The aim of this study is to demonstrate the effects of user attributes on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation success and organizational performance. User attributes represent user satisfaction and user resistance. There are also two sub-dimension of user satisfaction. Those are perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Research data obtained from 236 firms through surveys which were analyzed by using factor analysis. As a results; it was observed that user satisfaction, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness has a statistically positive influence on ERP implementation success and perceived organizational performance. Although user resistance has a positive influence on ERP implementation success and perceived organizational performance, it is not statistically significant. It was observed as a review of examination on the parameters of the research that, perceived organizational performance increases as the ERP implementation success increases. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
