针对传统数学建模法无法实现CIELAB颜色信号向孟塞尔色序系统精确转换的问题,提出一种基于结构相似的分级转换算法。首先使用Pearson相关系数分析CIELAB颜色系统与孟塞尔色序系统间的结构关系,接着在此基础上采用分级转换的方式先后得到CIELAB颜色信号对应的孟塞尔明度V、色调H和彩度C三色标,并在第二级转换求色标H时使用了一种多次插值求最小色差的新方法,以保证算法的计算精度。对2 735组检验样本的测试结果表明,本文算法具有良好的计算精度和可靠性,并可被广泛应用于各类图像颜色信号处理系统中。

An adaptive feed-forward control method combining with feedback control was proposed to improve the command tracking performance of control circuit in an inertial stabilized platform. On the basis of subspace system identification, the input-output data were used to identify a state space of the stabilized platform model and the frequency-domain loop shaping technique was used to design the feedback loop controller to reject the external disturbance. Furthermore, a Recursive Least Square (RLS) adaptive filter was taken to build the inverse model of the feedback control loop and to construct the all-pass transfer function for increasing tracking performance. Several tracking experiments were conducted on different command inputs to verify the validity of the adaptive feed-forward controller. Experimental results show that this method responses quickly to step commands and the overshoot has decreased from 30% to 4.5% as compared with that of the feedback control. For a sinusoidal signal at the frequency of 30 Hz, the adaptive feed-forward controller can obtain an amplitude response without attenuation and the phase lag is reduced to 54 from 90 as compared with that of the feedback control. By taking the National Ignition Facility(NIF) from the USA and the Laser Megajoule(LMJ) from the France for examples,this paper analyzes the general layout and general structure engineering features of Inertial Confinement Fusion(ICF) laser facility.NIF is designed with a U-shaped building layout,and it not only can provide an optimum laser experimental equipment configuration but also allow the equipment to attach a second target chamber in future.The bundles of LMJ are arranged in an in-line building.Its layout decreases the optical path-length between the output of each beamline and the focusing system also provides an option for a second target chamber exists.The paper suggests that the general layout of an ICF laser facility should meet the requirements of the physical experimental purposes and should be characterized by operation stability,good integration and higher maintainability.Furthermore,it should design convenient interfaces for future development.In overall design of the equipment,optical elements are packaged into a optical-mehanical assemblies,and replaceable units(LRUs) are assembled with kinematic mounts.The general structure of ICF design should match the arrangement of the laser beams in structural layout and configuration.Moreover,the structure design can not dispense with the function,stability and cleanliness.The assignments of general structure design should meet the requirements of the installation and localization,integration and debugging,operation and maintenance of the optical components and the physical/optical diagnostic equipment.

The kinematic representation of a rool-pitch seeker was analyzed according to the special structure of the seeker.A geometrical closed-form angle increment solution was proposed based on the Paden-Kahan sub-problems.Using this method,the angle increment solution of the seeker was decomposed into two canonical Paden-Kahan subproblems,which led the solution of inverse kinematics to be two simple rigid motions.Therefore,the complexity of the inverse kinematics problem was reduced.Because the inverse kinematics of the seeker has not an exclusive solution,the minimum angle increment criteria was introduced to optimize the inverse kinematics problem.The numerical simulation shows that the obtained angle inerement allows the pointing error of an optical axis into zero,and the optical axis can be coincident with the line of sight very well.Finally,the semi-physics tracking experiments using the angle increment algrithom for a circle track target were performed,which demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed inverse kinematics in solving the roll-pitch angle increment.

To assure the pointing accuracy in a shooting target to be better than 30 μm for the Shen Guang Ⅲ(SGⅢ)facility,the switchyard of target area for the facility was designed and the rigid frame and transport mirrors in the switchyard were optimized to improve their stability.In design,the reinforced concrete was used to support the switchyard,and the tilted supports were added in the steel frame of switchyard to decrease and distribute the mass load reasonably.Furthermore,the herringbone supports were firmed to local horizontal beams.The transport mirror supports were also designed,in which their foundational frequencies were much higher than that of the swichyard.By above ways,the angle shifts of transmission mirrors in random broadband vibration can be suppressed successfully.The mechanical analysis of range structure by Finite Element Analysis(FEA) indicates that 87% of transport mirrors show their angle shifts less than 0.48 μrad.According to the relation between the rotation drifts of the optics components and the positioning errors of optical path,it can be seen that the rotation drifts of the transmission mirrors could meet the stability requirements for the positioning error of each single optical path not more than 12.9 μm.

The scalp acupuncture therapy, an important component of the microneedle system of the acupuncturology, is effective in the treatment of multiple types of diseases. In the present paper, we made a comparative analysis about the theoretical basis, acupoint location and main clinical indications of the ten academic schools of scalp-acupuncture, including FANG Yun-peng's Scalp Acupuncture, JIAO Shun-fa's Scalp Acupuncture, ZHU Ming-qing's Scalp Acupuncture, etc. which are widely used in clinic at present after collecting the related articles published in recent 60 years from databases of CNKI, Wanfang and VIP, and relevant books. These nine academic schools are similar in clinical indications (such as neurological disorders, brain-derived di-seases) and in needle inserting angle and depth, and different in the needling manipulations, needlingmethods, needle retaining time, theoretical basis, attending diseases of the same one stimulated region, and the position and yin or yang of holograms. The main problems facing the scalp acupuncture are non-uniform positioning method, non-uniform needling method, and non-uniform indications of the same scalp acupoint. Up to now, it remains unclear that which academic school is better in the therapeutic efficacy, thus, we should strengthen clinical research to find out its inherent law in diagnosis and treatment, constantly optimize the needle scheme, determine the best scalp-acupoint position and best needling manipulations, quantize and standardize the related issues, and accelerate the integration of the different academic schools, so as to improve clinical curative effect and to further promote the application and popularization, serving the patients in a better way.通过查阅中国知网、万方、维普数据库以及头针各流派相关书籍，对近60年与头针相关的文献进行整理，比较目前应用较广泛的方云鹏头针、焦顺发头针、朱明清头针等10个头针流派的理论基础、选穴部位、临床优势病种等，以期为治疗不同疾病提供头针疗法的最佳刺激部位、全息象、针刺手法、针刺角度、留针时间等, 减少临床选穴(区)的盲目性。众多头针流派各有特点，应通过严密的科学研究找出临床中头针最佳治疗方案，促进流派间的融合，使头针更加规范化和标准化，为临床使用头针提供参考，提高临床疗效，促进头针疗法的应用与推广。.

AIM: To construct a lentiviral expression vector carrying the hepatitis B virus x (HBx) gene and to test its expression in the human Chang liver cell line. METHODS: The HBx gene was amplified from plasmid pcDNA3.1-HBx by PCR. The purified HBx gene fragment was inserted into the pEB3xflag-GP-Puro lentiviral vector, and the inserted fragment was identified by PCR, restriction endonuclease digestion and DNA sequencing. The recombinant vector was then transfected into Chang liver cells. Puromycin was applied to screen stable cell clones, and the expression of HBx in Chang liver cells was examined by immunofluorescence and Western blot. RESULTS: Restriction enzyme digestion and DNA sequencing showed that the HBx gene had been successfully subcloned into the pEB3xflag-GP-Puro vector.
