General Medicine - Abstract
The purpose of the study is to conceptualize the phenomenon of vergence of technologies and innovationsin the context of building a society as a complex system by modernizing the innovation environment. To achieve the goal, general scientific and special-scientific methods of cognition were used, in particular, dialectical, formal-logical, analysis and synthesis, system-structural. Thekey methodological principles,spatial-topological and ontological, were presented. It is confirmed that the concept of "vergence" is the state of systems at the point of intersection of divergent and convergent processes, aswell as their balancing. Vergence as a method of creative thinking was used in this study primarily to solve problems and tasks related to the synchronism of various contradictory processes (reconciles the processes of "scattering", "acceleration" and "gathering", "braking"). The value of this approach was in finding multiple solutions to ambiguous problems. The results of the study confirmed that the vergent interaction of technologies and innovations, the merging of funds and resources that contribute tothe modernization of the innovation space, their analysis and synchronism, excluded the position of rest in the social system and, on the contrary, gave rise to a situation of accelerated but controlled dynamism.

- Abstract
The purpose of our research is to develop and justify the functional method of using physical rehabilitation tools in restoring the motor functions of patients with ischemic stroke in the area of the internal carotid artery, taking into account the psychological state of the patient, the ontogenetic features of the restoration of his/her postural and dynamic functions, and the biomechanical laws of the formation of compensatory changes in the motor system of the individual. Research methods. In the system of measures for physical rehabilitation of patients with ischemic stroke, one of the most important points it is control of the patient’s level of adaptation capabilities. Risk factors from the side of the cardiovascular system are: the degree of atherosclerosis, arterial hypertension, especially the increase in blood pressure over 200 mm Hg. art and diastolic is – more, than 110 mm Hg. art, increased blood viscosity, blood pressure fluctuations, for example, with heart rhythm disorders. Patients, having been included into the research, were selected by the method of randomization using a Table of random numbers (Paired Design Technology was used by us). Patients of the control group received a complex of rehabilitation measures using physical exercises (according to the classical method, proposed by us. To assess the psychological status of the patient, the eight-color test of M. Lüscher was used. The results of the research. According to all patients of the experimental and control groups, during the entire period of inpatient treatment, the following data were analyzed daily: well-being, frequency and nature of pain sensations, other complaints (shortness of breath, palpitations, sleep and mood disorders, tolerability of restorative treatment procedures). A clinical, functional and psychological examination was conducted for all patients before and after the complex rehabilitation course. Conclusions. The study of the initial state of voluntary motility of ischemic stroke patients at the beginning of the physical rehabilitation course showed the presence of disorders of static and dynamic motor function of the arm, leg, coordinated action of the arms and legs, head, trunk, but quite different in their explanation in the studied groups of patients. The state of motor functions of patients with ischemic stroke is characterized in such a way: on the affected side, the maximum values of the volume of active and passive movements of strength and muscle tone are diagnosed in the “hemiparesis” subgroup, the smallest one – is in the “hemiplesia” subgroup. On the side of the lesion lacuna, the most pronounced muscle strength and tone are diagnosed in the subgroup “hemiparesis”, the largest amount of active and passive movements, in turn, there are in the subgroup “plesia + paresis”, “hemiparesis”.

Introduction. The antigen complex of opportunistic pathogenic bacteria (ACOPB) has a protective effect against avian influenza viruses, herpes virus type 2, and other viruses that cause acute respiratory viral infections. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, an important task is to find out whether ACOPB has a protective effect against SARS-CoV-2. The purpose of the study was to evaluate in vitro the ACOPB virus-inhibitory activity against the Dubrovka laboratory strain of SARS-CoV-2. Materials and methods. The study was performed using Vero cell line CCL-81, human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), mouse monoclonal anti-idiotypic antibodies structurally mimicking biological effects of human interferons (IFNs), the Dubrovka laboratory strain of SARS-CoV-2. The infectivity of the virus was assessed by two methods: by virus titration using cell cultures and the limiting dilution method when the results are assessed by a cytopathic effect; the second method was a plaque assay. The in vitro virus inhibition test was performed using the cell culture susceptible to SARS-CoV-2; the mixture containing a specific dose of the virus and a two-fold dilution of ACOPB was transferred to the cell culture after the ACOPB medication had interacted with the virus at 4C for 2 hours. The ACOPB virus-inhibitory activity against SARS-CoV-2 was assessed by the functional activity of / and IFN receptors (RIFN) in human PBMCs induced in vitro by ACOPB and the ACOPB mixture with the specific dose of SARS-CoV-2. The RIFN expression level was measured by the indirect membrane immunofluorescence test. Results. Hemagglutination assay using chicken, mouse, guinea pig, and human red blood cells was performed for detection of the SARS-CoV-2 inhibitory protein. The lysate of Vero CCL-81 cells infected with SARS-CoV-2 Dubrovka demonstrated the highest hemagglutination activity with guinea pig red blood cells and low titers of hemagglutination in the virus-containing fluid. The virus inhibition test in the Vero CCL-81 cell culture demonstrated that ACOPB inhibited 10 doses of SARS-CoV-2 Dubrovka with the titer 1 : 32, providing 100% protection of the cell culture for 8 days (the monitoring period). ACOPB induced / and RIFN expression on membranes of human PBMCs in in vitro cultures and decreased RIFN / and expression after its interaction with SARS-CoV-2 Dubrovka. Conclusion. The experimental studies including the virus inhibition test in the cell culture susceptible to SARS-CoV-2 Dubrovka and the indirect membrane immunofluorescence assay using monoclonal anti-idiotypic antibodies mimicking IFN-like properties demonstrated that ACOPB had both an immunomodulatory and a virus-inhibitory effect.

19. Coronavirus XBB.1.5 as an Indicator of the Long-Term Continuation of the Covid-19 pandemic. What Next for Vaccination?

Infectious Diseases ,Epidemiology ,Public Health, Environmental and Occupational Health - Abstract
The article discusses the properties of the pandemic strain XBB.1.5 S protein in comparison with the 1918 and 2009 pandemic strains hemagglutinin H1. The S-protein XBB.1.5 already contains more than 40 mutations realized by substituting different amino acids through single and dinucleotide substitutions, deletions and the use of predominantly transversions. The variability of H1N1 influenza virus hemagglutinin is associated with single nucleotide substitutions at a constant length. Conditional extrapolation of influenza virus hemagglutinin variability data on coronavirus S-protein sizes suggests that new pandemic strains will emerge in the next 2-3 years, avoiding the immune defense formed by vaccination against the strains preceding them. The inability to create through the adaptive immune system a long-term immunity to pandemic coronaviruses, as well as to other respiratory viruses with a short incubation cycle, puts on the agenda the need to find new vaccine designs that provide a combination of long-term adaptive and trained immunity. The problem in the search for such vaccines is associated with the regulation of the activity of the innate immune system and ensuring the stability of trained immunity.

General Medicine - Abstract
The use of modern breeding methods, biotechnology, and molecular genetics makes it possible to identify promising accessions with specified economically important traits at early pre-breeding stages. The success of creating new varieties depends on the availability of unique collections of plant genetic resources, information about genomes, possibility of in vitro cultivation with high regenerative capacity, and practical skills and competencies in this area. One of the advanced methods for accelerating the breeding process is genome editing using the CRISPR/Cas system. This method allows the effective modification of genes in order to obtain varieties with desired traits. In 2022, a new youth laboratory of genetics, breeding, biotechnology of ornamental and berry crops was set up at VIR as part of the National Project "Science and Universities". It is noteworthy that this event coincided with the 135th anniversary of the birth of N.I. Vavilov. The work of the laboratory is aimed at obtaining lines with desired properties for the further breeding process; identifying target genes of economically important traits for obtaining new varieties, lines, and hybrids; as well as creating protocols for the accelerated reproduction of virus-free material of commercially demanded varieties oriented towards import substitution. This review discusses current trends in breeding of ornamental and berry crops: e.g., flower color change in snapdragon and peony; flower aroma improvement in rose; architectonics change in actinidia; and increase of resistance to stress factors in blackberries, strawberries, and grapes.

Purpose is to analyze steel degradation of the internal well equipment during its continuous service while contacting directly the corrosive environments. Methods. A range of research concerning the damaged metal tubes of the internal equipment for oil and gas wells, in particular regarding continuous service tubing, comprised both standard and specific studies involving different variations of X-ray spectral analysis with the use of scanning electron microscope JSM-35CF (JEOL Company, Japan) and SEM-515 with microanalyzer Link by Philips Company. The studied samples have been made of tubing in the period of the unauthorized and emergency well shutdowns; life of the wells is 0 up to 15 years. To analyze both structure and chemical composition of metal inclusive of such gases as oxygen and hydrogen, chippings were produced mechanically from various parts of tube walls. Findings. X-ray structural studies have made it possible to obtain data confirming cementite decay (Fe3С) in the tube metal during continuous operation of the internal well equipment. X-ray structural analysis methods have helped identify the parameters of crystal lattice of a matrix; and a level of elastic distortions of the lattice (i.e. microstresses of the distortions) has been evaluated as well as carbon distribution within ferrite and cementite. The abovementioned offered the possibility to describe both reason and mechanism of the reduced resistance to corrosion in the context of internal well equipment. Originality. New regularities under cementite decay in tube metal have been identified in addition to changes in the parameters of a crystal a lattice; microstresses of the lattice distortions; and carbon distribution within ferrite and cementite. The aforesaid helps explain in a new way both reason and mechanism of the reduced resistance to corrosion in the context of internal well structures operating continuously in aggressive environments. The basic sources and mechanisms of tube steel degradation, resulting from the metal hydrogenation and oxidation, have been defined which becomes the foundation to develop scientifically the substantiated measures mitigating the negative impact on the condition of the internal well facilities operating continuously in the chemically aggressive environments. Practical implications. Degrading hydrogen effect on the crystal lattice of metal has been proved. The effect creates conditions under which tube structures of oil and gas wells experience their failure.

General Engineering ,General Earth and Planetary Sciences ,General Environmental Science - Abstract
The terms "Olympic education" and "Olympism" cover a variety of educational initiatives aimed at children and youth in general secondary education. The article presents a critical analysis of these initiatives, as well as a review of the relevant secondary literature, including a small but significant number of studies that develop a genuine critique of Olympic education and Olympism. The history of the Olympic movement is partially revealed and identified with the development of the educational space surrounding idealistic Olympic education, with an emphasis on the generally undeniable value of Olympism as a key tool in character formation. The program for introducing Olympic values into the educational process of Ukrainian schoolchildren is considered, and the hidden and explicit corporate messages embedded in these materials are identified. The authors looked at the educational program of educational institutions that try to challenge the hegemony of the Olympic industry in educational institutions to study how the pedagogical process works in general secondary education institutions. This is a scientific novelty of our time. Olympic education, combining the ideas of universal values, offers various methods of their realization. Purpose: to analyze the implementation of an educational program based on the principles of Olympism in the educational space of general secondary education institutions. Conclusions. If Olympic values are reflected in the behavior of primary school children, it can be assumed that the educational process has achieved results, and that the pedagogical process of Olympic education ensures the development of the Olympic movement.

General Medicine - Abstract
A study of the thermal properties of materials used in semiconductor electronics has been carried out. The dependence of the thermal resistance of GaAs diodes on the temperature increase of the product body is determined. They are determined taking into account the design solutions of the housing design of the REA, which can protect components from extreme, difficult conditions, but they increase the weight and complexity of the system. Materials such as SiC, GaAs, GaN, diamond that can withstand extreme conditions may have advantages that go far beyond their electronic characteristics. An example of the application of GaAs-based diode modules of p-i-n diodes developed by JSC "VZPP-S" is given - a three-phase bridge rectifier made according to the Larionov scheme for an electric generator with a power of up to 2750 watts. A methodology for conducting reliability tests has been developed. Short-term tests for the reliability of diode modules at extreme housing temperatures were carried out. The results of the calculation of the thermal resistance of the junction-housing are presented. To simplify the calculation of the thermal resistance of the junction-housing of the developed module, we will make the following assumptions: the materials used in the design of the module diodes have isotropic thermal conductivity; heat exchange in the internal parts of the structure is carried out only by thermal conductivity; there are no contact resistances between the layers; the power dissipated by the terminals of the diode crystals is negligible compared with the power discharged through the lower base into the heat sink; the side surfaces of the thermal model are insulated; each layer of the same material is homogeneous and has a thermal conductivity coefficient determined by the average temperature of the layer; the influence of the thermal effect of neighboring crystals of the module is not taken into account. The algorithm of stationary thermal regime (method of equivalents) of Appendix N OST 11 0944-96 is chosen as the basis of calculation.

Pharmacology (medical) - Abstract
The article analyzes the interaction between creator and audience that occurs in the new modes of art practices. Within this field, experimenting with technology is accompanied by emergence of new art forms and genres. Thus, it seems appropriate to view technologies as a mediator in the dynamic process of communication between the creator and viewer. In this context, a number of innovative projects were considered that emerged in the art practices of the recent decades. The choice of the projects is determined by the specific expressive means and by the features of interaction of these means on the basis of contemporary technologies. Creation of these projects resulted from the ideas and achievements of the 1970s–1990s. At first, it was "pure" experimentation, aimed at expanding the range of new expressive components and testing them. Afterwards, modern art products created within this direction are mature and complete. To evoke the interest of the audience, the use of multimedia and installations based on interactive technologies are employed. Technologies stimulate further evolution of art, i.e. they contribute to forming the new genres, and trends. It was concluded that technologies constitute a toolkit that de facto serves as a catalyst enabling practical realization of the artistic polylogue within the creative process: from the point when the idea is conceived, through its fulfillment in the creator’s design and up to its presentation when its communicative models of influence aimed at the art communities are activated.

This article presents theoretical studies of methods for assessing car quality indicators in the operation stage. Important criteria for determining the quality indicators of cars during the operation phase are the following: functional stability, ecology, comfort, technical solutions, and traffic safety. The problem of converting a multicriteria quality assessment to a single criterion is proposed to be solved by the method of determining a quality index. The methodology for the practical and actual implementation of this research is based on the evaluation of the quality index established on the average vehicle speed then the basic methodological principles are formulated. The quality index of a car is significantly dependent on the operating conditions. This article presents the correction coefficients for the quality index of base, hybrid, and electric vehicles, depending on the operating conditions. The studies and the proposed car quality index provide timely information on the characteristics of operating conditions, creating the necessary conditions and opportunities for automakers to improve the design of cars, promote the image of car brands, and increase sales.

General Medicine - Abstract
Within the conditions of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, when many questions regarding prevention and treatment strategies remain unsolved and the search for the best antiviral agents is underway, attention should be paid to the role of trace elements zinc and selenium in increasing the body’s resistance to viral infections and their direct antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2. Experimental data show that trace elements zinc and selenium not only act through regulating the immune response at all levels of humoral and cellular immunity, but also can play a significant role in adjuvant therapy for viral diseases. This is especially relevant in the case of COVID-19. Studies of the direct antiviral effect of these microelements testify to its 3 main ways to SARS-CoV-2: I — counteraction to virus replication and its transcription through: (i) their covalent binding to the SH-group of the cysteine of the main protease M(Pro) of the virus; (ii) inhibition of its RNA polymerase activity by zinc; II — preventing the penetration of the virus into cells due to blocking SH-groups of protein disulfide isomerase (RDI) of the protein of its spikes (peplomers); III — decreasing the adsorption capacity of the virus due to the blocking of the electrostatic interaction of SARS-CoV-2 peplomers and angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE-2) in ultra-low, uncharacteristic oxidation states (Zn+1 and Se-2). The intensity of the antiviral action of these trace elements may depend on their chemical form. It was found that zinc citrate (a five-membered complex of zinc with citric acid) and monoselenium citric acid obtained with the help of nanotechnology have a greater intensity of action and higher chemical purity. Taking into account the immunostimulating and direct antiviral effect of zinc and selenium, their use in the form of pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements should be considered as adjunctive therapy for SARS-CoV-2 in patients, or as a preventive strategy for uninfected people from risk groups during the spread of COVID-19.

General Materials Science - Abstract
Study of stress-corrosion cracking of welded joints made of X70 steel at cathodic polarization in near neutral solution NS4 was carried out. It was established that the tendency of base metal of X70 steel to stress-corrosion cracking, estimated by KS coefficient, increases from 1.07 to 1.13 whereas polarization potential changing from the corrosion potential to maximum protective potential -1.05 V. Such regularity correlates with increasing of hydrogen penetration through X70 steel, which at maximum protective potential -1.05 V is equal to 0.000518 mol/m3 . Susceptibility of welded joint is lower than the base metal, KS coefficient change not much near the value 1.0. With increasing of polarization potential from -0,75V to -1.05V fracture surface of X70 steel characterized by decreasing in the size of holes and the appearance of flat areas, through that the rupture occurred. A similar nature of the rupture was observed for the welded joint, but visually larger proportion of flat areas can be noted. It was established that the rupture of the welded joint occurs on the base metal, which allows to propose stress-corrosion cracking susceptibility factor KS to be legitimately used for estimation to stress-corrosion cracking of welded joint, provided the weld is performed in a high-quality manner. Stress-corrosion cracking results of welded joint of X70 steel correlate satisfactorily with the experience of stress-corrosion cracking on main gas pipelines, where stress-corrosion cracks form and develop along the base metal of gas pipelines.

The complex properties (mechanical, microstructure, and electrochemical) of controllable rolling X70 steel pipes of the main gas pipeline with a diameter of 1420 mm after an operation for 20 years and emergency reserve pipe after a similar period of storage were studied. Taking into account specified heterogeneity caused by the technological effect on X70 steel of controllable rolling, it is difficult to draw unequivocal conclusions about the effect of operational work on changes in the condition of welded joints of investigated pipes. It was established that operating loads did not significantly affect the characteristics of base metal and welded joints. Electrochemical properties (corrosion potential, hydrogen recovery potential, anodic curves slopes) of long-term operated pipes of different manufacturers (Ukraine, France) and stock pipes in NS4 solution are similar. Due to the high reserve of impact viscosity at standard temperature conditions, investigated pipes are characterized by satisfactory resistance against breaking.

- Abstract
The results of the study of glass-composite nanostructured self-lubricating coatings are presented. The developed glass composite is an antifriction material with an ultrafine structure. The structural components of these coatings significantly affect the graphitization process and provide an antifriction surface layer of α-graphite. The formation of this layer makes it possible to significantly minimize the contact parameters in the friction region. The developed antifriction nanostructured glass-ceramic self-lubricating coatings containing magnesium carbide and structural components that promote surface graphitization do not contain expensive and scarce components, meet environmental safety requirements, and have high performance characteristics. A significant effect of aluminoborosilicate in the form of a glass phase on the tribological properties of coatings is noted. An increase in adhesive strength is achieved by forming a surface layer of glassy sodium silicate. Using X-ray phase analysis, it was found that the intercalating elements in the subsurface zone-graphite system at the initial stage of the process were Mg2+, Al3+, Cu2+ ions, which randomly penetrated into the interlayer space of the graphite matrix. At sliding speeds of more than 3.0 m/s, intercalates of binary molecular compounds of these elements with oxygen were found in the layered system of graphite. Their intercalation is accompanied by a sequence of repetitive stages, which are reversible with a change in tribological parameters and are characterized by a specific transformation of the structure and, above all, by an increase in the distance between layers due to the influence of various types of interlayer defects and the introduction of intercalants. The presence of near-surface particles in the graphite layer does not affect the tribotechnical characteristics of the coatings. The developed glass-composite nanostructured self-lubricating coatings have high antifriction characteristics throughout the entire load-speed range

The object of this study was the concrete structures of a chemical enterprise for the production of titanium dioxide. In this case, the ore is decomposed with sulfate acid according to the sulfate production technology. In an aggressive environment, chemical corrosion of concrete occurs, prolonged over time. Using X-ray diffraction and X-ray fluorescence analysis methods, the mineral composition of two prototypes of concrete was determined. It was found that the sample obtained from the workshop for processing ore with sulfate acid showed an increased content of sulfur oxide (SO2) on the surface, by 33%, with a reduced content of carbonates (CaCO3) on the surface, by 52.9%, at a depth of 2cm – by 53.65, compared to another (control) sample. At the same time, iron oxide (Fe2O3) was found on the surface in a sample of concrete from the ore storage room (control), the content of which decreased by 10.4% at a depth of 2cm, and by 12.4% at a depth of 4cm. The results of electron microscopy show sulfur crystals on the surface of a concrete sample. It was also found that the microstructure of concrete was changed under the influence of sulfate corrosion, depending on the intensity of the exposure to a depth of 2 to 4cm. By the method of thermoprogrammed mass spectrometry, it was established that when a sample of concrete exposed to sulfate acid is heated to a temperature of 400°C, sulfur dioxide SO2is released mainly from the surface. From the surface of the control sample, which contains a significant amount of CaCO3, which is easily destroyed by sulfate acid, there is probably a smaller amount of the product of thermal destruction of calcium carbonate carbon dioxide (CO2). The results of the experiment can be used to study the mechanism of development of sulfate corrosion of concrete prolonged over time.

The subject of the article are the methods of detection and recognition of explosive objects. The aim of the work is to develop the main provisions of the concept of guaranteed detection and recognition of explosive objects. The following tasks were solved in the article: an analysis of existing approaches to the use of traditional single and combined, as well as non-traditional (biological) methods of detecting explosive objects, development of a classification table of methods of detection of explosive objects according to physical principles, analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the considered methods of detection of explosive objects, development of comparative table methods of detecting explosive objects, formulation of the introductory provisions of the concept of guaranteed detection and recognition of explosive objects. The following methods are used – methods of comparison, methods of abstraction, methods of analysis and synthesis, methods of scientific induction. The following results were obtained – an analysis of the features of the existing traditional and non-traditional (biological) methods of detecting explosive objects was carried out. Aclassification of methods for detecting explosive objects is proposed, taking into account the parameters that affect the probability of detection and productivity. The results of a comparative analysis of explosive object detection methods are presented in tabular form according to the following indicators: type of interaction with explosive objects, platform type, potential productivity, information technology support, quality parameters, and economic indicators. The main provisions of guaranteed detection and recognition of explosive objects are formulated. Conclusions: the low productivity of the existing methods does not allow for quick and effective clearing of the territory contaminated by explosive objects, which leads to a large number of injuries and deaths of people due to the detonation of explosive objects. The use of individual detection methods alone cannot significantly increase the probability of detecting explosive objects. To increase the productivity and safety of the search and disposal of explosive objects, it is advisable to use unmanned intelligent platforms to deliver information and measurement tools.  , Предметом исследования в статье являются методы выявления и распознавания взрывоопасных предметов. General Medicine - Abstract
Sheep breeding is a branch of animal husbandry that is unique in terms of the variety and specificity of products. Sheep can utilize feed resources that are almost inaccessible to other types of farm animals. One of the factors in increasing the efficiency of sheep breeding is ensuring the well-being of farms concerning invasive diseases, particularly trichurosis. Successful control of trichurosis in sheep farms is the most effective for monitoring and forecasting the development of the epizootic situation depending on the climate-geographical zone. The work aimed to monitor the epizootic situation regarding sheep trichurosis in the Poltava region. According to the analysis of the statistical data of the reporting documentation of the Main Department of the State Production and Consumer Service in the Poltava region for 2018–2022, it was established that the share of helminthiasis among diseases of infectious etiology of sheep reaches 99.6 %. At the same time, among helminthiasis, nematodes have the highest specific weight – 69.0 %, and trematodes were less common – 31.0 %. Strongyloidiasis (68.05 %) was diagnosed most frequently among helminth infections during the studied period. A smaller percentage was strongylidosis of digestive organs (17.16 %) and trichurosis (11.24 %). Dictyocaulosis was rarely diagnosed among livestock (3.55 %). The average extent of trichurosis infestation of sheep during the investigated period in the territory of the Poltava region was 7.51 %, ranging from 5.83 to 9.26 %. Indicators of the extent of trichurosis invasion ranged from 5.45 to 33.33 % by area. According to the results of coproovoscopy, the highest values of sheep infestation with Trichuris were found in the farms of Karliv and Mashiv regions – 33.33 and 20.0 %, respectively. Less often, trichurosis was diagnosed in sheep farms of Dykanskyi (8.0 %), Reshetylivskyi (6.67 %), and Kotelevskyi (5.45 %) districts. The obtained data from monitoring studies prove the relevance of the further and more in-depth analysis of the spread of trichurosis infestation among sheep in the territory of the Poltava region, taking into account the age and seasonal dynamics of the disease, as well as the peculiarities of its course as part of mixed infestations.

General Energy - Abstract
The article analyzed the mechanism of verification of sustainable development reporting as an element of the state management system. Since the modern world is characterized by a complex of complex socio-political and economic problems and challenges, which are faced both by individual states and peoples, and by society as a whole. The illusory nature of the "fantastic" opportunities of the new stage of civilizational development of mankind - the information society - in practice manifested itself in the growth of socio-economic problems, which, in a certain way, led to the strengthening of polarization and stratification of world society. As a result of the research, a mechanism for the verification of sustainable development reporting as an element of the public administration system was proposed, including verification subjects, the leading influence of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, information communication at the stages of processing input and output information. Keywords: verification, intellectual human capital, economic entities, functional mechanism of verification, functional mechanism of analysis, the conditions of preservation, analysis of the results of a complex audit, complex analysis, confirmation of authenticity.
