This research was conducted to find out the relationships of psychological capital with perceived employability and its dimensions (i.e., self-efficacy, hope, optimism and psychological resilience). In this context, a questionnaire was employed to students from various high schools and faculties (264) electronically via random sampling method. The analysis findings support that the structural validity of the scales is appropriate and that the psychological capital and dimensions of the students significantly and positively affect the perceived employability. It is thought that results of the current research can make a significant contribution to filling the literature gap related to the subject and can enhance the training and development processes of people who will start a business life for the first time or people thinking about career change, in a practical sense.
