The article describes the results of implementing the psychological support and professional communication program "Psychological Support Art Workshop" as part of the training course conducted by the methodological institution of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine -- the State Scientific and Methodological Center for the Content of Cultural and Artistic Education. In the conditions of continued Russian aggression against Ukraine in 2023-2024 for teachers in art education, the Center offered a unique educational program of a psychological direction, which provided the participants of the educational process with knowledge and skills regarding available art therapy tools related to various types of arts, focused on the issues of ensuring one's own psychological support as a systematic application of self-regulation methods, provided the possibility of constant professional communication. During the webinars, special attention was paid to information and art practices regarding the influence of colours, music, movements, images, etc., on the mental state of adults and children and integrating art therapy technologies into teaching methods. For 2023- 2024, 927 participants who completed educational tests and practical tasks mastered the educational program. For all topics and types of tasks, the project reached about 9,000 participants who joined the online webinars, completed the tasks, and were acquainted with the information in the form of views. A significant number of participants at the end of the course highly appreciated the practical component of the proposed program, systematically and creatively performing such tasks. Monitoring of the effectiveness of the program showed that the participants updated their knowledge about their use of psychological tools that help overcome tension, and temporary destructive psychological states, find a way out of stressful situations, and can also, thanks to the acquired skills, strengthen their psychological health, maintain resilience and, through art, help others.
