Lung cancer is the second most commonly diagnosed types of cancer in USA and is the leading cause of cancer death in both women and men. Bone, surrenal gland, brain and liver are the usual sites for lung cancer metastasis. However, renal metastasis of lung cancer diagnosed seldom. A 59 year-old male patient was admitted to hospital with complaint of dyspne and hemopthysis. We have found solitary masses in lung and kidney. Histopathological evaluation revealed squamous cell lung cancer with renal metastasis. Because of involvement of kidney are rarely symptomatic, we should keep in our mind during initial evolution. Metastasis to the skin from lung cancer is rare and most of the time associated with an advanced neoplastic process with metastasis to other organs.
