In this study, square-root-domain (SRD) electronicallytunable first order transadmittance type that has voltage input and current output and transimpedance type that has current input and voltage output low-pass filters are proposed. Additionally transadmittance type first order multifunction filter that has low-pass, high-pass and all-pass outputs is realized. The transfer admittance parameter g0 of the transadmittance type filter, the transfer impedance parameter r0 of the transimpedance type filter and natural frequency f0 can be electronically tuned by changing DC current sources. Time and frequency domain simulations are performed using PSPICE program for transadmittance and transimpedance type filters to verify the theory and to show the performance of them. For this purpose, the filters are simulated by using TSMC 0.35 μm Level 3 CMOS process parameters.
