Son yıllarda gelişen teknoloji ile robotlar üzerine yapılan çalışmaların ciddi oranda arttığı gözlenmektedir. Robotik sistemlerde robot el konusu, farklı ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda farklı kullanım alanlarına yönelik olarak gelişmeye en açık çalışma alanlarından birisidir. Literatür çalışmaları incelendiğinde, robot el uygulamalarında karşılaşılan en büyük sorunun nesnelerin kavranma kuvvetinin kontrolü olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu sebeple robot elin nesnelere zarar vermeden kavrama işlemini gerçekleştirebilmesi için kavrama kuvvetinin kontrol sorunu çözülmelidir. Sunulan çalışmada nesnelere uygulanan kuvvetin kontrol probleminin çözümü için yapay zeka tekniklerinden biri olan bulanık mantık önerilmiştir. Önerilen yöntemde, robot el kavrama kuvvetini kullanıcının gönderdiği sinyal doğrultusunda belirlemektedir. Sistemin avuç içerisinde ve parmaklarının iç kısımlarında bulunan sensörler vasıtasıyla nesnelere uygulanan kuvvet ölçülmekte ve bu sensör ölçümleri kuvvet geri beslemesi olarak kullanılmaktadır. Ölçülen sensör verileri ve kullanıcı sinyali bulanık mantık kontrolör(karar destek sistemi) ile denetlenerek nesnenin kontrol sistemi tarafından belirlenen kuvvette stabil bir şekilde kavranması sağlanmaktadır. Geliştirilen kontrol yapısı oluşturulan sistemde uygulanmış ve kullanıcıdan gönderilen komut doğrultusunda hassas ve kararlı kavrama yapabildiği sunulan çalışma ile gösterilmiştir., In recent years, it is observed that the studies on robotic systems have increased tremendously. In the field of robotic systems, the robotic hand based research is one of the most popular fields due to wide range of application areas. It can be observed from a literature review of robot hand applications is that one of the main research topic in the area is on control of gripping force of the objects. Hence, the force feedback problem appears to be a challenge to be overcomed where the objective is to perform the grasping operation without damaging the objects being hold. In this study, Fuzzy Logic based artificial intelligence techniques has been proposed as a solution of the problem of force control problem mentioned. In proposed method, the robot hand determines the grip force by the direction of the signal sent by the user. The force applied to the objects is measured by the sensors. These sensor measurements are then used as force feedback. The measured sensor data and the user input signals are controlled by a fuzzy logic control system (decision support system) to ensure that the object is grasped in a stable manner. The developed control structure is implemented and it proven that the user is able to grasp sensitively and decisively by the direction of the control command sent by the user.

Bu çalışmada çok katlı bina, köprü vb. yapıların anlık sağlık durumlarının takibinde kullanılmak amacıyla uzaktan algılama ve temassız ölçüm tekniklerine dayalı, programlanabilir robotik bir tarayıcı sistem geliştirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Önerilen sistem, ölçüm tekniği olarak lazer Doppler interferometri kullanılacağı için test edilen yapılar üzerine herhangi bir sensör yerleştirilmesine ihtiyaç duyulmadan her türlü yapıya kolaylıkla uygulanabilir. Yüksek hassasiyet ve çözünürlükte ölçüm alınabilmesi amacıyla, yüksek örnekleme frekansına sahip bir lazer Doppler titreşimölçer, yatay ve düşey eksenlerde bağımsız hareket edebilen motorize bir platform üzerine yerleştirilmiştir. Platforma eklenen kameralı görüntüleme sistemleri, geliştirilen kontrol algoritmaları ve arayüz yardımıyla, kullanıcının test ve ölçümler ile ilgili çeşitli parametreleri kişisel bilgisayarı üzerinden kontrol edebileceği bütünleşik bir yapı oluşturulmuştur. Geliştirilen tarayıcı sistem laboratuvarda kurulan küçük ölçekli çok katlı bina modelleri üzerinde test edilerek yapıların dinamik özelliklerinin yüksek doğruluk ve çözünürlükte çıkarılabildiği gösterilmiştir. Önerilen sistem birden fazla yapının düzenli bir şekilde taranmasına imkan sağlayacak şekilde programlanabilmektedir. Elde edilen titreşim verisinin analizi sonucunda yapının doğal frekanslarının, sönümleme oranlarının ve mod şekillerinin hızlı ve etkin bir şekilde hesaplanabildiği görülmüştür. This study aims to develop a programmable robotic scanning system, which is based on remote sensing and non-contact measurement techniques, for structural health monitoring of multi-story buildings, bridges and similar structures. The proposed system is based on laser Doppler interferometry and can easily be applied to almost all kinds of structures without needing to install any sensors on the structure. In order to take measurements with high accuracy and spatial resolution, the utilized laser Doppler vibrometer is mounted on a motorized platform which can independently rotate about the horizontal and vertical axes. A unified monitoring system, which enables user to control several test parameters through a personal computer, was formed by means of the integrated camera imaging system, control algorithms and user interface. The developed scanning system was tested in the lab on small scale multi-story building models and it was demonstrated that the dynamic properties of the structure can be extracted with high accuracy and resolution. The proposed system can be programmed to scan several structures successively by using the same device. The analysis results show that natural frequencies, damping ratios and mode shapes of the test structures can be extracted in a fast and efficient way.

Bu araştırmada, meyve hasatında robotik sistemlerin kullanılması ve sistemin kurulması aşamasında ortaya çıkabilecek sorunların bulunması, çözüm yollarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Araştırmada, aşağıdaki sonuçler elde edilmiştir.Araştırma sonucunda robotik meyve hasadında meyvenin fizikomekanik özelliklerinin hasata etkilediği görülmüştür. Ağırlık, yükseklik, genişlik, kalınlık değerleri ve yüzey alanının robotik meyve hasadında en önemli girdi değerleri olduğu gözlenmiştir. Robotik meyve hasadında görüntü işleme tekniklerinin robotik sistemin çalışmasını etkilediği gözlenmiştir. Görüntü işleme tekniği kullanılarak yapılan denemelerde görüntü işleme sonuçlarının robotik hasada doğrudan etkisi olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Robotik hasadın doğru ve hızlı yapılması için görüntü işleme tekniklerinin doğru seçilmesi gerektiği anlaşılmıştır. Robotik meyve hasadında kullanılan yazılımın sistem ve görüntü işleme ile paralel çalışmasının önemi ortaya çıkmıştır. Yazılım yapılırken robotik sistemin dönüşüm kinematik hesaplarının düzgün hesaplanması, parametrelerin ve sabit değerlerin sisteme tam uygun olarak verilmesi gerektiği gözlenmiştir. Prototip çalışması için hobi tipi robot parçalarının kullanımı kısa ve anlaşılır sonuçların elde edilmesi açısından yeterlidir. Ancak sistemin pratikte daha verimli ve sorunsuz çalışması için sanayi tipi büyük robotların veya daha güçlü servo motorların kullanılmasının daha uygun olacağı görülmüştür. Meyvenin dal üzerinden kopartılması sırasında koparma işlemini yapacak gripper'ın tasarımının meyvenin fizikomekanik özelliklerine göre yapılması gerektiği görülmüştür. Sistemin çalışmasını sağlayan motorların kuvvetli, kesme işlemin yapacak sistemin uygun olması sonucuna varılmıştır. In this study, it is aimed to find the possible problems and determine the solutions in the process of establishing the system and using the robotic systems an fruit harvest.Here are the results of the study.According to result of research, it?s shown that at the robotic fruit harvest physicomechanical properties of the fruit have an effect on the harvest. Weight, height, width, thickness and surface area are observed as the most important input values at the robotic fruit harvest. It is observed that image processing techniques affect the operation of the robotic system at the harvest. It is understood that using image proceesing technique have a direct effect on the results of the robotic harvest. It is also understood that image processing techniques must be chosen correctly to make the robotic harvest in an accurate and quickly way. It is emerged that the software used in the harvest should be paralel with the system and image processing at the robotic fruit harvest. During the software, it is observed that the conversion of kinematic calculation, parametres and constant values must be put in properly. Using hobby-type parts of robot for the prototype study will be enough for results. However, to make the system work fuctionally, industrial robots and servo engines should be used. It is also observed that when picking up the fruit from the branch, the gripper, which is used to pick the fruit up, must be made considering the physicomechanical properties of the fruit. The engines that make the system work should be strong and the cutting system should also be appropriate. 171
