Behavioral phenotyping of rodents using neurodegeneration models has received much research attention over the past three decades. However, some difficulties still exist in understanding the variability of behavior caused by genetic, environmental, and biological factors, human intervention and poorly standardized experimental protocols, which can negatively affect the interpretation of the results obtained. In this article, we discuss factors that have a negative impact on the performance of behavioral testing of laboratory animals, modern approaches to overcome them, as well as new technologies, such as visualization of neuronal activity using ion-dependent fluorescent indicators (optogenetics), which expand the boundaries of the study of neuronal networks responsible for behavior by evaluating neuronal function at both the cellular and population levels. Ultimately, this will increase the reliability of the results obtained and provide an opportunity to take a fresh look at the ethological paradigms of a particular transgenic mouse model.

Introduction. Adoptive immunotherapy based on chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) is considered as a promising direction in the treatment of solid malignant tumors. To produce genetically modified human T-lymphocytes, lenti/retroviral transduction is currently most often used. However, safety concerns associated with the viral vector production and possible unwanted genome modification limit the clinical utility of CAR-T cells. Therefore, non-viral transfection methods, in particular electroporation, using of DNA or RNA vectors, are being actively studied as a method for producing CAR-T lymphocytes.Aim. To evaluate in vivo antitumor activity of the new high-tech drug carplasmin, intended for CAR-T therapy of tumors expressing carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA). Materials and methods. Carplasmin was obtained by electroporation of activated human lymphocytes with plasmid DNA carrying the third generation CAR gene specific to CEA. The study was performed on a human colorectal cancer xenograft model obtained by intraperitoneal injection of CEA-positive HCT116 cell line to athymic Balb/c nude mice. Carplasmin treatment was carried out once a week, starting from the third day after HCT116 cell inoculation. Mice in the two control groups were treated with either electroporated lymphocytes without plasmid addition (pulse-lymphocytes) or RPMI-1640 culture medium (group without treatment).Results. In vivo, carplasmin demonstrated a pronounced antitumor effect. Seven weekly injections of the drug to inoculated mice led to a prominent effect of antitumor therapy: 80 % of the animals in the experimental group survived (with 40 % of the mice had a complete remission without signs of a detectable tumor), compared to 100 % death in the control group (without treatment).Conclusion. The results of preclinical efficacy studies demonstrate that carplasmin is a promising drug for the treatment of CEA-positive intraperitoneal tumors.

The paper examines judicial transformations as a subject of knowledge in modern post-non-classical science. The increased attention of researchers to the study of the dynamics of the existence of the judicial system, the features of its hierarchical structure and functioning is traditionally popular for theoretical and applied legal work. In modern times, the judicial system operates in the conditions of modernization of various spheres of public life, the growth of social threats and political contradictions, the instability of the financial and economic situation and the need to staff the positions of judges with qualified and experienced personnel. Solving the problems of improving judicial activity is possible by overcoming the negative impact of these factors, which will ensure the qualitative development of the domestic judiciary. The main scientific results of the work include the fact that it summarizes the ideas about judicial transformations in the judiciary and judicial sphere. The materials of the study and the main conclusions are addressed to persons conducting scientific research on the problems of the judiciary and legal proceedings.

The hereditary fund is a new and not fully explored form of a legal entity. Having appeared in 2018 as a bright prospect of existence in the national legal field of trusts, the inheritance fund very quickly showed all its few pluses and numerous minuses, reflecting the haste of its introduction into the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. It is worth emphasizing that the development of national inheritance law is necessary. The desire to use foreign experience in this development is reasonable and justified. However, the blind copying of trust legislation, together with the use of an inappropriate form of a Russian legal entity, namely a «fund» became a determining factor for turning a promising civil law institution into a non-working mechanism. The hereditary fund, having become the fundamental and first personal fund in the Russian Federation, after a reasonable, but not eliminating all the shortcomings of the reform in July 2021 after the entry into force of the Federal Law of July 1, 2021 № 287 «third of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation» on March 1, 2022, is now more likely a sub-institution or one of the varieties of personal funds. This article provides a detailed analysis and a scientific and legal assessment of the existence of personal and hereditary funds. The author’s position is formulated on the reasonableness of using the term «fund» when introducing trust law into the national legal field. The author defines the prospects for the existence of hereditary funds, both formal legal and practical, and also formulates proposals for improving legislation in order to increase its prestige and the interest in it of owners of large capitals in Russia.

The objective: to study the impact of multiple drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR TB) on the outcomes of comprehensive treatment with surgical resection of fibrous cavernous pulmonary tuberculosis.Subjects and Methods. A prospective retrospective cohort study was performed; 526 HIV negative patients with unilateral fibrous cavernous tuberculosis who underwent lung resection were enrolled in the study. Patients were divided into two groups: multiple drug resistant tuberculosis - 216 subjects, drug susceptible tuberculosis - 310 subjects. Each group was divided into three subgroups: with the low (MDR TB - 105 subjects; DS TB 221 subjects), moderate (MDR TB - 67 subjects; DS TB - 68 subjects) and high activity (MDR TB - 44 subjects; DS TB - 21 subjects) of tuberculous inflammation.Results. The chances of adverse outcomes of comprehensive treatment with surgical resections of fibrous cavernous pulmonary tuberculosis are 2.5 times higher in MDR TB Group versus DS TB Group (p < 0.001; χ2, OR = 2.5; 95% CI 1.6-3.9). At the time of the surgery, among patients with MDR TB, there were significantly more patients with moderate and high activity of tuberculous inflammation versus DS TB Group (p < 0.001; χ2). When comparing the groups of patients with a homogeneous degree of tuberculous inflammation activity, no significant impact of MDR TB on the outcomes of comprehensive treatment with resections was found. However, the course of the postoperative period differed, in MDR TB Group, pleural cavity empyema (OR = 3.1; 95% CI 1.7-5.5) and tuberculosis exacerbations (OR = 4.7; 95% - CI 2.1-10.7) were significantly more frequent compared to DS TB Group.

The article is devoted to the review of the IV Green Readings held at Kostroma State University and the analysis of the actual problems of modern regional lexicography considered during the work of this scientific event. The article assesses the ascetic activity of A.V. Gromov, a well-known connoisseur of Kostroma folk culture and language, dialectologist and lexicographer, teacher and ethnographer. The analysis of the ideas and scientific heritage of A.V. Gromov in the context of the problems of modern dialectography reveals the vitality and modern nature of the works of the local historian- scientist. All this justifies the need to republish the «Linen Dictionary», as well as the publication of unpublished works by A.V. Gromov. The article discusses the key issues of regional lexicology and lexicography, to which scientific reports were devoted: typological diversity of dictionaries; principles, methods and techniques of creation, sources of regional dictionaries; regional dictionaries as a source of ethnocultural information. A separate section of the article is devoted to the feedback of the participants of the Gromov Readings of different years (2012, 2014, 2016, 2022) about these conferences as a significant scientific event. The high scientific level and creative atmosphere characteristic of the Gromov readings are emphasized. The merits of N.S. Gantsovskaya, the organizer and inspirer of the entire series of these scientific events, are particularly noted.

Introduction. Over the past decades, permanent venous access devices, in particular port systems and peripherally implanted central catheters, has been increasingly introduced in adult and pediatric oncology. As far as central catheters and permanent access devices are foreign bodies in basic veins, quite naturally that they are one more risk factor for thrombosis.Material and methods. The authors searched literature data ( in Russian and English) for the period up to May 3, 2022 using public databases (Embase, Medline/PubMed, Researchgate, medrxiv.org, RSCI/eLibrary). The following keywords were used for the search: “port-system”, “peripherally implanted central catheter”, “totally implanted vascular access device”, “venous thromboembolism”, “VTE”, “venous thromboembolic complications”, “VTEC”, “catheter dysfunction”, “device malfunction”. Available preprints, articles with “in press” or “online first” status, and clinical cases were also included in the analysis.Conclusion. This review discusses prevention, diagnostics and treatment of venous thromboembolic complications in cancer patients using similar implantable devices. In patients with catheter-associated thromboses, of practical interest are various diagnostic and curative algorithms, recommendations on the choice of vascular access, medicamentous therapy as well as variants of surgical intervention.

In 2022, under the editorship of Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Department of Medical Law, Moscow State Law Academy named after A.I. O.E. Kutafin Alexander Anatolyevich Mokhov, the Prospect Publishing House published the textbook «Medical Law of Russia». The theoretical breadth of views and comprehensive elaboration of the issues of legal regulation of medical activity and healthcare organization in the Russian Federation are the hallmark of this publication. At the same time, the textbook has a structural unit - chapter 14 "Legal foundations of military medicine", dedicated to the military aspects of medical law and the peculiarities of the regulatory legal regulation of the provision of medical care to military personnel, medical support for the activities of the troops, as well as activities related to admission (conscription) for military service , passing military service and dismissal from it. The issues of conducting a military medical (medical-flight) examination, medical examination and examination in relation to military personnel and other persons were considered. The appearance of the publication in question aroused wide interest among specialists in the field of organization of medical support for troops, legal regulation of the provision of medical care to military personnel and their families, which prompted the authors to discuss this issue in the format of a discussion. Based on its results, it is noted that the edition under discussion, as well as the chapter under consideration, are able to form a stable understanding of students about the military aspects of medical law. Knowledge of the legal regulation of the provision of medical care, medical examination and examination of military personnel and persons called (entering) military service is useful for the future professional activities of students of legal and medical specialties and can also serve those who are interested in medical and military right.

Students’ academic adaptation during the pandemic is the key problem for the educational system. Even though certain success has been achieved in the organization of education with distance learning technologies and additional learning tools, there are still plenty of other difficulties that affect students’ adaptation. The purpose of the study is to conduct a comparative analysis of academic adaptation’s structure during and before the pandemic and to study the role of subjective assessments of the pandemic situation in university students’ academic adaptation. Nine hundred nineteen university students took part in the study. М = 19.54; SD = 2.47 (17.5% male). The following methods were used within the framework of the study: the method for assessing academic adaptation components developed by the authors, the direct scaling method via a questionnaire used to analyze subjective assessments of the pandemic situation, social frustration [1] assessment method and a differential 1uestionnaire used to assess the experience of loneliness [2]. The study established certain differences in the level of manifestation for emotional, motivational, and psychophysiological components of students' academic adaptation before and during the pandemic. The hypotheses were tested regarding the role of subjective assessment of the pandemic situation, social frustration, and experience of loneliness under academic adaptation-related changes. Structural modeling allowed testing of the hypothesis concerning the direction of relations between variables. The pandemic situation is an important factor in reducing psycho-emotional and motivational components of academic adaptation. Interpersonal relations among students are the most important predictors of their academic adaptation. Assessment of the pandemic situation (29% variation), social frustration (49%), and loneliness (22%) are significant predictors of academic adaptation. The presence of diseases and attitudes regarding health risks, and satisfaction with relations with other educational process participants largely determines students' academic adaptation during the pandemic. At the same time, the direct effect of academic adaptation and the indirect one through the positive perception of distance learning is a more positive perception of Covid-19consequences.

Relevance. Due to the COVID­-19 pandemic a infectious diseases hospitals nationwide network has been deployed to treat patients infected with SARS­CoV­-2. The principles of their formation with a strict division into «infectious» and «clean» zones, despite the epidemiological justification, lead to the formation of a dynamic artificially created closed ecosystem. In such an ecosystem, on the one hand, patients who undergo a wide range of invasive and aggressive therapeutic and diagnostic manipulations, and medical personnel stay for a long time, on the other hand, pathogens of a viral and bacterial nature that can adapt to hospital conditions and form resistant strains circulate. As a result, high risks of contamination of environmental objects of hospitals and patients themselves are created, which can lead to the development of exogenous nosocomial infection.Aims. To study the features of viral and bacterial contamination of objects in the hospital environment of the infectious diseases hospital for the treatment of patients infected with SARS­-CoV­-2 during the COVID­-19 pandemic.Materials and methods. A study was conducted on 343 samples from the external environment of the infectious diseases hospital for COVID­-19 patients’ treatment during its planned work. Sample collection was performed during three days (Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday) at 20 unified sampling points: in the area where patients general hospital area as well as from the outer surface of personal protective equipment for medical personnel (overalls, gloves). The study used epidemiological (descriptive­evaluative and analytical), molecular genetic (SARS-­CoV­-2 PCR­RT, sequencing), bacteriological (isolation, cultivation and MALDI­TOF identification of bacterial cultures) methods. Statistical significance of differences was assessed by Fisher's point test (φ). Differences were considered significant at p≤0.05. Statistical data processing was carried out using the Microsoft Office 2010 application package, the online resource https://medstatistic. ru/, ST Statistica 10.Results. The study demonstrated a high level of viral and bacterial contamination of environmental objects in the intensive care unit of the infectious diseases hospital for COVID­-19 patients treatment – 11.1%, incl. objects of the general hospital environment – 9.3% (doctor's workplace – 16.7%); patient location area – 13.9% (electric pump – 27.8%, mechanical ventilation, manipulation table – 16.7% each); the outer surface of personnel gloves – 21.1–38.9%; the outer surface of protective overalls for personnel – 44.4–50.0%. SARS­-CoV­-2 isolated from the objects of the external environment of the hospital belonged to the genetic variant B.1.617.1 DELTA, which corresponded to the epidemiological situation at sampling collection period. The opportunistic microflora structure was dominated by Enterococcus faecalis (38.1%), Klebsiella pneumoniaе (21.4%) and Escherichia coli (16.7%), which demonstrated a high level of resistance (to 3 or more groups of antibiotics).Conclusion. Initially, the main sources of the infectious diseases hospital environmental objects contamination with SARS-­CoV-­2 are most likely patients. Further contamination of the infectious diseases hospital environmental objects with viruses and opportunistic microflora occurs with the medical personnel direct participation. The current situation requires a review of approaches to the rules for disinfection, the PPE use and employees hands antiseptic treatment in infectious diseases hospital during the COVID­-19 pandemic, as well as the length of staff work period length.

This article is devoted to the study of the role of a nurse in the organization of psychosocial care for women who have been subjected to sexual violence. Through visual examinations, psychological tests and psychological support, the main problems of women who have been subjected to sexual violence were identified. The article also discusses ways to solve these problems. By studying the psychosocial problems of the injured women and the results of the research, the nursing staff determined a set of necessary actions and measures of nursing care aimed at providing high-quality psychosocial care.

The article explores a little-studied topic about the modern form of regional governance based on interdepartmental communication. On the example of the Regional Management Centers (RMC) as a modern form of communication among different departments and of an informational interaction among citizens and authorities, the authors analyze the ways of forming a new public management concept, based on actors-network concept and digitalization ethics, the analysis of social networks, the concept of figuration and the fractal evolutionary concept. The authors assume that the introduction of mechanisms of an online interaction and networking creates proactive connections between citizens and authorities and increases the level of confidence and the management efficiency. The empirical data were collected through a range of interviews with representatives of different departments directly linked with the RMC activity, as well as through the documents analysis and descriptive statistics. As a result of the study, the authors draw conclusions about the importance of a network approach in the organization of public administration, where the SDGs can become a full-fledged tool as part of the new paradigm of New Public Government (NPG). At the same time, the important goals are both increasing the level of digital maturity of the population and the readiness of the system itself for restructuring at all levels.

Introduction. Efficient operation of a system for measuring rail surface short-wavelength irregularities depends on evaluation of the signal length with respect to travelled distances, i.e., the standard maximum defect length and the distance between the wheels of a car bogie. When recording an accelerometer signal with respect to time due to the effect of velocity, the signal length corresponding to these spatially constant distances will vary.Aim. Development of an algorithm for determining rail running surface defects using the data obtained by accelerometers mounted on the axle boxes of a car bogie under their not equidistant spatial record.Materials and methods. The data obtained when passing a laboratory car equipped with a system for measuring short-wavelength irregularities was used. The search and determination of irregularity parameters was carried out by an inertial method. The methods of normalization and correlation analysis were used.Results. An algorithm for determining rail running surface defects based on an inertial method was developed, considering the spatial non-equidistance of the signal. The implemented correlation analysis allows compensation of high-velocity errors when determining the defects. In the considered example, the relative error equaled 0.4 %. Compensation of velocity errors reduces the probability of type I errors in defect determination.Conclusion. The developed algorithm considers velocity errors associated with the application of inertial methods for detecting short-wavelength irregularities. The implementation of correlation analysis reduces the probability of type I errors when determining rail running surface defects.

Relevance. An attribute of civilization and the development of legality in society is the proclamation of norms that the right to free use and disposal of one’s abilities and property for entrepreneurial and other economic activities is granted to each subject. At the same time, one of the constitutionally significant values of commercial law is that any obstacles to the free movement of goods, services and finances on the territory of Russia are not allowed. Purpose, materials and methods. Free trade is a basic principle and human right in a democratic society and the rule of law. This principle provides the possibility of developing foreign and domestic trade, and as a result, the development of the country’s economy, increasing the prestige and influence of the state in the international arena. Restrictions on the freedom of movement of goods may be introduced, but only in exceptional cases and only in accordance with federal law, if it is necessary for the security of the country, the protection and protection of life, human health and cultural values. From the foregoing, it follows that today there are various forms and ways of doing business and trade in Russia. At present, the role of commercial law and its development in the life of society and the state is increasing. Trade turnover ensures the freedom of choice of goods on the market and their availability for everyone. In this regard, the correct drafting and conclusion of contracts in trade is of great importance. However, at the present stage, the issues of an integrated approach to studying the specifics of concluding contracts in trade turnover, due to the complexity of the formation of a doctrinal approach to this topic, remain not fully developed. This is also dictated by the fact that the concept of «contract in trade» is quite new for Russian law. Such agreements are randomly located in various legislative acts, and sometimes their actual appearance is ahead of the legislator, in addition, law enforcement practice in this area is not formed at a sufficient level. Research results. The article presents the main scientific results of the generalization of ideas about the methods of concluding contracts in trade in circulation. Their essence and modern meaning are also revealed. Current recommendations for improving legislation in this area are also presented. Xeroderma pigmentosum (XP) is heterogeneous group of diseases associated with defects in DNA repair, inherited in an autosomal recessive manner. Exposure of DNA to UV radiation produces photoproducts based on multiple nucleic acids, which serve as a substrate for DNA excision repair (NER). Mutations in the NER pathway genes result in impaired DNA repair and it associated with variety of clinical syndromes, which include xeroderma pigmentosa, Cockaynes syndrome, and trichothiodystrophy. Some forms of the disease are accompanied by damage to the central nervous system. In recent years, precise molecular anomalies responsible for complementation patterns have been identified. All the patients with this disease have photosensitivity, an increased risk of skin cancer and melanoma, but there are number of differences between them. Considering the rare frequency of occurring this disease throughout the world, this article presents our own clinical observation of an 8-year-old patient with xeroderma pigmentosa. The first change on the girls skin appeared at the age of 2 months after insolation, in the form of hyperemia of the skin and blisters, later on multiple pigmented rashes of varying intensity appeared. Upon admission to the clinic, the girl had small dark brown spots and depigmented scars on her face and open areas of the body. Sequencing revealed the NGS variant in the hemizygous state in the XPA gene. Early diagnosis and preventive measures can dramatically improve and prolong the lives of patients. Considering the genetic heterogeneity, molecular diagnosis is an important step in the diagnosis and prognosis of the disease.

Sucrose is an important component in many foods. However, it can be dangerous for consumers’ health, if overconsumed. For instance, it may cause tooth decay. As a rule, sucrose provides sweetness and a certain dry matter content. Alternative sweeteners and bulking agents can also perform these two functions. Unfortunately, they almost always fail to serve as an osmotically active agent in canned products. The research objective was to study the properties of trehalose and isomaltulose as sugar substitutes in sweetened condensed milk. The study covered fifteen years of domestic and foreign research reported in the open databases of the Russian Scientific Citation Index, Scopus, and Web of Science. The list of search descriptors included twelve words and word combinations, e.g., sweetened condensed milk, water activity, sucrose, trehalose, isomaltulose, etc. The review focused primarily on the important properties of sucrose in the sweetened condensed milk and the physico-chemical features of the milk system. The analysis provided a system of criteria to evaluate the optimality of alternative substances for sweet concentrated milk production. These criteria were applied to trehalose and isomaltulose. The article introduces a list of criteria that can be used to evaluate sweeteners and sugar substitutes as regulators of certain technological properties in the production of sweetened concentrated milk products with intermediate moisture content. According to these criteria, trehalose and isomaltulose can serve as alternative sweeteners in condensed milk. However, the review revealed some gaps in experimental data on a number of properties of considered carbohydrates in sweetened concentrated milk products, which imposes further research.

Modern people identify the concept of health and the impact of sports on life. The new coronavirus infection SARS-CoV-2 made significant adjustments to everyday student sports life. The purpose of the study: To study the impact of the new coronavirus infection SARS-CoV-2 on the physical health of students involved in professional and amateur sports. 110 students were examined, among them 62 undergraduates are professional athletes, and 48 undergraduates do amateur sports. Physical load was aerobic. Blood pressure was being measured. ECG, and the level of SaO2 were being recorded. The questionnaire was filled out using Google Forms. Statistical analysis was carried out using the Microsoft Office Excel 2017 software package and Google Forms. The results of the conducted functional examination methods for all students did not exceed the normal parameters. 39 undergraduates from 110 examined students (35.45%) experienced new coronavirus infection SARS-CoV-2. Students, who made the Gam-COVID-Vac vaccine, got ill statistically significantly less than students did without vaccination (29.76% versus 53.85%, p=0.025). We found out the certain correlation, which confirms the following. Students who do professional sports, have adverse reactions to vaccination (r=0.523; p=0.001), as well as they cope with the infection harder (r=0.370; p=0.001). In vaccinated professional athletes, the severity of the course of coronavirus infection was associated with the presence of adverse reactions to vaccination (r=0.320: p=0.016). The deterioration of physical fitness in the post-COVID period correlated with professional sports (r=0.389; p=0.016). Chest discomfort in professional athletes - smokers after infection was associated with the fact of smoking (r=0.221; p=0.014). Conclusions: Gam-COVID-Vac vaccination prevents SARS-CoV-2 new coronavirus infection in students, who do either professional or amateur sports. Professional athletes had weak toleration to Gam-COVID-Vac vaccination. In fact, if a student had adverse reaction to vaccination, he coped with the disease worse in case of infection. The deterioration in physical wellness after experienced coronavirus infection directly correlated with professional sports. Tobacco smoking worsens the course of the post-COVID period in professional athletes.

According global population aging there is an increase in the absolute and relative numbers of people in older age groups. Therefore, senile asthenia (SA) is very relevant. An association between SA and cardiovascular disease has been proven. In addition, there is an increase of aging anemia. At the same time, mortality in patients with anemia, including anemia, which is caused by cardiovascular diseases, increases. Purpose of the study: To study the association of anemia with cardiovascular pathology in patients who have SA syndrome. 168 over 65-year-old patients were examined. The main group contains 60 patients with SA syndrome (37 men, 23 women); control group includes 108 people (68 men, 40 women) without SA syndrome. The median age of patients in the main group did not statistically significantly differ from the median age of people in the control group (82 years ±7.4 [75.00; 84.00] years versus 78 years ±7.1 [65.00; 82.00] years, p=0.605). Given the current conditions of Ukraine's development as a legal state, administrative justice is the institution that is designed to guarantee the protection of human rights against possible arbitrariness and abuse by authorities. A lawsuit in administrative proceedings is the legal instrument that ensures the initiation of administrative-judicial protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens against illegal decisions, actions and inaction of subjects of authority, which is implemented according to the rules of administrative proceedings. An administrative lawsuit performs the function of a human rights instrument that ensures the initiation of judicial protection of the rights, freedoms and interests of citizens against illegal decisions, actions or inaction of subjects of power, it is also used as a means of exercising the power of subjects in the field of public-legal relations, which are mediated by the relevant decision of administrative courts. The legal nature of an administrative claim includes a combination of substantive and procedural aspects for its correct understanding, it is also necessary to investigate the very nature of a public-law dispute, because the administrative court considers a claim for the protection of rights, freedoms, interests or the exercise of powers in the field of public-law relations, in connection with the resolution of a public-law dispute that arose between the parties to a disputed legal relationship. Therefore, on the basis of the analyzed approaches, it is possible to give one's own understanding of the legal category "administrative lawsuit" as a material legal demand of the plaintiff to the defendant addressed through the administrative court regarding the protection of rights, freedoms, interests or the exercise of powers in the field of public relations through the resolution of a public legal dispute on the principles of equality, dispositiveness and competitiveness of the parties.

This article examines the structure of double subject construction, which has been identified by researchers as a separate type of simple sentences in Chinese. The relevance of the topic is determined by the unsolved problem of explaining the role and essence of two noun phrases at the beginning of a sentence (NP1 and NP2) and a growing interest in cognitive linguistics as a relatively new and promising scientific direction. Due to the peculiarities of the Chinese language arising from its typological characteristics, a more comprehensive approach than classical syntactic analysis or topical sentence partitioning becomes necessary. Based on the analysis of the Chinese writer Lu Xuns works and the sentences in the natural speech of the native speakers, we hypothesize that the double subject construction is a referential structure, where NP1 is a reference point, and NP2 is the subject of the inner clause. A number of cognitive linguistics propositions and research findings by scholars such as Ronald Langacker, Robert Lawrence Trask, Tsao Fengfu (曹逢甫) and Wen Xu (文旭) are cited as evidence. Through diachronic analysis, the structure of the double-subject sentence is traced to a relationship of inalienable possession. It is also suggested that the relationship between NP1 and NP2 could be an identical signifier. The novelty of the findings is in the departure from traditional views of this syntactic structure according to which NP1 and NP2 belong to either the subject or the topical category.

The authors carried out an analysis of semantic constructions about the role of Sevastopol in the Great Patriotic War. The basic question of the study is to assess the risks and opportunities of countering the technologies of information and cognitive wars, the scenarios of which involve the formation of lines of "civilizational faults" that destabilize social processes with the reformatting of history. The relevance of this research is connected with the definition of mechanisms for creating new historical and media meanings in the conditions of hybrid confrontation and modeling different variants of the development of historical events with changes in the historical and political maps of the world. First of all, this process concerns assessments of the Great Patriotic War and Victory as a historical and geopolitical achievement of Russia. The scientific novelty of the study consists in considering the collective memory of the Great Patriotic War as a network in the understanding of actor-network theory. It was revealed that the historical collective memory is filled with new symbols and signs, turning into an unstructured stream. Social actions that determine historical attitudes are being reinterpreted, a new symbolism becoming a new sociality with the broadcast of "victory" and the rejection of social and geopolitical achievements in the Great Patriotic War of the Russian people and the Soviet state. The current state of historical collective memory is filled with traces formed by both a fundamental event – the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, and events of a political and social nature. Consideration of the collective memory of the Great Patriotic War as a network in the understanding of the actor-network theory allowed us to identify signs of information campaigns aimed at discrediting the role of the Soviet Union and transforming the Victory Day through the formation of an "import" information agenda.

Objective: to establish the reasons that impede the provision of ambulance in case of traffic accidents in the Republic of Khakassia and to outline ways to solve them. Materials and methods. Official statistical forms, information materials and electronic databases of the State Budgetary Institution of Health of the Republic of Khakassia “Republican Medical Information and Analytical Center” of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Khakassia (RMIAC) and the Department of State Road Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Khakassia (UGIBDD) were used. Results. An analysis of the causes that impede the provision of ambulance in case of traffic accidents in the Republic of Khakassia is carried out. Of course, persons injured as a result of transport accidents that occurred on the territory of a large city have a better chance of the timely arrival of the ambulance team than those injured as a result of a traffic accident on highways remote from large cities. Conclusion. It is necessary to continue this study for the scientific substantiation of ways to eliminate the causes that impede the provision of ambulance in case of road acci[1]dents in the Republic of Khakassia.

The article deals with the problem of domestic violence, which has its roots since ancient times and is quite common at the present time. The main types and forms of violence (physical, economic, sexual, psychological) are considered. In Russian society, women do not feel protected from the violence of spouses and other close relatives. In modern conditions, various forms of the use of force against women are common: domestic despotism, beatings, rape, sexual harassment. In many societies, family violence between a man and a woman is not perceived as a crime against society, but is a private matter of the family. It is believed that family members resort to physical violence in cases where they have no other opportunity to influence the family’s decision-making due to lack of authority. Psychological concepts have established a special role in the causes of violence of such factors as the weakening of instinctual control, frustration, aggressiveness, alcoholism, psychopathology. Sociological approaches focus on cultural norms that provoke violence, patriarchal social structure.

The quantitative and qualitative methods in this study are used to analyse coun-tries' economic transformation under the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings sug-gest that digital transformation is quickly becoming a priority for many sectors in Ukraine. Digital transformation takes place in the public and private sectors. The state has launched the digital portal Diia providing the population with digital ac-cess to public services. Moreover, businesses undertook defensive performance transformations that boost their chances of success. The main challenges of digi-talisation are legal complexity, inadequate funding, the lack of digital literacy and skills among the active population. The development of an effective regulatory framework to facilitate and encourage the IT sector would help overcome these challenges.

Staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome (SSSS) is the most severe form of staphyloderma in newborns and young children. The disease is associated with the production of exfoliatin toxin by Staphylococcus aureus, which breaks down desmoglein 1 in the cells of the granular layer of the epidermis, which leads to the formation of superficial blisters. The differential diagnosis is with toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyells syndrome, TEN). The development of TEN is more often associated with the use of drugs such as sulfonamides, anticonvulsants, antibiotics, etc. As an illustration of the difficulty of differential diagnosis, we present our clinical observation of a 1-year-old girl. The girl was admitted in serious condition to the intensive care unit with a diagnosis of Lyells syndrome. At the admission, extensive skin lesions were noted in the form of multiple flaccid blisters and erosions. At the same time, the mucous membranes were not affected. The department was diagnosed with staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome. Thus, the differential diagnosis of the syndrome of SSSS and TEN presents certain difficulties. When making a diagnosis, it is necessary to take into account the anamnesis, clinical manifestations, paying special attention to the defeat of the mucous membranes.

Background. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a chronic condition characterized by repetitive collapse of the upper airway during sleep leading to intermittent hypoxia, excessive arousals and disrupt of sleep homeostasis. OSA is associated with obesity as well as pathological dynamics of cerebral beta-amyloid and dementia.The aim. Comparative assessment of the plasma beta-amyloid 42 levels in adolescents, depending on the presence or absence of OSA and obesity.Materials and methods. Seventy-four obese and non-obese male adolescents were included in the study. All participants underwent polysomnography to verify OSA and measure sleep parameters, and venipuncture for the assessment of betaamyloid 42 by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results. After polysomnography all adolescents have been divided into four study groups: OSA obese (group 1; n = 28); non-OSA obese (group 2; n = 20); OSA non-obese (group 3; n = 11), and non-OSA non-obese (group 4 – control; n = 15). OSA obese adolescents had significant elevations in beta-amyloid 42 plasma levels compared with participants from three other groups (р = 0.007, p = 0.047 and p = 0.0002, correspondingly). Compared to both OSA non-obese adolescents and the control group, non-OSA obese patients had similar beta-amyloid 42 blood concentrations (p = 0.167 and p = 0.155, correspondingly). However, patients from the group 3 showed significantly higher beta-amyloid 42 plasma levels than controls (p = 0.004).Conclusions. Thus, OSA, accompanied by intermittent nocturnal hypoxia, and particularly OSA and obesity comorbidity, in adolescents is associated with increased beta-amyloid 42 circulating concentrations, which has a major role in pathogenesis of dementia. Beta-amyloid 42 plasma level may be recommended for use as early biomarker of cognitive impairment and neurodegenerative diseases, but future researches are needed.

The purpose of this article is to learn the chronology of introduction in the musical-cultural way of life of Kharkiv of Western European and the Eastern European stringed instruments (zither, guitar, mandolin, balalaika, domra). The study of chronology is aimed at a more active introduction of the facts of use of string-plucked instruments in Kharkiv into the scientific circulation. The methodology for writing this article is the combination of comparative, cultural and historical, musicological approaches and methods. The result of scientific research of this article is demonstration of chronology of activities in Kharkiv of musicians-tourers, who were performers and teachers of play on the string-plucked instruments. The concert activity of amateur Kharkiv bands was analyzed. The mass implementation of ensembles and orchestras of guitarists — mandolinists — balalaika players in the early XX century is noted. Affinity of formation of such ensembles and orchestras in Kharkiv with Western European ensembles and orchestras is emphasized. The evolution of the development of amateur performance on string-plucked instruments in the largest cultural center of Slobozhanshchyna is traced. The number of names of musicians — tourers and local performers, teachers, heads of visiting professional and Kharkiv amateur groups of the late XIX and early XX centuries is entered into scientific circulation. The combination of Western European and local factors in the distribution and popularization of ensembles and orchestras of guitarists — mandolinists — balalaika players on the territory of Kharkiv was emphasized. Influence of Western European bands and tourers — performers on zither, guitar, mandolin on instillation and consolidation of local amateurs and, subsequently, the first professionals’ interest to the national folk string-plucked instruments is revealed. The increase in the popularity of string-plucked ensembles and orchestras among various social strata of Kharkiv society — apprenticeships, students, workers of various industries, Kharkiv intelligent environment is indicated. The mainly charitable activities of such string-plucked is emphasized. The repertoire of such groups is highlighted. The scientific novelty. For the first time, a chronology of the activities of touring musicians — performers on zither, guitar, mandolin and teachers playing these and similar instruments is traced. The concert activity of amateur Kharkiv bands was highlighted and analyzed according to chronology, the mass implementation of ensembles and orchestras of guitarists — mandolinists — balalaika players in the early XX century is noted. The affinity of principles in the compositions of such collectives in Kharkiv with Western European ones is defined. The practical significance of the article. The results of the study can be used in lecture courses on the history of folk instrumental performance, the history of the development of folk instruments in Slobozhanshchyna, the history of intercultural relations in the field of musical art.

The aim of the study was to evaluate the putative association of the rs11064153 variant of the SCNN1A sodium channel gene with arterial hypertension (AH) among patients suffering from AH and relatively healthy people in the Trans-Baikal Territory.Design and methods. The present study included 106 patients with a confirmed diagnosis of AH. All participants were included in the study after signing informed consent. The control group consisted of 98 practically healthy people. The groups were comparable in age: the average age in the group with primary AH was 45 ± 9,7 years, in the control group— 42,5 ± 5,8 years. The number of men in group 1 was 73,6% (78/106), in group 2–55,1% (54/98) of the total number of cases (Chi-square = 7,62, df = 1, p < 0,005). Molecular genetics typing of the studied genes was carried out. SNPs of the sodium channel genes SCNN1A (rs11064153) were determined by real-time polymerase chain reaction. We have evaluated the subordination of the distribution of genotypes of samples to the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, χ2 -test, and also estimated the odds ratio (OR).Results. Carriage of the T/T genotype in the group of patients with AH was more frequent than in the control group (97,4% and 86,6%, respectively; χ2 = 8,60, p = 0,01). Thus, carriage of the T/T genotype of the SCNN1A gene increased the likelihood of AH in patients (OR = 2,27, 95% confidence interval (CI) 1,29–4,01, p = 0,01). Among patients, the T allele was detected 1,5 times more often with a frequency of 0,78 compared with the group of healthy individuals — 0,22 (χ2 = 7,28; p = 0,007). The C/C genotype was detected only in three patients from the AH group (2,8%) and in seven patients from the control group (7,1%). It was found that the C allele of the SCNN1А gene (rs11064153) 5 times less often than in the control group, and its frequency was 0,22 versus 0,34, respectively (χ2 = 7,28, p = 0,007). The carriage of the C allele (C/C+T/C genotypes) is associated with a lower incidence in patients with AH (OR = 0.54; 95% CI 0,35–0,85, p = 0,007). In the samples examined by us, the carriage of the C allele reduced the likelihood of AH by 2,3 times.Conclusions. We have found that the T allele and the T/T genotype of the rs11064153 variant of the SCNN 1A gene increase the likelihood of developing hypertension. Carrying allele C and the C/C SCNN1A genotype (rs11064153) reduces the likelihood of developing AH.

Based on comprehensive analysis of geological, geochemical, and paleotectonic settings, the conditions for the formation of Neoproterozoic oil and gas source rocks of the Earth are analyzed. A brief review of oil and gas fields in Eastern Siberia, China, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia is given, with Riphean and Vendian terrigenous and carbonate source rock. An overview of the oil and gas bearing basins of the world and a stratigraphic reference of the Neoproterozoic strata discovered within them, containing proven and suspected oil and gas source rocks, are given. The formation of Neoproterozoic oil and gas source rocks is analyzed in a complex way: simultaneously from the point of view of paleotectonics, paleogeographic and paleoclimatic conditions, paleobiological diversity and geochemical conditions. As part of paleotectonic analysis, the results of plate tectonic reconstructions for the Neoproterozoic stage are presented in accordance with one of the most currently relevant geodynamic models. Paleogeographic events and paleoclimatic conditions are described in the context of the specifics of the formation settings of carbonate-terrigenous oil and gas source rocks. In particular, the reasons for the accumulation of sediments enriched with organic carbon in the interglacial epochs of the Neoproterozoic and possible mechanisms for maintaining conditions favorable for their accumulation are considered. The conditions for the accumulation of oil and gas source rocks are also linked to global paleobiological pre-Phanerozoic events, and the analysis of the geochemical data of rocks makes it possible to characterize and correlate Neoproterozoic oil and gas source rocks on a global scale. On the basis of such a comprehensive assessment, a conclusion was made about fundamentally similar geological conditions for the formation of Neoproterozoic oil and gas source rocks in oil and gas bearing basins.

The article is devoted to the variation of generation potential of the Lower-Middle Jurassic organic matter in the Karabash area (South-Western part of the West Siberian basin) depending on facies and sedimentary cyclisity. Based on geochemical and lithological core studies, specific geochemical features of organic matter established for main facies groups of Early-Middle Jurassic in the study area. The best generation potential inherent in deposits of swamps, swampy floodplains and tidal plains. These facies groups characterized by predominance of the continental organic matter and considered to gas source rocks. However, macerals composition, kinetic spectra and biomarker analysis show the presence also of marine organic matter. Some facies groups, such as flooded swamps and swampy floodplains has potential to generate hydrocarbons due to preservation of liptinites with high hydrogen index. Cyclic analysis with basics of sequence stratigraphy of the continental deposits allow tracing the correlation between generation potential and relative sea level changes.

The idea of this work is to compare the results of geochemical and statistical analyzes in the study of organic matter in extracts of oil and gas source rock. The object of the study were the samples of oil and gas source rocks of the Tutleim and Tyumen Formations, as well as oil samples of the Vikulov Formation and Jurassic and pre-Jurassic deposits in the western part of the West Siberian basin. Among the methods of statistical analysis, the principal component method and the random forest method were used. A heat map of correlations was used as visualization tools. The principal component method helped us to reveal a clear difference between the organic matter of the Tutleim and Tyumen source rocks. The random forest method and the heat map made it possible not only to identify the distinctive geochemical properties for this strata, but also reveals the geological factors of their distinction. Thus, the organic matter of Tyumen source rock turned out to be more mature and it has relatively larger contribution of terrestrial organic matter compared to the Tutleim one. The same set of methods is applied to oil-source rock correlation. The oils of the Vikulov Formation obviously originate from the Tutleim source rock. Oils of Jurassic and pre-Jurassic reservoirs have a predominant contribution of the Tutleim source rock and some similarity (up to 30 %) with the Tyumen one. Oils from the Vikulov Formations are less mature than oils from the Jurassic and pre-Jurassic rocks. This may indicate the continued migration of hydrocarbons to Jurassic and pre-Jurassic deposits and the cessation of migration in the past to the overlying Aptian–Albian Vikulov Formation. Geochemical analysis also revealed the geochemical properties responsible for the maturity of source rocks and the type of organic matter. It confirmed the conclusions made on the basis of the application of methods of statistical analysis.

To get properties and characteristics of oil and gas source rocks and for other geological aims, geologists analyzes core samples from wells and outcrop samples. But we should probably somehow correct geochemical source rock properties data we get on outcrop samples, because organic matter could change significantly due to oxidizing and weathering. This problem is very important but poorly developed in modern publications, so it attracted our interest and led to this investigation. Published information on the organic matter weathering which change it’s content and quality in sedimentary rocks is collected and summarized in this article. The changes of the kerogen (isolated from the mineral matrix) elemental composition during its long-term storage are presented. We compared the results we get in laboratory and results of other authors who dealt with natural changes of organic matter in outcrops. An attempt to interpret the results obtained from the point of view of hypergene changes in OM was made. Uncertainties that require further study and development are indicated. This work is the first step to better understanding of weathering effect on organic matter content and properties – question of great importance for making adequate oil and gas prospects estimations. Two-dimensional basin modeling was carried out along regional profiles (sublatitudinal and submeridional). When modeling, the software package of Lomonosov Moscow State University was used. The models take into account the features of geological structure of the Riphean deposits of the Kama-Belsky aulacogene northern part and the Vendian-Paleozoic complexes that overlay it. Recent data on the features of region geology (taking into account the assessment of thickness of the eroded Riphean-Vendian deposits), as well as on the features of organic matter of the ancient Precambrian deposits were used. As a result, boundaries of the oil and gas window and geotemperature gradient were revealed. Main type of deposits according to the results of 2D basin modeling is anticlinal (reservoir-arch) and stratigraphically shielded. Data obtained testify, firstly, to two stages of hydrocarbon generation by the Riphean-Vendian oil source strata (the first stage occurs at the end of the Early Riphean, the second – at the Vendian-end of the Late Carboniferous), and, secondly, to prevailing share of the Riphean-Vendian complex of source strata in the formation of oil and gas content of sedimentary cover within the marginal zones of the Kama-Belsky aulacogen northern-northwestern part of the Volga-Ural oil and gas basin. Generation of hydrocarbons by source strata of the Riphean-Vendian and Late Devonian-Early Carboniferous continues to this day, however, it has rather an «inertial character».

Nowadays well logging curves are interpreted by geologists who preprocess the data and normalize the curves for this purpose. The preparation process can take a long time, especially when hundreds and thousands of wells are involved. This paper explores the applicability of Machine Learning methods to geology tasks, in particular the problem of lithology interpretation using well-logs, and also reveals the issue of the quality of such predictions in comparison with the interpretation of specialists. The authors of the article deployed three groups of Machine Learning algorithms: Random Forests, Gradient Boosting and Neural Networks, and also developed its own metric that takes into account the geological features of the study area and statistical proximity of lithotypes based on log curves values.

The article presents the results of research on the influence of structural reconstructions on the hydrocarbon systems evaluation in the eastern part of the Yenisei-Khatanga trough. Based on seismic data interpretation and paleoprofiles construction, several stages of structural reconstructions in the geological evolution of the basin are established: at the Middle and Late Triassic boundary, Late Triassic and Jurassic boundary, in the Bathonian-Callovian time, Tithonian-Valanginian time, in the Barremian-Aptian time, in the Aptian-Albian time, in the Cenomanian time, and powerful reconstructions in the Cenozoic era. Based on interpretation of geochemical information of the well-core and outcrops, the characterization of the type of organic matter, the amount of initial organic carbon, the oil and gas source potential for the Late Triassic, Lower Jurassic, Middle Jurassic, Upper Jurassic, Lower Cretaceous oil and gas source rocks is given. The results of exploration of the geological structure of the region, the geochemical features of oil and gas source rocks became the basis for building a 2D basin model, which made it possible not only to identify generation kitchen, migration routes and accumulation zones of hydrocarbon fluids, but also to estimate the start time of generation and emigration of hydrocarbons, as well as the moments of interruption of these processes during periods of uplifting of the territory. Changes of the structural plan transformed the configuration of the basin, which led, on the one hand, to the formation of areas where rich in organic matter interlayers accumulated, and, on the other hand, to the interruption of hydrocarbon systems evaluation, reconfiguration and even destruction of deposits.

The article discusses a special and effective form of living arrangements for the elderly and disabled in a foster family in the regional entities of the Russian Federation. The experience of organizing a foster or substitute family has been developed in a number of European countries and the USA. It has been established that this technology provides an elderly person with the necessary care and living conditions, leisure activities, psychological support, and additional material support for a foster family. The development of the institution of a foster family for the elderly as an innovative form of their life arrangement will significantly improve the quality of life of older citizens, change their “social well-being”, save them from the problem of loneliness, and strengthen the connection between generations. To solve the problems of the elderly in 2004, the project “Foster families for the elderly and disabled” was launched. The mission of this project is to organize public support, help with household chores and psychological support for lonely people. Most of the regions of the Russian Federation supported the initiative of the project and the subjects have their own experience in implementing the Foster Families for Senior Citizens project. Each subject of the Russian Federation has its own characteristics and differences in the creation of foster families for the elderly, which is associated with the presence of its own legislative framework for the implementation of this project.

Based on the materials of Vladimir and Ryazan provinces, the influence of mentality and religious beliefs of rural population on zemstvo insurance institute in the 2nd half of the 19th – the early 20th century is analysed in the article. Zemstvos not only insured movable and immovable property from fire, or cattle against various diseases, or fields and crops against natural calamities, but they also carried out mass fire-fighting activities – including planning settlements, planting trees, digging wells, embanking, buying fire-fighting equipment, developing fire-resistant construction. However, sometimes zemstvos failed to involve peasants in insurance operations. Peasants tried to keep their houses, cattle and crops at any cost, but, instead of insuring fields and crops, they often “dissolved” in the depth of religious beliefs and various prejudices. Based on the analysis of a wide range of sources, especially archival ones, zemstvo insurance activity within the territory of Vladimir and Ryazan provinces is studied in the article. The authors conclude that religious beliefs, along with prejudices, still played an important role in the life of rural people of that time, and insurance was viewed by peasants mainly through the prism of different superstitious beliefs.

Psoriasis is a chronic immune-associated skin disease of a multifactorial nature with phenotypic diversity in the general population, as well as a large number of comorbid diseases in patients. The generalized pustular psoriasis, historically was considered one of the variants of the course of psoriasis. Today some authors classify it as a genetically different condition combined with a plaque psoriasis. The selected tactics of psoriasis therapy can become a trigger for the manifestation of a pustular form. Despite the availability of modern data on the immunopathogenesis of the disease, there are no standardized methods of treatment that can take into account the individual characteristics of patients, which is doubly important in pediatric practice, since the arsenal of drugs approved for use is limited. We demonstrate the clinical case of a patient with progressive plaque psoriasis, earlier getting systemic and topical corticosteroids for a long time. This therapy did not allowed to take the course of the disease under control, even more it caused appearance of complications. Our clinical example from practice allows us to focus on the problem of complications of classical therapy for psoriasis and the intricacies of prescribing both topical and systemic drugs. Systemic therapy requires the development of algorithms based on objective diagnostic criteria and the results of studies on the effectiveness and safety of modern drugs in pediatric practice.

Bioinformatic analysis methods are an auxiliary tool in the preliminary stage of research into biocatalytic conversion of proteins with predicted release of biologically active peptides. However, there are a number of factors ignored in current strategies for designing biologically active peptides, which prevents the complete prediction of their biological properties. This determines the relevance of the research objective, i.e. developing a hybrid strategy for bioinformatic modeling to study biologically active peptides of milk protein. The new strategy ranks key criteria based on high-performance algorithms of proteomic database. The research featured the scientific publications on in silico methods applied to biologically active peptides. Modern taxonometric methods of information retrieval were applied using the RSCI, Scopus and Web of Science databases. The article introduces and describes step by step the optimal in silico hybrid strategy algorithm for studying biologically active milk protein peptides. The algorithm takes into account the safety assessment of all hydrolysis products, their physicochemical and technological properties. The strategy algorithm relies on analytical data on the protein profile, the amino acid sequence of proteins that make up the raw material, taking into account their polymorphism, and the subsequent identification of bioactive amino acid sites in the protein structure. The algorithm selects optimal enzyme preparations, as well as models the hydrolysis and assesses the peptide bioactivity using proteomic databases. At the preliminary stage of protein hydrolysis, the new in silico strategy scientifically predicts the targeted release of stable peptide complexes of biologically active peptides with proven bioactivity, safety and sensory characteristics. The hybrid algorithm contributes to accumulation of the necessary primary data so as to reduce the time and cost of laboratory experiments.
