Cold spray technology is a new technology that deposits supersonic solid particles on the surface of materials. There are many factors that affect particle acceleration, such as the geometric structure of the cold spray nozzle (contraction section, throat, expansion section, special nozzle angle, etc.), the parameters of the propellant gas (gas type, gas temperature, gas pressure, etc.), the material properties of particles (metal and non-metal), particle size (generally 10...50 microns), and particle morphology (spherical, irregular shape, etc.). The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of particle acceleration parameters on cold spraying. This work aims to predict and optimize the particle velocity at the outlet of the special nozzle to meet the critical velocity requirements of various metal particles and thus meet the deposition conditions. The task to be solved is to optimize the particle parameters of the special nozzle and obtain the particle velocity at the outlet of the special nozzle. The methods used are as follows: Three key parameters that affect particle velocity were selected as research objects: helium gas temperature and pressure when selecting helium gas, and titanium particle diameter as the third parameter. First, 30 sets of particle exit velocity data were sampled using Latin Hypercube Sampling, of which 24 were training data and 6 were prediction data. Then, the neural network was analyzed to obtain the minimum neuronal error value, thereby determining the number of hidden layers. At the same time, the parameters were normalized, and finally, the nozzle exit particle parameters were optimized using genetic algorithm. The results showed that after three rounds of optimization and taking the average value, the particle velocity at the outlet of the special nozzle was 591m/s. The optimized parameters were: helium temperature of 694...865 K, a helium pressure of 3.3...3.7 MPa, and a titanium particle diameter of 12...20 microns. When the optimized parameters were input into the numerical simulation software, the result was close to the predicted value. Therefore, the neural network and genetic algorithm optimized the parameters with high accuracy (with an error of 4%) and can be used as a reference for relevant workers.

The objective of this study is to study the multi-particle deposition process of cold spray through numerical simulation methods and to use multi-factor coupling to optimize the porosity of Al6061 coating to more accurately characterize the real cold spray deposition process. This study aimed to predict and optimize the porosity of Al6061 coatings using numerical simulation methods. The tasks to be solved are: to nest the multi-particle model established by the Python script in the CEL deposition model to simulate the cold spray deposition process. A multi-parameter function with particle temperature, substrate temperature, and particle velocity as independent variables and Al6061 coating porosity as dependent variables was established. The response surface analysis method was used to predict the optimal spraying parameters and coating porosity of Al6061 coating. The methods used are as follows: optimize the porosity of the coating through multi-factor coupling through response surface analysis; use a multi-particle model established through a Python script to be nested in the CEL deposition model to simulate the deposition process of cold-sprayed Al6061 multi-particles. To characterize the coating porosity more accurately, the average value of multiple groups of samples was taken as the final coating porosity value. Conclusions. the porosity value of Al6061 coating obtained by the prediction model is 1.969%; Under the influence of multi-factor coupling, particle velocity has the greatest impact on the porosity of the Al6061 coating, and the substrate temperature has the least impact. Optimum spraying parameters: particle temperature 649.692K, substrate temperature 536.437K, and particle velocity 672.385m/s. Under the optimal spraying parameters, the porosity value of the Al6061 coating is 1.91875%; The error between the predicted value and the actual value obtained by numerical simulation is only 2.55%.

The subject matter of this study is to use numerical simulation methods to study the influence of the temperature of particles and substrates on the post-deposition coating during the multi-particle deposition process of cold spray. The goal is to study the temperature of Al6061 particles and the temperature of the substrate, which are factors that have a greater impact on the deposited coating, and to observe the shape of the coating and the temperature distribution of the cross-section of the substrate after deposition. The tasks to be solved are as follows: use Python scripts to model multi-particles, generate and randomly assign positions according to particle size distribution in the Euler domain, and establish a cold spray multi-particle collision model to simulate the process of cold spray deposition. The following methods were used: The influence of temperature and substrate temperature on the deposited coating was studied through a single variable method; the Coupled Eulerian Lagrangian (CEL) method was used to simulate the collision process of cold-sprayed Al6061 multi-particles. The following results were obtained: changing the temperature of Al6061 particles has a more obvious control effect on the porosity of the deposited coating; after particles of different temperatures impact the constant-temperature substrate, the high-temperature area on the surface of the substrate is mainly located at the junction of pits; after the particle temperature reaches 650K, the coating changes after deposition are no longer significant, indicating an optimal temperature range for Al6061 particle deposition; increasing the temperature of the substrate can increase the depth of particle deposition on the substrate; at the same time, it serves as a reference basis for further using the CEL method to predict the porosity of the Al6061 coating. Conclusions. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is as follows: 1) powder preheating can effectively reduce the porosity of Al6061 coating; 2) the CEL method has good robustness and is used to simulate cold spray multi-particle deposition to monitor the porosity of the coating, which cannot be achieved by the SPH and ALE methods.

Background and objectives: Stellate ganglion block (SGB) has significant therapeutic efficacy in various clinical practices and further exploration of SGB is needed. The mouse model of SGB had not been reported and the effect on cerebral cortical blood flow (CCBF) was controversial. We aimed to establish an stellate ganglion block (SGB) mouse model and explore how SGB influences CCBF. Methods: Male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into five groups (n = 6): groups L (left SGB) and R (right SGB) received an injection of 0.25% ropivacaine hydrochloride (0.08 mL) on the respective stellate ganglion; similarly, groups SL (left saline control) and SR (right saline control) received an injection of normal saline (0.08 mL) instead. Group C received no intervention. CCBF was assessed before SGB (T0) and 10 (T1), 30 (T2), 60 (T3), 90 (T4), and 120 min (T5) after SGB using laser speckle contrast imaging system. Results: The SGB mouse model was successfully established in groups L and R. Compared with baseline, CCBF on the blocked side decreased at T1, increased at T2–T5, and peaked at T3 in groups L and R (all, P < 0.01). Compared with groups C and SL, the CCBF on the left side decreased at T1 and increased at T2–T5 in group L (all, P < 0.05). A similar trend was noted in groups C and SR relative to group R. The CCBF on the unblocked side decreased at T1, increased at T2–T5, and peaked at T3 in groups L and R (all, P < 0.01). Conclusions: The SGB mouse model was established successfully. Unilateral SGB can affect bilateral cerebral cortical blood flow, which shows a transitory decrease followed by a significant increase for at least 2 h.

Escherichia coli is a gram-negative bacterium, an intestinal pathogen that can cause intestinal inflammation. Antimicrobial peptides are a class of small molecule peptides, which has good antibacterial activity against a variety of gram-positive and negative bacteria. In this regard, the authors aimed to study the effect of the antimicrobial peptide MPX, which was administered orally, on the intestinal wall of mice infected with the intestinal barrier function, which were infected with E. coli. Synthesis and purification of the antimicrobial peptide MPX (H-INWKGIAAMAKKLL-NH2) was performed by Jier Sheng Hua (Shanghai, China). Mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used for this purpose. Escherichia Coli (O157: H7 ATCC43889) was isolated from human faeces in which haemolytic uremic syndrome was reported. Solid LB agar (Solarbio, China) was used to isolate enterohemorrhagic E. coli. The culture was obtained from the Chinese Institute of Veterinary Drug Control (Beijing, China). The results of necropsy found that using of an orally administered MPX could alleviate the damage of E. coli to the liver, spleen, and the lungs were less affected. According to H&E results in case of an orally administered MPX group considerably relieved duodenum and organs on day 7 and day 28. qRT-PCR results showed orally administered MPX could reduce the inflammation-related factors in the mRNA expression of IL-2 and IL-6 and TNF-α on day 7 and day 28. In addition, orally administered MPX could significantly increase them RNA expression of tight junction proteins Occludin and Zo-1 on day 7 and day 28. The results of immune histochemistry further showed that an orally administered MPX could increase the mRNA expression of MUC2 in jejunum. The above results showed that orally administered MPX could alleviate the attack of E. coli on the intestinal tract of mice, relieve intestinal inflammation, and improve the intestinal barrier function. This study lays a theoretical foundation for adding antimicrobial peptides to food. In orally administered MPX authors can see reducing the mRNA expression of inflammation-related factors, thereby alleviating the intestinal inflammation caused by E. coli infection in mice. Authors can add that orally administered MPX shows an increase in mRNA expression of tight junction protein in intestines and improves the intestinal barrier function. This study lays the foundation for adding antimicrobial peptides to food to relieve inflammation and improve barrier function in clinical practices

In dairy farms of Ukraine, where highly productive dairy cows are kept, liver lesions are often diagnosed in the postpartum period. Postmortem studies of the liver of cows that were forcibly slaughtered showed that in mostly animals were diagnosed with fatty degeneration of the liver. The main causes of fatty hepatosis were violations of the structure of rations, imbalance of feeding on essential nutrients and biologically active substances, low content of easily digestible carbohydrates and high protein content. The study was performed on cows aged 4–5 years with productivity for the previous lactation of 5.600–7.500 L of milk, in a winter-stall period of keeping, 2–3 weeks after calving. According to clinical and biochemical blood tests, two groups of cows were formed – 50 clinically healthy and 50 cows with fatty liver disease. In cows diagnosed with fatty liver degeneration, the disease was manifested by decreased productivity and fatness, loss of appetite, oppression, hypotony of the rumen, reticulum and omasum. In some cows, there was pain at the liver area, increasing boundaries of hepatic dullness, jaundice of the visible mucous membranes and sclera. The blood serum of all cows with fatty liver disease established a decrease in albumin content, indicating impaired protein synthesis function of the liver. In some cows, the content of total protein in the serum increased due to globulin fractions, mainly gamma globulins. The ratio between the content of albumins and globulins decreased, which indicates the development in the blood of sick animals dysproteinemia. The development of fatty infiltration of the liver caused an increase in the concentration of bile acids in the serum of all sick cows. This is due to reduced conjugation and excretion of cholates by affected hepatocytes from the bile capillaries. The formation, absorption, conjugation, and excretion of bilirubin in the bile is disturbed, which causes the accumulation of total and conjugated bilirubin in the serum of sick animals. The cholesterol content in the blood of cows decreased, caused a violation of the esterification of its esters by hepatocytes. The established changes in the content of bile acids, total and conjugated bilirubin, and cholesterol in the blood of sick cows indicate a violation of bile secretion, bile production, and cholestasis development. In some cows with fatty liver degeneration, urea formation function and carbohydrate function are impaired, leading to a decrease in blood urea content and glucose.

According to the requirements of the aerospace industry for high strength, high stiffness, and lightweight structural parts, topology optimization has been proved to be an effective product design method. As one of the most conceptual and prospective structural optimization design methods, topology optimization intends to seek the optimal layout of materials in an allowed design region under a given load and boundary conditions. Thus, the object of study in the article is the method of topological optimization of aircraft structures. The goal of this article is to analyze the existing approaches, algorithms, as well as application of the method of topological optimization in the aerospace field in applied problems. The tasks are to describe the existing various approaches methods, features, and research directions of topological optimization as well as to study the possibility of application in the manufacturing process of composite structures. The following results were obtained. The optimization methods are briefly explained and compared, and the advantages and limitations of each approach are discussed. The various ways of simultaneous optimization of fiber orientation and structural topology were described and analyzed. The features of different methods of continuous fiber orientation optimization method were reviewed. The discrete fiber orientation optimization methods were represented. The possibility of multi-scale concurrent topological optimization was described. The combination of topology optimization and additive manufacturing was considered. Finally, the topology optimization of FRC structures which have been resolved in literature are reviewed and the potential research fields requiring more investigation are pointed out. Conclusions. In the article, a comprehensive review of the topology optimization design of FRC structures was presented. The promising way is to combine topology optimization with additive manufacturing techniques. However, these proposed methods may not suitable for other more complex problems, such as bucking stability and natural frequency. Hence, the topology optimization design of complex FRC components under complicated conditions is the main challenge in the future. This can be a new trend in the topology design of FRC structures.

Cold spray technology is an advanced spray technology, and its technical principle is the same as that of additive manufacturing technology. Cold spraying technology combines multiple advantages in the spraying field: not only can the deposition of thick coatings be achieved, but the coatings prepared by this technology have the characteristics of high density, low oxygen content, good mechanical properties of the coating surface, and high deposition efficiency. Cold spraying technology can prepare corrosion-resistant coatings, high-temperature resistant coatings, wear-resistant coatings, conductive coatings, anti-oxidation coatings, and other functional coatings. After decades of development and exploration, cold spraying technology is preparing metal coatings. The application is very wide and the process is mature; the same cold spray technology can also prepare non-metallic coatings. Mainly to immerse repair and protect the surface of metal alloy parts and a small part of non-metal parts, so that these parts have better mechanical properties and mechanical behavior. This article mainly reviews the application of cold spray technology in the field of spray materials and summarizes the existing conventional metal series, rare metal series and non-metal material, conventional non-ferrous metals: copper, titanium, aluminum and nickel. Metal materials are currently widely used in the field of cold spraying. Among them, titanium-based metals restrict their applications due to their own properties; rare metals: tungsten, tantalum, and niobium-based metal materials. The application of rare metals in cold spraying is still in its infancy stage; non-metallic materials: polymer materials and ceramic powder materials, non-metallic materials have the characteristics of surface modification and strengthening technology, but also have low oxygen content, low thermal stress, high density, good bonding strength, in the deposition process and the substrate will not change the advantages of physical organization structure. Finally, the existing problems of rare metal materials and non-metal materials are raised.

The composite structures in the aerospace industry for in recent decades are widely applied however, at the beginning of the 21st century composites are growing rapidly. The largest companies in the aerospace industry are increasing the volume of composites application of in the structures, and nowadays the volume of composites reaches 50%. The different elements of aircraft and even highly loaded structures such as spars, ribs, skin, etc., are currently made from composites. First of all, this is due to the possibility of a significant reduction in the weight of the structure, as well as a decreasing in production costs. The advanced technologies in the engineering software allows to solute different complex problems. One of the main direct of research in the composites is optimization of composite structure due to improving the relative strength and relative stiffness of the composite structure, and improving the efficiency of manufacturing processes. There are a lot of methods of optimizations but currently the topological optimization is the most conceptual and forward-looking method. The main goal of the article is to analyze and estimate the approach for designing wing rib with symmetric laminated plates with the different fiber orientation based on the topology optimization. The following tasks were solved for this: firstly, a topological optimization model was determined. This model was based on maximum stiffness with a specified volume constraint is established. The next step was optimization by the solid isotropic material with penalization (SIMP) model and sensitivity filtering technique; as a result of optimization the topological structures of wing rib with different fibre orientations were obtained. The topological structure and stiffness of the wing rib depend on the fibre orientation. Finally, the corresponding morphing analysis of wing rib with laminated plates is implemented by adopting ANSYS, which verified the anti-deforming capability of topology structure and illustrated the feasibility for designing the wing rib. The result shows that the maximum deformation of optimized structure is 1.57mm, whereas the maximum deformation of the un-optimized structure is 2.02 mm. Under the condition of the same material removals, the optimized structure can decrease by more than 20% deformations.

Titanium alloys are the main structural material of aerospace system component, about 75 % of titanium and titanium alloys are used in the aerospace industry, which have the advantages of low density, high specific strength and excellent corrosion resistance, However, its low wear resistance limits the further application of titanium alloy. Therefore, it is of great significance to the surface protection of titanium alloy. Surface coating technology can solve the problems of titanium alloy wear. Currently, there are many coating technologies to solve the problems of wear and corrosion, including the cold spraying(CS), high velocity oxy-fuel(HVOF), the thermo-chemical treatment, the gas phase deposition, the laser melted; the plasma spray coating, the double-plasma surface alloying technology, arc spray, etc, However, when thermal spraying is used to prepare anti-titanium fire coating, the tip of the blade is prone to overheating, thus affecting the performance of the blade. But cold spraying technology is due to the preparation of titanium alloy protective coating in solid state, and the coating has high bonding strength and good impact toughness, furthermore, it can deposit almost any powder materials, such as pure metals, including aluminum(Al), magnesium(Mg), titanium(Ti), nickel(Ni), cobalt(Co)，niobium(Nb), tantalum(Ta), Copper(Cu), tungsten(W), etc; nonmetal such as ceramic, etc; Metallic alloys; composite coating, including Al-Zn, Ti-Al, Ni-Al, Al-Mg, Al-SiC, Al-Al2O3, Ti-Ti6Al4V-Al2O3, Ni-Zn, Ni-cBN, Ni-Zn-Al2O3, Ti-Ta, Al-Mg17Al12, Al-FeSiBNbCu, WC-Co, Cr3C2-NiCr, etc. It can also directly sprayed mixed powder to produce wear resistant coatings, hence, it is widely used. At present, cold-sprayed titanium alloy materials are mainly used in the field of substrate protection and repair, and the field of cold-sprayed titanium alloy additive manufacturing that has appeared in recent years is still in the stage of process and basic theoretical exploration. In order to better understand the latest status of cold spray coating of titanium alloy, in this paper, the wear resistance coating on aircraft titanium alloy parts by cold spraying technology was reviewed, produce wear resistance coating directly by cold spraying technology was analyzed.

In recent years, due to the unreasonable use of antibiotics, bacterial resistance has increased, posing a huge threat to human health and the healthy development of the swine industry. Therefore, it is an urgent to look for antibiotic alternatives. Antimicrobial peptides are a class of small molecule peptides, which are the body's first line of defense against the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms. They have small molecular weight, good water solubility, and not easy to produce drug resistance. Therefore, antimicrobial peptides are considered as one of the best alternatives to antibiotics. This review focuses on the mechanism of action of antimicrobial peptides, especially improve performance, improve intestinal inflammation and nutrient digestibility, regulate the intestinal microbiota and enhance the immune function of swine. Overall, AMPs have great potential for application as an alternative to antibiotics in swine industry.

Titanium alloys have the advantages of high specific strength, good corrosion resistance, high heat resistance, and low density, which is the main structural material of aerospace system components, including compressor blade, cartridge receiver, blisk, engine nacelle, thermal baffle and so on. At present, about three-quarters of titanium and titanium alloys in the world are used in the aerospace industry, including A350 for 14%, F18 for 15 %, B787 for 15 %, SU-57 for 18 %, J-20 for 20 %, FC-31 fighters for 25 %, F35 for about 27 %, and F22 up to 41 %, etc, so it has the reputation of "space metal". However, its low wear resistance limits the further development of titanium alloy. Besides, its high manufacturing cost, if only require the occasion of surface performance can reduce the use of the substrate, and then reduced the cost. Therefore, the study of aircraft titanium alloy is of great significance, the protection of titanium alloy includes alloying technology and coating technology. Alloying technology mainly adds other elements on its basis to improve the performance, while the most popular method is coating technology, the present, there are many coating technologies, include high-velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF), HVAF, cold spraying, laser cladding, laser micro-fusion in-situ synthesized technology, micro-arc oxidation, laser melt injection (LMI), supersonic laser deposition (SLD) and supersonic plasma spray technology, surface repair titanium alloy parts by cold spraying technology are good ways to solve those problems. Because of its low process temperature, no oxidation, only plastic deformation, and repair efficiency are high, the protective coating has high bonding strength and good impact toughness. In this paper, the types and applications of aircraft titanium alloys were reviewed, the latest research results of surface repair of titanium alloys parts by cold spraying technology were reviewed, technological parameters of the cold gas dynamic spraying technology was analyzed, including powder size of particles, morphologies, critical velocity, particle compression rate, substrate preheating effects on the particle/substrate adhesion, etc.

Cold spray technology is a method of deposited metal coatings by high-speed particle impact, especially in the preparation of metal alloy materials (Cu alloys, Ti alloys, Al alloys, Ni-based alloys, Mg alloys, stainless steels, and high-temperature alloys, etc.) The performance is particularly outstanding. The sprayed materials have better mechanical properties, mechanical properties, and service life, such as tensile strength, fatigue strength, and corrosion resistance. The defects and problems are of great significance. This article summarizes the repair process and technical characteristics of cold spray technology, and repairs and protects the Cu, Ti, Al, Ni, Mg, and stainless steel and other metals and their alloys from corrosion, fatigue, and wear. The maintenance is reviewed, and the application of combining cold spray technology with additive manufacturing – Selective Laser Melting technology is proposed. Many materials can be used in the field of cold spray technology and Additive Manufacturing – Selective Laser Melting technology. In the communication between the two, the combination of technology and method is of great significance; the influence of spraying parameters of cold spraying technology (such as powder particle shape, spraying angle, spraying distance, critical speed and temperature of particles and substrate, etc.) on spraying effect and efficiency are proposed. Finally, the development of cold spray technology: post-processing of parts, critical speed and numerical simulation are possible.

Cold spray technology can obtain coatings in a solid state, suitable for deposition protection, repair, and additive manufacturing. In order to further expand the application areas of cold spraying nozzles, especially the inner surface of the components or areas where a Straight-line conical nozzle cannot be applied, because the study of the throat of the nozzle with the angle will directly reduce the total length of the nozzle (the horizontal direction), hence, the spray with the angle will show its advantage. This study discusses the influence of the throat structure of the conical cold spray nozzle on the acceleration characteristics, including the throat’s size, length, and angle. The results show the following. Firstly, under the premise of keeping the shrinkage ratio and divergence ratio unchanged at normal temperature, the throat diameter is between 2–6 mm in size, and the maximum growth rate exceeds 20 m/s. When the throat exceeds 6mm, the growth rate of the outlet slows down, and the growth rate is only 8 m/s. Secondly, the length of the throat has little effect on the acceleration characteristics, the total range fluctuated from 533 to 550 m/s, and 11 mm length of the throat is the closest to 0mm. Additionally, the 90° throat angle has the least effect on the acceleration characteristics. Finally, the particle trajectory is affected by inlet pressure, injection pressure, particle size, and other factors.

Purpose. The purpose of this paper is to review the evolutionary development process of rural governance in New China and to reflect on the governance measures adopted by the country's rural revitalization strategy. Methodology / approach. This paper uses theoretical analysis and comparative analysis methods to analyze the rural governance practices since the founding of New China by using the perspective of endogenous development theory. Through the literature research and related policy documents of a large number of rural governance researches, the paper summarizes the accumulated data, analyzes the evolution process of rural governance in China and evaluates the current status of the governance system. Results. The article briefly reviews the evolution of rural governance in China since the founding of New China, including major policy adjustments and changes in actual conditions. Domestic scholars have studied the ability of each subject to participate in governance and the actual governance model. It should be pointed out that the importance of participating ability in the subject is more significant when various conditions are becoming more and more perfect. Especially in the case of the country’s continuous strengthening of the external governance capacity at the grassroots level, the villagers’ own participation ability and willingness have not improved, so the purpose of governance itself is difficult to achieve. It may further affect the realization of the national rural revitalization strategy and the governance modernization process of the entire country. Originality / scientific novelty. From the perspective of endogenous development, this paper analyzes the ability of rural governance to participate in the main body, and evaluates the problems faced by rural governance in the current stage of China’s injection of huge resources into rural areas. Practical value / implications. To better play a role in the current rural revitalization strategy, the government provides a way of thinking to better formulate policies and achieve sustainable development in rural areas.

Titanium alloy is the main structural material of the aerospace system component. About 75 % of titanium and titanium alloys in the world are used in the aerospace industry. Hence, it is of great significance to study the surface deposition characteristics by cold spraying technology, taking Ti-6Al-4V alloy as an example, smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) method in Abaqus/Explicit was used to spray aluminum, Ti-6Al-4V, copper, tungsten alloy (W alloy) and titanium particles onto Ti-6Al-4V substrate. The simulation results show that the deposition effect is good over 600 m/s, and higher energy is obtained for Ti-6Al-4V particles with the same properties as the matrix. For aluminum, Ti-6Al-4V, copper, W alloy, and titanium particles with different properties, under the same initial speed condition, the greater the density of the material, the deeper the foundation pit. W Alloy has the largest initial kinetic energy, the deepest foundation pit, and better surface bonding performance. The aluminum particle has the smallest initial kinetic energy, the shallowest foundation pit. However, the deposition effect of multiple aluminum particles has not improved. The collision process’s kinetic energy is transformed into internal energy, frictional dissipation, and viscous dissipation. Besides, the internal energy is mainly plastic dissipation and strain energy. Therefore, it is recommended to use Ti-6Al-4V, copper, nickel, W alloy, and titanium particles for different occasions, such as Ti-6Al-4V substrate surface restorative and protective coatings. Pure aluminum particles are not recommended.
