Küresel piyasaların zorlu koşulları, kurumların varlıklarını koruyup, sürdürülebilir rekabet avantajı sağlamaları konusunda sahip oldukları soyut değerlere daha fazla önem vermeleri gerekliliğini ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bir kurumun itibarı, inovasyon kapasitesi, beşeri sermayesi kurumların sahip olduğu soyut varlıklarındandır. Bu tez çalışması kurumlara rekabet avantajı sağlayan soyut değerlerinden kurumsal itibarın; kurumları farklılaştıran, kurumlardan gerçekleşen inovasyonların sürekliliğini sağlayan çalışanların inovatif davranışlarını etkileyebileceği varsayımıyla başlamıştır. Kurumsal itibar, kurumun diğer önemli rakiplerine göre paydaşları açısından çekiciliğini tanımlayan, geçmiş faaliyetlerinin ve gelecekle ilgili başarı beklentilerinin algısal ifadesidir. Çalışanların inovatif davranışı ise bir iş rolü, grup veya örgüt içinde fayda sağlamak için bilinçli olarak yeni fikirlerin yaratılması, tanıtımı ve uygulanmasıdır. Yapılan çalışmalar incelendiğinde çalışanın inovatif davranışını etkileyen önemli faktörlerden birinin kurumun sahip olduğu teknolojisi olduğu dikkat çekmektedir. Yüksek teknolojili kurumların daha inovatif bir örgüt kültürü olduğu ifade edilmektedir. Bu bağlamda, tez çalışmasının amacı çalışanların kurumsal itibar algılarının, onların kurumlarında gerçekleştirdikleri inovatif davranışları etkisinde, çalışılan kurumun teknoloji düzeyinin rolünü analiz etmek olarak belirlenmiştir ve araştırma modeli bu şekilde oluşturulmuştur. Bunun yanında çalışanların kurumsal itibar algılarının ve inovatif davranışlarının çalıştıkları kurumun bulundukları listeye göre farklılık gösterip göstermediği konusu çalışmanın araştırma soruları arasındadır. Araştırma modeli ve oluşturulan hipotezleri test etmek amacıyla ISO'nun hazırladığı ilk 500 ve ikinci 500 sanayi kuruluşunda yapılan alan araştırmasında, toplamda 439 beyaz yaka çalışandan veriler elde edilmiştir. Yapılan istatistikî analizler sonucunda, kurumsal itibar algısının çalışanın inovatif davranışını etkilediği, ancak kurumsal itibar ile inovatif davranış arasındaki ilişkide teknoloji düzeyinin herhangi bir düzenleyicilik rolünün olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Hem kurumsal itibar hem de çalışanın inovatif davranış düzeyi kurumun dâhil olduğu listeye göre farklılık göstermektedir. Buna göre ilk 500 içerisinde yer alan kurumlarda çalışanların, kurumsal itibar algıları ve inovatif davranışları daha yüksek düzeydedir. Bulgular tartışılarak, sonuç ve önerilerle tez çalışması sonlandırılmıştır. The challenging conditions of global markets have led to the need for institutions to pay more attention to their intangible values in order to protect their assets and provide sustainable competitive advantage. An institution's reputation, innovation capacity, human capital are among the intangible assets of institutions. This thesis has started with the assumption that corporate reputation which is one of the intangible values that provide competitive advantage to institutions may affect the employee's innovative behavior that differentiate the institutions and ensure the continuity of the innovations realized from the institutions. Corporate reputation is a perceptual expression of past activities and future expectations of success, defining the attractiveness of the organization for its stakeholders compared to other important competitors. Employee innovative behavior is the creation, promotion and implementation of new ideas consciously to benefit within a business role, group or organization. When the studies are examined, it is noteworthy that one of the important factors affecting the employee's innovative behavior is the technology of the institution. It is stated that high-tech institutions have more innovative organizational culture. In this context, the aim of the thesis is to analyze the role of the technology level of the institution in the effect of the employees' perception of corporate reputation on their innovative behaviors in their institutions and the research model is formed in this way. In addition, the research questions of the study include whether employees' corporate reputation perceptions and their innovative behaviors differ according to the list of the institution they work for. In order to test the research model and the hypotheses, field research conducted in the first 500 and second 500 industrial establishments prepared by ISO yielded data from a total of 439 white collar employees. As a result of the statistical analyzes, it was concluded that the corporate reputation perception affects the employee's innovative behavior, but technology level does not have any moderator role in the relationship between corporate reputation and innovative behavior. Both corporate reputation perceptions and employee innovative behavior levels vary according to the list in which the organization is included. Accordingly, corporate reputation perceptions and employee's innovative behaviors in the top 500 institutions are higher. The findings were discussed and the thesis was finalized with conclusions and recommendations. 178
