Türkiye; It has hosted different civilizations throughout history, has been at the intersection of many civilizations due to its geopolitical location, and has always been an important region in terms of culture and trade. Terrorist attacks around the world in recent years and increasingly evident security threats in different categories bring threats and risks to Türkiye's security. The Turkish Police Department has a vital importance in ensuring the internal security and international security of the country in order to combat these threats. Türkiye's efforts, especially on issues such as international cooperation and respect for human rights, strengthen its position as an important partner in ensuring international security and stability. In the light of this information, in this study, the importance of the Turkish Police Organization in terms of international security has been evaluated specifically for Türkiye. Globalization and increasing international cooperation have made the role of police organizations in the security policies of states even more critical. Türkiye; It is a country that has to optimize the role of its police force in international security due to its geopolitical location and regional dynamics. In this context, the research conducted to complete the study was based on observation and analysis, which is one of the qualitative data collection methods. The process of examining the events and facts related to the subject of the study in a holistic manner was completed by examining books, articles and journal publications related to the subject of the study.
