Collaborative robots, in other words cobots, are good examples of the extent to which the developments in the robotics sector have come from the beginning of the 21st century. Cobots, which came into our lives with the understanding of the importance of automation technologies in the production sector, aimed to minimize the errors encountered due to production while increasing the production capacity and speed in industrial productions. Cobots, which have been used in different fields since the first day of its emergence, have been used in the fight against the pandemic, when the coronavirus (COVID-19) disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which started to be seen in the world at the end of 2019, caused a pandemic. The development process of collaborative robots, namely cobots, to protect human life and reduce the effects of the pandemic with the onset of the pandemic, has been examined by making use of past research. In this study, the success and widespread impact values of Cobots during the COVID-19 epidemic and pandemic were investigated and revealed., Kolaboratif robotlar diğer bir değişle cobotlar, 21. yüzyılın başlangıcından itibaren, robotik sektöründeki gelişmelerin geldiği boyutlara iyi birer örnek teşkil etmektedir.

Elde edilen sonuçların, demontaj hatları konusunda çalışan akademisyenlerin yanısıra demontaj hattı yöneticilerinin otomasyondan faydalanarak işçilere yönelik tehlikenin azaltılması konusunda yol göstereceği düşünülmektedir The disassembly process plays a key role in the realization of sustainability activities. Disassembly lines are used to perform the disassembly process efficiently. The danger posed by the tasks performed on disassembly lines on workers due to environmental and individual ergonomic risks can be reduced by the use of robots or collaborative robots instead of workers. Of course, this causes an increase in costs. In this study, for the first time in the literature, the disassembly line balancing and worker assignment model was developed in the presence of heterogeneous workers, robots and collaborative robots to maximize the ergonomic benefit while simultaneously minimizing the cost. The second objective function was expressed as the minimization of the danger to the worker caused by environmental and individual ergonomic risks. The epsilon constraint method was used to solve multi-objective model and entropy-based TOPSIS and PROMETHEE method was developed to support the the decision maker to select among the best Pareto-optimal solutions obtained. In addition to the distance to the ideal point and efficiency, a new criterion called automation rate was proposed. In the full factor experiment design, the effects of number of tasks, the number of workers, and the time variation between heterogeneous workers on solution time, were all found statistically significant. The interaction effect of the first and second factor was also found statistically significant. It is expected that the results will guide both academicians as well as managers working on disassembly lines to reduce the danger to workers by using automation
