The main aim of this study is to analyze the determinants of savings of countries in different income groups. For this purpose, the classification of high-income countries, upper-middle income countries and low-middle income countries were used. 2000-2014 period was taken and panel data method was applied. As a result, there is a positive relationship between gross domestic saving and deposit interest rate, per capita income growth, inflation rate, urban population growth and rural population growth; negative relationship between unemployment rate and gross domestic saving in high-income countries and upper-middle income countries. There is a positive relationship between gross domestic saving and deposit interest rate, per capita income growth and inflation rate; negative relationship between unemployment rate, urban population growth and rural population growth in low-middle income countries.
