Electromagnetic coil launch is an important branch of electromagnetic launch (EML) technology, which is suitable for launching anti-torpedo torpedo (ATT). This paper focuses on the EML parameters and the interception probability of the EML two ATTs salvo. Based on the launching model of a multi-stage coil launcher, the trajectory model of the ATT and the attacking torpedo, a calculation method for the EML two ATTs salvo parameters is proposed, with the conditions of capture and interception given reasonably. An adaptive particle swarm optimization (APSO) algorithm is proposed to calculate the optimal launching parameters, by designing the adaptive inertia weight and time-varying study factors. According to the analysis of the simulation with Monte Carlo method, EML will improve the interception probability effectively, and the interception probability is affected by the launching range. The results demonstrate good performance of the proposed APSO in calculating EML parameters for the two ATTs salvo in certain combat situation. Implications of these results are particular regarding the command and decision in the anti-torpedo combat.

With the unique characteristics, electromagnetic launch technology is applicable to launch shipborne anti-torpedo torpedo(ATT). This paper aims to establish an analytic model to pre-evaluate the capture probability of the electromagnetic launched ATT. The mathematics model of the multi-stage coilgun and the trajectory of the ATT is established for analysis. The influence factors of the capture probability are analyzed respectively, including the entry point dispersion of the ATT and the position dispersion of the incoming torpedo. Adopting the advanced angle interception mode, the ATT search model is obtained according to the positional relationship, and the course error is synthetically calculated according to the differentiation of implicit function. A geometric method to calculate the integral boundaries of the probability density function is proposed, based on the relative motion of the ATT and the incoming target. To verify the proposed integral model, the digital simulation and comparison is conducted. The results reveal that the variation trends and the calculation value of the proposed analytic model are coincident with the statistic results from Monte Carlo method. And implications of the results regarding the analytic model are discussed.

Minqin County is located in the Shiyang River Basin. As a typical arid area, it is eroded by the Badain Jaran and Tengger Desert all year round, and knowledge of the fungal diversity in this area is limited. Therefore, fungal community structure and distribution in the soil of the artificial forest, desert transition zone, farmland, and desert were investigated using amplicon sequencing of the fungal ITS gene. Ten fungal phyla and 23 classes were identified, including 1131 fungi OTUs, Sordariomycetes, Dothideomycetes, Pezizomycetes, and Agaricomycetes were the most abundant classes. Although most OTUs are shared among habitats, fungal community composition among samples was highly variable, which may influence the design of restoration practices in this area.

Background Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), a common type of cancer, has a strong metastatic ability and poor prognosis. The tumor microenvironment is the “soil” for the occurrence and development of tumors, with exosomes playing an important role in these processes. In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), the tumor microenvironment corresponds to the internal environment of the syndrome known as spleen deficiency (SD). Numerous studies have shown that exosomes contain high levels of miRNAs, which have been shown to contribute to tumor immune regulation and metastasis. The aim of this study was to explore the mechanisms underlying the changes in the tumor microenvironment under the condition of spleen deficiency in order to find better treatments for cancer. Methods The effects of exosomal miR-29a-3p on lung metastasis from hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) were evaluated using the scratch test, migration test, mouse SD model, HCC model, and tail-vein injection model of lung metastasis. The western blot assay, ELISA, flow cytometry, luciferase reporter gene analysis, qRT-PCR and immunofluorescence staining were among the methods used to study the molecular mechanism of lung metastasis promotion under the SD internal environment. Results Compared with the mice with HCC only, the mice with HCC and SD symptoms secreted more miR-29a- 3p-enriched exosomes, and their tumor tissue expressed significantly higher levels of α1-integrin and lower levels of FAM167A. These changed the immune microenvironment of mice (Decreased infiltration of T cells (CD3+CD4+ and CD3+CD8+), activated α1-integrin-NF-κB signaling pathway, and secreted more interleukin inflammatory factors(IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-8), which promoted the invasion and infiltration of HCC and its lung metastasis both in vivo and in vitro. In a series of patients with liver cancer, SD was found to have affected their overall survival and relapse-free survival. Conclusion Our study showed that under conditions of SD, the body releases more miRNA-containing exosomes, changes the immune microenvironment of the body, and ultimately promotes tumor metastasis and growth. These results highlight potential therapeutic targets and methods for the prevention of cancer metastasis, which may help to screen possible anticachexia TCMs and elucidate its mechanism in the future.

Due to the influence of many factors, the overpressure–time history load model of vented gas explosions is difficult to describe and is not conducive to further structural design. Based on vented gas explosion test data, this paper obtains three typical overpressure-time history curves and puts forward a new semi-empirical model— double hump model that considers gas concentration and venting pressure, and gives a formula for peak pressure and overpressure–time history model. The scientificity of the model is then verified by the total impulse in the load. The model is able directly reflect the load characteristics, provide reference for calculating key parameters of a vented gas explosion and provide information on the structural response under the load. The model thereby has the potential to help reduce the impact of gas explosion disasters.

Five specimens, initially presumed to be Fuligo septica or Mucilago crustacea, were collected from Jilin Province and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in China, but all five turned out to represent a new aethaloid species, Didymium yulii. This new species is characterized by pseudocapillitia without capillitia and an aethalioid fruiting body, features that are morphologically distinct from those of any other species of Didymium. To assess the phylogenetic relationships between D. yulii and other members of Didymium and in the Didymiaceae, sequences from two nonoverlapping targeted portions of nuc 18S rDNA (~450 bp and ~1050 bp) and translation elongation factor 1-alpha (tef1) were obtained and analyzed. The results indicate that D. yulii forms a single clade separate from other species of Didymium and the clade that contains M. crustacea, which strongly supports the identification of the five specimens as a new species.

Background Myxomycetes are a group of eukaryotes belonging to Amoebozoa, which are characterized by a distinctive life cycle, including the plasmodium stage and fruit body stage. Plasmodia are all found to be associated with bacteria. However, the information about bacteria diversity and composition in different plasmodia was limited. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the bacterial diversity of plasmodia from different myxomycetes species and reveal the potential function of plasmodia-associated bacterial communities. Results The bacterial communities associated with the plasmodia of six myxomycetes (Didymium iridis, Didymium squamulosum, Diderma hemisphaericum, Lepidoderma tigrinum, Fuligo leviderma, and Physarum melleum) were identified by 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing. The six plasmodia harbored 38 to 52 bacterial operational taxonomic units (OTUs) that belonged to 7 phyla, 16 classes, 23 orders, 40 families, and 53 genera. The dominant phyla were Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, and Proteobacteria. Most OTUs were shared among the six myxomycetes, while unique bacteria in each species only accounted for a tiny proportion of the total OTUs. Conclusions Although each of the six myxomycetes plasmodia had different bacterial community compositions, a high similarity was observed in the plasmodia-associated bacterial communities' functional composition. The high enrichment for gram-negative (> 90%) and aerobic (> 99%) bacteria in plasmodia suggest that myxomycetes may positively recruit certain kinds of bacteria from the surrounding environment.

Troxerutin is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidative effects in nerve impairment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate injections (TCHis) on prenatal valproic acid (VPA)-exposed rats. The VPA was administered to pregnant rats on gestational day 12.5 to induce a model of autism. The offspring were given the treatment of TCHis on postnatal day ( PND) 21–50. On PND 43–50, the behavioral analysis of offspring was performed after the treatment of TCHis for 1 h. On PND 50, the offspring were harvested and the brains were collected. The hippocampus and prefrontal cortex were isolated for relevant biochemical detections. The administration of TCHis increased pain sensitivity and improved abnormal social behaviors in prenatal VPA-exposed rats. Prenatal exposure of VPA induced neuronal loss and apoptosis, enhanced reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, and promoted oxidative stress in hippocampus and prefrontal cortex, whereas these effects were reversed by the postnatal treatment of TCHis. In addition, postnatal administration of TCHis ameliorated mitochondrial function in hippocampus and prefrontal cortex of prenatal VPA-exposed rats. This study concluded that postnatal treatment of TCHis reduced oxidative stress and ameliorated abnormal behavior in a prenatal VPA-induced rat model of autism.

The abuse of chemical fungicides not only leads to toxic residues and resistance in plant pathogenic fungi, but also causes environmental pollution and side effects on in humans and animals. Based on the antifungal activities of berberine, seven different types of berberine derivatives (A1-G1) were synthesized, and their antifungal activities against six plant pathogenic fungi were evaluated (Rhizoctonia solani, Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium graminearum, Phytophthora capsici, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, and Magnaporthe oryzae).The results for antifungal activities in vitro showed that berberine derivative E1 displayed good antifungal activity against R. solani with a median effective concentration (ECBerberine derivative E20 merits further development as a new drug candidate with selective and excellent antifungal activity against R. solani. © 2022 Society of Chemical Industry.

This study proposes two different methods of photocatalytic-controlled and visible light-induced selective oxidation of pyridiniums with air as the terminal oxidant. The key to these transformations is to choose the appropriate light source and photocatalyst. Pyridiniums are successfully converted into pyrroles through oxygen-mediated cycloaddition, proton-coupled electron transfer (PCET), pyridine ring opening, and recyclization. The other route is that pyridiniums selectively form 4-carbonyl pyridines through free radical rearrangement/aerobic oxidation under the catalysis of cobalt (II).

An asymmetric synthesis of (8Z,21R)-21-methylpentatriacont-8-ene, the sex pheromone of the yellow-spotted longicorn beetle Psacothea hilaris, has been achieved using Evan’s induction as the key step. Based on the asymmetric methylation product of chiral (R)-4-benzyl-1,3-oxazolidin-2-one, the carbon chain of the target molecule was assembled through a C5+C12+C11+C8 sequence. (2R)-4-(Benzyloxy)-2-methylbutan-1-ol, which can be obtained from γ-lactone following Evan’s protocol, was connected to a C12 alkyl group. The chiral methyl group remained the key moiety (97% ee). After another Wittig reaction and catalytic hydrogenation step, the designed key intermediate (13R)-13-methylheptacosan-1-ol was obtained. Finally, after oxidation and Wittig reaction, the synthesis of the target molecule was completed in 10 linear steps with an ultra-high overall yield of 36.2%.

Irregular coal pillars are often reserved in the upper coal seam in multiseam mining due to the limitation of geological conditions and mining methods. Diffused and transmitted stress in the pillars will form the stress concentrated areas in the lower coal seam and will increase the risk of rockburst. Based on the upper irregular pillars and fault encountered in the 7301 working face of the Zhaolou coal mine, this paper studies the evolution of stress and energy when the working face passed through the area affected by pillars. The adopted methods include numerical simulations and field monitoring. The change in stress concentration factor and stress gradient because of the mining activities in lower coal seam was analyzed by numerical simulation, indicating that the stress gradient reaches a peak when the working face is closed to the area under the edge and junction of pillars, which has the high risk of inducing rockburst. The sources’ location, variation rule of microseismic (MS) total energy and events, frequency spectrum distributions, and source parameters are discussed, respectively, based on the field monitoring data. The main conclusions were obtained as follows: (1) The total energy and event counts reach the peak when working face is close to the area under the edge and the junction of pillars. (2) The dominant frequency transfers from high frequency to low frequency, the stress drop reaches the peak value, the energy index decreases sharply, and the cumulative apparent volume increases sharply, which all are obvious precursory characteristics before rockburst.

OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this study was to develop an effective nomogram and artificial neural network (ANN) model for predicting recurrent hemoptysis after bronchial artery embolization (BAE). MATERIALS AND METHODS. The institutional ethics review boards of the two participating hospitals approved this study. Patients with hemoptysis who were treated with BAE were allocated to either the training cohort (Hospital A) or the validation cohort (Hospital B). The predictors of recurrent hemoptysis were identified by univariable and multivariable analyses in the training cohort. A nomogram and ANN model were then developed, and the accuracy was validated by the Harrell C statistic and ROC curves in both the training and validation cohorts. RESULTS. A total of 242 patients (training cohort, 141; validation cohort, 101) were enrolled in this study. The univariable and multivariable analyses revealed that age of 60 years old or older (hazard ratio [HR], 3.921; 95% CI, 1.267-12.127; p = 0.018), lung cancer (HR, 18.057; 95% CI, 4.124-79.068; p 0.16) according to the nomogram.

Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in China. However, there are no targets to treat ESCC because the molecular mechanism behind the cancer is still unclear. Here, we found a novel long noncoding RNA LINC02820 was upregulated in ESCC and associated with the ESCC clinicopathological stage. Through a series of functional experiments, we observed that LINC02820 only promoted the migration and invasion capabilities of ESCC cell lines. Mechanically, we found that LINC02820 may affect the cytoskeletal remodeling, interact with splice factor 3B subunit 3 (SF3B3), and cooperate with TNFα to amplify the NF-κB signaling pathway, which can lead to ESCC metastasis. Overall, our findings revealed that LINC02820 is a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for the diagnosis and treatment of ESCC.

Ammonia is a vital intermediate in the hydrogen desorption process of Metal-N-H system. KH has strong reactivity with NH3 to form KNH2. We speculate that KNH2 is also an intermediate formed during hydrogen desorption of the potassium-doped M-N-H systems. In this research, the dehydrogenation performance of the KNH2-doped LiNH2 and LiH composition was first studied. Compared with the broad dehydrogenation curve of the composite material of LiNH2 and LiH without the catalyst, the dehydrogenation curve of 0.05 mol KNH2-doped composite material was significantly narrowed. The initial and peak dehydrogenation temperature of the composite to which 0.05 mol of KNH2 was added was lowered remarkably. Besides, the cyclic dehydrogenation properties of the LiNH2 and LiH system was also significantly enhanced by the introduction of KNH2. The cyclic conversion of KNH2 to KH is the main reason for the enhancement of the hydrogen evolution performance of the LiNH2–LiH system doped with KNH2. We found the KNH2-doped Li–N–H system exhibits similar dehydrogenation property with that of the KH-doped Li–N–H system. This work proves that KNH2 plays a key role in improving the hydrogen desorption performances of the potassium-doped M-N-H systems.

Allan variance (AV) stochastic process identification method for inertial sensors has successfully combined the wavelet transform denoising scheme. However, the latter usually employs a traditional hard threshold or soft threshold that presents some mathematical problems. An adaptive dual threshold for discrete wavelet transform (DWT) denoising function overcomes the disadvantages of traditional approaches. Assume that two thresholds for noise and signal and special fuzzy evaluation function for the signal with range between the two thresholds assure continuity and overcome previous difficulties. On the basis of AV, an application for strap-down inertial navigation system (SINS) stochastic model extraction assures more efficient tuning of the augmented 21-state improved exact modeling Kalman filter (IEMKF) states. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is superior in denoising performance. Furthermore, the improved filter estimation of navigation solution is better than that of conventional Kalman filter (CKF).

In this study, a broadband and high gain dielectric-rod end-fire antenna are proposed for applications on both the K and Ka bands. By employing the double-ridged waveguide (DRW) feeding structure which is composed of a coaxial line to tapered DRW transition, a parabolic tapered DRW, and a parabolic-tapered flared parallel waveguide section, the impedance bandwidth of this proposed antenna is broadened to 84.5%. The dielectric-rod with the double circular truncated cone structure acted as the main radiator of the proposed antenna is adopted to achieve higher gains and lower side-lobe levels as compared to the traditional circular cone dielectric-rod, while the four-wedges structure inserted in the waveguide is developed as the matching section of the dielectric-rod to further improve the impedance matching. The measured results show that this antenna can be operated in 17.9–44.1 GHz, and the measured gain changes from 9.9 to 15.5 dBi. Moreover, the radiation patterns are demonstrated with observed end-fire characteristic in the overall operating band.

CO2 capture, utilization, and storage are promising strategies to solving the problems of superfluous CO2 or energy shortage. Here, mechanochemical reduction of CO2 by a MgH2/CaH2 mixture was first performed, by which we achieve selective methanation of CO2 and acquire an effective CaO-based CO2 sorbent, simultaneously. The selectivity of methanation is near 100% and the yield of CH4 reaches 30%. Four MgO and carbon-doped CaO-based CO2 sorbents (MgO/CaO/C, MgO/2CaO/C, MgO/4CaO/C, and MgO/8CaO/C) were formed as solid products in these reactions. Among them, the MgO/4CaO/C sorbent shows high initial adsorption amount of 59.3 wt% and low average activity loss of 1.6% after 30 cycles. This work provides a novel, well-scalable, and sustainable approach to prepare an efficient inert additive-including CaO-based CO2 sorbent and selectively convert CO2 to CH4 at the same time.

The eCO2RR activity is correlated to the internal structural character of the catalyst. We employed two types of structural models of porphyrin-based MOFs of PCN-222(Cu) and PCN-224(Cu) into heterogeneous catalysis to illustrate the effect of structural factors on the eCO2RR performance. The composite catalyst PCN-222(Cu)/C displays better activity and selectivity (η = 450 mV, FEHCOOH = 44.3%, j = 3.2 mA cm−2) than PCN-224(Cu)/C (η = 450 mV, FEHCOOH = 34.1%, j = 2.4 mA cm−2) for the CO2 reduction to HCOOH in the range of −0.7–−0.9 V (vs. RHE) due to its higher BET surface area, CO2 uptake, and a larger pore diameter. It is interesting that PCN-224(Cu)/C displays better performance in the range of −0.4–−0.6 V (vs. RHE) due to its greater heat of adsorption, Qst and a higher affinity for CO2 molecule, which could promote the capture of CO2 onto the exposed active sites. As a result, PCN-224(Cu)/C exhibits better stability for the long-term electrolysis.

By using Liu's $q$-partial differential equations theory, we prove that if an analytic function in several variables satisfies a system of $q$-partial differential equations, if and only if it can be expanded in terms of homogeneous $(q,c)$-Al-Salam-Carlitz polynomials. As an application, we proved that for $c\neq0$ and $\max \{|cq|,|x|\}, The error in this manuscript is that the right side of equation (3.1) is not suitable for formula (1.1). This causes formula (3.1) to be incorrect. Therefore, theorem 1.2 is also incorrect. However, the second part of this manuscript about the theorem of q-partial differential equation theory is still the correct conclusion

Motivated by Liu's recent work in \cite{Liu2022}. We shall reveal the essential feature of Hahn polynomials by presenting two new $q$-exponential operators. These lead us to use a systematic method to study identities involving Hahn polynomials. As applications, we use the method of $q$-exponential operator to prove the bilinear generating function of Hahn polynomials and Heine's second transformation formula. Moreover, a generalization of $q$-Gaussian summation is given, too.

We define two common $q$-orthogonal polynomials: homogeneous $q$-Laguerre polynomials and homogeneous little $q$-Jacobi polynomials. They can be viewed separately as solutions to two $q$-partial differential equations. Then, we proved that if an analytic function satisfies a certain system of $q$-partial differential equations, if and only if it can be expanded in terms of homogeneous $q$-Laguerre polynomials or homogeneous little $q$-Jacobi polynomials. As applications, we obtain generalizations of the Ramanujan $q$-beta integrals and Andrews-Askey integrals. Additionally, we present an operator representation of $q$-Laguerre polynomials that facilitates the computation of identities involving $q$-Laguerre polynomials.

To identify the predictors for recovery of pyogenic liver abscess (PLA) patients treated with percutaneous catheter drainage (PCD) and antibiotics, and then develop an effective nomogram to predict the recovery time. The retrospective study included consecutive PLA patients treated with PCD and antibiotics. We defined the overall recovery time (ORT) as the time from the PCD procedure to the time of clinical success or failure. Based on the ORT, its predictors were identified with univariate and multivariate analyses. Then, a nomogram was developed to predict the ORT, and was internally validated by using Harrell’s c statistic. A total of 116 patients and 142 PCD procedures with a median ORT of 15.0±10.6 days were included. To elucidate the protective effects of Renshen (Radix Ginseng) and Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata) on myocardial infarction (MI) through regulating myocardial autophagy.Thirty-one male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized into five groups (n = 6 or 7 for each). After treatment for 3 weeks, electrocardiogram ( ECG ) and cardiac function were recorded. Hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining was used to detect pathological changes in the heart. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect serum B-type brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), cardiac troponin T (cTnT), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and serum inflammatory cytokines. Metabolomic analysis was used to identify differential biomarkers of MI in rats. Immunohistochemistry and western blotting were used to detect BNP, cTnT, TNF-α, LC3B, Beclin-1, p62, and adenosine monophosphate activated protein kinase (AMPK) expression in cardiac tissue.Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata) alone or Renshen (Radix Ginseng) plus Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata) markedly ameliorated cardiac dysfunction and abnormal ECGs, demonstrated by decreases in the heart weight/body weight ratio, BNP, and cTnT. Pro-inflammation cytokine interleukin (IL)-1α significantly decreased and anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 significantly increased in Renshen (Radix Ginseng) single or Renshen (Radix Ginseng) plus Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata) groups compared with the control group. HE results suggested that co-treatment produced a greater reduction in cardiomyocyte cross-sectional area than Renshen (Radix Ginseng) or Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata) alone. Renshen (Radix Ginseng) plus Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata) reversed these changes to different degrees in MI rats. Furthermore, Renshen (Radix Ginseng) plus Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata) down-regulated LC3B, Beclin-1, and AMPK expression in cardiac tissue and upregulated p62 expression.Renshen (Radix Ginseng) plus Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata) may have a greater effect on heart injury induced by MI in rats than Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata) treatment alone, and the underlying mechanism may be associated with the regulation of myocardial autophagy and anti-inflammation effects. These results provide fresh insight into the mechanism of co-treatment with Renshen (Radix Ginseng) and Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata) for MI.

By analyzing the energy–momentum relationship of the absorbed fermions dropping into a Reissner–Nordstöm–anti-de Sitter black hole surrounded by dark matter, the laws of thermodynamic and weak cosmic censorship conjecture in the extended phase space are investigated. We find that the first law of thermodynamics is valid. However, the validity of the second law of thermodynamics depends on the density [Formula: see text] of the perfect fluid dark matter. In addition, we also find that when the fermions are absorbed, the structures of black hole surrounded by dark matter would not change. Therefore, weak cosmic censorship conjecture holds for the extreme black holes and the non-extreme black holes.

Tube indwelling is a key procedure in modern medicine. Careful tube setup is necessary to prevent unplanned extubation. The training for tube fixation is time- and resource-consuming, and optimal modes of training are currently being sought. Previous studies have compared workshops and flipped classroom models separately using conventional teaching strategies, but no study has examined a combination of both teaching models in nursing training.To compare the effectiveness of workshopsThis was a prospective cohort study. In this study, 149 nurses who joined our hospital in 2019 underwent training using workshops combined with the flipped classroom model (experimental group), while 159 nurses who joined the hospital in 2018 received only workshop-based training (control group). The combination of workshops with the flipped classroom training model was divided into two modules: pre-class and in-class training. The participation of nurses in the training activities, on-site assessment of training, nurses' evaluation of their training, and related indicators of tube quality management were evaluated.The average age of nurses in the control group was 22.94 ± 0.94 years and that of nurses in the experimental group was 25.42 ± 3.23 years (The combination of workshop and flipped classroom training is effective in improving tube fixation training of nurses, cultivating nurses' active learning abilities and clinical thinking, and improving the safety of the procedure.

The increasing resistance of plant diseases caused by phytopathogenic fungi highlights the need for highly effective and environmentally benign agents. The antifungal activities of Cnidium monnieri fruit extracts and five isolated compounds as well as structurally related coumarins against five plant pathogenic fungi were evaluated. The acetone extract, which contained the highest amount of five coumarins, showed strongest antifungal activity. Among the coumarin compounds, we found that 4-methoxycoumarin exhibited stronger and broader antifungal activity against five phytopathogenic fungi, and was more potent than osthol. Especially, it could significantly inhibit the growth of Rhizoctonia solani mycelium with an EC50 value of 21 μg mL-1 . Further studies showed that 4-methoxycoumarin affected the structure and function of peroxisomes, inhibited the β-oxidation of fatty acids, decreased the production of ATP and acetyl coenzyme A, and then accumulated ROS by damaging MMP and the mitochondrial function to cause the cell death of R. solani mycelia. 4-Methoxycoumarin presented antifungal efficacy in a concentration- dependent manner in vivo and could be used to prevent the potato black scurf. This study laid the foundation for the future development of 4-methoxycournamin as an alternative and friendly biofungicide.

Five specimens, initially presumed to be
