Pre-assessment of measurement accuracy is necessary to carry out new type tasks in range experiments. EMBET self-calibration technique can be processed by analyzing and processing the data of the equipment, so as to estimate the parameters of the system error, and provide a reference for the evaluation of the task. For this purpose, an EMBET calibration method based on spline constraint is studied, which derives the model of self-Calibration of multi-station combined ranging and improves the iterative method of parameter estimation. The simulation shows that the method has better estimation accuracy and convergence characteristics.
