The article is devoted to the disclosure of the essence of the concept “communicative skills” as well as related definitions in order to improve the existing categorical apparatus. Various approaches of domestic proficient with a view to determining similar in meaning and equivalent concepts have been studied and systematized to the following definitions: “communicative skills”, “communicative attainments”, “communicative abilities”, “communicative competencies”, “communicative competence”. The concept “communicative skills” in the domestic scientific literature is often used as a synonym of communicative competencies or communicative competence was found in the broad sense. Communicative skills are seen as a superstructure over the basis of communicative attainments and the common content field of these two definitions corresponds to the semantic field of the concept “communicative competence” in the narrow sense. The model of the content field of the concept “communicative skills” in the narrow sense and related concepts of “communicative competence” and “communicative attainments” is constructed. The author’s definition of the notion “communicative skills” in the broad and narrow sense is formulated. Communication skills in the narrow sense are proposed to mean the addition of a set of communication skills acquired by a person during the process of improving their own communication practices, which are based on the principles of flexible adaptation and increasing their productivity and the effectiveness of changes. Communicative skills can be used as a synonym of communicative competence in the broader sense of the term., Статтю присвячено розкриттю змісту поняття “комунікативні уміння”, а також споріднених дефініцій з метою вдосконалення наявного категоріального апарату. Досліджено та систематизовано різні підходи вітчизняних фахівців до визначення наступних близьких або тотожних за змістом понять: “комунікативні уміння”, “комунікативні навички”, “комунікативні здібності”, “комунікативні компетенції”, “комунікативна компетентність”. З’ясовано, що в широкому розумінні поняття “комунікативні уміння” у вітчизняній науковій літературі часто застосовується як синонім комунікативних компетенцій або комунікативної компетентності. У вузькому розумінні комунікативні уміння розглядаються як надбудова над базисом комунікативних навичок, а загальне змістове поле цих двох дефініцій відповідає змістовому полю поняття “комунікативна компетентність”. Побудовано модель змістового поля поняття “комунікативні уміння” у вузькому розумінні та споріднених із ним понять “комунікативна компетентність” та “комунікативні навички”. Сформульовано авторське визначення поняття “комунікативні уміння” в широкому та вузькому розумінні. У вузькому значенні під комунікативними уміннями пропонується розуміти надбудову над комплексом комунікативних навичок, що набувається особистістю у процесі вдосконалення власних комунікаційних практик на принципах гнучкої адаптації та підвищення їх продуктивності та ефективності. У більш широкому розумінні комунікативні уміння можуть застосовуватись як синонім комунікативної компетентності.

In article the problem of use of game technologies during the professional training of the future experts-legal experts is stated. essence of interactive training is considered, in particular, the example of practical training on legal rhetoric and speech culture is resulted. The method of training of modern legal communication is considered and attention is focused on carrying out of preventive, educational hours by second-year students among schoolchildren on actual themes in gymnasiums, lyceums, colleges. It was substantiated the expediency of classroom and out-of-classroom trainings, where the future legal experts practice the skills and abilities of public speaking and communicative competence, gaining practical experience. The main principles of using the training exercises, game technologies in the communicative activity of future lawyers were defined. In the article pedagogical requirements to the use of game technologies in the educational process were substantiated., У статті порушено проблему використання ігрових технологій у фаховій освіті майбутніх спеціалістів-юристів, розглянуто сутність інтерактивного навчання, зокрема, наведено приклад практичного заняття з юридичної риторики та мовної культури, подано метод тренінгу сучасної юридичної комунікації та акцентовано увагу на проведенні профілактичних, навчально-виховних годин студентами-другокурсниками серед школярів на актуальні теми у гімназіях, ліцеях, коледжах, обґрунтовано доцільність проведення аудиторних та поза аудиторних занять, на яких майбутні фахівці-юристи відпрацьовують уміння і навички з ораторського мистецтва та комунікативної компетентності, отримуючи практичний досвід, визначено засадничі принципи використання тренінгових вправ, ігрових технологій у комунікативній діяльності майбутніх правознавців, обґрунтовано педагогічні вимоги до використання ігрових технологій в освітньому процесі.

Проведення тренінгів під час практичних і семінарських навчальних занять полягає в тому, що інтерактивне спілкування мотивує студентів і викладача до динамічного пошуку найбільш вірного вирішення поставленої під час заняття проблеми, активізує застосування комунікативних прийомів і методів, сприяє набуттю практичних навичок у формуванні команди, обгрунтуванню власної думки, оптимізації кінцевого рішення відповідної проблематики. Відображено основні конструктивні елементи формування зацікавленості аудиторії до спілкування; визначено основні концептуальні засади щодо методики, засобів і технології організації, проведення тренінгів за відповідною тематикою. Запропоновано алгоритм проведення тренінгу з дисциплін гуманітарного, економічного й технічного профілю для студентів, що навчаються за напрямами та спеціальностями сфери обслуговування, як галузі економіки народного господарства України. The urgency of the issue of conducting trainings during practical and seminary training sessions in higher educational institutions of Ukraine is that interactive communication motivates students and the teacher to dynamically find the most correct solution to the problem posed during the employment, activates the use of communicative techniques and methods, facilitates acquiring practical skills in formation of a team, substantiation of own opinion, optimization of the final decision of the relevant problem. The purpose of writing the article is to analyze the communicative competences of students studying in the specialties «Tourism», «Hotel and restaurant business» that must be mastered and identified during the conduct of the relevant training sessions. Among the methods used for research, analytical, systemic, comparative, statistical analysis, scientific classification and systematization, the principles of dialectical logic, factor analysis. The results of the study are to determine the main methods and means for disclosing the communicative competencies of students during the training. The article presents the main constructive elements of forming the audience's interest in communication, defining the main conceptual foundations for the methodology, means and technology of organization and conducting trainings on the relevant topics. The analysis of positive and negative experience of organizing and conducting trainings, including for students of the specialty «Tourism», was analyzed. The directions of optimization of efforts of the teacher/trainer during preparation for training are determined. The general principles and specific features of successful training for students who master disciplines in the specialty «Tourism» and «Hotel and restaurant business» are investigated. Throughout the study, a number of analytical findings were made by conducting appropriate training among students. The algorithm of the training on the subjects of humanitarian, economic and technical profile for students who are trained in the specialties of the service sector as an industry of the economy of the national economy of Ukraine is proposed
