1. Features of cytokine production in different forms of Epstein-Barr virus infection

Abstract

In article presented results of the study of basic levels of regulatory cytokines in patients with various forms of Epstein-Barr virus infection. Analysis of the dynamics of cytokine profile in patients with Epstein-Barr virus infection revealed the opposite changes studied synthesis of proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines, which was the basis for the establishment of the four types of immune response. The findings confirm the existence of cytokine imbalance with Epstein-Barr virus infection. The established types of immune responses indicate inadequate cell humoral reactivity in a long persistence of Epstein-Barr virus infection, which manifests a tendency to suppression of cell-mediated and humoral immune response enhancement mechanisms and displayed in the clinical and biochemical manifestations of the disease, and also leads to prolonged undulating course. The results of studies confirm the existence of cytokine imbalance in various forms of EBV infection. The established types of immune response indicate inadequate cellular-humoral reactivity of the organism under the conditions of long-term EBV persistence. This is manifested by a tendency to suppress cell-mediated and increased humoral mechanisms of the immune response and is displayed in the clinical and biochemical manifestations of the disease and leads to a prolonged wave-like course of the disease. Interesting and promising are studies aimed at the medical correction of identified disorders in established types of immune response in patients with HEVE and studying the effects of the latter on the outcomes of the disease, the development of complications and activity of the process, which will be the subject of our further study.

Abstract

The article presents a methodological approach and the result of designing an energy supply for a low-rise ecological residential building according to the standards of "zero energy". Purpose. Proof of the possibility of an autonomous power supply of a low-rise residential building in accordance with the "zero energy" standard in the city of Dnipro and the existing technical and technological provision. Methodology. Method for calculating the energy balance of a low-rise building. Results. According to the conducted research in the Central European zone of Ukraine, where Dnipro city is located, it is possible to provide an autonomous power supply for a low-rise residential building. The proposed electric supply system allows generating an excess amount of electricity, which can be realized according to the "green tariff" scheme. Scientific novelty. The indicators of the energy balance of a low-rise building are obtained using various alternative energy sources. Practical significance. The cost of basic constructive and technological systems of eco-development of "zero-energy" is determined, which indicates the competitiveness of the proposed solution., Аннотация. В статье представлен методологический подход и результаты проектирования энергообеспечения малоэтажного экологического жилого здания по стандартам «нуль энергии». Цель. Доказательство возможности автономного энергообеспечения малоэтажного жилого здания в соответствии со стандартом «нуль энергии» в условиях г. Днипро при существующем технически-технологическом обеспечении. Методика. Метод расчета энергетического баланса малоэтажного жилого здания. Результаты. Согласно проведенного исследования в среднеевропейской зоне Украины, где расположен г. Днипро, имеется возможность обеспечить автономное энергообеспечение малоэтажного жилого здания. Предложенная система электрообеспечения позволяет генерировать излишний объем электроэнергии, который может быть реализован по схеме «зеленого тарифа». Научная новизна. Получены показатели энергетического баланса малоэтажного здания при применении альтернативных источников энергии. Практическая значимость. Определена стоимость основных конструктивов и технологических систем экоздания «нуль – энергии», которая свидетельствует о конкурентоспособности предложенного решения., Анотація. У статті представлений методологічний підхід і результат проектування енергозабезпечення малоповерхового екологічного житлового будинку за стандартом «нуль енергії». Мета. Доказ можливості автономного енергозабезпечення малоповерхового житлового будинку відповідно до стандарту «нуль енергії» в умовах м. Дніпро і існуючому технічнотехнологічному забезпеченні. Методика. Метод розрахунку енергетичного балансу малоповерхової будівлі. Результати. Згідно проведеного дослідження в середньоєвропейської зоні України, де розташоване м Дніпро, є можливість забезпечити автономне енергозабезпечення малоповерхового житлового будинку. Запропонована система електрозабезпечення дозволяє генерувати зайвий обсяг електроенергії, який може бути реалізований за схемою «зеленого тарифу». Наукова новизна. Отримано показники енергетичного балансу малоповерхового будівлі при застосуванні альтернативних джерел енергії. Практична значимість. Визначено вартість основних конструктивів і технологічних систем екобудинку «нуль - енергії», яка свідчить про конкурентоспроможність запропонованого рішення.
