Abstract

Pericardial localization of echinococcosis, which is an endemic disease in our country, is rarely seen. Medical treatment alone cannot prevent fatal complications. Surgical removal of the cysts is the treatment of choice. In a patientGeneral anaesthesia with one-lung ventilation provided an optimal surgical exposure and relatively inactive surgical.
