Resume Introduction Malgre l’incidence croissante de la maladie de Parkinson, le retentissement sexuel de cette pathologie reste mal evalue. Objectif Evaluer la sexualite des hommes atteints de maladie de Parkinson idiopathique. Methodes Il s’agit d’une etude prospective monocentrique et descriptive, visant a evaluer la sexualite des hommes parkinsoniens durant la periode allant de janvier 2014 a fevrier 2017. Nous avons inclus les patients atteints de maladie de Parkinson idiopathique sous traitement medical ayant une partenaire stable et consentants pour une evaluation sexologique. L’evaluation de la sexualite des patients a ete faite par l’index international de la fonction erectile en langue francaise (15 questions). Resultats Nous avons pu evaluer 25 patients atteints de maladie de Parkinson idiopathique. L’âge moyen des patients etait de 65 ans. L’anciennete moyenne de la maladie de Parkinson etait de 7,6 ans. Malgre un desir sexuel relativement conserve (score moyen 6,56 ± 3,1 sur 10), les patients avaient une alteration globale de l’ensemble des domaines de la sexualite. En effet, il etait note une diminution des scores moyens de la fonction erectile (8,12 ± 4,9 sur 30), de la fonction orgasmique (4,84 ± 3,2 sur 10), de la satisfaction des rapports (6,56 ± 3,1 sur 15) et de la satisfaction globale (5,12 ± 2,7 sur 10). Aucune hypersexualite n’a ete observee. L’âge, l’anciennete de la maladie de Parkinson, les stades avances de la maladie, les troubles mictionnels alterent de maniere statistiquement significative la sexualite des patients. Conclusion Malgre un desir sexuel relativement conserve, l’ensemble des domaines de la sexualite des hommes parkinsoniens est perturbe. Il est important de detecter et de traiter a temps ces troubles, etant donne leurs repercussions sur la qualite de vie des patients.

Calibration of electrodiffusion (ED) probes with respect to the wall velocity gradient measurements has been experimentally studied in a fully developed turbulent channel flow over the Reynolds number range 14000–23000. In steady state conditions, direct calibration concerning the mean wall velocity gradient can be provided using simultaneous transient and steady state diffusion limiting current measurements. Indirect calibration of the ED probes regarding the turbulent fluctuation has been undertaken using a spectral analysis performed with probes of different size and geometry. This indirect calibration method has been supported using the measurements of thermo-dependence of molecular diffusivity. In this case, only one ED probe can be used for calibration. Dynamic calibration provides necessary information about critical longitudinal dimension of ED probes. When the longitudinal dimension of the probes exceeds the critical length, the probes becomes sensitive to the normal fluctuation as well. This fact has been confirmed using different orientation of the rectangular ED probe with respect to the flow direction.

To avoid the negative impact of void areas on real-time routing efficiency, we propose in this paper an oriented void avoidance scheme for wireless sensor networks. To select the forwarding region around a void (either clockwise or anticlockwise), the proposed scheme is guided by the target location with respect to the center of the void. Our scheme uses the right-hand rule to discover boundary nodes of the void and geometric formulas to obtain the forwarding region of a sender node located at 1-hop near the void. This node reduces its set of forwarding candidate nodes according to its already obtained forwarding region. Proposed approach is simple to implement, economic and could incorporate various other optimizations studies. Simulation showed the importance of this module and gives better performance compared to traditional schemes.
