Within the article, theoretical approaches to the definition of "innovation", "financial innovation" and "credit innovation" are studied, their similarity and difference are revealed. Peculiarities of the interpretation of the term "innovation" proposed by different researchers are revealed, and their interpretations are submitted. Theoretical aspects of the essence of financial innovations used in the financial sector are researched, and their characteristics is given. Financial innovation is defined as a certain innovation or qualitative change in the activities of financial markets and financial institutions. The essence of "credit innovations" is analyzed, and the main strategies for their implementation in credit institutions are presented., В статье исследованы теоретические подходы к определению понятий «инновация», «финансовая инновация» и «кредитная инновация», раскрыто их общие и различные черты. Выявлены особенности толкования термина «инновация», предложенного разными исследователями, и приведены их интерпретации. Исследованы теоретические аспекты определения сути и приведены характеристику финансовых инноваций, используемых в финансовом секторе. Финансовую инновацию определено как некое новшество или качественное изменение в деятельности финансовых рынков и финансовых институтов. Проанализированы сущность «кредитных инноваций» и представлены основные стратегии их внедрения в кредитных организациях., У статті досліджено теоретичні підходи до визначення понять «інновація», «фінансова інновація» та «кредитна інновація», розкрито їх схожість та відмінність. Виявлено особливості тлумачення терміна «інновація», запропонованого різними дослідниками, та наведені їх інтерпретації. Досліджено теоретичні аспекти визначення суті та наведено характеристику фінансових інновацій, що використовуються у фінансовому секторі. Фінансову інновацію визначено як певне нововведення або якісну зміну в діяльності фінансових ринків і фінансових інститутів. Проаналізовано сутність «кредитних інновацій» та представлено основні стратегії їх впровадження в кредитних організаціях.

Стаття присвячена розгляду проблеми інноваційної підготовки практичного психолога у вищому технічному навчальному закладі на засадах педагогічної інноватики. Теоретичне обґрунтування сучасних підходів до конструювання інноваційної моделі підготовки практичного психолога в дослідженні проведено із використанням системо утворюючого ланцюжка моделі інноваційного розвитку освіти. Доведено, що успішність інноваційної моделі підготовки практичного психолога визначатиметься як оптимально-системне включення складових моделі у всі етапи інноваційного процесу підготовки практичного психолога у вищих технічних навчальних закладах. The problem of practical psychologists’ innovative training at a higher technical educational institution based on pedagogical innovation is considered in the article. The theoretical substantiation of modern approaches to designing practical psychologists’ innovative training model in the study was carried out using the system of creating the chain of innovative development educational model. It is proved that the success of a practical psychologist’ innovative training model will be determined as an optimally-systematic inclusion of the model components into all stages of the practical psychologist’ innovative training process at higher technical educational institutions

Надано оцінку ступеню наукового опрацювання проблеми реалізації на національних теренах моделі інноваційного розвитку. Виокремлено реалії соціально-економічної динаміки як результату впровадження інновацій і встановлено причини їх неприйнятних змін. Проведено історичний дискурс щодо введення в науковий і практичний обіг понять «новація», «нововведення» і «інновація». Узагальнено підходи вчених до визначення сутності термінів «новація», «нововведення» і «інновація» та обгрунтовано авторську їх концепцію. Новація тлумачиться як універсальна категорія, яка при впровадженні в якості нового конструкту набуває форми нововведення, а у разі удосконалення існуючого зразка трансформується в інновацію. Обгрунтовано сутність «інновації» як словотвірного поняття на основі терміну «новація» та префіксу «ін», який зводить її до змін «зсередини». Встановлено джерельну базу безперервного інновування, в якості якої виокремлено існуючі, але неадекватні сучасним вимогам зразки техніки, технології, організації виробництва, інститутів і інституцій і які ідентифіковано як традиції. Доведено, що задіяна в процес суспільного поступу традиція, реалізує потенціал упорядкування інноваційних процесів в соціальній системі, забезпечує повторюваність, передбачуваність і контрольованість і сприяє тим самим виведенню їх у площину суспільної доцільності. Запропоновано схему універсального механізму інновування розвитку в національній економіці. Введено в інноваційну практику термін «екзоновація», який пов’язується з дійсно чимось новим для національної економіки або з удосконаленням на основі зарубіжних зразків. Специфікою привнесення новацій в економіку визнано своєчасність виявлення невідповідності ціннісного наповнення регуляторного механізму інновування через певні симптоми і тенденції, які слугують достатньою підставою для їх вивчення і пошуку новаційного рішення., The estimation of the degree of scientific elaboration of problems of implementation at the national field of innovation development model. The article explores some general grounds for termination of obligation. It is specially noted, that legal relationships of termination of alternative obligations are not regulated by special rules of civil legislation of Ukraine. But there are some issues associated with such limited regulation, for example: when does the alternative obligation terminate by performance, which are the special features of termination of alternative obligation by remitting the debt, impossibility to execute an obligation etc. It is reported, that researches of performance of alternative obligation has been conducted by E. L. Alekhina, K. I. Bernstein, A. M. Blashchuk, V. M. Ignatenko, A. V. Kostruba, O. A. Melnychenko, M. Panchenko, V. Holevynskyi, V. S. Petrov, S. B. Sarbash, S. Yu. Filippova, O. Yu. Shylokhvost and others. The object of the paper is to analyze legislation of Ukraine and civil theory concerning termination of obligations and their peculiarities concerning alternative obligations. Much attention is given to a moment of termination of alternative obligation by performance. It is examined, that there are two established views on this issue. First view is that the alternative obligation terminates when the choice is made. The author espouses second view, according to which alternative obligation terminates by complete performance of one of its subjects. It is underlined that the aim of alternative obligation is to satisfy the creditor’s behalf and the choice is one of the stages of it. 2 Then the provisions for termination of alternative obligation by transfer of the indemnity are described. It is told that the parties’ consent must include subject which are different from performances of primary alternative obligation. Further the ways of termination of alternative obligation by novation are reported. The conditions of termination of alternative obligation by offsetting are investigated. It is stressed that it depends on making a choice by empowered party. Next the author studies provision for termination of alternative obligation by remitting the debt. Then the termination of alternative obligation through impossibility to execute it special rules are defined. At the last part of the article the author arrives at several conclusions. It is underlined, that the moment of alternative obligations’ termination by proper execution is the moment when complete performance of one of its subjects is made. Then it is noted that the choice as the specific condition of alternative obligation has influence on the termination of it by indemnity, novation, offsetting of counter-claims and remitting the debt. It is also concluded that the impossibility to execute one of the subject of performance in connection with a circumstance, for which none of the parties is responsible does not release the debtor from responsibility to perform one of the other subjects., Проанализирована возможность применения общих норм гражданского законодательства Украины о прекращении обязательств к альтернативному обязательству. Определен момент прекращения альтернативного обязательства исполнением. Рассмотрены условия и последствия прекращения альтернативного обязательства предоставлением отступного, зачетом встречных требований, новацией, прощением долга и вследствие невозможности исполнения, за которую стороны обязательства не отвечают., Проаналізовано можливість застосування загальних норм цивільного законодавства України про припинення зобов’язань до альтернативного зобов’язання. Визначено момент припинення альтернативного зобов’язання виконанням. Розглянуто умови та наслідки припинення альтернативного зобов’язання переданням відступного, зарахуванням зустрічних вимог, новацією, прощенням боргу та внаслідок неможливості виконання, за яку сторони зобов’язання не відповідають.
