ditularkan melalui kontak seksual, jarum suntik, donor darah, ibu yang menyusui anaknya dan lain-lain. Meningkatnya prevalensi HIV/AIDS di Indonesia terkait dengan rendahnya perilaku pencegahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penyebaran HIV/AIDS dengan simulasi model SIA. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang diambil dari data statistik sektoral di Dinas Kominfo Prov Sumut yang dapat diakses melalui laman internet. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa jumlah penduduk yang menularkan semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penyebaran virus HIV akan selalu meningkat setiap tahunnya.

Language as a means of scientific thinking places itself reasonably centrally. Even according to Francis Bacon, human language can gain knowledge and power. In short, language helps both scientists and society to think scientifically. This research uses a communication law approach to analyze the urgency of language as a tool of scientific thinking in schools. The research method used is descriptive research. The research results present a concept of language that acts as a medium for thought processes and that schools are the best environments for cultivating language as a tool for scientific thinking. Because language and thinking are inextricably linked. As a result, in this scenario, language growth in the function of thinking is also meant to enhance science education. As a result, the presence of language as something unique to humans is more than just a sign; it is also a medium for growing the human intellect, particularly in communicating the truth of things. Teachers play a crucial role in the growth and refinement of language as a tool for scientific thinking in schools because they must comprehend the five principles of successful communication: respect, empathy, audibility, clarity, and humility.

Picture fuzzy aggregation operators are the standard mathematical tools for the combination of several inputs with respect to attributes into one unique output. The Choquet integral operator has been proven more ideal than traditional aggregation operators in the modelling of interaction phenomena among the attributes in decision-making problems. Firstly, we propose the Choquet integral picture fuzzy Einstein geometric aggregation operator and Choquet integral picture fuzzy Einstein ordered geometric aggregation operator with certain properties of these operators being established. We validate the functioning of the operators with illustrative examples. The proposed operators clearly capture the comprehensive correlative relationships of attributes in a simpler manner. Furthermore, the algorithm for a multi attribute decision-making problem based on proposed operators is given. The application of the proposed operators was explored to deal with the selection of the best mobile apps for online education. Finally, comparisons are conducted to illustrate the discussion and advantages of the proposed operators.

This article discusses the primary need for creating smart, Internet of Things-enabled clothing and illustrates the potential long-term effects of smart clothing on business models. The basic types and components of smart IoT wearables and clothes are described, their key needs are examined, and some of the most current smart clothing applications are evaluated. Additionally, a worldwide IoT architecture is offered. The design of the goods inventory system is the best solution for the North Sumatra Youth and Sports Office, which starts in a manual process which causes many problems that arise from the manual inventory process, from loss of goods data to the loss of the goods themselves. The web-based inventory is an access that can be monitored by all stakeholders in the North Sumatra Youth and Sports Office. The inventory information system that was built can record transactions of incoming goods, outgoing goods, stock of goods, use of goods, replacement of goods, submission of goods, data collection of inventory room locations and reports so that they can find out and provide fast, precise and accurate information every day. In this study using the method of observation and literature study with the flow of identifying problems, determining research objectives, studying literature, analyzing problems. The usefulness of this research also has an impact on each person in charge of the inventory of the North Sumatra Youth and Sports Office, making it easier for the head of equipment. All processes and stages based on a web database will have a positive impact on the inventory process at the North Sumatra Youth and Sports Office.

Belukar organics is a newly developed business entity for the production of liquid body soap and body scrubs. The volume of production and sales of liquid body soap and scrubs is still limited, around 360 bottles and 24 kilograms per year due to lack of marketing strategy and ineffective production process. Therefore, the objectives of program held for 7 months is to increase the production and sales volumes of liquid soap and body scrub. The program activities focused on training and supervision on production technology, packaging, management, marketing and facilitation of production and packaging equipment. In the production aspect, the new lay out of production process was set up, the new production technology and the SOPs were applied. In the management aspect, training and supervision in the Business Model Canvas, Business Plan and Action Plan, bookkeeping and accounting were carried out. In the marketing aspect, training and marketing supervision were carried out covering aspects of branding, promotion and digital marketing. With training and mentoring activities, the production of Belukar organics liquid soap increased from 39 bottles to 117 bottles per month. Body scrub production increased from 2 kg to 7 kg per month. Sales turnover of liquid body soap also increased from 4,3 million rupiah per month to 12,3 million rupiah per month, while body scrubs increased from 2 million rupiah to 6,5 million rupiah per month. PKM activities succeeded in increasing the volume of production and sales of liquid body soap and body scrub Belukar Organics by around 300%.

The research studies have shown that air pollution has been well thought-out as the main warning to health globally. It requests the participation of researchers from time to time to address and revive the problem sincerely. In India concentration of air pollutants has become a serious issue. In most Indian cities, the level of air pollutants is above the prescribed level as per the CPCB. Gwalior City of Madhya Pradesh (India) is at the entrance of speedy urbanisation and industrialisation which causes the worsening air quality of the city. As per the reports of 2015, Gwalior is listed among the top polluted city in India. To address this problem an investigation of air pollutant concentration was carried out at three stations in Gwalior. In this study SO2, NO2 and RSPM and SPM were collected over three stations categorised as residential, industrial and commercial and estimation was done by chemical methods. Meteorological parameters like temperature and relative humidity were also recorded during the sampling period. Seasonal variations of these pollutants have been analysed and noted. From the study, the concentrations of the pollutants were observed to be high in summer and winter than in monsoon and post-monsoon seasons. In this study, it was noticed that the RSPM and SPM levels at all selected sites exceed the prescribed limits. While the level of gaseous SO2 and NO2 are observed to remain under prescribed limits. The main objective of this study was to know the quality of air in Gwalior and study its health impacts as the city has been selected as one of the hundred Indian cities that can be developed into a smart city under PM Narendra Modi’s flagship Smart Cities Mission.

The industrial company specializing in garment products uses information technology called ERP System to support daily activities. The information technology used is close to unavoidable problems. The problems in this company are internet and VPN connections being interrupted/disconnected, computer hardware damage, and user understanding of applicable information technology SOPs. To solve these problems, COBIT 5 was chosen to overcome existing problems by evaluating existing IT governance to produce and measure the level of capability and solution to problems. This research uses three processes, namely APO01, APO12, DSS03, which are obtained from the results of mapping the vision, mission, and problems faced by the company. Data were collected by interviewing resource persons: IT Managers, Accounting and Tax Managers, and the staff concerned. Moreover, they conducted a literature study on COBIT 5 to obtain the value of gap results and capability levels as recommendation guidelines. The result obtained is that the capability level is at level 1. The level gap is 1 level, comparing current conditions with the company's expected conditions. Ten recommendations are given to the company from the results of discussions to improve and develop information technology governance.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is a common disorder with symptoms involving the median nerve. The risk factors for the occurrence of CTS are grouped into individual and physical factors related to work. Individual factors consisted of a history of diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, obesity, rheumatoid arthritis, age and gender. In addition, there are work-related physical factors, namely work with repetitive hand movements, gripping or clamping work with force, abnormal postures on the wrist for a long time. Purpose to determine the relationship between BMI and gender with the degree of severity of CTS in Mataram City Hospital. Observational analytic quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design. The sampling technique used a random sampling technique of 34 samples. The research was conducted at the Mataram City Hospital, from November to December 2022. The data obtained was analyzed using the spermaman rank test. Results of the 34 study samples, there were 8 people (23.5%) with BMI < 24.9 kg/m2 and, 26 people (76.5%) with BMI ≥ 25 kg/m2. A total of 13 men (38.2%) and 21 women (61.8%) suffered from CTS. Background Breast augmentation remains the commonest cosmetic surgical procedure worldwide, in spite of recent regulatory action. Objectives The aim of this study was to evaluate women with breast implants attending a breast implant assessment clinic and to capture clinical and implant data in women presenting to the service. Methods Patients were enrolled prospectively between January 2018 and December 2021. Clinical, implant, and practitioner data were recorded. Patients reported satisfaction on size, shape, and overall outcome as well as the presence or pain. Radiological evaluation, where indicated, was performed and data were included on these findings. Results A total of 603 patients were assessed. Their mean age was 42.7 years and mean age at implantation was 29.1 years. The most common complications were capsular contracture followed by pain, waterfall deformity, and double bubble, with rupture/contracture rates increasing after the 10-year mark. The risk of double bubble was significantly lower if patients were operated on by certified practitioners (odds ratio = 0.49, P = 0.011). There was almost universally poor awareness of the risks of breast implants in patients presenting for evaluation. Conclusions This study has shown benefit in a breast implant assessment clinic to gather information on adverse events and patient-reported outcomes following breast implant surgery. Having appropriately trained and certified practitioners perform cosmetic augmentation significantly lowers the risk of implant malposition and deformity. Any adverse event occurring within 5 years of initial surgery should be flagged as a mandatory reportable clinical indicator and trigger further investigation. Level of Evidence: 2

Hypertension is the most common comorbid in patients infected by COVID-19. Drugs often given for the treatment of hypertension, namely ramipril, and candesartan, are thought to increase the development of COVID-19 because the angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI) and angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs) increase the expression of ACE-2, which is the binding site of SARS-CoV-2. This study aims to analyze the effect of using ramipril and candesartan on healing in hospitalized patients with COVID-19 with hypertension at RSUD dr. Moewardi in 2020. This study was conducted retrospectively. The results were presented descriptively and used medical record data of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 with comorbid hypertension at RSUD dr. Moewardi in 2020. Using ramipril and candesartan affects patient recovery in terms of length of stay (LOS), symptom relief, and RT-PCR test results. Analysis of the research data using SPSS with Spearman correlation test. The Spearman correlation test showed that there was a fairly strong relationship between the use of ramipril and candesartan in patients with COVID-19 with comorbid hypertension on LOS, symptom relief, and RT-PCR test results. The study results show that using ramipril and candesartan can improve the recovery of patients with COVID-19 with comorbid hypertension. ACEI and ARB drugs have not been proven to worsen the patient's condition so their use can be continued.

Mandatory human rights due diligence (HRDD) laws in the European Union (EU) – both enacted and in the making – seem to be a promising tool to harden soft international standards in the business and human rights (BHR) field, the most prominent of these being the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs). This article develops a two-layered critique of mandatory HRDD laws. It problematizes the very concept of HRDD as articulated by the UNGPs. I will argue that due to various conceptual, operational and structural limitations, HRDD alone will not bring the desired changes for rightsholders, because this process does not address various asymmetries of power between corporations and affected communities. The second layer of critique concerns the content of mandatory HRDD laws enacted in France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Norway and Germany. Assessing these laws vis-à-vis six preconditions required to protect effectively people and the planet from business-related harms, it is clear that these mandatory HRDD laws are half-hearted attempts to tame business-related human rights abuses and hold the relevant corporate actors accountable. In addition to developing more ambitious mandatory HRDD laws in future, states should employ a range of additional regulatory tools that pay greater attention to achieving outcomes, drawing red lines in certain situations, and promoting access to remedy and corporate accountability.

Background The pathogenesis of delayed-onset tissue nodules (DTNs) due to hyaluronic acid (HA) injections is uncertain. Objectives To formulate a rational theory for DTN development and their avoidance and treatment. Methods A multidisciplinary and multicountry DTN consensus panel was established, with 20 questions posed and consensus sought. Consensus was set at 75% agreement. Results Consensus was reached in 16 of 20 questions regarding the pathogenesis of DTNs, forming the basis for a classification and treatment guide. Conclusions The group believes that filler, pathogens, and inflammation are all involved in DTNs and that DTNs most likely are infection initiated with a variable immune response. Injected filler may incorporate surface bacteria, either a commensal or a true pathogen, if the skin barrier is altered. The initially high molecular weight HA filler is degraded to low molecular weight HA (LMWHA) at the edge of the filler. Commensals positioned within the filler bolus may be well tolerated until the filler is degraded and the commensal becomes visible to the immune system. LMWHA is particularly inflammatory in the presence of any local bacteria. Commensals may still be tolerated unless the immune system is generally heightened by viremia or vaccination. Systemic pathogenic bacteremia may also interact with the filler peripheral LMWHA, activating Toll-like receptors that induce DTN formation. Given this scenario, attention to practitioner and patient hygiene and early systemic infection treatment deserve attention. Depression is a serious health problem worldwide. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), depression is the 4th most common disease in the world. This shows that the management of depression has not been so good. Religion can be a solution to the problem of depression. TQN (Tarekat Qadiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah) as a method developed from religious teachings can be a solution to the problem of depression. The purpose of this study is to explain the religious method developed by TQN to treat depression. This research is qualitative research with interviews as a method of extracting data. A research subject is a depressed person who has been treated with the TQN method for 1½ years. The results of this study explain that the TQN method which consists of talkin dhikr, dhikr, and other practices carried out by the subject can make him calm, accepting, able to control himself, aware, and enthusiastic about life.

Dan untuk mengetahui kualitas dari sirup daun pandan wangi berbahan campuran seperti gula, cmc, pewarna, vanili, ekstra pandan, dan air, dan memiliki kualitas rasa, aroma, tekstur dan warna, kemudian untuk mengetahui daya tahan serta menganalisis seberapa besar biaya yang diperlukan dalam pembuatan sirup daun pandan wangi pandanus odoratissimus. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen, penelitian eksperimen ini dilakukan dengan membuat sirup daun pandan pandanus odoratissimus, kemudian diuji oleh 20 orang panelis dengan tes organoleptic, observasi dan analisi biaya. Hasil penelitian ini berupa kualitas sirup daunpandan sebagai bahan dasar daun pandan wangi menjadi sirup pandanus odoratissimus adalah enak dari segi rasa, beraroma wangi, testur lembut,serta memiliki kasiat untuk manusi. Dari hasil uji daya tahan sirup daun pandan wangi cepat basi ketika dibuka begitu saja, maka dari itu sirup diletakan ditempat yang dingin. Dari asil analisi biaya dalam pembuatan sirup daun pandan wangi pandanus odoratissimus membutuhkan biaya Rp.45.000 The purpose of the research on the Quality of Syrup Based on Wangi Pandan Leaves (Pandanus odoratissimus) is to make another syrup from the existing one and pandan leaves are easy to find in community settlements and also many benefits and benefits of pandan leaves for humans. Pada SMA Ibrahimy 2 Sukorejo, bahwa pada proses pengelolaan dan pendataan barang masih kurang optimal. Setiap barang yang ada pada sekolah tersebut belum adanya proses pendataan barang dan proses peminjaman maupun pengembalian barang masih dilakukan secara manual, sistem yang saat ini dilakukan masih bersifat penulisan di buku besar. Akibatnya proses pencatatan dan pengelolaan memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Sehingga sering juga rentan mengalami kerusakan dan kehilangan dalam pengelolaan inventaris barang. Hal ini terlihat pada saat pendataan barang baik dari proses pendataan barang masuk dan barang keluar, serta proses peminjaman maupun pengembalian dirasa kurang efektif dan efisien. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempermudah petugas TU dalam pengolahan data inventaris barang di SMA Ibrahimy 2 Sukorejo, baik dari pendataan barang masuk dan barang keluar, proses peminjaman atau pengembalian barang. Sehingga proses pendataan yang dilakukan petugas TU di SMA Ibrahimy 2 Sukorejo menjadi lebih teratur.

A drone is a device useful for surveillance, security and improve safety aspects. Drone has many applications contributing in societal developments which is the motivation for the present project work. Drone is being emerged by various military organization, commercial capacity and its applications is increasing day-by-day. Unmanned aerial vehicles are designed as a self-operating device based on receiving feedback from signals and sensors. Brushless DC motor, frames, transmitter, receiver, propellor, flight control board, LiPo battery, electronic speed controllers were used to perform the experimental set-up. An attempt has been made to design light weight drone compared to the conventional drones available. The drone is fabricated in such a manner that initially it performs downward motion into the well followed by the upward motion. All the components of a proposed drone have been fixed and checked for its working. The drone operates in a stable manner with four propellors and contributed its excellence for the underground application.

One of the subjects that most students experience problems and find it difficult to understand the concepts is mathematics. The task of a teacher is not only to transfer knowledge or convey learning knowledge to students in the classroom. Meanwhile, most of the students explained that subjects related to calculations were subjects that were difficult to understand. The aim is to find out strategies for dealing with learning difficulties in mathematics at the elementary school level. The writing of this article uses a qualitative type. The results of this study are that learning difficulties in mathematics can be caused by internal factors, including study habits, students' attitudes and motivation, students' interest in learning, and sensory abilities. While the description of external factors, including learning facilities, the relationship between students and teachers, and teaching methods used by educators. The conclusion is the way of handling students' mathematics learning difficulties at the elementary school level, including blended learning is used, self-resilience curriculum is implemented by well, using IT is optimized in the learning process, additional learning-based mathematics remedial is given to students, and students' learning difficulties in mathematics are diagnosed as early as possible.

In light of the ongoing contamination of water sources by aqueous waste from the electroplating, printing, pharmaceutical, dye and alloy industries, this work describes a new adsorbent for removing chromium ions (Cr(VI)) from a lab-prepared aqueous solution. As an adsorbent, pure and activated form of Boerhavia diffusa (abbreviated as RBD and ACBD), also known as Punarnava (in Hindi), was utilized. The adsorbents were characterized for their structure, morphology and thermal analysis through X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The FTIR spectrum detected various functional groups viz. -OH, -CHO, RCO, -CN and C=H, implying strong bonding with metals ions. The amorphous and porous character of the adsorbent was confirmed by SEM and XRD. Consequences of other domains, including adsorbent dose, contact time, pH, concentration and temperature, were also investigated. With a starting concentration of 20 mg/L, pH of 7 (RBD), 5 (ACBD), adsorption dose of 20 mg and temperature of 303 K, the effective adsorption was achieved after 2 h and these were 86.4% and 92.7% in terms of removal efficiency by RBD and ACBD, respectively. The respective monolayer maximum adsorption capacity for RBD and ACBD were 66.28 mg/g and 135.81 mg/g. The Langmuir and pseudo-second order reactions were well-matched the experimental results for RBD and ACBD precisely.

Tomato is grown in an area of 36000 ha in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. South American tomato leaf miner, Tuta absoluta has become major pest in tomato growing areas causing 50-60% damage. Even though pest damage starts from seedling stage, damage is not noticed by farmers till fruiting stage due to the pest feeding habit, and spraying chemicals repeatedly at this stage is of no use. Moreover, it causes environmental pollution and pesticide residual effects on consumers. Hence, an on-farm trial on integrated management of the Tuta absoluta was conducted during Rabi, 2020-21. The IPM practices included were installation of pheromone traps @ 25 per hectare; spraying neem oil @ 5 ml/l, twice @20 and 40 DAT and need based chemical sprays. In IPM plots, pest damage was low in crop grown under single row planting i.e., 9% followed by double row planting i.e., 12.6% whereas in farmers practice it was 21.5% and 24.3% in single row planting and double row planting respectively in crop planted during December, 2020. Crop planted during January suffered more than December planted cropi.e., in IPM plots it was 12.5% & 15.5% whereas in farmers practice it was 27.6 and 31.2% in single row planting and double row planting respectively. In December planted crop, Fruit yield of 54.2t/ha and 52.8t/ha was recorded in IPM and farmers practice respectively. In January planted crop it was 51t/ha and 49.5t/ha in IPM and farmers practice respectively. IPM along with planting of crop during December under single row method of planting found to be effective in managing the pest.

One of the main steps in saving the feet of diabetics is to take preventive measures in the form of foot care. Self-efficacy is one of the factors that can support the success of foot care in diabetics. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and foot care behavior in patients with diabetes mellitus. The research method is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling with a sample of 110 respondents. Data was collected using the Foot Care Confident Scale (FCCS) and Nottingham Assessment of Functional Footcare (NAFF) questionnaires. Data analysis in this study using the chi-square test. The results showed that 67 respondents (60.9%) had high self-efficacy and 43 respondents (39.1%) had low self-efficacy, 59 respondents (53.6%) had good foot care behavior, and 51 respondents (46.4%) had poor foot care behavior. The results of the chi-square test obtained a P-value of 0.000 < α = 0.05, which means that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and foot care behavior in patients with diabetes mellitus. It can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and foot care behavior in diabetes mellitus patients at the Gandapura Public Health Center, Bireuen Regency. It is recommended that health workers can provide health education about foot care regularly in order to increase self-efficacy in people with diabetes mellitus.

Kondisi pandemi ini menjadi tantangan bagi dunia pendidikan khususnya pendidikan formal dalam upaya pembentukan pendidikan karakter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Karakter peduli sosial adalah suatu sikap atau perilaku dan tindakan seseorang terhadap suatu keadaan yang terjadi dilingkungan sekitarnya untuk membantu atau memberi pertolongan kepada seseorang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akibat diberlakukannya belajar dirumah akan mengakibatkan karakter peduli sosial dan karakter anak yang lainnya menurun. Oleh karena itu, pembentukan pendidikan karakter kepedulian sosial anak sejak pandemi harus menjadi urgensi yang harus dilakukan. Hal ini agar ketika anak memasuki lingkungan sekolah mereka tetap akan memiliki karakter yang baik dan saling menghargai sesama lainnya. Dengan demikian, orang tua harus mampu memotivasi serta memberikan pelajaran ataupun contoh bagaimana belajar yang baik,dan peduli terhadap lingkungan disekitar tempat tinggal anak. Disisi lain orangtua juga harus mampu menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter terutama karakter peduli sosial kepada anak, dengan berbagai cara yang harus dilakukan.

Pada era globalisasi, pelayanan prima merupakan elemen utama di rumah sakit dan unit kesehatan. Rumah sakit dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang memenuhi standar pelayanan yang optimal. Rumah sakit adalah bentuk organisasi pelayanan kesehatan yang bersifat komprehensif, mencakup aspek promotif, preventif, kuratif dan rehabilitatif, Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu pelayanan jasa yang dalam melakukan aktivitasnya, tidak boleh lepas dari perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Untuk mengetahui Pengetahuan dan Kualitas Pelayanan Rekam Medis Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di RSUD Kabupaten Klungkung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 958 responden, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Non-Probability Sampling dengan cara accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang didapat sesuai dengan perhitungan rumus yaitu 91 sampel, Uji statistic dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji Fisher Exact Test yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji Chi Square test (chi kuadrat) dengan taraf signifikasi (α) yang digunakan 10%, Dimana dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa Ho ditolak, artinya ada hubungan pengetahuan dan kualitas pelayanan rekam medis terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di masa pandemi Covid-19 di RSUD Kabupaten Klungkung.

The researcher followed three concurrent activity flows to analyze the data: data condensation, data display, and conclusion, for the results showed some challenges they faced when implementing teaching and learning activities in blended learning both in the online and offline classroom. The challenges were the lack of student control and monitoring, the problem in applying technology, and the problem with time allocation due to the Pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Islamic financing on the ability of working capital management of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Tanjungpinang City, the Riau Islands Province, Indonesia. This study uses primary data that is processed quantitatively by using multivariate regression analysis using Stata. Primary data in this study were obtained from respondents using questionnaires, and secondary data were obtained from Statistics Indonesia. The research location in this study was Tanjungpinang City. The sample was determined using non-probability sampling with a sample of 125 MSMEs. Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that the factors of musharakah and murabahah financing affect the variables such as average billing period, average payment period, cash turnover, and the ratio of current assets to total assets in MSMEs in Tanjungpinang City. MSMEs can adopt Islamic financial models to reduce operational costs by eliminating interest rates.

Background A sudden emergence of global pandemic due to SARS- Cov -2 has changed the scenario of management of non COVID diseases. With very high infectivity rate and stormy course, this disease has made the lives of people miserable so with the health care facilities and treatment. All the medical fraternities are in the state of confusion that how to treat or not to treat the patients of illness other than the corona virus infection. We are sharing our experience of cardiac surgery at our tertiary center in lockdown and unlockdown period. Material And Method This is a retrospective study from April 2020 to November 2020. We have operated upon 232 cases in this duration. Results Out of 232 cases – Overall mortality –26, Post covid operated – 4, Number of covid positive after surgery – 3, Post covid mortality – 1 Conclusion Use of N95 mask, PPE kit or HIV KIT, with regular sanitization of hands have made possible to perform cardiac surgery in this difcult situation on the patients of cardiac illness which usually cannot wait longer.

This study aims to analyze Trade Tax Through Electronic Systems based on the perspective of Maqashid Syariah according to Jasser Auda. This research is a library research (library research) through a statutory approach (statute approach) which takes an approach through the perspective of Jasser Auda's maqasid syariah on tax purposes that emphasize the benefit of the people to create social values such as helping fellow people. The type of research data is normative juridical using data collection methods in the form of literature studies by collecting documents and data to be processed using analytical methods. In this study, there are 6 system features, namely cognitive nature, interrelatedness, wholeness, openness, multi-dimensionality and meaningfulness so that it gives rise to the perspective that the principle of tax collection must contain the principles of justice and the benefit of the people in order to bring prosperity and economic prosperity to all people with the principle of openness but on the basis of openness to the world and philosophy. In accordance with the aim of maqasid asy-shari'ah that all forms of effort are to bring goodness and avoid harm (harm).

Desa Plompong merupakan sebuah desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Sirampog, Kabupaten Brebes. Jarak dari Universitas Islam Sultan Agung menuju desa Plompong kurang lebih berjarak 235 km. Sebagian besar penduduk di Desa Plompong bekerja di bidang pertanian, sehingga pertaniannya cukup berkembang. Tanaman yang ditanam di lahan pertanian sebagian besar berupa padi, jagung, dan kedelai. Terdapat 1 kelompok yang membuka usaha pembuatan tempe walaupun usaha tersebut masih bersifat usaha kecil. Kelompok Usaha Mandiri Sejahtera Bersama merupakan kelompok yang dibentuk oleh warga dukuh Cirendu desa Plompong untuk berusaha menghasilkan produksi tempe kedelai. Produksi tempe juga tidak dapat dilakukan setiap hari karena ketersediaan alat produksi dan hasil dari pertanian kedelai (bahan baku) yang tidak stabil atau tidak pasti. Produksi masih mempergunakan cara yang manual untuk mengolah tempe kedelai sehingga produksi yang dihasilkan tidak dapat dilakukan setiap hari dan rata-rata hasil produksi 60 sampai dengan 100 bungkus. Program pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk pendampingan proses produksi tempe kedelai pada kelompok Usaha Mandiri Sejahtera Bersama.

Majelis taklim wirausaha Basthah merupakan salah satu IKM yang bergerak di bidang industri pembuatan makanan ringan dan beberapa jenis produk kerajinan tangan. Ibu-ibu yang tergabung dalam majelis taklim wirausaha Basthah ini merupakan penduduk di daerah sekitar Jangli Permai Kota Semarang. Majelis taklim wirausaha Basthah ini berusaha untuk membantu perekonomian para ibu-ibu tersebut dengan mengembangkan industri kecil menengah khususnya di pembuatan makanan ringan seperti donat, keripik, dan makanan ringan lainnya, serta beberapa kerajinan tangan. Pemasaran produk tersebut juga masih dilakukan secara manual, majelis taklim wirausaha Basthah belum menggunakan bantuan teknologi atau dapat dikatakan pemasaran secara online. Ada beberapa tahapan metode pelaksanaan yang akan digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem pemasaran online, yaitu tahap informasional, tahap persiapan alat, tahap pendampingan dan pembuatan e-commerce, dan tahap pembuatan laporan. Sistem pemasaran online yaitu sebuah website berbasis e-commerce. Website tersebut menggunakan 2 aplikasi pendukung yaitu aplikasi wordpress dan woocommerce. Aplikasi wordpress untuk mendukung sistem website dan aplikasi woocommerce untuk mendukung sistem ecommerce. Website berbasis e-commerce tersebut akan membantu para ibu-ibu majelis taklim wirausaha Basthah dalam menggunakan teknologi berbasis e-commerce.

Penerapan kurikulum Cambridge adalah pemahaman, pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa berpikir kritis yang melibatkan strategi mental, serta pendekatan belajar student center. Memberikan pengetahuan dan memaparkan mengenai segala hal yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan pembelajaran biologi di Sekolah Bogor Raya, salah satu Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama (SPK). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research), karena data-data yang digunakan merupakan objek yang bersangkutan secara langsung oleh narasumber. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi pribadi mengenai fasilitas, proses belajar mengajar dan informasi lainnya. Kelas VI–VIII (Cambridge Secondary 1) Ada kerangka kurikulum untuk setiap mata pelajaran, Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa kedua, matematika dan sains yang menyediakan struktur pengajaran yang jelas. Kelas IX–X (Cambridge IGCSE) membantu meningkatkan kinerja dengan mengembangkan keterampilan dalam berpikir kreatif, inkuiri, dan pemecahan masalah. Kelas XI–XII (IB Diploma Programme) Program ini memberikan kualifikasi yang diterima secara internasional untuk mempersiapkan masuk ke pendidikan tinggi dan diakui oleh banyak universitas di seluruh dunia. Kurikulum IB terdiri dari 6 kelompok mata pelajaran dan 3 elemen dasar pendidikan tinggi. Proyek pada kurikulum IB lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan kurikulum Cambridge, karena kurikulum IB terdapat internal assessment. Kurikulum IB lebih mengutamakan scientific skills, yaitu observasi dan praktik lapangan sedangkan kurikulum Cambridge berfokus pada sisi akademis (content).

The traditional ceremony of the Dayak’s Gawai is a tradition passed down from generation to generation which is intended as an greeting to Jubata or The Creator. However, on the other hand, this gadget tradition forms the value of local wisdom and the value of solidarity. This article focuses on local wisdom that exists in West Kalimantan, especially the Gawai traditional ceremony of the Dayak tribe as forming the value of solidarity. The main discussion that the author wants to raise is the traditional Dayak’s Gawai ceremony being a good opportunity to pass on the local wisdom of the Dayak tribe, introduce Dayak culture to others and take the value of solidarity from the Dayak’s Gawai ceremony, observing as well as collecting data from various existing sources. The purpose of this paper is to dig deeper into the traditions that exist in the Dayak tribe, especially the Gawai Dayak tribe. The thing that was found after the author collected from various sources was that the Dayak tribe had many traditions handed down by their ancestors, especially here, namely the traditional Dayak’s Gawai ceremony as a form of solidarity value., Upacara adat gawai Dayak adalah tradisi yang diturunkan dari generasi ke generasi yang dimaksudkan sebagai ucapan syukur kepada Jubata atau sang pencipta. Namun, di sisi lain juga dengan tradisi gawai ini membentuk nilai kearifan lokal dan nilai solidaritas. Artikel ini berfokus pada kearifan lokal yang ada di Kalimantan Barat, khususnya upacara adat Gawai suku Dayak sebagai pembentuk nilai solidaritas. Bahasan pokok yang ingin diangkat penulis yaitu upacara adat gawai suku Dayak menjadi kesempatan yang bagus untuk meneruskan kearifan lokal suku Dayak, mengenalkan budaya Dayak kepada orang lain dan mengambil nilai solidaritas dari upacara gawai Dayak. penulis dalam membuat artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yakni studi Pustaka, menganalisis, mengobservasi sekaligus mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber yang ada. Tujuan dibuatnya tulisan ini yakni menggali lebih dalam tradisi yang ada di suku Dayak, khususnya Gawai suku Dayak. Hal yang ditemukan setelah penulis mengumpulkan dari berbagai sumber yakni suku Dayak memiliki banyak tradisi yang diwariskan oleh para leluhur, khususnya di sini yaitu upacara adat gawai suku Dayak sebagai pembentuk nilai solidaritas.

The term "peri implant soft tissue" refers to the soft tissue that encircles dental implants. Depending on when they are inserted after extraction, implants can be either immediate or delayed. We have covered the categorization, aetiology, pathophysiology, therapy, and diagnosis recommendations for peri implantitis in this study.

This project applies the paramount machine learning techniques for the early detection and effective diagnosis of severe AD. It is vital to diagnose the disease in initial stages for more effective and beneficial treatment. Machine Learning is becoming an area of great interest because it is showing the remarkable achievement in the present, advance and crucial decision making. Medical diagnosis is one of the crucial areas that have paramount importance where various learning algorithms can be contributed for the improvement in disease diagnosis. Due to the evolution of computation technology, the generation of data is increased exponentially, especially in medical field. To cope up this problem, this project tests various approaches like Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machine, Random Forest, Decision Tree, Ada boosting , to identify the best parameters for the Alzheimer’s Disease prediction using OASIS_Longitudinal MRI Data. Experimental result is analyzed in terms of accuracy, recall, and AUC (Area Under Curve). The analysis shows that the Random Forest and AdaBoost have same accuracy but Random Forest performs better than AdaBoost in terms of recall and AUC as well.

Salah satu cara untuk melakukan analisis kerentanan pada website sebagai kontrol preventif adalah dengan cara scanning. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian terapan, dengan fokus pada analisis hasil evaluasi untuk memberikan informasi sebagai masukan atau untuk mengambil keputusan tertentu tergantung urgensi tujuan. Secara teknis, studi ini akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan 3 tahapan utama proses, yaitu menentukan batasan proyek, implementasi scanning pada website dan menganalisis hasil dari scanning yang telah dilakukan. Scanning dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak XSpear, PwnXSS, XSScon dan Acunetix Acuart sebagai target website dalam testing. Proses scanning pada website Acunetix Acuart berbasis pada OS Kali Linux berjalan dengan baik dan menghasilkan penemuan kelemahan atau kerentanan. XSpear menemukan 24 kerentanan data, PwnXSS menemukan 45 kerentanan data, sedangkan XSSCon menemukan 44 kerentanan data.
