This study is a statistical analysis of Korean language learners’ vocabulary usage according to the learning proficiency. This study was analyzed using a large Korean learner corpus built by the National Institute of Korean Language. Korean language learners used 249 words and 97 types on average, and as Korean language proficiency increased, the number of words increased by 163 and word types by 54 on average. In addition, as a result of analyzing the use of educational vocabulary of Korean language learners, as the learner''s level improved, the percentage of beginner’s vocabulary decreased and the percentage of intermediate and advanced vocabulary increased. At all levels, the basic vocabulary was used a lot. As the learning level improved, the types of words used increased, but the use of high-level words did not increase significantly. The use of high frequency vocabulary by Korean language learners decreased more slowly than Koreans’ use of modern language. The ratio of use of educational vocabulary between advanced Korean learners and modern Korean is very similar. However, advanced Korean language learners used fewer advanced vocabularies than Koreans. Among the high frequency vocabulary, vocabulary with basic semantic function showed consistent usage regardless of Korean language proficiency. The purpose of this study is to capture the aspect of semantic change using statistical analysis of corpus. For this purpose, we used the statistical analysis of the vector space model to investigate the changes in language usage patterns using corpus divided into the early 20th and late 20th centuries. In this study, four words such as ''아가씨(lady), 아저씨(uncle), 아주머니(aunt), and 아줌마 (aunt)'' selected to observe showed a dynamic change in meaning through two periods. First, the volatility of the words in the early 20th was relatively high compared to the words in the late 20th. As a result of observing the cosine similarity between contexts, ''아가씨'' has expanded its usage meaning and ''아주 머니'' has been reduced to the contrary. ''아저씨'' showed a diminishing aspect, but it was not statistically significant. ''아줌마'' did not appear in early 20th, but appeared in the corpus of the late 20th, contributing to the differentiation of ''아 주머니''. As a result of emotional analysis, ''아주머니'' has risen positively, ''아저 씨'' has dropped negatively and ''아줌마'' has been calculated as negative polarity value. ''아가씨'' was positive in both periods, but the polarity value showed a decline. The results of this study suggest that the statistical analysis can be used to capture the fundamental changes in meaning.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of presenting vocabulary in Korean language education. For this purpose, twenty Korean learners were presented with synonyms and topic related words in order, and then the results were compared and verified. As a result of statistical analysis on the evaluation, it was found that it is more effective to group them together or present them in random order rather than presenting synonyms together. Through this study, we confirmed that the interference effects due to similar meanings affect the actual vocabulary learning, and insisted that it is necessary to fully consider the interference effect in vocabulary education. 국내 당단풍나무 집단의 유전다양성, 유전분화 및 유연관계를 알아보기 위해 AFLP 분석을 실시하였다. 14개 당단풍나무 집단에 대한 7개 AFLP 프라이머 조합을 적용한 결과 유효대립유전자 수(Ae)가 1.4개, 다형적 유전자좌 비율(%P)이 82.2%, Shannon의 다양성 지수(I)가 0.358, 이형접합도 기대치(He)가 0.231이었고, 베이즈 방법으로 추론한 이형접합도 기대치(Hj)는 0.253으로 나타났다. 당단풍나무의 유전다양성은 단풍나무속 수종들과 비교했을 때 중간수준이었고, 생활사나 생태적 특성이 유사한 수종들에 비해 낮았다. 베이즈 방법으로 추정된 평균 FIS값은 0.712로 나타나 자가수분이나 근연관계 개체 간 교배에 의한 동형접합체 증가가 유전다양성에 영향을 준 것으로 생각된다. AMOVA로 추정한 당단풍나무의 유전분화율(ΦST)은 0.107이었고, 베이즈 방법으로 추정한 유전분화율(θII)은 0.110이었다. 당단풍나무는 생활사나 생태적 특성이 유사한 종들에 비해 유전분화가 적게 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 유연관계 분석에서 울릉도 집단은 내륙의 집단들과 유전적으로 가장 상이한 집단으로 나타났다. 울릉도 집단은 유전다양성이 가장 낮은 집단으로서, 내륙의 집단 일부가 이주하면서 생긴 창시자 효과와 유전적 부동에 의해 유전다양성감소가 이루어졌고 내륙과의 지리적 격리로 인해 유전자 교류가 감소했기 때문으로 추정된다.

본 연구는 차세대 염기서열 분석방법을 이용하여 굴참나무의 microsatellite 마커를 개발하고 특성을 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. GS-FLX Titanium 차세대 염기서열 분석 장비를 이용하여 305,771개의 read를 얻었고, 117 Mbp의 데이터를 생산하였다. De novo assembly를 통하여 7,326개의 contig를 확보하였다. 크기가 500 bp 이상이 되는 contig는 2,921개로 나타났다. 그 중 microsatellite 영역을 포함하는 contig는 606개(20.75%)로 나타났으며, 총 microsatellite의 수는 911개로 확인되었다. 그 중 13개의 microsatellite 유전자좌에서 굴참나무 개체 간 다형성이 관찰 되었다. 이들 microsatellite 유전자좌에 대하여 주왕산 집단에서 관찰된 유효 대립유전자수(Ae)는 평균 4.966(2.439~7.515) 로 나타났다. 평균 이형접합도 관측치(Ho)와 평균 이형접합도 기대치(He)는 각각 0.873(0.731~1.000)과 0.766(0.590~0.867) 으로 나타났다. 다형성이 관찰된 모든 microsatellite 유전자좌에서 null 대립유전자는 관찰되지 않았으며, 마커 간 연 관불평형은 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발된 13개의 microsatellite 마커는 굴참나무 집단의 유전변이 분 석에 유용할 것으로 사료된다.
