Geofence is a generic concept for describing geographic aspects of PoI(Point of Interest) enabling users to proactively induce context-based actions. However there is no need to maintain continuity when you reflect geofence in case of temporary events, accidents and isolation. Therefore we propose a geofence platform so-called TemG by adding time-limited information to support PoI. The proposed geofence platform TemG ensures the persistency and continuity of geofence. Furthermore, the proposed TemG can not only provide to automatically activate or deactivate the specified geofence during a period of timestamp but also support to the basic context-aware service knowing in/out in the zone. In the near future, the proposed TemG will be need to extend HPS(Hybrid Positioning System) for IoT(Internet of Things).

In this paper, we present an integrated message framework of BSM and CAM/DENM as safety messages for V2X communications of connected vehicles in VANETs, and apply it to the mobile virtual fence(MVF), which has been preliminarily researched and developed. To do this, the proposed message framework become united an integrated framework adding up context-aware information of the MVF after comparing and analyzing whether or not the common fields between are. And then, the integrated messages are parsed according to the type of original messages at the destination such as vehicles, ITS(Intelligent Transportation Systems), pedestrians that it received.

In this paper, we present a mutual awareness mechanism among lots of MVFs(Mobile Virtual Fences) to configure Connected cars service in VANETs(Vehicular Ad hoc Networks). If the MVFs, as our previous researches, mounted on each car are recognized and constructed to each other, the service environment of connected car can be configured and simulated. So it is necessary to have a mechanism that the moving MVFs automatically detect according to the speed. The proposed mutual awareness mechanism is implemented by exchanging messages among inter-MVFs based on context-aware computing. As a result, when the MVFs are mutually recognized, they are basically simulated in a connected car service. Therefore, in the future, the proposed mechanism will be contribute to improve the reliability, safety, and efficiency in the era of autonomous vehicles.

So far, international standardization of message specifications between V2X(Vehicle to Everything) safety communications are BSM(Basic Safety Message) by US-led SAE and CAM(Cooperative Awareness Message)/DENM(Decentralized Environmental Notification Message) by EU-led ETSI. However, in the emergency situation such as car accidents or road traffic jam, there may be insufficient time to process all messages. In this paper, we propose an integration of emergency messages for V2X communications of connected vehicles in VANETs(Vehicular Ad hoc Networks), To do this, we are using the Mobile Virtual Fence(MVF), which has been preliminarily researched and developed. So we extract and integrate only emergency messages as the fields of similar messages between BSM and CAM/DENM, and apply it to the MVF. If it will be the connected MVFs like connected cars in the future and any traffic accident or traffic jam occurs, the proposed messages will be communicated to each other to avoid the accident. Therefore the proposed integration of emergency messages between BSM and CAM/DENM specification will be contribute to improve the safety and reliability as the unified and integrated emergency messages.

In the open markets, the category, the proportion, downloading counts for the apps in an appstore are an important measure which would determine the success or failure of the appstore In this paper, we investigate and analyze domestic appstores compared with global appstores to vitalize Korea open markets To cope with this, the category, the ratios and the physical distribution state for the apps in the representative domestic and global appstores are investigated. As a result, we proposed that the ecological prospect of domestic appstores is better to approach the fine-grained category models as well as need to invest more in the apps development to go along with the flow of changes in the global open markets.
