Integrated reporting is defined as the reporting activity that presents financial and non-financial information of organizations, on the basis of value creation, how value is created, preserved or consumed in the short, medium and long term. The interest-free banking sector, whose way of carrying out its activities is based on Islamic principles, emerges as the sector whose size in interest-free financial assets is increasing every year. However, when the IIRC Database is examined, it is seen that there are few interest-free banks in the world that publish integrated reports. In the study, it is aimed to examine the integrated reports of interest-free banks in the IIRC Database operating in South Africa, the country where integrated reporting is the best in the world, and to guide other interest-free banks. The purpose of bibliographic identification of information resources is to identify information resources, access ends with certain rules and present these resources to users. RDA is a set of new rules that can do these operations today. In order to overcome the problems from AAKK, RDA was adopted. The aim of this study is to reveal how the transition to RDA has occured in cataloging applications in the world and in our country. It also aims to ensure that examples are used in order to accelerate the transition in our country. Method: The research was created from a literature review on RDA. An initial search of library databases for the terms "RDA" and "RDA application" yielded several hundred results. When the search results were reviewed, several journals appeared in the literature on RDA. The articles in these journals covering all aspects of the transition to the RDA application were reviewed. Documentation on the RDA Toolkit, EURIG, and RSC websites enabled the knowledge centers to compile data on current implementation trends. The websites of some information centers offered brief overviews of cataloging rules and customs. These have been our guide in RDA applications and migration work. In our study, document analysis method and descriptive method were used. Findings: RDA, which started to be implemented in 2013, has rapidly spread in developed countries. It has started to be implemented in some university libraries in our country, but it is not yet implemented in the National Library and public libraries. Conclusion: There are similar problems in Turkey regarding the transition to RDA as in other countries. Offered solutions in the other countries can be examined and they can be taken as role model. The transition to RDA standards continues rapidly all over the world. In our country, it is inevitable to switch to RDA as soon as possible. Originality: RDA has enabled more detailed and interconnected information resources to be presented to the user in the most accurate way in today's conditions. In this study, different from other studies in the literature, various examples from the world were given for the new cataloging rule RDA standard and the need for rapid transition to RDA in our country was highlighted. CORPORATE image , *CRISIS communication , *TELEPHONE operators , *TELEPHONE networks , *INFORMATION organization - Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the relationships between the reliability and effectiveness of crisis communication strategies and the sense of satisfaction and corporate reputation and, to reveal the determining elements of supportive behavioral intentions. It is very important to manage information and communication effectively during the crisis. Because crises create a state of uncertainty. In order to overcome uncertainty, it is important to communicate information to the public. If the public does not receive sufficient information from the organizations or dissatisfied with the information received, it turns to other alternative sources. This increases the likelihood that false information and speculation will spread. The fact that telephone operators could not serve for a while after the 5.8 earthquake that occurred in Silivri on 26 September 2019 was the most talked about issue on social media and confirmed this situation. This study was conducted on 312 people who could not get service from the operators due to the problem in telephone networks after the earthquake and it was aimed to contribute to a better understanding of the importance of crisis communication. According to the results of the research, although the corporate reputation of telephone operators is quite high, corporate reputation is seen as a fragile asset in the uncertainty situations created by the crisis environment. The lack of any information during the crisis has reduced the trust of the telephone operators and increased the negative discourse. Due to the uncertainty and anger experienced during the crisis, it was found that users were able to convey negative messages and like / share negative messages on social media. TERM limits (Public office) , *INFORMATION organization , *PALACES , *CENSORSHIP , *SUPERVISORS - Abstract
Although Enderun comes to mind immediately when it comes to Palace Organization, the organization that existed before Enderun, is the Babüssaade Organization. Since all the Babüssaade agha sare white-skinned eunuchs, they are also named as ak aghas, and their term of office in the palace is much longer than the Enderunites. Although Babüssaade Agha / Kapı Aghasi, the Supervisor of this Organisation, is encountered in all sources, it is not possible to reach detailed information about the organization. Perhaps, the fact that the aghas forming the organization, being akhadims caused it to be censored in every period. As it is well known by everyone that the chronicles are reluctant to talk about the issues related to the palace, the unquestionable power of chief white eunuch in government, in addition commanding the Old Palace, Edirne Palace, Galata Palace, Ibrahim Pasha Palace, Enderun and Harem-i Hümayun, may have made it dangerous to provide information about them. Organizations communicate with the internal and external environment in order to carry out their activities and maintain their existence. The information flow of organizations with the external environment is expressed as inter-institutional communication. Inter-institutional communication is of great importance especially for public institutions whose activities are interconnected. For this reason, the aim of this study is to understand how employees working in public institutions approach various aspects of inter-institutional communication. In the study, which was based on qualitative research design, face to face interviews were conducted with 12 public employees. Written communication has become a necessity in public institutions, as well as their use in research because they are provable in terms of their answers and provide legal assurance. Among the other types of communication, it was observed that they maintained a verbal communication by telephone, face to face, as well as written communication via social media. The reason for preferring verbal communication is faster returns. In addition, it has been found that verbal communication facilitates the work, makes it quicker in emergencies, and has priority in terms of information and guidance. In case of problems in inter-institutional communication, it was found that the participants searched new methods based on the solution they experienced, developed individual solutions, preferred open communication, took care to be in control of the laws and applied to the upper authority. It was also found that there are various problems related to the lack of understanding of professional terms in inter-institutional communication [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

RECORDS management , *SOCIETIES , *INFORMATION resources management , *FILING systems (Documents) , *INFORMATION organization - Abstract
In order to identify the conditions and problems of institutional records management upon the example of Turkish Red Crescent Society, surveys were carried out both at the headquarters and branches, to examine the general hypothesis: "Records management applications might be elaborated by means of capacity evaluation attempts". Survey results had shown that 96.7% of the personnel shared the fundamental opinion behind the hypothesis. Moreover, the analysis of the results had indicated that the institution experiences difficulties with its the records management system. The difficulties had been observed to arise especially in personnel training, defining metadata for accessing records, restrictions to access, evaluation and annihilation processes, establishing supervision, broadening the applications and the transition into the electronic communications media.
