- Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop an understanding of what human relations mean for school principals. The following questions were examined in the present study: "On what bases are human relations established by school principals both inside and outside the school?" and "Which meaning patterns are apparent in these relations?" Conducted in phenomenological design, the sample consisted of 51 school principals, who were working in the selected from 19 provinces, including at least one province from each of the 26 sub-regions of 2nd level classification, which was determined by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK). Data indicated two bases on which human relations actualized: sympathetic and political bases. On sympathetic basis, patterns of meaning such as constructing belonging, building trust, building motivation, accessibility, consultation and restorative approach emerged; however, on political basis, patterns of meaning as acceptance, providing role balance, exceeding the form, authority representation and elimination of financial needs became visible.

- Abstract
This study aims to investigate the factors affecting teacher leadership in high schools. This study was designed as a qualitative case study and a total of 21 teachers employed in high schools in Karabuk province participated in the study. Participants of the current study were chosen through maximum variation, convenient and criterion sampling which are among purposeful sampling methods. A semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers depending on both the related literature and expert opinions was used to gather data. Content analysis was performed to analyze the data. The findings of the study were gathered under four themes entitled the purpose of teacher leadership, the factors that impact teacher leadership, the problems encountered by teacher leaders and the proliferation of teacher leadership. Results revealed that teachers reported supporting each student's learning, improving teaching in the school, and building an effective school culture have been among the primary purposes of teacher leadership. According to the results principal leadership, school climate, and school culture are the leading factors that affect teacher leadership. Results also revealed that teacher leaders encountered problems depending on insufficient support of school administration for teacher leadership, egalitarian norms among colleagues and exam-oriented education system and that they thought teachers' career opportunities should be expanded, an adequate increase in their salaries should be supported and practices ensuring teacher autonomy should be performed in order to expand teacher leadership practices.

- Abstract
The drudgery means forced labor without any money. In social and organizational environments, it is used in the sense of non-functional, needless and vacant jobs. Social club activities in schools, specific days and weeks, coaching practices, etc. perceiving the issues as a drudgery chore may adversely affect the quality of the performance of the teacher, who is responsible for these activities and the quality of the individual and organizational outputs expected from these activities. However, carrying out these activities has very important individual and organizational consequences. In the study conducted in Düzce province with the participation of thirteen teachers in the 2018-2019 academic year, maximum diversity sampling method was used. Content analysis technique was used to analyze the data. In the study, interpretive phenomenological pattern was used including questions about the meaning that teachers put on the drudgery concept and how they experienced it. At the end of the research, it was found that there were many drudgery tasks that were loaded on teachers and school administrators; performance is not used effectively in carrying out these tasks; therefore, it was found that the expected quality of the work outputs could not be achieved. In line with the results of the research, suggestions were made for the termination of the drudgery practices and the participation of the employees in the decision. MARKETING personnel , *WORK environment , *RESEARCH personnel , *SEMI-structured interviews ,SNOWBALL sampling - Abstract
The aim of this phenomenology study is to explore the experiences of turnover intention and behavior, which is the central phenomenon of the research, of sales personnel in a market chain operating in 81 provinces of Türkiye in the context of working conditions. The emotions and thoughts of the sales personnel, as an interpretative framework for the silenced voices they want to convey, are discussed in terms of social justice. The inductive method was used in abstraction. By using criterion-based sampling, salespeople with turnover intention were reached with the snowball sampling strategy. After the data received from each participant, control was made repeatedly, and semi-structured interviews were continued until the 36th participant, who was considered to be satisfied with the answers received. For validity, peer review was conducted with 2 different colleagues of the researcher at all stages of the research. In addition, members were checked and opinions of all participants were taken. Thus, this study was implemented by taking into account the suggestions of peers and participants. A consensus was reached on the codes and themes with the same 2 academicians who took part in the peer review at the validation stage for reliability. With the participation of 3 academicians in the research, its internal reliability was also increased. In addition, the use of many sources and opinions about organizational factors and working conditions associated with turnover intention and behavior is also supportive for reliability. 19 women and 17 men who experienced turnover intention participated in the research. From the first interviews starting in November 2021 to 6 months-1 year later, 36 participants exhibited turnover behavior due to poor working conditions and organizational factors. It is thought that the research related to the fact that there is no qualitative research in the literature that reveals the intention to leave the job and the behavior of leaving the job due to this intention in the retail sector in particular, will contribute by filling a gap in the literature. EMOTIONAL labor , *LABOR process , *FLIGHT attendants , *WORK environment , *ORGANIZATIONAL behavior - Abstract
Organizational support is the establishment of a healthy, productive, and mutually beneficial environment by taking measures for the welfare of the employees and developing various practices. Although organizations may make efforts in this direction, it is very difficult to go beyond the perceived situation. For this reason, the concept of Perceived Organizational Support (POS), which is a criterion and an emotional perception of the value given to them by the organizations, comes into play in determining the reflection of organizational support. The concept that mediates and complements POS in the creation and maintenance of positive emotions in the work environment is emotional labor. Emotional labor is the display of emotional behaviors appropriate to the situation that the organization needs and expects from its employees and consists of three sub-dimensions: superficial, deep and sincere behavior. From an organizational point of view, the emotional labor process needs to be controlled and managed in order for POS to yield desired results for the employee. To do so, the relationships between POS and emotional labor and emotional labor sub-dimensions is to be examined. In the current research, we aimed to examine the relationship between organizational support perceptions and emotional labor behaviors of flight attendants working in the civil aviation sector, where emotional labor is very important and valuable. The research was carried out according to the screening model with the participation of 465 cabin attendants. The results revealed that there is a negative and weak relationship between the perceived organizational support perception of flight attendants and superficial acting, a weak level in the opposite direction, a weak level in the same direction with deep acting, and a moderately significant correlation between the same directional and natural emotions. EMPLOYEES' workload , *WORKPLACE incivility , *WORK environment , *INSTITUTIONAL environment , *CONFLICT management - Abstract
The quality of the work environment in organizations is undoubtedly important for employees, managers, and employers. In this context, it is desirable to prevent or manage inter-personal conflicts in the organization in a way that will produce positive results as much as possible. To do this, it is important to know and understand the factors that cause conflicts. It can be expected that inadequate determination of the workload levels of employees will cause various undesirable attitudes and behaviors, including conflict, in the organizational environment. In addition, incivility in the workplace may have some negative effects on the work environment and trigger conflicts among people. In this study, perceived workload was examined in order to determine its effect on inter-personal conflict in the workplace, and the mediating role of incivility in this effect was investigated. As a result of the analysis carried out with the SmartPLS 3 program in a sample of white-collar employees working in a company, it was determined that incivility has a full mediating role in the relationship between perceived workload and inter-personal conflict (t: 5.67⟶t: 1.43). AUTOMOBILE industry , *MASS media , *DIGITAL media , *WORK environment , *DIGITAL technology , *SOCIAL alienation - Abstract
In today's societies, the phenomenon of alienation is frequently encountered due to socio-economic and political reasons. With the development of technology and the widespread use of the media, the duration of the media in human life has increased. The fact that traditional media and the internet are a big part of our lives causes people to come face to face with the elements that cause their alienation more often. In this period, where the rate of information circulation increases as much as possible, there is an increase in the rate of exposure to phenomena that lead people to alienation due to different reasons. Mass media has an important role among the reasons that cause people's alienation. The advertisements conveyed to the masses through the media form the basis of the study. In the research, it has been tried to determine the alienation of the workers working in the auto industry sites with the advertisements they are exposed to, the cars that they take an active role in the production and repair processes and that they come across on both traditional and digital media platforms. In the data collection phase of the research, the opinions of the workers on the subject were examined in detail by using the semi-structured in-depth interview technique. As a result of the interviews, it can be said that there is an alienation related to the automobiles that the working conditions of the workers reveal with their own efforts, and it can be said that the advertisements related to the automotive sector have a positive role in exhibiting this alienation behavior. PUBLIC health personnel , *CORPORATE image , *CONVENIENCE sampling (Statistics) , *SATISFACTION , *WORK environment , *JOB satisfaction , *HAND care & hygiene - Abstract
The research aims to determine the effect of healthcare workers' perceptions of corporate reputation on job satisfaction. The research collected data from 462 health workers working in public hospitals operating in Istanbul. Convenience sampling technique was used to determine the sample of the study. Online questionnaire forms were used in the data collection process. SPSS 25 package program was used in the analysis of the data. Regression analysis was used to test the research model. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that the perceptions of the employees' corporate reputation affect the participants' job satisfaction at a high level. It has been determined that the vision and leadership, financial performance, products and services, social responsibility and emotional appeal dimensions of corporate reputation positively affect job satisfaction. It was concluded that the work environment dimension did not significantly affect job satisfaction. Research findings show that corporate reputation is an important element in increasing the satisfaction of health workers from their jobs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
