Moral panic, today, is one of the most important tool used by governments. Public is directed by media. To do this, fear is created on the basis of morality. Public spot is one of the methods of warning public. Public spots take place mandatorly in television and radio. The public spots about cigarette are watced by every individual and reivals different emotions in every individual. The most felt emotions are fear and panic.
