3. INSECTS ARE A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM OF PROTEIN SUPPLY OF MIXED FODDER’S

In the materials of this article, the problems of protein deficiency in the production of compound feed are considered, and ways to solve them due to the use of alternative, non-traditional protein components - insects that have high nutritional properties, provide rapid accumulation of biomass, serve as sources of biologically active substances and are safe from from the point of view of issues of veterinary medicine and ecology. It is predicted that up to 15% of additional protein will be provided by insects in 2050, and their market will be estimated at $1.2 billion. The characteristics of the black lion fly (Hermetia illucens) and its larvae, peculiarities of cultivation and chemical composition are presented. Larvae mostly consist of protein and fat, and also contain 7.0% chitin, 5.0% calcium, 1.5% phosphorus and iron. The amino acid composition of the protein demonstrates the presence of a wide range of amino acids and a relatively high content of lysine, which makes it possible to use them in the development of new components of complete feed for farm animals and poultry. A method of introducing dry larvae of the black lion fly into the compound feed through granulated and extruded mixtures with a mass fraction of larvae from 10 to 50% has been developed. The structural scheme of the introduction of larvae in the production of compound feed is presented, which includes cleaning of grain raw materials, grinding, sieving, mixing the passing fraction of the sieve with dry larvae in a certain ratio, and subsequent granulation and extrusion of the mixture. The results of the study of the physical properties of the samples of the molded mixtures are given, and it is established that the sample with 15% dry larvae has the best physical properties. With an increase in the content of dry larvae in the mixture by more than 25%, the samples at the exit were characterized by significant fragility and fatness and required an additional drying operation, which would significantly increase the cost of the finished compound feed. Calculated recipes of complete ration compound feed for adult laying hens using larvae from 15 to 20%, which made it possible to exclude expensive feeds of animal origin (fish meal, meat and bone meal) and partially replace soybean meal (up to 12%), which significantly reduced the cost of finished compound feed.

4. Performing DALK complicated by Descemet's membrane macroperforation in keratoconus without conversion to penetrating keratoplasty: a case report

We report a case of successful deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK) for kearatoconus in the presence of intraoperative Descemet's membrane (DM) macroperforation in a 10-year boy. Intraoperative optical coherence tomography–guided femtosecond laser-assisted DM separation from the periphery to the center facilitated keeping the anterior chamber angle open and avoiding a subsequent increase in intraocular pressure. In addition, the size of the graft was made 0.4 mm larger that the size of the trephination hole, which enabled fitting of the graft margins and trephination margins, whereas precise deep femtosecond laser corneal dissection enabled (a) preventing a shock wave effect from the laser pulses and (b) DM adherence to the stroma of the graft. At 5 months after surgery, uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) was 0.5; keratometry values OD were R1, 7.67 mm; К1, 44.0 D; R2, 7.30 mm; К2, 46.2 D; Rm, 7.48 mm; Km, 45.1 D; and Astig, 2.2 D. Anterior chamber angle was 41.4º. The DM adhered well to the donor stroma, the DM defect was practically not visualized on imaging, and endothelial cell density was 2719 cells/mm2 in the operated eye. At 7 months after surgery, the patient’s UCVA was 0.6 OD and corrected visual acuity with a spherical equivalent of +3.0 D was 0.9.

5. Quantitative determination of 0.05 % chlorhexidine solution by capillary electrophoresis

Abstract The aim of the work was to estimate the quantitative content of 0.05 % chlorhexidine solution by capillary electrophoresis. Materials and methods. The object of the study was the drug 0.05 % solution of chlorhexidine for local and external use of pharmacopoeia quality. The study was carried out on a Kapel-104T device, equipped with an ultraviolet photometric detector and personal computer with the Multichrom software. Electrophoretic determination of the quantitative content of chlorhexidine was carried out in the UV region of the spectrum at a wavelength of 254 nm with a positive voltage on a capillary of 16 kV and a recommended capillary thermostating from 20 °C to 30 °C. The sample was introduced in pneumatical mode in the 30 mbar for 5 seconds. The analysis time was 5 minutes. As the leading electrolyte an aqueous solution consisting of 0.6 % solution of imidazole, 0.6 % solution of sodium tetraborate and 0.5 % solution of tartaric acid were used. The determination of chlorhexidine in the test solution was carried out in the UV spectral region at a wavelength of 254 nm, since at this wavelength one of the absorption maxima of the indicated drug was observed. Results. The validation analysis showed that the technique is characterized by specificity, linearity in the concentration range from 100 μg/ml to 700 μg/ml (y = 0.3438х - 12.4789; r = 0.9913), accuracy for chlorhexidine levels of 80–120 % (R = 98.82–100.44 %), precision (Sr = 0.44–0.61 %). The relative error of the result of separate determination of chlorhexidine in 0.05 % solution using capillary electrophoresis was 1.28 %. Conclusions. Quantitative determination of 0.05 % chlorhexidine solution by capillary electrophoresis was carried out and the parameters of the validation of the electrophoretic technique were established. The proposed electrophoretic conditions can serve as the basis for the development of methods for the quantitative determination of chlorhexidine bigluconate as part of this drug.

У статті наведено опис розробленої інформаційної технології криптографічно-захищеного експорту/імпорту інформації таблиць бази даних медичної інформаційної системи, а також результати здійснених за допомогою даної технології експериментів із експорту/імпорту інформації двох баз даних обліку пацієнтів закладів охорони здоров'я Міністерства оборони України. Отримані результати хронометражу експорту/імпорту інформації були зіставлені та порівняні із визначеними можливими щодобовими обсягами експорту/імпорту інформації у двох закладах охорони здоров'я Міністерства оборони України, в результаті чого зроблено висновки про можливість використання розробленої технології у медичних інформаційних системах. Наведено переваги, що забезпечуються шляхом застосування розробленої інформаційної технології. Визначено напрями використання розробленої інформаційної технології для побудови комплексних систем захисту інформації.

The process of fracture healing was similar to the interim indices in rats groups II and III, which was introduced at the fracture site platelet-rich plasma and performed phonophoresis with a fixed dose of poison. By the nature of the formation of callus, they differed. Therefore, in groups I and III process occurred on osteogenic type, and in group II on chondrogenic. In applying the platelet-rich plasma activated alkaline phosphatase decreased plasma calcium and phosphorus content in it. Under the influence of the activation proceeds phonophoresisCa²+ in the fracture, but unlike the II-group, this process is punctuated character. Suggested that the enriched plasma and phonophoresis with "Apizartron" promotes greater intake of calcium in the fracture, and promotes the activation of repair processes in the population of osteocytes. Реферат На 92 белых крысах – самцах аутобредного разведения изучали влияние на процесс заживления перелома малой берцовой кости, а также обмен ионов Са²+, фосфора и активность щелочной фосфатазы в плазме крови. Процесс заживления перелома был одинаков по временным показателям у крыс II и III групп, которым в месте перелома вводилась плазма обогащенная тромбоцитами и проводился фонофорез с фиксированной дозой яда. По характеру процесса образования костной мозоли они отличались. Так в I и III группах процесс происходил по остеогенному типу, а во II группе по хондрогенному. При применении плазмы обогащенной тромбоцитами активируется щелочная фосфатаза плазмы и снижается содержание фосфора и кальция в ней. Под влиянием фонофареза происходит активация поступления Са²+ в облисть перелома, но в отличие от II-группы этот процесс носит перемежающий характер. Высказано пердположение, что обогащенная плазма и фонофарез с «Апизартноном» способствует более активному поступлению кальция в область перелома, а также способствует активации процессов репарации в популяции остеоцитов. Purpose. Justification of the basic principles of construction on-board diagnostic systems locomotive and choose from high-performance and reliable interface for the exchange of information on-board diagnostic systems. Methodology. Problem of getting correct and adequate information about the technical state of the technical object is solved with the use and compliance of the fundamental principles of modern computers. Findings. High-performance and reliable interface to exchange messages between different units of management systems and on-board diagnostic systems was selected. Properties which are required high data rate, high reliability and low error rate of information transfer. Originality. The main principles of building on-board diagnostic systems which ensure compliance locomotives accumulation of accurate and adequate information about the technical condition which is necessary to organize its maintenance and repair were formulated. Practical value. Diagnostic equipment designed with use of requirements set forth above and principles will affect the technical condition of the engine, increasing the likelihood of uptime, productivity and locomotive repair teams. The introduction of on-board diagnostic systems and stationary locomotives will significantly improve the system and optimize their maintenance costs of maintenance and repairs. Besides, information about diagnostic parameters changing accumulated with the aim of airborne systems will be used in order to create mathematical models that, in turn, will organize a system of maintenance and predict the technical condition of locomotives

In the article on the specific example the results of studies medical information systems databases files encryption/decryptiontime have been presented. The present studies are performed using the developed three fundamentally different algorithms, that include Blowfish encryption algorithm as a part. The studies were performed using a specially developed (in the programming environment Delphi 7) computer program "Generators" (author's title) and two computers having obsolete configuration and assembled with the Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 processor and the DualCore Intel Pentium E2180 processor. The studies have established that the encryption/decryption of files using the first developed algorithm during execution of which multiple access to the hard drive for reading/writing of 8-byte information blocks of is implemented, takes much longer time (about 10 times) than the encryption/decryption using the second and third algorithms during execution of which access to the hard drive for a file reading/writing is performed once.

Based on analysis of annual 3/Med medical reports using k-means clustering method, indices of deployed hospital beds of military-medical clinical centers and military hospitals have been analyzed. A comparative evaluation of the selected statistical analysis method and the other method, used for this research, have been performed. Recommendations managers of health facilities as well as the management authorities of the Medical Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on more efficient use of deployed beds have been given.
