Mavi renklenmetomruk, kereste ve kullanım yerlerindeki malzemede estetik karakteristikler vemekanik şok direncinde neden olduğu değişimler dolayısıyla önemli ekonomikkayıplara yol açmaktadır. Diğer yandan, zarara maruz kalmış malzemede emprenyeve üst yüzey işlemlerindeki başarı oranının düşük olmasının tomruğunendüstriyel kullanım alanlarını önemli ölçüde sınırlandırdığıbilinmektedir. Bu çalışma mavi renklenmezararının, tomruk işleyen orman endüstri işletmeleri üretim süreci üzerindekietkilerini ve neden olduğu kayıpları belirlemeyi amaçlamıştır. Araştırma,Gümüşhane ilinde Sarıçam tomruğu işleyen toplam 9 küçük ve orta ölçekli keresteüretim işletmesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada, mavi renklenme zararınınboyutu tomruk toplam hacmine oranlanarak değerlendirilmiştir. Diğer yandan, inşaat ve doğrama sektörlerineyönelik üretim gerçekleştiren işletmeler arasında, mavileşme sonucu oluşantahribat yönünden karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, mavirenklenme tahribatında hacmen zarara maruz kalma oranının diri odun genişliği,tomruk boy ve çap değişkenlerine bağlı olmak üzere %32-84 arasında değiştiği belirlenmiştir. Bu araştırma, orman depolarındaki sarıçam tomruklarında etkili olan mavi renklenme zararını tespit etmek ve bu zararın satış fiyatları üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla, 2010 yılında Trabzon Orman Bölge Müdürlüğüne bağlı, Torul Orman İşletme Müdürlüğünün Merkez Altınpınar orman deposunda yürütülmüştür. Bu amaçla, 41 adet sarıçam tomruk istifi mavi renklenmeye maruz kalma açısından incelenerek tomruk enine kesit yüzeylerindeki hasarlı kısımlar tespit edilip ölçülmüştür. İncelenen tomruk istifleri, adet ve hacme bağlı hasar grupları dikkate alınarak satış fiyatı ve muhammen bedel artırma oranları yönünden karşılaştırılmıştır. Sonuçta, mavi renklenme zararının sarıçam tomruk istiflerinin satış fiyatlarını ve muhammen bedel artırma oranlarını azalttığı belirlenmiştir., The aim of this study is to ascertain the degradation which is effective on logs in forest enterprise depots and to determine the effects of it on log stack sale prices. The research was carried out at Central Altınpınar forest depot of Torul Forest Enterprise Management in Trabzon Regional Forest Management in 2010. As a material, 41 stacks of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) logs were investigated and cross section of wood were measured for exposure to blue stain. Investigated timber stacks, with respect to damaged log number and volume degradation groups, are compared for sales prices and rate of appraised value. As a result, it has been found out that the degradation of blue stain at log stacks decreased the rate of appraised value and sale prices.

Bu araştırma, orman depolarında satışa çıkarılan tomruklar üzerinde etkili olan mavi renklenme zararı ve bu zararın satış fiyatları üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla ele alınmıştır. Araştırma, 2010 yılında Trabzon Orman Bölge Müdürlüğü'ne bağlı Torul Devlet Orman İşletmesi Altınpınar Orman Deposu'nda yürütülmüştür. Materyal olarak, 41 adet sarıçam tomruk istifi mavi renklenmeye maruz kalma açısından incelenmiştir. Mavi renklenmeye maruz kalmış istiflerdeki her bir tomruk üzerinde metre ile hasarlı kısımlar ölçülmüş ve fotoğraflanmıştır.Araştırmanın sonucunda, sarıçam tomruk istiflerinde, mavi renklenmenin esas alındığı bozunmanın istif hacmindeki oranı ve istifteki hasarlı tomruk sayısı arttıkça, muhammen bedel artırma oranı ve satış fiyatının azaldığı tespit edilmiştir.Tomruk istiflerinin incelenen bazı özelliklerine ait korelasyon analizi sonuçlarına göre, hacimsel bozunmanın; satış fiyatını (r=-0,43**) ve muhammen bedel artırma oranını (r=-0,48**) önemli ve olumsuz yönde; adet olarak bozunmanın; satış fiyatını (r=-0,44**) ve muhammen bedel artırma oranını (r=-0,50**) önemli ve olumsuz yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.Sonuç olarak, sarıçam tomruk istiflerindeki mavi renklenme zararının, muhammen bedel artırma oranı ile satış fiyatlarını azalttığı ve bu azalışın da ilgili işletme için potansiyel olarak bir satış geliri kaybına yol açabileceği anlaşılmaktadır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Devlet orman işletmesi, sarıçam tomruk, mavi renklenme, satış fiyatı. The aim of this study is to ascertain the blue stain damage which is effective on logs in forest depots and to determine the effects of it on sale price. The research was carried out at Altınpınar log depot of Torul State Forest Enterprise in Trabzon Regional Forest Directorate in 2010. 41 stack of scotch pine logs were examined in terms of blue staining. Parts of logs exposed to blue stain in the stacks were measured by the meter.At the end of this research, it has been identified that the rate of appraised value and sale price of the Scotch pine log stacks have decreased when the rate of degradation in the stack volume and the rate of degraded logs in the stack have increased.Correlation analyze results of the examined properties of log stacks have showed that, volumetric degradation has affected the sale price (r=-0,43**) and the rate of appraised compensation increment ratio (r=-0,48**) in a crucial and negative way; also, the degradation as log has affected the sale price (r=-0,44**) and appraised compensation increment ratio (r=-0,50) in a crucial and negative way.As a result, it has been determined that the degradation of blue stain at log stacks has decreased the rate of appraised compensation increment and it has a potential in decrease in the forest enterprise sale income.Key Words: State forest enterprise, Scotch pine logs, blue stain, sale price. 98
