In this study a survey was made for determining honey consumption habits and honey marketing problems between1-31 March 2010. In the consumers based research data were collected from (105 consumers) criterias when buying honey, different kinds and health benefits of honey in Erzurum. According the assesments of results; it was found that 46.66% of consumers consumed 5 kg of honey per capita per annum and taken into consideration using honey every day. It was determined that the product quality and floral source of honey were more important than price, brand name, region, flavour and colour for consumers. Most of the consumers (60.95%) prefered cenrifugal honey in this study. According to the survey findings, the brand did not have an important effect on consumers’ honey consumption and purchasing habits. This result revealed that there was a negative situation about production and marketing of honey in Erzurum.

COVID-19 salgını dünyada ve Türkiye’de pekçok sektörde olduğu gibi tarım ve gıda sektörünü de etkilemiş ve ülkeleri gıda güvenliği konusunda tedbirler almaya zorlamıştır. COVID-19 salgınının dünya gıda sektörü üzerindeki etkileri sonucu; izlenilebilir, sürdürülebilir ve güvenilir gıdaya olan ihtiyaç giderek artmıştır. Avrupa’da ve Amerika’da 1990’lı yıllarda İyi Tarım Uygulamaları (Good Agricultural Practice) olarak ortaya çıkan ve yıllar içerisinde gelişerek GLOBALGAP sistemini oluşturan kuruluş, güvenilir gıdaya ulaşımda 130 ülkede çok sayıda üretici tarafından kullanılmaktadır. GLOBALGAP aynı zamanda, tüketiciler tarafından artan güvenli gıda talebine karşı arzı oluşturmaya yönelik yapılandırılan ticari girişim standartlarını düzenlemektedir. Ortak standartlara sahip sertifikalı üretim ile Türkiye’nin de dâhil olduğu küresel piyasada giderek daha fazla kişiye ulaşmakta ve pazar payı da buna paralel olarak artmaktadır. COVID-19 gıda güvenliğine olan talebi artırırken, gıda arzında da önemli sorunların ortaya çıkmasınıa neden olmuştur. Bu nedenle; GLOBALGAP kapsamında yeni uygulamalar faaliyete girmiştir. Bu makalede, gıda sektöründe üretimden tüketime uluslararasında ortak standart sağlayan GLOBALGAP’ın sertifikasyon sistemi ve özellikle COVID-19 salgın sürecindeki güncel verileri, uygulamaya başlanan alt kapsamları, yenilikleri ortaya konulmuştur., The COVID-19 epidemic has affected the agriculture and food sector and many other sectors in the world and our country and forced countries to take measures on food safety. As a result of the effects of the COVID-19 epidemic on the world food sector, the need for traceable, sustainable, and reliable food has gradually increased. The establishment, which emerged as Good Agricultural Practice in Europe and the United States in the 1990s and developed the GLOBALGAP system over the years, is used by many producers in 130 countries for access to reliable food. GLOBALGAP also regulates business enterprise standards structured to create supply against the increasing demand for safe food by consumers. With certified production with common standards, it reaches more and more people in the global market, including our country, and its market share is increasing accordingly. While COVID-19 increased the demand for food security, it also caused significant problems in the food supply. Therefore, new applications have been put into operation within the scope of GLOBALGAP. In this article, the certification system of GLOBALGAP, which provides a common international standard from production to consumption in the food industry, and especially its current data in the COVID-19 epidemic process, its sub-scopes and innovations are presented.

Ülkemizde muhasebe eğitimi bazı meslek liselerinde ve birçok üniversitede verilmektedir. Bu kurumlarda verilen muhasebe eğitiminin başarılı olabilmesi için, muhasebe eğitimi alan öğrencilerin muhasebe eğitimcilerinden beklentilerinin bilinmesi önem arz etmektedir. Muhasebe eğitimi alan öğrencilerin muhasebe eğitimcilerinden beklentileri bilinir, karşılanır ve sorunlara çözüm önerileri aranırsa, öğrencilerin muhasebe derslerini daha iyi anlamaları ve daha başarılı olmaları beklenir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, muhasebe dersi alan lisans ve yüksek lisans öğrencilerinin muhasebe öğretim elemanlarından beklentileri belirlemek, ayrıca bu bağlamda lisans ve yüksek lisans öğrencilerinin görüşleri arasında farklılık olup olmadığını tespit etmektir. Çalışmanın verileri anket yöntemiyle elde edilmiş, frekans, yüzde analizi ve ortalamalar yöntemleriyle SPSS 25 paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada ayrıca lisans ve yüksek lisans öğrencilerinin görüşleri ile katılımcıların demografik özelliklerine göre görüşleri arasında farklılık olup olmadığını tespit etmek için varyans testleri uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre, öğrencilerin dersi en iyi anladıkları yöntem tahtada anlatma yöntemidir. Lisans öğrencilerinin öğretim elemanlarından en önemli beklentileri çekinmeden soru sorabilmeleri, yüksek lisans öğrencilerinin en önemli beklentileri ise teorik bilgi verildikten sonra soru ve örnekler çözülmesi ile öğreticinin, öğretme kabiliyeti olması gerektiğidir. Lisans ve yüksek lisans öğrencilerinin verdikleri cevaplara göre yapılan t-testi sonucunda gruplar arasında istatistiki olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır., In our country, accounting education is given in some vocational high schools and many universities. For a successful accounting education in these institutions, it is important to know the expectations of the students who receive accounting education from their accounting educators. it is expected that accounting students will understand accounting courses better and be more successful, if their expectations from accounting educators are known and met and solutions are sought for the problems. This study aims to determine the expectations of the undergraduate and graduate level students who receive accounting courses from the accounting faculty members, and, in this context, to determine whether there is a difference between the opinions of undergraduate and graduate students. The data in the study were obtained by survey method and analyzed by using the SPSS 25 package program with the methods of frequency, percentage analysis and average. In the study, variance tests were applied to determine whether both there was a difference between the views of both undergraduate and graduate students and, between the views of the participants according to other demographic characteristics (age, gender, etc.). The results of the study, shows that the method by which the students understand the course better is the method of teaching on the white board. The most important expectation of undergraduate students from their instructors is their being able to ask questions without hesitation. And the most important expectation of graduate students is the instructor's being able to teach the topic by solving questions and giving examples after theoretical knowledge. The result of the t-test conducted according to the answers given by undergraduate and graduate students shows that there was no statistically significant difference found between the groups.

Arazi toplulaştırması teknik, ekonomik ve sosyal yönleri olan çok disiplinli, çok kapsamlı ve birçok işlem adımı olan tarımsal projelerdir. Arazi toplulaştırma çalışmalarında dağıtım aşaması, projenin en zor ve en karmaşık adımlarından biridir. Projelerin başarıya ulaşmasında ve çifti memnuniyetinin sağlanmasında son derece önemli bir yere sahiptir. Türkiye’de dağıtım işlemi mülakat ( mülakat esaslı dağıtım) yapılmak suretiyle gerçekleştirilmektedir. Bununla birlikte pek çok akademik çalışmada dağıtım işleminin daha başarılı sonuçlara ulaşabilmesi için farklı modeller de önerilmektedir. Bu çalışmada; çiftçi tercihleri alınmadan sadece parsel büyüklüklerini dikkate alan blok öncelik esaslı dağıtım modeli Aydın ilinin Koçarlı ilçesindeki Sobuca, Halilbeyli ve Tekeli köyleri için uygulanmıştır. Blok öncelik esaslı dağıtım modeli (Model B) sonuçları ile mülakat esaslı dağıtım modeli (Model A) sonuçları karşılaştırılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda; blok öncelik esaslı modelin hisseli parsel sayılarını ve işletme başına düşen parsel sayılarının artmasında mülakat esaslı dağıtım modeline göre daha başarılı sonuçlar verdiği tespit edilmiştir. Land consolidation is a multidisciplinary, comprehensive and agricultural project with technical, economic and social aspects. The distribution stage in land consolidation studies is one of the most difficult and complex steps of the project. It has an important position in the success of the projects and providing the satisfaction of the farmers. The reallocation process is carried out in Turkey by making interview. In addition to this, different models are recommended for the reallocation process to achieve more successful results in many academic studies. In this study, the block priority based reallocation model (Model B), which considers only parcel sizes without taking farmers' preferences, has been applied for Sobuca, Halilbeyli and Tekeli villages in Koçarlı district of Aydın. The results of the block priority based reallocation model were compared with the results of the interview based reallocation model (Model A). As a result of the analysis, The block priority-based model has been observed to be more successful in terms of reducing the number of shared parcels and increasing the average parcel sizes and the number of parcels per enterprise.

The vast majority of the country's land consists of unstructured areas, while the presence of agricultural land attracts attention to approximately 30%. In addition, agricultural properties are used in real estate properties used in agricultural activities in urban areas. In this study, it is aimed to identify the problems experienced in the valuation of agricultural land and to develop solution approaches. Semi-structured interview form was developed with experts and academicians in the field. After ensuring the validity and comprehensibility of the questions, the interviews were conducted face to face with 12 people from different disciplines who are experts in the field. Expert reports submitted to the courts were provided and examined. The most important results of the study can be summarized as follows. Conflict between professions, failure to identify experts to include different disciplines according to the nature of real estate and the case, preparation of stereotypical and inadequate expert reports, reports not subject to an audit other than judicial review, execution of discovery with un-developed files, adequate determination of files by competent experts. In addition, the valuation criteria and their weights are subjectively determined, the lack of a database on the peer-reviewed real estates. As a solution for all these problems is through e-Turkey said that the establishment of decision support systems will be eliminated., Türkiye’nin topraklarının büyük bir çoğunluğu yapısız alanlardan oluşmakta, tarım arazi varlığı ise yaklaşık %30 olarak dikkat çekmektedir. Bunun dışında kentsel alanda olup tarımsal faaliyette kullanılan taşınmazlarda tarım arazi özellikleri ile değerlendirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada tarım arazilerinin değerlemesinde yaşanan sorunların tespit edilmesi ve çözüm yaklaşımlarının geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Alanda uzman ve akademisyenler ile yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat formu geliştirilmiştir. Soruların kapsam geçerliliği ve anlaşılabilirliği sağlandıktan sonra mülakatlar alanda uzman farklı disiplinlerden 12 kişi ile yüz yüze gerçekleştirilmiştir. Mahkemelere sunulmuş bilirkişi raporları sağlanmış ve incelenmiştir. Çalışmadan elde edilen en önemli sonuçlar şu şekilde özetlenebilir: Meslekler arası çatışma, taşınmazın ve davanın özelliğine göre farklı disiplinleri de içerecek şekilde bilirkişi belirlenememesi, basmakalıp ve yetersiz bilirkişi raporları hazırlanması, raporların yargı denetimi dışında bir denetime tabi olmaması, tekâmül etmemiş dosyalarla keşif icra edilmesi, dosyaların bilirkişilerce tekâmülünün sağlanması, emsal taşınmaz tespitinin yeterli nitelikte yapılamaması, emsal taşınmaz tespiti devamında değerleme kriterleri ve ağırlıklarının sübjektif olarak belirlenmesi, yargı denetiminden geçmiş emsal taşınmazlarla ilgili bir veri tabanı olmayışı sıralanabilir. Çözüm olarak ise tüm bu sorunları bertaraf edecek karar destek sistemlerinin e-Türkiye üzerinden tesis edilmesi söylenebilir.

Konvansiyonel meyve yetiştiriciliğinde kimyasal gübre ve tarım ilacı kullanımı verimi artırmakta, ancak yoğun ve bilinçsiz uygulamalar, insan başta olmak üzere doğadaki bütün varlıkları olumsuz etkilemektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Zonguldak ilinde konvansiyonel meyve yetiştiriciliği yapan işletmelerde kimyasal gübre ve ilaç kullanımından kaynaklanan çevre sorunlarına yönelik üretici duyarlılığının belirlenmesidir. Üreticilerin kimyasal gübre ve ilaç kullanımına yönelik duyarlılıkları; uygulama öncesi, uygulama esnası ve uygulama sonrasındaki tutum ve davranışlarına göre üç aşamada değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmada, tabakalı tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenen 125 meyve üreticisiyle anket yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre üreticilerin en önemli görüşünün, ürün verimini koruyacak şekilde kimyasal gübre ve ilaç kullanımını azaltmak istemeleri olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca üreticilerin, toprak analizi yaptırma ve entegre mücadele yöntemlerini uygulamada çok fazla istekli olmadıkları ortaya konulmuştur. Araştırmadan elde edilen diğer önemli bir sonuç ise, gübreleme ve ilaçlama sonrası boş ambalajların imha edilmesi sorununun, üretici ve tüketici sağlığı ile çevrenin korunması açısından çözüme kavuşturulması gereken konular arasında yer almasıdır. Bu sonuçlar; bilinçli kimyasal gübre ve ilaç kullanımı, kimyasal mücadele dışındaki yöntemlerin uygulanabilirliği ve atık yönetimiyle ilgili konulara yönelik eğitim ve yayım çalışmalarını öncelikli hale getirmektedir., The use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in conventional fruit growing increases yield, but intensive and unconscious practices negatively affect all entities in nature, especially human. The aim of this research is to determine the sensitivity of producers to environmental problems caused by the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in conventional fruit growing farms in Zonguldak province. The sensitivity of the producers towards the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides was evaluated considering their attitudes in three stages of application; before, during and after application. In the research, a survey was conducted with 125 fruit producers determined by the stratified random sampling method. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that the most important opinion of the producers is that they want to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in a way that preserves product yield. In addition, it has been revealed that the producers are not very willing to conduct soil analysis and apply integrated control methods. Another important result obtained from the research is that the problem of disposing of empty packages after fertilization and spraying is among the issues that need to be resolved in terms of producer and consumer health and protection of the environment. These results prioritize training and extension activities on conscious use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, applicability of methods other than chemical control, and waste management.

Organic agriculture and food products are preferred because they protect human health food safety animal welfare and nature and studies on this subject are increasing day by day. The aim of this study is to reveal the organic agriculture and food products attitudes and purchasing behaviors of the consumers living in the urban area of Igdir. Within the scope of the study, data were collected with 168 consumers using face to face questionnaire method and statistical analysis was determined using decision tree algorithm, one of the data mining methods. It has been observed that the most determinant variable affecting the purchasing of organic food products is the number of ındividuals in the household. It was observed that people with 6 or less Households (n = 125, 86.2%) consumed more organic products than those with 7 or more households (n = 14, 8.3%) other important determinants were “Monthly Household Income” and “Education Status”., Organik tarım ve gıda ürünleri insan sağlığı başta olmak üzere gıda güvenliği, hayvan refahı ve doğayı koruduğu için tercih edilmekte ve bu konu hakkında yapılan çalışmalar gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Iğdır İli kentsel alanda yaşayan tüketicilerin organik tarım ve gıda ürünleri tutum ve satın alma davranışlarını ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma kapsamında, 168 tüketici ile yüz yüze anket yöntemi kullanılarak veriler toplanmış ve istatiksel analizi veri madenciliği yöntemlerinden karar ağacı algoritması kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Organik gıda ürünleri satın almayı etkileyen en belirleyici değişkenin Hanedeki Birey Sayısı olduğu görülmüştür. Hanedeki Birey Sayısı 6 ve daha altında olan (n=125, %86.2) kişiden Hanedeki Birey Sayısı 7 ve daha üstünde olanlara (n=14,%8.3) oranla daha fazla organik ürün tükettiği gözlenmiştir. Diğer önemli belirleyici faktörler ise “Aylık Hane Halkı Geliri” ve “Eğitim Durumu” olmuştur.

Bu çalışmada, asıl kuruluş amacı damızlık hayvan ve tohum üretimi olarak 2 kısım altında toplanabilecek TİGEM’in Malatya ilinde bulunan Sultansuyu Tarım İşletmesi Müdürlüğü’nün hayvancılık şubesi süt sığırcılığı bölümünün girdi ve maliyetlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. 2011-2015 yılları arası gerçek üretim şartlarında süt sığırcılığı faaliyetine ilişkin muhasebe ve işletme kayıtları kullanılmıştır. 2011-2015 yılları arası ortalaması olarak çalışma sonuçları, işletmenin masraf unsurları arasında toplam maliyet %59.6 ile yem masrafları, %19.34 ile teknik eleman ve işçi masrafları, %11.16 ile amortisman giderleri, %6.14 ile diğer giderlerin ve ilaç giderlerinin %3.76’yı oluşturduğu tespit edilmiştir. Gelir kaynaklarının ise; %41.76’lık kısmının süt gelirleri, %29.52 ile damızlık ve reforme gelirleri, %20.02 ile çağ farkı gelirleri, %8.56 ile gübre gelirleri ve 0.1 ile sığır derisinden oluştuğu belirlenmiştir., In this study, it was aimed to determine the inputs and costs of the milk cattle section of the animal husbandry branch of Sultansuyu Agricultural Directorate in Malatya province, which will be able to be gatheredunder 2 parts as the main establishment aim breeding and seed production. In the actual production conditions of the years 2011-2015, the accounting and operating records related to dairy cattle activity were used. According to results 2011-2015 averages; percentage of total cost of the enterprise's costelements was found to be 59.6% forfeed costs, 19.34% fortechnical staffandlabor costs, 11.16% foramortization expenses, other expenditures with 6.14% and drug costs with 3.76%. Income sources were determined as 41.76% milk incomes, 29.52% breeding and reforming incomes, 20.02% ages difference incomes, 8.56% fertilizer incomes and 0.1 and cattle breeds.

Nerede ve ne zaman meydana geleceği belli olmayan ve insan faaliyetleri sonucu, etkisi günden güne artan kuraklık, tarımsal üretimde her yıl büyük miktarlarda kayba neden olmaktadır. İklim değişikliği nedeniyle, kapsadığı alan ve etkilediği insan sayısı artan kuraklığa karşı politika geliştirilmesi, hem ekonomik hem de ekolojik anlamda büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmada da çiftçilerin kuraklığa yönelik tutumlarının belirlenmesi ve Faktör Analizi ile bu tutumların temelinde yatan faktör boyutlarının ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca, Faktör analizi sonuçları kullanılarak üreticilerin belirli segmentlere ayrılması ve bu segmentlere göre politika geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma, gelecekte iklim değişikliği ve kuraklıktan en çok etkilenmesi öngörülen havzalardan biri olan Ceyhan Havzası’nda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Havzada en çok kuraklık eğilimi gösteren Afşin, Elbistan ve Ekinözü ilçelerinde 162 çiftçi ile anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen verilere Faktör Analizi uygulanmış ve Eylem, Endişe, Çevre Koruma, Umutsuzluk ve Teknoloji şeklinde isimlendirilen boyutlar elde edilmiştir. Faktör analizinden beş farklı boyut elde edildikten sonra çiftçiler üç ayrı segmente ayrılmış ve “karamsarlar” adlı segmentte bulunanlar, kuraklıkla ilgili politikalarda odaklanılması gereken çiftçiler olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu segmentteki çiftçilere, kuraklığın çözümü için teknolojik yöntemlerin önemi, çevre koruma konusunda alabilecekleri önlemler ve çevreyi koruyan uygulamaların kuraklık konusunda ne kadar önem arz ettiği ve kuraklığın çözümü için ilk önce bireylerin davranışlarının değişmesi gerektiği konusunda bilgilendirici çalışmalar yapılması gerekmektedir., Drought, where and when it will occur is uncertain and whose impact is increasing day by day as a result of human activities, causes large amounts of loss in agriculture every year. The determination of the measures to be taken against drought, of which the area covered due to climate change and the number of people affected are increasing, is of a great importance both economically and ecologically. In this study, it was aimed to determine the attitudes of farmers towards drought and to reveal the factor dimensions underlying these attitudes with Factor Analysis. In addition, using the Factor analysis results, it is aimed to separate the producers into certain segments and develop policies according to these segments. The study was carried out in the Ceyhan Basin, one of the basins that are expected to be affected the most by climate change and drought in the future. A survey with 162 farmers was conducted in Afşin, Elbistan and Ekinözü districts, which show the most drought tendency in the basin. Factor Analysis was applied to the data and dimensions named as Action, Concern, Environmental Protection, Despair and Technology were obtained. After obtaining five different dimensions from the factor analysis, the farmers were divided into three separate segments and those in the segment called “pessimists” were identified as the farmers who should be focused on drought related policies. Informative studies should be made to the farmers in this segment about the importance of technological methods for solving drought, the importance of the measures they can take for environmental protection and the importance of practices that protect the environment, and that individuals' behaviors must first change in order to solve drought.

Bu çalışma Muş ili besi işletmelerinde sürdürülebilir üretim ve bunu etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Bu amaçla, Muş ili merkez ve ilçelerinde rastgele örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak saptanan 368 işletmeci ile anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmada, işletmecilerin %83,8’i besiciliği sürdürmek istediğini belirtirken %16,2’si sürdürmek istemediğini bildirmiştir. Besiciliği sürdürme isteği ile yaş, eğitim seviyesi ve deneyim arasında pozitif ilişki, hayvan sayısı ile negatif ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Besiciliği baba mesleği ve severek yapan işletmecilerin, başka iş olmadığı için yapanlardan daha memnun oldukları ve işi sürdürmek istedikleri belirlenmiştir. Besi sonunda hayvanlarını eder fiyata satan işletmecilerin besicilikten memnun oldukları ve besiciliği de severek yaptıkları belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, besiciliğin sürdürülebilirliğini, işletmecilerin yaşı, eğitim durumu ve deneyimleri ile mevcut hayvan sayısı, besi sonunda hayvanların eder fiyata satılması olumlu yönde etkilemektedir., This study was carried out in order to determine the sustainable production and the factors affecting this in the fattening farms of Muş province. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with 368 farmers determined by using random sampling method in the center and districts of Muş province. In the research, 83.8% of the farmers stated that they wanted to continue fattening, while 16.2% of them stated that they did not want to continue. A positive relationship was found between the desire to continue breeding and age, education level and experience, and a negative relationship with the number of animals in farms. It has been determined that the fattening farms and those who fondly do it are more satisfied than those who do it because there is no other job and they want to continue their business. It has been determined that the farmers who sell their animals at a fair price at the end of the fattening are satisfied with the fattening and love it. As a result, the sustainability of fattening, the age of the operators, educational status and experience, the number of animals available, and the sale of animals at a fair price at the end of fattening positively affect.

The purpose of this research is to determine the views of university students regarding the quality indicators in higher education. Survey model and easily accessible sampling method were used in the research. The participants of the research consist of students studying at vocational colleges at Kırklareli University in 2017-2018 academic year. The sample of the research consists of 1200 students. As the data collection tool, was used the “Determination of the Views of the Faculty of Education Students on Quality in Higher Education Scale” developed by Meraler (2011). The scale consists of 51 items and 6 dimensions. In the analysis of research data, arithmetic mean (x̄), standard deviation (ss) techniques, t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) tests were used. According to the research findings, the most important quality indicators in higher education are listed as "facilities, library and technology centers", "management", “teaching-learning process”, “scientific and social activities”, "students" and “teaching staff”. According to the research findings, the following are stated as the most important quality indicators in higher education; Education service for students with disabilities, satisfaction levels of students, teaching staffs give importance to students and support student achievements, The use of new teaching technologies in teaching-learning processes, is an effective communication between teaching staffs and students. According to the research result, ın order to improve the quality in higher education, there is a need for important studies in terms of facilities, library and technology centers, management, teaching-learning process, scientific and social activities, students and teaching staffs. It may be beneficial to take of student views and follow quality-oriented policies in higher education. In Turkey, the higher education system should be reconsidered as a holistic approach and employment-oriented., Bu araştırmanın amacı, üniversite öğrencilerinin yükseköğretimde kalite göstergelerine ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırmada tarama modeli ve kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın katılımcıları, 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında Kırklareli Üniversitesi meslek yüksekokullarında öğrenim gören öğrencilerden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi ise 1200 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak, Meraler (2011) tarafından geliştirilen “Eğitim Fakültesi Öğrencilerinin Yükseköğretimde Kaliteye İlişkin Görüşlerinin Belirlenmesi Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Ölçek, 51 madde ve 6 boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde aritmetik ortalama (x̄), standart sapma (ss) teknikleri ile t-testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) testleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre, yükseköğretimdeki en önemli kalite göstergeleri “tesisler, kütüphane ve teknoloji merkezleri”, “yönetim”, “öğretme-öğrenme süreci”, “bilimsel ve sosyal etkinlikler”, “öğrenciler” ve “öğretim elemanı” şeklinde sıralanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre yükseköğretimdeki en önemli kalite göstergeleri olarak, sırasıyla şunlar belirtilmiştir; engelli öğrenciler için sunulan eğitim hizmeti, öğrencilerin memnuniyet düzeyleri, öğretim elemanlarının öğrencilere önem vermesi ve öğrenci başarılarını desteklemesi, öğretme-öğrenme süreçlerinde yeni öğretim teknolojilerinin kullanılması, öğretim elemanları ile öğrenciler arasında etkili bir iletişimin olmasıdır. Araştırma sonucuna göre, yükseköğretimde kalitenin geliştirilebilmesi için tesisler, kütüphane ve teknoloji merkezleri, yönetim, öğretme-öğrenme süreci, bilimsel ve sosyal etkinlikler, öğrenciler ile öğretim elemanı boyutunda çalışmalar yapılmasına ihtiyaç bulunmaktadır. Yükseköğretimde öğrenci görüşlerinin alınması ve kalite odaklı politikalar izlenmesi faydalı olabilir. Türkiye’de, yükseköğretim sistemi bütüncül bir yaklaşımla ve istihdam odaklı olarak yeniden ele alınmalıdır.

Bu çalışmanın amacı Edirne ilinde damla sulama desteği programının silajlık mısır üretimi üzerine etkileri belirlemek ve destekten yararlanan ve yararlanmayan işletmelerde silajlık mısırın ekonomik ve verimlilik analizini yapmak ve teknik etkinliklerini tespit etmektir. 2012 ve 2017 yılları arasında destek alan 22 silajlık mısır üreticisinin tamamıyla anket çalışması yapılmış olup, aynı sayıda ve benzer özellikte destek almayan üretici ile de anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Silajlık mısır üretimine ilişkin üretim masrafları, brüt ve net kârlar ortaya konulmuştur. Etkinlik analizinde veri zarflama yöntemi, etki analizinde eğilim skoru eşleştirme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Üretim masrafları toplamı destek alan işletmelerde 1538.20 TL da-1, destek almayan işletmelerde 1597.09 TL da-1 olarak belirlenmiştir. Brüt kâr destek alan ve almayan işletmelerde sırasıyla 865.03 TL da-1 ve 483.18 TL da-1 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Destek alan işletmelerde toplam teknik etkinlik 0.894, saf teknik etkinlik 0.958 olarak bulunmuştur. Destek almayan işletmelerde ise toplam teknik etkinlik 0.846, saf teknik etkinlik ise 0.913 olarak bulunmuştur. Ekonomik analiz sonuçlarına göre, destek alan işletmelerde silajlık mısır yetiştiriciliğinin daha kârlı olduğu görülmektedir. Etkinlik analizi sonuçlarına göre ise, destek alan işletmelerin destek almayan işletmelere göre daha etkin çalıştıkları sonucuna varılmıştır. Girdi kullanımı her iki işletme grubunda da hemen hemen aynı ve satış fiyatı aynı olmasına rağmen, etkinlik ve kârlılık farkı verimden ve destek alan üreticilerin etkin su kullanımından kaynaklanmaktadır., The aim of this study was to determine the effects of drip irrigation subsidy program on maize for silage production in Edirne province and make the economic and productivity analysis and determine the technical efficiencies of maize for silage in the enterprises who utilized and did not utilize from the subsidies. Total of 22 maize for silage producers who utilized from drip irrigation subsidies between 2012 and 2017 years participated in the survey and the same survey was applied to the same number of the producers who did not utilize from drip irrigation subsidies. Production costs, gross and net profits of maize for silage production were determined. Data envelopment analysis was used in efficiency analysis and propensity score matching method was used in impact analysis. Total of production costs were determined as 1538.20 TL da-1 in the enterprises utilizing from drip irrigation subsidies and 1597.09 TL da-1 in the other group. Gross profit were determined as 865.03 TL da-1 and 483.18 TL da-1 in the enterprises who utilized and did not utilize from the subsidies, respectively. Total technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency scores were found as 0.894 and 0.958 in the enterprises who utilized from drip irrigation subsidies. Total technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency scores were found as 0.846 and 0.913 in the enterprises who did not utilize from drip irrigation subsidies. According to economic analysis results, it was determined that maize for silage farming was more profitable in the enterprises who utilized from drip irrigation subsidies. According to the efficiency analysis results, it was concluded that the enterprises utilizing from the subsidies operated more efficient than the other group. Although the input usage was almost the same and the selling price was the same in each enterprise group, the efficiency and the profitability difference was based on the efficient water usage of the producers who utilized from drip irrigation subsidies.

The relationship between the rate of incidence for ketosis seen in the livestock enterprises providing caring and nutrition in the center and districts of Ardahan province and the care-nutrition conditions of the breeders was tried to be revealed with this study through survey evaluations. The material of the study consists of data obtained from face-to-face survey conducted with 97 breeders owning livestock enterprise/herd and observations. As a result of the study, the rate of incidence for subclinical and clinical ketosis at the level of enterprise was determined as 22.7% (22/97). Çalışmada gıda sanayisine ham madde oluşturması, insan sağlığına sunduğu katkılar, enerji kaynağı ve gübre olarak kullanılabilmesi gibi özellikleriyle her geçen gün önemi artan şeftali piyasasının analizi amaçlanmıştır. Veri seti; TÜİK ve TOB istatistiklerinden temin edilen 2003-2017 yıllarına ait; üretici fiyatı, tüketici fiyatı, üretim, tüketim, ihracat, ithalat ve girdi fiyatlarına ilişkin verilerden oluşturulmuştur. Türkiye şeftali piyasasını analiz etmek amacıyla; arz ve talep fonksiyonları ile ilgili modeller tahmin edilmiş, pazarlama marjı ve zincirleme indeks hesaplamaları yapılmıştır. Regresyon tahmin sonuçları, üretim üzerinde; gübre fiyatlarının negatif yönlü, tarımsal işgücü ücretlerinin ise pozitif yönlü bir ilişki içerisinde olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Talep üzerinde pozitif yönlü etkiye sahip faktörün nüfus olduğu belirlenmiştir. Reel fiyatlara göre; ortalama pazarlama marjı 0.60 TL kg-1, üreticinin eline geçen değer %53.92 olarak hesaplanmıştır. 2008-2011 yılları arasında ortalama %60.92 olan reel üreticinin eline geçen değerin 2017 yılına gelindiğinde %48.28 oranına gerilemesi; piyasada her geçen yıl elde edilen kazançtan üreticiye daha az pay düştüğünün göstergesidir. Üreticinin eline geçen değer artarken pazarlama marjının azalması hem üretici hemde tüketicinin lehine olacağı için, üreticilerin kooperatifler gibi pazarlama marjını azaltabilecek oluşumlara teşvik edilmesi önem taşımaktadır., In the study, it is aimed to analyze the market of peaches, which is becoming more and more important with its features such as creating raw materials for the food industry, contributing to human health, being an energy source and fertilizer. Data set is based on data between 2003-2017 obtained from TÜİK and TOB statistics. The data includes; producer and consumer prices, production, consumption, export, import, and input prices. In order to analyze the Turkey peach market, models related to supply and demand functions were estimated, marketing margin and chain index calculations were made. Regression estimation results show that fertilizer price has a negative relationship with the production and labor price has a positive relationship with the production. It has been determined that the factor that has a positive effect on demand is population. It has been calculated that according to real prices, the average marketing margin is 0.60 TL kg-1, share of the producer in consumer’s price is 53.92%. The share of producer in consumer's price, which was average 60.92% between 2008 and 2011, decreased to 48.28% by 2017. This is an indication that the producer receives a lower share of the market earnings every year. For the benefit of both producers and consumers, it is important to encourage farmers to establish foundations such as cooperatives, that can reduce the marketing margin and increase the profit of the producer.

Birtarım işletmesinde karlılığın artırılması için işletmede gereksinim duyulantraktörler ve lazer kontrollü tesviye makinelerinin (LKTM) işletmeözelliklerine uygun seçilmesi ve ekonomik olarak kullanılması içinoperatörlerin tecrübeli olması gerekmektedir. Tecrübe ise deneme-yanılmayöntemi ile veya eğitimle kazanılabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada operatörlerineğitiminde kullanılacak abakların hazırlanması amaçlanmıştır. Dolayısıyla, dörtfarklı iş genişliğindeki LKTM (3.5, 4, 5 ve 6 m) ile dört farklı traktör gücü(85, 95, 140 ve 160 BG) seçilmiştir. Bu LKTM ve traktör kombinasyonlarına uygunolarak güç gereksinimleri belirlenmiştir. Güç gereksinimlerine göreçalışabilecekleri maksimum iş derinlikleri saptanmıştır. Araştırma ile işgenişlikleri (LKTM) ve hız artıkça ihtiyaç duyulan traktör gücünde de artışgörülmektedir. Aynı iş genişliğine sahip LKTM ile traktör kombinasyonunda,traktör gücü ve hızı artıkça iş derinliğinde de artış gözlemlenmiştir. Bukapsamda LKTM’sini kullanan operatörler, hazırlanacak abaklar yardımıylaeğitilmelidir. Söz konusu çalışmada geliştirilen abaklar, tarla koşullarındadenenmelidir. Elde edilen veriler göstermiştir ki, ülkemizde satılan farklıtraktör güçleri ve farklı iş genişliğindeki LKTM kombinasyonlarına göre güçisteklerinin belirlenmesi ile çalışabilecekleri maksimum iş derinliklerininhesaplanması gerekmektedir., In orderto increase profitability in an agricultural enterprise, operators must beexperienced in order to select the tractors and laser-controlled levelingmachines (LKTM) required in the enterprise in accordance with the operatingcharacteristics and to use them economically. Experience can be gained bytrial-and-error method or by training. In this study, it is aimed to prepareabacts to be used in training of operators. Therefore, four different workingwidths LKTM (3.5, 4, 5 and 6 m) and four different tractor power (85, 95, 140and 160 HP) were chosen. Power requirements are determined in accordance withthese LKTM and tractor combinations. Maximum working depths have beendetermined for working according to power requirements. With the research, theincrease in work widths (LKTM) and the speed of the tractor required increasein power. In the combination of LKTM and tractor with the same working width,an increase in the working depth was observed as the tractor power and speedincreased. In this context, operators using LKTM should be trained with thehelp of abacts to be prepared. Plows developed in the study should be tried infield conditions. The data obtained showed that it is necessary to calculatethe maximum depths of work that can work by determining the power demandsaccording to the different tractor powers sold in our country and LKTMcombinations of different working widths.

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı Türkiye’nin süt üretiminde önemli bir paya sahip olan İzmir ve Manisa illerinde süt sığırcılığı işletmelerinin etkinliğinin incelenmesidir. Araştırma kapsamında İzmir ilinin Ödemiş ilçesinde 117 üretici ve Manisa ilinin Salihli İlçesinde 30 üreticiyle yüz yüze anket yapılmıştır. Süt sığırcılığı işletmelerinde etkinlik ölçümü için veri zarflama analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Teknik etkinlik değerleri Ödemiş'te ve Salihli'de sırasıyla 0,88 ve 0.93 olarak saptanmıştır. Genel olarak işletmelerin kaba yem masraflarını %6.28, kesif yem masraflarını %3.31, işgücü kullanımını %5.45, veteriner, ilaç ve aşı masraflarını %4.16 ve diğer masrafları %5.49 oranında azaltabilecekleri belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca çalışmada etkinlik analizinde değerlendirilen değişkenlerin işletmelerin etkin olma durumlarıyla ilişkisi ortaya konulmuştur. Buna göre BÜD, diğer masraflar ve inek sayısının etkin olan işletmelerde daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Bununla birlikte elde edilen sonuçlar süt sığırcılığı işletmelerinde kaba yem ihtiyacının işletme içinden karşılanmasının işletmelerin etkinliğini artırdığını göstermiştir., The main purpose of this research is to investigate the efficiency of dairy farms in Izmir and Manisa provinces, which have significant share in total milk production in Turkey. Face-to-face surveys were conducted with 117 producers in Odemis district of Izmir province and 30 producers in Salihli district of Manisa province in the scope of the research. Data envelopment analysis was used to determine of efficiency of dairy farms. Technical efficiencies of dairy farms in Odemis and Salihli were determined as 0.88 and 0.93, respectively. In general, it has been determined that dairy farms can reduce their roughage feed costs by 6.28%, concentrate feed costs by 3.31%, labour force use by 5.45%, veterinary, drug and vaccine costs by 4.16%, and other costs by 5.49%. In addition, the relationship between the variables evaluated in the efficiency analysis and the effectiveness of dairy farms was revealed. Accordingly, the value of gross production, other costs, and the number of cows were found to be higher in efficient dairy farms. Furthermore, the results obtained show that obtaining the need for roughage feed within the dairy farm increases the efficiency of the dairy farms.

Bu çalışmada süt hayvancılığı yapılan çiftliklerde kullanılan aydınlatma seviyelerinin uygunluğu ve ölçüm değerlerinin uluslararası standartlarla karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma Çanakkale il sınırları içerisinde bulunan bir tanesi serbest duraklı sistemli, sağım hane doğumhane, revir gibi bölümleri bulunan modern bir hayvancılık işletmesinde diğeri ise daha çok geleneksel yöntemlerle faaliyetlerini devam ettiren bağlı duraklı sistem olan daha ilkel bir süt çiftliğinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma esnasında işletmelerin farklı bölümlerinde beş farklı noktadan ölçümler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu ölçümler, aydınlatma düzeyinin incelenmesi açısından günün farklı zaman dilimlerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gündüz yapay aydınlatmanın olmadığı A çiftliğinde saat 10:30 da B çiftliğinde ise saat 13:00 te ölçümler elde edilmiştir. Yapay aydınlatmanın kullanıldığı saatlerde ise A çiftliğinde saat 20:30, B çiftliğinde ise saat 22:00 de ölçümler alınmıştır. Her iki tesis içinde elde edilen veriler aynı gün içerisinde alınmıştır. Yapılan ölçümler sonucunda yapay aydınlatmanın kullanıldığı saatlerde her iki işletmeninde bazı bölümlerinde standarttın üzerinde aydınlatma enerjisi kullanıldığı, bazı bölümlerinde ise yetersiz aydınlatmanın kullanıldığı gözlenmiştir. ASAE standardına göre 500 lüx olması gereken aydınlanma seviyesi, A çiftliğinin sağımhane çukurunda ortala olarak 1151,2 lüx olarak bulunmuştur. Geleneksel yöntemle üretim gerçekleştirilen B çiftliğinde ise bu değer 4.6 lüx olarak bulunmuştur. Oysaki ASAE standardı geleneksel çiftlikler için 200 lüx olarak belirlenmiştir. Sonuçlardan görüldüğü üzere A çiftliğinde aydınlanma seviyesinin standardın çok çok üzerinde olduğu, B çiftliğinde ise standardın çok altında olduğu görülmektedir. Bu nedenle A çiftliğinde aydınlatma armatürlerinin azaltılması, B çiftliğinde ise arttırılması gerektiği ortaya konarak ilgili çiftlik yöneticileri bu konuda bilgilendirilmiştir.

Because of the rapidly growing economy and high population growth; electricity consumption in Turkey increased by 2.2% in 2018 compared to the previous year, 304.2 billion kWh, while electricity generation increased by 2.2% compared to the previous year and amounted to 304.8 billion kWh. As of the end of September 2019, the installed capacity of our country has reached 90,720 MW. As of the end of September 2019, the distribution of our installed capacity according to resources; 31.4 percent hydraulic energy, 28.6 percent natural gas, 22.4 percent coal, 8.1 percent wind, 6.2 percent solar, 1.6 percent geothermal and 1.7 percent are other sources. Although our energy needs increase day by day, our country meets 76% of primary energy demand through imports. If our energy needs are met with our own resources, it will be possible to reduce the dependence of our country's economy on foreign sources and to reduce costs. Turkey's biomass waste potential of about 8.6 million tons oil equivalent (MTOE) and the amount of biogas that can be produced is estimated to be 1.5 to 2 MTOE. Biomass, which is one of our domestic energy resources, has a significant potential for our country and it is obvious that the development of biomass-oriented energy policies will provide significant gains in the production of sustainable, domestic, cheap and clean energy in our country. In this study, current waste biomass potential determined and the amount of energy obtained by the incineration of waste in Turkey are calculated on the waste scope. Animal, agricultural and urban organic, timber, wood industrial production of wood based panels and treatment waste sludge amounts were determined and combustion energy values of wastes, which are a good alternative in terms of energy production, were calculated in the Turkey. As a result, combustion energy values of biomass wastes, which are a good alternative in terms of energy production, were calculated in Turkey is 184,647 in 2018. In addition, it is concluded that the development of the technologies and the infrastructure necessary for the clean and efficient incineration of chicken wastes will be important for obtaining sustainable and clean / cheap energy in Turkey., Türkiye’nin hızla gelişen ekonomisinden ve yüksek nüfus artışından dolayı; Türkiye’deki elektrik enerjisi tüketimi 2018 yılında bir önceki yıla göre %2,2 artarak 304,2 milyar kWh, elektrik üretimi ise bir önceki yıla göre %2,2 oranında artarak 304,8 milyar kWh olarak gerçekleşmiştir. 2019 yılı Eylül ayı sonu itibarıyla Türkiye’nin kurulu gücü 90.720 MW'a ulaşmıştır. 2019 yılı Eylül ayı sonu itibarıyla kurulu gücümüzün kaynaklara göre dağılımı; yüzde 31,4’ü hidrolik enerji, yüzde 28,6’sı doğal gaz, yüzde 22,4’ü kömür, yüzde 8,1’i rüzgâr, yüzde 6,2’si güneş, yüzde 1,6’sı jeotermal ve yüzde 1,7’si ise diğer kaynaklar şeklindedir. Enerji ihtiyacımızın günden güne artmasına rağmen, Türkiye birincil enerji talebinin %76’sını ithalat yoluyla karşılamaktadır. Enerji ihtiyacımızın kendi öz kaynaklarımız ile karşılanması durumunda hem ülke ekonomimizin dışa bağımlılığının azaltılması hem de maliyetlerin azaltılması sağlanabilecektir. Türkiye’nin biyokütle atık potansiyelinin yaklaşık 8,6 milyon ton eşdeğer petrol (MTEP) ve üretilebilecek biyogaz miktarının ise 1,5-2 MTEP olduğu tahmin edilmektedir. Yerli enerji kaynaklarımızdan biri olan biyokütle Türkiye açısından önemli bir potansiyele sahiptir ve bu anlamda biyokütle odaklı enerji politikalarının geliştirilmesinin Türkiye’de sürdürülebilir, yerli, ucuz ve temiz enerji eldesin de ciddi anlamda kazançlar sağlayacağı aşikardır. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’deki güncel atık biyokütle potansiyeli belirlenmiş ve atıkların yakılması suretiyle elde edilecek enerji miktarları atık bazında hesaplanmıştır. Türkiye’de ki hayvansal, tarımsal, kentsel organik, kereste, endüstriyel odun üretimi, ahşap bazlı panel ve arıtma çamuru atık miktarları belirlenmiş ve yakılarak kullanılması enerji üretimi açısından iyi bir alternatif olan atıkların yanma enerji değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Sonuç olarak Türkiye’deki toplam biyokütle atıkların yanma enerji değeri 2018 yılında 184,647 PJ’dür. Ayrıca, potansiyeli en fazla atık olan tavuk atıklarının temiz ve verimli yakılması için gerekli olan teknolojilerin geliştirilmesi ve altyapının oluşturulmasının Türkiye’de hem sürdürülebilir hem de temiz/ucuz enerji eldesi için önem arz edeceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Fruits and vegetables, which are extremely important for people to be nourished in a balanced and healthy manner need to be stored in a good way in order to be consumed even outside their harvesting periods. Cold storage depots play a significant role in terms of preserving their initial freshness throughout the year by preventing the deterioration of the fruits and vegetables after the harvest. In this study, different cold storage depot alternatives for all kind of fruits and vegetables, located in Civril district in the city of Denizli, have been evaluated by using two Muti-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods which are SWARA and fuzzy COPRAS methods. After the weights of the criteria have been determined with SWARA method, the alternatives have been ranked using the fuzzy COPRAS method. At the end of the study, the most suitable cold storage has been determined for the farmers.

Çok çeşitli ürün yelpazesinesahip olan mobilya sektörü iş güvenliği açısından tehlikeli sınıfta yeralmaktadır. Alanda kullanılan makine ve ekipmanlar, çalışanların maruz kaldığıgürültü, toz ve kimyasallar iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin bu sektörde ne kadarönemli olduğunun bir göstergesidir. Mobilya sektörü, iş kazalarının en çok yaşandığıişyerlerinin sıralamasında maden, inşaat, nakliyat, metal sektörlerinden sonra5.sırada gelmektedir. Bu açıdan çalışmada ahşap ve mobilya imalatı yapan bir işyerindemevcut riskler belirlenmiş ve L tipi Matris kullanılarak risk analiz çalışmasıgerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan risk analiz çalışmasında 26’sı “Yüksek Risk”,20’si “Orta Risk”, 3‟ü “Düşük Risk” olarak toplam 49 risk tespit edilmiştir.Son olarak tespit edilen risklerin ortadan kaldırılması veya en aza indirilmesiiçin önerilerde bulunulmuştur., The machines used in the furnituremanufacturing sector, which has an important place in the business lines of ourcountry, have developed considerably with the industrial revolution. The furnituresector ranks 5th after the mining, construction, transportation and metalsectors in the ranking of the workplaces where work accidents occur most. Inthis regard, the present risks were determined in a workplace producing woodand furniture, and a risk analysis study was carried out using the L-typeMatrix. In the risk analysis study, a total of 49 risks were determined, 26 ofwhich were "High Risk", 20 of which were "Medium Risk" and3 of them were "Low Risk". Finally, suggestions have been made toeliminate or minimize the risks identified.

TÜİK, İllerde Yaşam Endeksi ile bireylerin ve hanehalklarının yaşamını objektif ve subjektif ölçütler kullanarak yaşam boyutları ayrımında yerel düzeyde ölçmeye, karşılaştırmaya, zaman içinde izlemeye yönelik bir endeks çalışması yapmıştır. TÜİK Yaşam Endeksi’nde 11 boyutta toplam 41 gösterge kullanılmaktadır. Yaşam Endeksi, minimum-maksimum normalizasyonu ile elde edilen alt endekslerin aritmetik ortalaması ile bulunmak-tadır. Bu çalışmada alt endekslerin bulunmasında Veri Zarflama Analizi’nin kullanılması önerilmektedir. Ayrıca, illerin Yaşam Kalitesi Endeksi, elde edilen alt endekslerin geometrik ortalaması olarak alınmıştır. Önce illerin 2015 yılı Yaşam Kalitesi Endeksi, TÜİK 2015 Yaşam Endeksi verileriyle ağırlık sınırlandırması yapılmadan elde edilmiştir. Daha sonra, illerin 2015 yılı Yaşam Kalitesi Endeksi, ağırlık sınırlandırması yapılarak bulunmuştur. Coğrafi olarak Türkiye’nin batısındaki illerin yaşam kalitesinin, doğudaki illerin yaşam kalitesinden daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür., With the Index of Life in Provinces, TURKSTAT has made an index study to measure, compare, monitor the life of individuals and households at the local level in the distinction of life dimensions using objective and subjective criteria. A total of 41 indicators are used in 11 dimensions in the TURKSTAT Life Index. Life Index is found with arithmetic average of sub-indices obtained by minimum-maximum normalization. In this study, it is recommended to use Data Envelopment Analysis to find sub-indices. In addition, the Quality of Life Index of the provinces was taken as the geometric mean of the obtained sub-indices. The Quality of Life Index of the provinces in 2015 was obtained without weight restriction with the data of TURKSTAT 2015 Life Index. Then, the Quality of Life Index of the provinces in 2015 was determined by weight restriction. Geographically, the quality of life of the western provinces of Turkey was found to be higher than quality of life of the eastern provinces.

Bu çalışma, Diyarbakır ili köy tavukçuluğununmevcut durumunun incelenmesi, üreticilerin sosyo-ekonomik durumları, tavukbarınaklarının durumu, üreticilerin bakım ve besleme konusundaki bilgileri veüretici sorunlarının ortaya konulması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, basittesadüfî örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen köylerde 2016–2017 yılları arasındatavukçuluk yapan işletme sahipleri ile yüz yüze yapılan anketlerden sağlananveriler analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre; işletme sahiplerininyaşlarının ortalamasının 45.8 olduğu, işletmecilerin tamamının okuryazar veçiftçi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yetiştiricilerin tamamının erkek olduğu vekooperatife üye olmadıkları saptanmıştır. Yetiştiricilerin büyük bir kısmının (%97) tavuk yetiştiriciliği yaptığıbelirlenmiştir. İşletmelerin tamamında kanatlı yetiştiriciliğiyapıldığı ve kanatlı hayvan sayısının toplam hayvan sayısı içindeki oranının%59.4 olduğu saptanmıştır.Yetiştiriciler işletmede bulunan tavuk ve horoz ırklarının büyükbir kısmının (%84) yerel ırk olduğunu ifade etmişlerdir. Yetiştiricilerişletmelerin tamamında hastalık görüldüğünü ifade etmişlerdir. İşletmelerintamamında yetiştiricilerin sabah, akşam olmak üzere günde iki defa yemlemeyaptığı ve hayvanlara fabrika yemi verilme oranının %34.6 olduğubelirlenmiştir. İşletmelerintamamında kümes temizliği ve yemleme ve yumurta toplama gibi işlerin kadınlartarafından yapıldığı belirlenmiştir. İşletmelerin tamamında yetiştiriciler barınaktailave aydınlatma ve ilave ısıtma yapmadıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Sonuç olarak;Diyarbakır ili köy tavukçuluğunun ülkemizdeki geleneksel köy tavukçuluğununyapısına benzer olduğu tespit edilmiş, özellikle hastalıklar, uygulanandestekler, yem maliyetinin düşürülmesi ve pazarlama konularındaki sorunlarınınçözümü önem taşımaktadır., Thisstudy was carried out to investigate the current status of the village poultryin Diyarbakir province, the socio-economic status of the breeders, the statusof the hen houses, the information about the maintenance and feeding of thebreeders and the breeders' problems. In the study, the data obtained fromface-to-face questionnaires were analyzed with the village poultry breeders inselected villages by simple random sampling method in between 2016-2017.According to research findings; the average age of the breeders are 45.8, andthat all of the breeders are literate and farmers. It has been determined thatall breeders are male and not co-operative members. It was determined that mostof the breeders (97%) busy with poultry production. It has been determined thatall of the plants have breeding poultry, and the ratio of poultry to the totalnumber of animals was 59.4%. The breeders stated that a large proportion (84%)of Chicken and Rooster races were local races. Breeders stated that all of theenterprises had a disease. Inall enterprises, it was determined that the breeders were feeding twice a dayin the morning and in the evening and the rate of giving concentrate feed tothe animals was 34.6%. It has been determined that the constructions of thepoultry house, poultry cleaning and feeding irrigation are done by womenentirely. Inall enterprises, the breeders stated that they did not provide additionallighting and additional heating in the shelter. As a result; Diyarbakırprovince village poultry is similar to the structure of the traditional villagepoultry in our country. Especially diseases, applied supports, reduction offeed cost and solution of problems in marketing matters are important.

Inthis study, the priorities of farmers who grow greenhouse tomato in Muğladistrict, on input usage decisions in greenhouse tomato production weredetermined by analytical hierarchy method. Data of this research were collectedfrom 93 farmers with face to face survey method by using proportional samplingmethod. In conclusion, price is the most significant criteria on input usagedecision of greenhouse tomato production. In order to obtain more affordableinput and to provide efficiency in marketing, producers should be organized.Seedling is the most important input on input usage decision of greenhouse tomatoproduction. In terms of input usage preference, the highest priority of farmerswas chemical inputs., Bu çalışmada, Muğla ilinde örtüaltı domates yetiştirenüreticilerin girdi kullanım kararlarındaki öncelikleri analitik hiyerarşiyöntemiyle saptanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri oransal örnekleme ile 93üreticiden yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle derlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, örtüaltıdomates üretiminde üreticilerin girdi kullanım kararında en fazla etkili olankriterin fiyat olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Daha uygun fiyatlı girdi temini vepazarlamada etkinlik sağlamak için üreticilerin örgütlenmelerineihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Üreticilergirdi kullanımına karar verirken dikkate aldıkları en önemli girdinin fideolduğu saptanmıştır. Girdi kullanım tercihinde iseüreticiler önceliği kimyasal girdilere vermektedir.

Türkiye’de son yıllarda modern üretimyapan işletme sayısında önemli artışlar yaşansa da serbet piyasa koşullarındarekabet edebilecek işletme sayısı oldukça azdır. Özellikle çalışma alanındaönemli bir hayvancılık kültürü olmasına rağmen bölgedeki süt sığırcılığıişletmelerinde yenilikler yeterince benimsenmemiş olup üretim hala gelenekselyöntemlerle yapılmaktadır. Çalışma materyalini, Erzurum ilinde süt sığırcılığıfaaliyetini sürdüren 103 adet anket oluşturmaktadır. Erzurum ilinde faaliyetgösteren süt sığırcılığı işletmelerinde üreticiler tarafından benimsenen sütsağım ünitesi, süt soğutma tankı, gübre sıyırıcı, otomatik suluk, kaşıyıcı,buzağı ünitesi, karantina alanı, doğumhane, yem deposu, suni tohumlama,havalandırma, teknik destek, silaj kullanımı şeklinde 13 adet yenilik elealınmıştır. İşletmenin kullandığı yeniliklerin benimsemesinde etkili olanfaktörlerin tespitinde Sıralı Probit Modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın bağımlıdeğişkeni yeniliklerin benimsenme düzeyidüşük, orta ve yüksek şeklinde 3gruba ayrılmıştır. Model sonucuna göre; ailedeki birey sayısı, tarımsal amaçlıkredi kullanım durumu, yıllık tarım dışı gelir, sosyal güvenlik, yeniteknolojileri uygulamanın gelirde değişim meydana getirmesi, yeniliğin ucuzolması, yenilikle ilgili bilgi sahibi olmak, yeniliğin denenebilir olması,yeniliği diğer çiftçilerin uyguluyor olması, sütün pazarlama durumu, sütünpazarlama şekli, sütün pazarlama süresi ve büyükbaş hayvan sayısı değişkenleriistatistiksel açıdan önemli bulunmuştur., While there have beensignificant increases in the number of modern production businesses in recentyears the number of holdings to compete in free market conditions is quite low.Although there is an important livestock culture in the study area, innovationsin dairy cattle farms in the region have not been sufficiently adopted and theproduction is still carried out by traditional methods. The study materialconsists of 103 questionnaires which are active in dairy cattle in the provinceof Erzurum. Adopted by producers in dairy cattle enterprises operators inErzurum province addressed 13 innovations such as milk milking unit, milkcooling tank, manure scraper, automatic drinker, trainer, calf unit, quarantinearea, delivery room, feed store, artificial insemination, ventilation,technical support, silage use in dairy cattle farms. Ordered Probit Model wasused to determine the factors that effect the adoption of innovations. Thedependent variable of the study was divided into three groups: low, medium andhigh. According to the model result; the number of individuals in the family,the use of loans for agricultural purposes, the annual non-agricultural income,social security, the introduction of new technologies to bring about changes inincome, the innovation to be cheap, to have information about innovation, to beinnovative, to be tried innovation, to be applied by other farmers, milkmarketing status, marketing, milk marketing period and number of bovine animalswere found to be statistically significant.

ÖZET İmalat sanayinin mevcut üretim koşullarında, gelecekle ilgili yönelimler ve beklentiler hakkında bilgilendirme amaçlı yayımlanan çeşitli göstergeler bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, temel sanayi göstergelerinden ekonomik güven endeksinin alt bileşenlerinden olan reel kesim güven endeksinin imalat sektöründe gerçekleşen fiziki kapasite kullanımına göre üretici maliyetlerini yansıtan fiyat endeksini etkileyip etkilemediği ampirik olarak test edilmiştir. Bu amaçla TCMB İmalat Sanayi İktisadi Yönelim İstatistikleri ve TÜİK Ekonomik Güven Endeksi elektronik veri dağıtım sistemi aylık verilerinden derlenen 2007:1-2019:1 dönemine ait İmalat Sanayi Kapasite Kullanım Oranı ve Reel Kesim Güven Endeksi değişkenleri kullanılmıştır. Analizde geleneksel birim kök testlerinden ADF, PP, KPSS sabitli ve sabit-trendli modelleri uygulanmış ve bant genişliği Newey-West metodu ile belirlenmiştir. KPSS birim kök testinde düzey değerlerinde, ADF ve PP birim kök test istatistiğinde ise birinci fark alma işlemi sonucu değişkenlerin her ikisinin de durağan hale geldiği anlaşılmıştır. Granger Nedensellik testi analizine göre, iki değişken arasında çift yönlü nedensellik ilişkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir. In the analysis, ADF, PP, KPSS constant and fixed-trend models were applied from the traditional unit root tests and the bandwidth was determined by Newey-West method. In the KPSS unit root test, both the ADF and PP unit root test statistic showed that both of the variables became static as a result of the first difference taking. According to Granger Causality test analysis, it is determined that there is a bidirectional causality relationship between two variables. Buaraştırmada, dünyada önemli zeytin ve zeytinyağı üreticisi ülkeler arasında yeralan Türkiye’nin kaliteli ve markalı zeytinyağı üretimindeki durumuincelenmiştir. Dünyada olduğu gibi Türkiye’de de kaliteli zeytinyağıüretiminde; zeytinin çeşidi, yetiştiği yöredeki iklim ve toprak, üretimdeuygulanan kültürel işlemler, emek-yoğun hasat ve zeytini yağa işleme vesonrasındaki işletme şartlarının en önemli kriterler olduğu tespit edilmiştir.Bu kriterlerin sağlanması koşuluyla üretilen zeytinyağında, kalite vemarkalaşmanın tescillenmesinde ise ulusal ve uluslararası yarışmaların önemibüyüktür. Nitekim bu araştırmada, Türkiye’nin kaliteli ve markalı üretimineönem veren, özel ve özenli üretim yapan, kendilerini butik üretici olarak ifadeeden ulusal ve uluslararası zeytinyağı kalite yarışmalarına katılıp ödül alan,kalite ve markalarını tescillendiren 21 adet firma sahibi ile görüşülmüştür. Bu21 adet firmanın 5 adedi uluslararası, 8 adedi ulusal ve 8 adedi hem ulusal hemde uluslararası yarışmalardan ödül almıştır. Araştırmada nicel ve nitel yöntemkullanılmış, yarı yapılandırılmış derinlemesine mülakat sonucu elde edilenveriler, nitel yöntem gereği kodlanarak sınıflandırılmıştır. Ayrıca söz konusuzeytinyağı firmalarının sosyo- demografik özellikleri, işletme kapasiteleri,marka tanınırlıkları ve yarışmalardan aldıkları ödül durumlarını içerenveriler, nicel yöntem gereği gruplar arasında farklılıkları, Kruskal WallisTesti ile incelenmiştir. Diğer yandan ulusal ve uluslararası yarışmalarınkalite ve markalaşma sürecini olumlu etkilenmekte olduğu, firmaların ulusal veuluslararası rekabet güçlerini test edildiğini ve uluslararası platformdatanınırlıklarının sağlandığı anlaşılmıştır., In thisresearch, important olive and olive oil producers in the world among countriesof Turkey, was examined the situation in quality and branded olive oilproduction. Turkey as well as in the world in the quality of olive oilproduction; It is determined that the most important criteria are the types ofolives, climate and soil in the region, cultural practicesapplied in production, labor-intensive harvesting andprocessing of olives in oil and the conditions after them. National andinternational competitions are of great importance in the production of oliveoil produced on the condition that these criteria are met and in theregistration of quality and branding. Interviewed in fact, this research,Turkey's high quality and branded with an emphasis on production, private andattentive engaged in manufacturing, he won prizes participating boutiqueproducers as representing national and international olive oil qualitycompetition the quality and the owner of 21 companies brands registrated which5 were international, 8 national and international competitions. Quantitativeand qualitative methods were used in the study and the data obtained as aresult of semi-structured in-depth interviews were classified according to thequalitative method. In addition, the dataincluding the socio-demographic characteristics, operating capacities,brand recognition and award status of the olive oil companies were analyzed byKruskal Wallis Test. On the other hand, it is understood that the quality andbranding process is effected from national and international competitions, thuscompetitive capacities of the firms are tested and eventually these activitieswould enable the firms recognized at the international level.

Among all other agricultural products, cotton has an important place in terms of added value contribution and a wide usage variety in different industries. Turkey was the 7th largest fiber cotton producer in the world by the time period of 2016/17 with a production amount of 703000 tons which provides 3.05% of the total global cotton production. Hatay city is one of the important cities in terms of cotton production. The province holds 10.32% of cotton production areas and provides 10.84% of the cottonseed and fiber cotton productions in Turkey. In the enterprises which were examined, input amounts that were used to produce 5.29 tons Raw cotton were as follows; 26.2 kg seed, 648.8 kg fertilizer, 8.5 lt agricultural pesticide, 404.9 lt diesel fuel, 6417.1 kw electricity, and 26.7 manpower. In terms of irrigation and harvest methods, 71.45% of the enterprises were using the surface irrigation method, and 58.38% of them used the machinery harvest method. Within the research area, subsidy excluded income per unit area was found as 2447.24 USD/ha and subsidy included income was found as 3529.39 USD/ha. It was found that, agricultural subsidies increase the income per unit area at a level of 44.22%, and deficiency payments have the biggest share in this contribution (1052.97 USD/ha)., Pamuk, kullanım alanı genişliği ve farklı sektörlerde sağlamış olduğu katma değer bakımından tarım ürünleri içinde özel bir yere ve öneme sahiptir. 2016/17 döneminde Dünya lif pamuğu üretiminde Türkiye 703.000 ton ve %3,05’lik pay ile 7. sırada yer almıştır. Türkiye’nin bitkisel üretim deseninde yer alan pamuğun üretiminde önde gelen illerden biri de Hatay’dır. İl, Türkiye pamuk üretim alanlarında %10,32, kütlü pamuk, çiğit ve lif üretiminde %10,84’lük pay ile ülke genelinde 3. sırada yer almaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında incelenen işletmelerde birim alandan (ha) ortalama 5,29 ton kütlü pamuk elde etmek için; 26,2 kg tohum, 648,8 kg gübre, 8,5 lt tarımsal mücadele ilacı 404,9 lt mazot, 6417,1 kw elektrik ve 26,7 EİB kullanılmıştır. İşletmelerde pamuk ekim alanlarının %71,45’inde salma sulama yöntemi kullanılmış, pamuk üretim alanlarının %58,38’inde hasat makinayla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada; pamuk üretimine verilen destekler dikkate alınmadığında birim alana gelir 2447,24 $/ha olup, destekler dâhil edildiğinde bu değer 3529,39 $/ha düzeyine ulaşmaktadır. Pamuk üretimine verilen destekler birim alandan elde edilen geliri %44,22 oranında artırmıştır. Bu artışta en büyük payı fark desteği (1052,97 $/ha) oluşturmaktadır.

Bu makalede, Benin’in kanatlı hayvan eti üretimi sektöründeki girişimcilik fırsatlarının değerlendirebilmesi için kanatlı hayvan etinin üretim ve tüketim değerleri ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca ülkeye yıllık ithal edilen et ve ekonomik değeri de incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla, INSAE, Tarım ve Hayvancılık Bakanlığı (MAEP) ve FAO raporları değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca daha önce yapılmış benzer makalelerden de bazı veriler kullanılmıştır. Bu makalenin sonucunda, kişi başına gelirin büyümesi ve gıda seçeneklerinin genişletilmesi sayesinde gıda ürünleri ve tüketim modellerinin değişmekte olduğu söylenebilmektedir. Benin’de 2013 (sonraki yıllara ait veri bulunmamaktadır) yılında kişi başına et tüketimi 25,2 kg’a ulaşmıştır. Ancak dünya ortalaması (43,22 kg/kişi/yıl) dikkate alındığında et tüketiminin oldukça düşük olduğu görülmektedir. Benin’de ulusal üretilen etlerin %21’i kanatlı hayvan etinden oluşmaktadır. Ulusal kanatlı hayvan eti üretimi ise yükselen et talebini karşılayamamaktadır. Yerel üretimin tüketimdeki payı 2005’ten 2013’e kadar oldukça düşmüştür (%21’den %6’ya). Benin’e ithal edilen toplam et miktarının %98’i kanatlı hayvan etidir (tavuk ve hindi eti) ve 2010-2016 yılları arasında yıllık ithal edilen kanatlı hayvan eti değeri ortalama 216.358 milyon dolar olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Bu durum döviz kaybına neden olmaktadır. Mevcut veriler değerlendirildiğinde Benin’de kanatlı hayvan üretimine yönelik yatırım fırsatları değerlendirilmelidir. Ayrıca gıda güvenliği alanında önemli eksiklikler bulunmakta ve bu alanda ihtiyaçların karşılanması ve geliştirilmesi de girişimcilik fırsatlarını içermektedir., In this article, the production and consumption values of poultry meat are discussed in order to evaluate the entrepreneurial opportunities in the poultry meat production sector. in addition, the annual import of meat and its economic value were also examined. For this purpose, INSAE, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAEP) and FAO reports were reviewed. in addition, some data from similar articles published on this subject have been used. As a result of this review, it can be said that food products and consumption patterns are changing due to the per capita income growth and the expansion of food options. in Benin, food products and consumption patterns are changing due to the growth of income and the expansion of food choice options. Therefore, per capita meat consumption increased and reached 25.2 kg in 2013. However, according to the average of the world meat consumption in 2013 (43.22 kg / person / year) this amount is very low. in general, 21% of the meat produced in Benin consists of poultry meat. National poultry breeding does not meet the rising demand for meat. the part of local production in consumption decreased significantly from 2005 to 2013 (from 21% to 6%). 98% of the total meat imported to Benin is composed by poultry meat (chicken and turkey meat). From 2010 to 2016, the average of imported poultry meat value is $216,358 million and this situation causes loss of currency. Considering the available data, investment opportunities for poultry production in Benin should be evaluated. in addition, there are significant shortcomings in the field of food safety and the provision. the development of the needs in this sector includes entrepreneurship opportunities.

Bu araştırmada amaç, Giresun İli Bulancak İlçesi fındık üreticilerinin tarım sigortası yaptırma durumları ve fındıkta sigorta yaptırmayı etkileyen bazı faktörlerin belirlenmesidir. 138 üretici ile çalışılmıştır. Bölgede fındık üretim alanlarında don, dolu ve rüzgârdan dolayı sık sık ürün kayıplarıyla karşılaşılmaktadır. Araştırmaya dâhil olan fındık üreticilerinin %97,83’ü doğal afetle karşılaşmış ve kayba uğramıştır. Üreticilerinin %84,78’i tarım sigortası hakkında bilgi sahibidir. Ancak çoğu (%60,87) tarım sigortası yaptırmamaktadır. Bu araştırmada tarım sigortası yaptırmada etkili olan faktörler Binary Logit analizi ile test edilmiştir. Üreticilerin sigorta yaptırmada istatistiki olarak olası etkili olan faktörler ise; üreticilerin sahip oldukları arazi büyüklüğü, yıllık tarımsal gelirleri, sürekli afet riski ve maliyetlerin yüksek olma durumu olarak belirlenmiştir. The aim of this research is to determine the agricultural insurance status of hazelnut producers in Bulancak District of Giresun Province and to determine some factors affecting the insurance of hazelnut. It has been discussed with 138 producers. In the hazelnut production areas in the Research Area, product losses are frequently encountered due to frost, hail and wind. 97.83% of the hazelnut producers included in the research were faced with natural disasters and suffered losses. 84.78% of the producers have information about agricultural insurance, but most (60.87%) do not have agricultural insurance. In this research, the factors effective in taking out agricultural insurance were tested with binary logit analysis. The factors that are likely to be effective in the insurance of producers are; The size of the land owned by the producers, annual agricultural income, risk of permanent catastrophe and high costs.

Bu çalışmada, Tokat ili Almus ilçesinde yaşayan ailelerin balık tüketim tercihleri ve bunları seçmelerinde etkili olan faktörler araştırılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında hane halkı ile yüz yüze görüşmelerden elde edilen veriler kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada tüketicilerin, Almus Baraj Gölü’nde bulunan balık türlerinden en çok tüketilen gökkuşağı alabalığı (Oncahorynchus myciss), sazan balığı (Cyprinus carpio) ve yayın balığı (Silurus glanis) alternatiflerinden hangisini tercih ettikleri ve bu seçimde etkili olan kriterlerin tüketici tercihindeki önemlilik derecesi Analitik Hiyerarşik Süreç (AHS) yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir. Kriterler, fiyat, besin değeri, lezzet, tazelik, kılçık durumu, satıldığı yer, alışkanlık, avcılık, yetiştiricilikten oluşmaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda tüketicilerin en çok tazeliğe (0,175) dikkat ettiği, bunun devamında ise lezzet (0,136), satıldığı yer (0,133), besin değeri (0,122) kriterlerinin geldiği belirlenmiştir. Balık tüketim tercihinde ise, Gökkuşağı Alabalık kriteri %48 puan ile öncelikli olarak belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda, tüketicilerin balık tüketim tercihinde etkili olan kriterlerin önem derecesi belirlenerek, balık yetiştiricileri ve satıcıları için yol gösterici olması amaçlanmaktadır. In this study, fish consumption preferences of the families living in the district of Almus in Tokat province and the factors that are effective in choosing them were investigated. In the scope of the study, the data obtained from face-to-face interviews with households were used. In the study, consumers prefer which of the alternatives of rainbow trout (Oncahorynchus myciss), carp fish (Cyprinus carpio) and spring fish (Silurus glanis) consumed most of the fish species found in Almus Dam Lake, and the importance level of consumer preference in this choice. the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was determined by the AHS method. Criteria consist of price, nutritional value, taste, freshness, bone condition, sold place, habit, hunting, aquaculture. It has been determined that the most attention is paid to the freshness (0.175) in the direction of the findings and that the criteria of taste (0.136), sold place (0.133) and food value (0.122) follow. In the preference of fish consumption, Rainbow Trout criterion was given priority with 48% points. İt is aimed to determine the importance level of the criteria that are effective in consumers ‘preference of fish consumption in the direction of obtained findings and to be a guide for fish farmers and sellers.

The present study aimsto appreciate the economic value that might be added in case the PamukkaleNatural Preservation Area is used for recreational purposes. A survey study wasconducted on totally 584 visitors who checked in Pamukkale Preservation Area inthe period of June 2016 - June 2017. In the Individual travel cost method,poisson regression and negative binomial regression analysis were employed;total consumer surplus values were estimated as 33 Billion and 37 Billion, respectively. In theRegional travel cost method, multiple linear regression analysis was employedand total consumer surplus value was estimated as 71 Billion ₺. In the Contingentvaluation method, the logistic regression analysis was employed and totalwillingness to pay was estimated as 30Billion ₺. Recreational economicvalue of the Pamukkale Natural PreservationArea, included in the UNESCO WorldHeritage List, was estimated by both methods as about 30 Billion ₺ and 71 Billion ₺, respectively., Bu çalışmada Pamukkale Örenyeri’nin rekreasyonel amaçlıkullanılması durumunda ortaya çıkacak ekonomik değeri belirlemek amaçlanmıştır.Pamukkale Örenyeri’ni Haziran 2016-Haziran 2017 tarihleri arasında ziyaret eden584 ziyaretçiye anket uygulanmıştır. Objective: In this study, economic analysis of greenhouse tomato growing were performed.Material and Methods: Data of this research were collected from 93 farmers with face to face survey method by using proportional sampling method. Firstly socio-economic characteristics of the farms were examined. After that, economic analysis of greenhouse tomato production were performed.Results: According to the results of economic analysis, average net profit for single crop tomato production in plastic and glass greenhouse were calculated as 4442.58 TL/da, 3924.45 TL/da respectively. Average net profit in plastic and glass greenhouse were calculated as 3303.90 TL/da, 9152.14 TL/da respectively for fall tomato production, were calculated as -422.56 TL/da, 1610.82 TL/da respectively for spring tomato production.Conclusion: The awareness of the farmers to use as much inputs as needed, will provide that healthy and eco-friendly foods will be produced in a profitable manner at the same time., Amaç: Bu araştırmada Muğla’da örtüaltı domates yetiştiriciliğinin ekonomik analizi hedeflenmiştir.Materyal ve Metot: Araştırmanın verileri oransal örnekleme ile 93 üreticiden yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle derlenmiştir. Verilerin analizinde öncelikle işletmelerin sosyo-ekonomik özellikleri incelenmiş, daha sonra 2015-2016 dönemi domates üretiminin ekonomik analizi yapılmıştır.Bulgular: Ekonomik analiz sonuçlarına göre, tek ürün yetiştiriciliğinde net kâr plastik ve cam seralarda sırasıyla 4442.58 TL/da, 3924.45 TL/da, güz döneminde net kâr plastik ve cam seralarda sırasıyla 3303.90 TL/da, 9152.14 TL/da, bahar döneminde net kâr plastik ve cam seralarda sırasıyla -422.56 TL/da, 1610.82 TL/da olarak hesaplanmıştır.Sonuç: Üreticilerin gerektiği kadar girdi kullanılması yönünde bilinçlendirilmesi, sağlıklı ve çevreye zarar vermeyen ürünlerin aynı zamanda kârlı bir şekilde üretilmesini de sağlayacaktır.

Çevre koruma harcamaları; su ve atık su hizmetleri ile atık hizmetleri başta olmak üzere çevresel hizmetler için yapılan cari ve yatırım harcamalarını kapsamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, 2008-2015 yılları arasında Türkiye’nin kamu ve özel sektördeki çevre koruma harcamaları analiz edilmiştir. Bu harcamaların toplam bugünkü değeri2018 yılı esas alındığında~200 milyar TL’dir. Harcamaların %67’sini cari, %33’ünü ise yatırım harcamaları oluşturmaktadır. Çevre koruma harcamalarının büyük bir kısmı (~%80) kamu sektörü tarafından gerçekleştirilmektedir.2008-2015 yılları arasında Türkiye’deki çevre koruma harcamalarının gayri safi yurtiçi hasıla (GSYİH) içerisindeki oranı sırasıyla kamu sektörü için %0,99, %1,06, %0,93, %0,88, %0,92, %0,88 ve %1,00; Özel sektör için ise %0,10, %0,18, %0,18, %0,29, %0,31, %0,31, %0,31 ve %0,33’tür. Avrupa Birliği (AB) ülkelerinde kamu ve özel sektör için bu oranların ortalamaları2014 yılı için sırasıyla %0,8ve %1,28 seviyelerinde iken, Ekonomik Kalkınma ve İşbirliği Örgütü (The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development-OECD) ülkelerinde kamu sektörü için ~%0,77’dir. 2014 yılında Türkiye’de toplam çevre koruma harcamaları için GSYİH’den ayrılan pay kamu sektörü için AB ve OECD ülkelerine göre daha yüksek olup, özel sektör için ise AB ülkelerine göre oldukça düşük seviyelerde kalmaktadır. Türkiye’deki mevcut çevresel hizmetlerin özellikle kırsal kesimlerde yetersiz olduğu görülmekte, kamu sektöründe yapılacak çevre koruma harcamalarının bu bölgeler üzerine yoğunlaşması gerektiği sonucuna varılmaktadır., Environmental protection expenditures involve current and investment expenditures for environmental services including particularly water, waste water, waste services. In this study, these expenditures of public and private sectors were analyzed between 2008 and 2015 in Turkey. Total present value of these expenditures for 2018 is found to be ~200 billion TL. 67% of that amount belongs to current expenditures, while 33% of it is composed of investment expenditures. Biggest fraction of that expenditures (~80%) belongs to public sector. Share of environmental protection expenditures of public sector in gross domestic product (GDP) between 2008 and 2015 in Turkey is 0.99%, 1.06%, 0.93%, 0.88%, 0.88%, 0.92%, 0.88% and 1.00%, while that of private sector is 0.10%, 0.18%, 0.18%, 0.29%, 0.31%, 0.31%, 0.31% and 0.33%, respectively. For 2014, average value of share for public and private sectors in European Union (EU) is 0.8% and 1.28%, respectively, while that for public sector in Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is ~0.77%. Based on the data for 2014, Turkey has lower share of environmental protection expenditures on GDP for private sector in comparison to EU, while this value in Turkey for public sector is higher in comparison to EU and OECD. It is concluded that existing environmental protection expenditures for especially rural areas is inadequate in Turkey and thus, special attention should be given to environmental protection expenditures of public sector for these areas.

The aim of the study is to determine the consumers hard shell dried nuts consumption habits and purchasing behaviours in urban areas of Siirt Province. The main data of this study has been compiled through questionnaires from 150 consumers who live in urban area of Siirt. In the analysis of the data, frequency tables were used and the logit model where consumers consume sufficient amount of nuts in their families. In the survey, 62.7% of the respondents were male, 63.4% were in the 25-40 age group, 64.0% were married, 62.0% were in the income group of 2001-4000 TL, 49.3% of the family members consumed sufficient amount of nuts, 56.0% it was determined that the consumption of the nuts had information about the benefits and 78.7% of the nuts purchased from the nuts shop. In the study, it was also found that there was a positive relationship between think that sufficient amount of nuts was consumed in the family with knowing the benefits of nuts consumption On the other hand, the relationship between think that sufficient amount of nuts was consumed in the family and gender was found to be negative.

Belirlenen araştırma alanında, tarım sigortası yaptıran 34 ve yaptırmayan 59 üretici olmak üzere, toplam 93 kişi ile yüz yüze görüşülmüştür. Elde edilen veriler yüzde dağılım çizelgeleri, ortalama, maksimum ve minimum hesaplar yoluyla değerlendirilerek yorumlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, Narince bölgede en yaygın olarak yetiştirilen üzüm çeşididir. Dolu ve don üreticilerin en fazla karşılaştıkları risklerdir. Bölge bağları, doğal afetle karşılaşma sıklığı açısından yüksek riskli grubunda yer almaktadır. Araştırmada, üreticilerin %54,52'sinin tarım sigortasından haberdar olduğu, %32,25'sinin üzüm ürününü değişik yıllarda sigortalattığı, %10,75'inin bugüne kadar hasar ödemesi aldığı belirlenmiştir. Tarım sigortası yaptırmayan üreticiler için, prim ödemede zorlanma ihtimali, hasar ödemelerinin adil ve zamanında yapılacağına duyulan güvensizlik en önemli yaptırmama gerekçeleridir. Bu çalışmada Hatay ilinde fidan üretimi yapan işletmelerin mevcut durumunu ortaya koymak amacıyla GZFT(Güçlü yönler, Zayıf yönler, Fırsatlar, Tehditler) analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmada 92 meyve fidanı üreticisi işletme ile yüz yüze görüşülmek ve konu ile ilgili sorular yöneltilmek üzere tam sayım yöntemi kullanılmış ve anketler yapılmıştır. Araştırmada işletmelerin GZFT'ye göre mevcut durumları ortaya konulmuştur. Ekolojik koşulların uygun olması, bölgede turunçgil üretiminin yoğun olarak yapılması, denize yakınlık nedeniyle ısıtma giderlerinin düşük olması, atıl aile işgücü varlığı, ulaşım kolaylığı, bölgenin en önemli güçlü yönlerini oluşturmaktadır. Buna karşılık, eğitim düzeyinin düşüklüğü, üretim parsellerinin küçük olması, işletmelerde düzenli kayıt tutulmaması, üreticilerin örgütlenme konusunda yeterli bilinçlenmemiş olması da bölgenin zayıf yönlerini oluşturmaktadır., In this study, SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analyses is done in order to reveal current status of fruit sapling suppliers in Hatay. Data collected from representative face-to-face surveys using full counting method with totally 92 suppliers in the present study. Current statuses of companies were revealed according to SWOT analyses. Favourable ecological conditions, proximity to citrus growing areas and sea, presence of unemployed person in the family and accessibility were the strengths of selected region. Low educational level, small parcels of land, suppliers without regular records, unconsciousness of producers on organizing were the weakness of the selected region, on the contrary.

Türkiye’nin birçok bölgesinde ekonomik anlamda yetiştiriciliği yapılan elmanın eski bir kültür bitkisi olması nedeniyle elma üretiminde pazarlama etkinliğinin belirlenmesi önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmada hem dolaylı hem de doğrudan pazarlama kanallarında elma üreticilerinin pazarlama etkinlikleri karşılaştırılmalı olarak incelenmiştir. Bunun yanında çalışmada, üreticilerin pazarlama etkinliğini geliştirmek için kullanılan pazarlama stratejilerine yönelik bazı öneriler getirilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın ana materyalini, Isparta ilinin Senirkent ilçesindeki 88 elma üreticisinden anket yoluyla elde edilen veriler oluşturmaktadır. Pazarlama etkinliği, en genel anlamıyla, pazar çıktısının pazar girdisine oranı olarak tanımlanmakta olup, bu orandaki artış etkinlikte iyileşme olduğunu göstermektedir. Çalışmada elma üreticilerinin etkinliği belirlenirken, Acharya’nın modifiye edilmiş pazarlama etkinliği indeksi formülünden yararlanılmıştır. Pazarlama etkinliği indeksi katsayısının 1’den büyük olması üreticilerin pazarlamada etkin olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada pazarlama etkinliği indeksi 0.24 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Pazarlama etkinliği indeksinin 1’den küçük çıkması, elma üreticilerinin kullandığı pazarlama kanallarının etkin olmadığını ortaya koymaktadır. Diğer yandan, üreticilerin doğrudan pazarlama kanallarını kullanması durumunda pazarlama etkinliği indeksinin 3.72’ye yükseldiği görülmektedir. Elma üreticilerinin pazarlama etkinliğini artırması için doğrudan pazarlama seçeneklerini de tercih etmelerini sağlamak önemli görülmektedir., It is important to identify the marketing efficiency of apple production due to being an old commercially cultural plant growing in many regions of Turkey. In this study direct and indirect marketing channels in terms of the marketing efficiency of apple growers were compared. Additionally some suggestions were made regarding to the marketing strategies for farmers to develop further their marketing efficiency. The main material of this study was consisted data from 88 apple growers through survey in Senirkent District of Isparta Province. Marketing efficiency is the ratio of marketing input and marketing output in the most general sense; an increase in this ratio signals an improvement in efficiency. In the study Acharya’s modified marketing efficiency index formula was used to calculate apple producers’ efficiency. If marketing efficiency index is greater than 1indicates that producer are effective in marketing. Marketing efficiency index in this study was calculated as 0.24. When the marketing efficiency index was lower than 1; it would indicate that apple producers were using unefficient marketing channels. On the other hand, if the producers used direct marketing channel, the marketing efficiency index increased to 3.72. It is important to get producer to choose direct marketing options for increasing marketing efficiency of apple producers.

Bu çalışmada İzmir bölgesinin yerel pazarlarında satılmakta olan Torba Yoğurtlarının mikrobiyolojik kalitesi değerlendirilmiştir. Toplamda 30 adet torba yoğurdu örneği analiz edilmiştir. Torba yoğurdu örneklerinde Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus ve Streptococcus thermophilus sayıları sırasıyla 2.1 x 10 6 - 4.1 x 10 9 cfu/g ve 1.0 x 10 5 - 7.8 x 108 cfu/g bulunmuştur. Toplam mezofilik aerobic bakteri sayısı, proteolitik ve lipolitik bakteri sayıları, maya-küf sayısı, koliform bakteri sayısı, Staphylococcus aureus ve Enterococcus ssp. sayıları sırasıyla 1.5 x 10 6 - 7.5 x 10 9 cfu/g, 1.1 x 10 1 - 5.4 x 10 4 cfu/g, 1.1 x 10 1 - 2.1 x 10 4 cfu/g, 1.4 x 10 2-8.1 x 10 5 cfu/g, < 10- 7.1 x 102 cfu/g, In this study, microbiological quality of Torba yoghurt sold at local markets in Izmir was determined. in Torba yoghurt samples, numbers of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus were 2.1 x 10 6 - 4.1 x 10 9 cfu/g and 1.0 x 10 5 - 7.8 x 10 8 cfu/g respectively. the total numbers of total mesophilic aerobic, proteolytic and lipolytic bacteria, yeast-mould, coliform group bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus ssp. which found in yoghurt as contaminant were 1.5 x 10 6 - 7.5 x 10 9 cfu/g, 1.1 x 10 1 - 5.4 x 10 4 cfu/g, 1.1 x 10 1 - 2.1 x 10 4 cfu/g, 1.4 x 10 2-8.1 x 10 5 cfu/g, < 10- 7.1 x 10 2 cfu/g

Artificial insemination is the most important technical practice designed to improve the genetic structure of low yielding breeds of animals. The objective of this study is to determine the socio-economical and administrative factors affecting artificial insemination in dairy farms. The information gathered from the 81 dairy farms in Gevaş District of Van Province comprise the main data of this study. t test were used in order to determine statistical differences of some variables between farms practicing and non-practicing artificial insemination. The probability rate of applying artificial insemination were estimated through logistic regression method. The results revealed that there existed a positive relationship between the artificial insemination practice and the farm land quantity (decar), yearly milk production quantity and being a membership of the cooperative. On the other hand, the relationship between the artificial insemination practice and experience duration of the farmers and the distance between the farm and the district center were found to be negative., Suni tohumlama, düşük verimli hayvan ırklarının genetik iyileştirilmesi için tasarlanmış en önemli tekniktir. Çalışmada süt sığırcılığı işletmelerinde, suni tohumlama yaptırma durumuna etki eden başlıca sosyo-ekonomik ve işletmecilik özellikleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın ana materyalini, Van İli Gevaş ilçesinde süt sığırcılığı üretim faaliyetinde bulunan 81 adet işletmeden toplanan veriler oluşturmaktadır. Suni tohumlama yaptıran ve yaptırmayan işletmelerin kimi değişken ortalama değerleri arasındaki farklar t testi, suni tohumlama yaptırmaya etki eden faktörler ise Lojistik regresyon yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; suni tohumlama yaptıran işletmelerle, yaptırmayan işletmeler arasında sosyo-ekonomik ve işletmecilik özellikleri bakımından anlamlı farklar bulunmuştur. Suni tohumlama yaptırmaya; işletmecinin yaşı, işletme arazisi büyüklüğü, yıllık süt üretim miktarı ve kooperatif üyeliği pozitif; işletmecinin deneyimi ve işletmenin ilçe merkezine olan uzaklığı ise negatif yönde etkilemektedir.

Karayosunları çok eski yıllardan günümüze kadar birçok alanda kullanılmış ve kullanılmaya da devam etmektedir. Fakat ülkemizde, gerek ekolojik anlamda olsun, gerekse ekonomik anlamda olsun, karayosunları hak ettiği değeri görmemiş hep göz ardı edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada; Orman Genel Müdürlüğü, Odun Dışı Ürün ve Hizmetler Daire Başkanlığından alınan veriler doğrultusunda, ülkemizdeki Orman Bölge Müdürlüklerinde kayıt altına alınan ve toplanan karayosunlarının miktarları ile birlikte elde edilen gelirler, tablolar halinde verilmiştir., Mosses have been used in many fields up to the present from the earliest years and continue to be used. But in our country, whether in the economic sense as well as in the ecological sense, mosses have not seen the value they deserve, has always been ignored. In this study; General Directorate of Forestry, from Department of Non-Wood Forest Products and Services In accordance with the data received, which the Regional Directorate of Forestry, In which year, harvest was made and how it has been demonstrated how much revenue obtained. In line with this data; about 184 tons of mosses were picked up per year from forest ecosystems. The maximum harvest amounts were in Balıkesir, Izmir and Bursa Regional Directorate of Forestry. Any inventory work has not been carried out in those moss-harvested areas yet. While one kg of moss is sold at 0.5-1.5 ($) dollars abroad, the sale price is just about 0.11 (₺) TL in Turkey

Energy policies evaluating the SWOT analysis was carried out in the context of a variety of criteria with Edward Deming Cycle. Niğde ili keçicilik işletmelerinin mevcut durumu, yapısal özellikleri ve bu işletmelerin öncelikli sorunlarının ortaya konulması amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Bu amaçla rastgele seçilen 38 adet keçi işletmesinde yetiştiricilerle yüz-yüze anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Anket soruları; işletmelerin genel yapısı ile yetiştirme faaliyetlerini ortaya koyabilecek ve ayrıca yetiştiricilerin öncelikli sorunları ile memnuniyet durumlarını ölçebilecek şekilde belirlenmiştir. Anket sonuçları, keçi işletmesi sahiplerinin %89,5’inin ilkokul, %5,3’ünün ortaokul ve %5,3’ünün’de lise mezunu olduğunu; yetiştiricilerin tamamının keçi ırkı olarak kıl keçisi kullandıklarını, işletmelerin %44,7’sinin 500 baş ve üzeri olan işletmelerden oluştuğunu; işletmelerin %92,1’inin yaylaya çıktığını, %73,7’sinde çobanın aile içinden sağlandığını göstermiştir. Ayrıca, işletme gelirlerinin %50’sinin keçi sütünden elde edildiği belirlenmiştir. Keçi yetiştiricilerinin, ürettikleri sütün %39,5’ini sadece peynir üretimi şeklinde, %60,5’inin ise peynir, tereyağı, yoğurt ve çiğ süt satışı şeklinde değerlendirdikleri saptanmıştır. İşletme sahiplerinin tamamı keçi yetiştiriciliğini karlı bir uğraş olarak değerlendirmişlerdir. Keçi yetiştiriciliğinin en önemli sorunları olarak; yem, işçilik, ilaç gibi temel giderler ile birlikte ürünlerin değer fiyattan satılamaması ve mera sorunu olduğu belirtilmiştir. Likert ölçeğine göre yetiştiricilerin keçicilik faaliyetleri içerisinde en çok memnun oldukları ilk beş konu sırasıyla; damızlık koyun keçi birliğinin hizmetleri, sahip olunan teknik bilgi, teknik personelin hizmetleri, teke katımı ve çiftleştirme ve ağılların yeterliliği olmuştur. En az memnun oldukları ilk beş konu ise sırasıyla; yem, işçilik ve elektrik gibi giderler, ürün satış fiyatı, hayvanların satış fiyatı, üretilen ürünün satışı ile ilgili pazar olanakları ve işletme için gerekli parasal destekler olduğu saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak Niğde ili keçicilik işletmelerinin en önemli sorunlarının üretim maliyetlerinin yüksekliği ile ürün fiyatlarının düşüklüğü olduğu söylenebilir., This study was carried out to reveal the present status of goat farms in Nigde, to detect basic priority problems and to offer some solutions to these problems. For this purpose, a survey was conducted to the goat breeders face to face in randomly selected total 38 goat farms.The survey questions; goat farms and growing core business activities of enterprises that reveals the overall structure, and also the level of satisfaction with the priority issues of breeders are designed to measure. Analyze the results was shown that a large portion of goat breeders (85.0%) were primary school graduates, 5.3%secondery school and also 5.3% high school graduates, goat farms have whole hair goat breed. Goat enterprises have rate of 44.7%, more than 500 goat, 92.1% of goat enterprises go out to highlands, also provided 73.7% of the shepherd's family. In addition, operating revenues were determined come from 50% of goat's milk. Goat breeders were evaluated only 39.5% the form of cheese production, as 60.5% of the cheese, butter, yogurt, and the sale of raw milk of the total milk yield. All business was assessed that owners a profitable goat farming as an occupation and the first five main problems were member alliance, ownership sufficient technical knowledge, serving the technical staff, buck mating and breeding presses, goat shelter, respectively. In addition, it was seen that according to Likert scale, at least the first five issues were satisfied that such as feed, labor, and electricity inputs, product marketing price, sold animals the price, market opportunities related to the sale of manufactured products and finacial supply, respectively. As a result, it could be said that the most important problem for goat enterprises in Nigde province is high production costs and low product prices.

According to the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) statistics, Turkey covers approximately 70% of the world hazelnut production, and 82% of the hazelnut exportation. These statistics indicate that Turkey is the first largest hazelnut producer and exporter in the world. Quality and automation have a great importance in the agricultural industry that put our country forward as world-wide leader. In the quality control systems, classification studies with image processing methods have accelerated in recent years. In this study, it is aimed that determination of type and quality of shelled hazelnuts with image processing by using size and shape characteristics of hazelnuts. As a result of studies on a variety of hazelnuts, it was reached 84% accuracy rate for grouping of shelled hazelnut according to the type and commercial definitions. The quality of hazelnuts also was acquired without error. Inshell Hazelnut Standard (TS 3074) that is published by the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE) is based for shelled hazelnuts. Çalışmanın temel hedefi Isparta-Burdur illerinde buğday üretimindeki tohum kullanım yapısının tespiti ve üretimin geliştirilmesidir. Araştırmada kullanılan birincil veriler, bölgede buğday yetiştiriciliği yapan işletmelerden anket yöntemi ile elde edilmiştir. Buğday yetiştiriciliği yapan 150 işletmeden elde edilen veriler 2011 üretim dönemine aittir. Buğday üretiminde işletme genel ortalamasında işletmecilerin karşılaştığı sorunların başında ürün fiyatının düşük olması, girdi fiyatlarının yüksekliği gelmektedir. İşletmecilerin buğday üretiminin geliştirilmesinin, üretimde kullanılan mazot, ilaç, gübre gibi girdi maliyetlerinin düşürülmesi ile sağlanabileceğini ifade etmişlerdir. Buğday tarımında tohum ilaçlaması bölgede işletmelerin %97,3’ünde yapılmaktadır. Buğday tarımında üretim sonrası buğday ürününün depolama durumu ise görüşülen işletmelerin %52,7’sinde söz konusudur. İşletmelerin %74,7’si yetiştirdiği buğday çeşidini bilmektedir. İşletmelerin %52’sinde de sertifikalı tohum kullanımının olduğu saptanmıştır. Sertifikalı tohum kullanım oranı Isparta ilinde daha yüksektir (%69,3). İstatistikî olarak da iller arasında sertifikalı tohum kullanımında farklılık bulunmaktadır. Bölgede işletmelerin sertifikalı tohum kullanımı konusunda yeterli bilgiye sahip olmadığı saptanmıştır. Dolayısıyla bu konuda yayımcılar tarafından üreticiye bilgi aktarımı gerekmektedir. The main objective of the study is to determine the structure of seed usage of the wheat farms and development of its production in Isparta and Burdur provinces. The primary data used in this study were obtained by questionnaires in the region. Data obtained from the 150 of wheat cultivation farms belongs to the 2011 production period. The most important problems faced by farms were the low product prices and high input prices. Farmers pointed out that the development of wheat production can be provided by reducing the input costs such as; fertilizer, fuel, pesticide etc. The 97.3% of the wheat growing farms in the region make the seed dressing. About 52.7% of the interviewed enterprises are storing wheat and 74.7% of the farms are aware of the wheat varieties grown. About 52% of farms were found to be the use of certified seed. Certified seed usage rate is higher in the province of Isparta (69.3%) than Burdur. There is also a statistical difference in the use of certified seeds among the provinces. In the region, it was found that farms do not have enough information about the usage of certified seed and therefore it is necessary to transfer knowledge to the grower by the extension services.

Bu çalışmada, Hatay İlinde meyve fidancılığı sektörünün yapısı ve sorunları ortaya konulmuş, çözüm önerilerinde bulunulmuştur. Bu çalışma, 92 meyve fidancılığı işletmesinde tam sayım yöntemi ile yürütülmüştür. İşletmelerde aile nüfusunun %51,15’ini ilkokul mezunları oluştururken, üniversite mezunlarının oranı %8,62 düzeyinde kalmıştır. İşletmelerde ziraat mühendisi istihdam etme oranı %2,18’dir. İşletmecilerin %64,05’i fidancılığı baba mesleği olarak yaparken, %3,37’si fidancılık eğitimi alarak bu mesleğe başlamışlardır. İşletmelerde potansiyel aile işgücü ortalama 4,22 Erkek İşgücü Birimidir (EİB). Aile işgücünün %50,71’i aktif durumdadır. İşletmelerde kullanılan toplam Erkek İşgücünün (EİG) %88,48’i fidan üretiminde, %5,32’si diğer tarım faaliyetlerinde ve %5,22’si ise tarım dışı işlerde değerlendirilmektedir. İşletmelerin ortalama toplam arazi genişliği 25,74 dekar olup, bunun 12 dekarını fidan üretim arazisi oluşturmuştur. Fidan arazilerinin %74,58’i mülk, %25,42’si de kira durumdadır. İşletmelerin ortalama işletme sermayeleri ise 229.308 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bölgede işletmelerin en fazla karşılaştıkları sorunlar ise; girdi fiyatları yüksekliği, birliğe üyelik için bürokratik işlemlerin çok olması, destek miktarının yetersiz olması, kalifiye eleman bulmada karşılaşılan zorluklar ile bölgede görülen hastalıklardır. Sonuç olarak, meyve fidanı üretim kapasitenin arttırılması önerilmektedir. Araştırma sonuçları, işletmelerin fidan üretim kapasitelerini artırmaları ve sorunların çözümün kolaylaştırmak için bir organizasyon altında birleşmeleri gerektiğini göstermektedir., In this study, examined the structure and problems of fruit sapling producing enterprises and offers solutions in The Hatay Province. The data were obtained from 92 enterprises by the method of full count and face to face with producers. Of the 51.15% population in creating family business primary school graduates, the proportion of university graduates remained at 8.62%. The rate of agricultural engineer employment in the businesses is 2.18%. While 64.05% of the enterprisers the father's profession, this profession began taking 3.37's% of nursery education. Average potential family labour is the 4.22 male labour forces in enterprises. The family labour utilization rate was calculated as 50.71%. Of the 88.48% in fruit sapling businesses, 5.32's% in other agricultural productions and 5.22's% in non-agricultural jobs of total used men workforce. The businesses have average total land size of 25.74 acres which it has established 12 acres of fruit sapling production land. While 74.58% of the total fruit sapling land is property, 25.42's% is for rent situation. The operating capital is calculated as the average of 229.308 TL. The most common species of fruit sapling production were citrus (46.20%) and olive trees (35.29%). The problems faced by most of the farms in the region were high input prices, excessive bureaucratic procedures preventing memberships into the union, an inadequate amount of support provided by the state, production-threatening diseases of plants and difficulties in finding qualified staff in the region. The results show that enterprises need to increase their production capacity, to unite under one organization to facilitate the resolution of problems.

Bu çalışma, Ankara ilinde tüketicilerin su ürünleri tüketim düzeylerini ve tüketim davranışlarını incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Örnek hacminin belirlenmesinde oransal örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmış ve örnek hacmi 167 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Veriler, tesadüfi olarak seçilmiş olan bireylerden yüz yüze yapılan anketlerle toplanmıştır. Ayrıca araştırmada ikincil verilerden ve daha önce konuyla ilgili yapılmış olan çalışmalardan da yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarında tüketicilerin sosyo-ekonomik özelliklerinin su ürünleri tüketimi üzerindeki olası etkilerini belirlemek için Doğrusal Olmayan Kanonik Korelasyon Analizi (DOKKA) kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre eğitim düzeyi azaldıkça tüketicilerin fiyata duyarlılıkları artarken, gelir düzeyi arttıkça lezzet faktörünün önem kazandığını söylemek mümkündür., This study has been conducted to examine the seafood consumption level and behaviors of the consumers in Ankara. In the determination of sample size, proportional sampling method was used and the sample size was calculated as 167. Datas were collected from randomly selected individuals with using face to face questionnaries. In the study, secondary datas and previous studies relevant with the subject were also used. At the results of the study, possible effects of the socio-economic characteristics of consumers on seafood consumption determined with using nonlinear canonical correlation analysis. At the end of the analyses, it is possible to say that, consumers with lower education level sensitive to price while consumers with higher income level sensitive to flavor.

Bu calismanin amaci, M-Firma Yogunlasma Orani (CRM) ve Herfindahl-Hirschman Endeksi (HHI) hesaplama yontemleri kullanilarak arastirma bolgesi olan Konya ilinde bugday uretiminde kullanilan tarim ilaclari (BUKTI) piyasa yapisinin belirlenmesidir. CRM orani ve HHI endeksi hesaplamalarinda tarim ilaci ureten/ithal eden kuruluslara ait pazar paylari kullanilmistir. Pazar paylarinin hesaplanmasinda kullanilan satis miktari ve satis fiyati verileri tarim ilaci satan kuruluslarla yapilan anketlerden ve Konya Gida, Tarim ve Hayvancilik Bakanligi Il/Ilce Mudurluklerinden elde edilmistir. Arastirma bolgesi BUKTI piyasasinda en buyuk 4 firmaya ait CR 4 orani % 66.29, en buyuk 8 firmaya ait CR 8 orani % 85.36 olarak hesaplanirken HHI endeksi 1340.41 olarak hesaplanmistir. Tekellesme gucunun bir olcusu olarak kabul edilen CRM orani ve HHI endeksinin yuksek olmasi Konya ilinde BUKTI piyasa yapisinin oligopol piyasa yapisi ozelliklerini tasidigi anlamina gelmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Bugday, Pazar payi, Piyasa yogunlasmasi, Tarim ilaclari, Konya Determination of the Market Structure of Pesticides Used in Wheat Production in Konya Abstract: The objective of this study was to determine the marketing structure of pesticides used in wheat production in Konyaby using M-Firm Concentration Ratio (CRM) and Herfindahl-Hirschman index (HHI). The market shares of firms manufactured/imported pesticides were used in order to estimate CRM and HHI. The data on selling amount and selling price used in the estimation of market shares were obtained from the surveys conducted to pesticides dealers and from Konya Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock Province and District Offices. CR 4 of the biggest four firms, CR 8 of the biggest eight firms, and HHI of the market of pesticides used in wheat production were estimated in research area as 66.29 %, 85.36 % and 1340.41 respectively. The high values of CRM and HHI, which are accepted as the measurement of the monopoly power, indicated that the market structure of pesticides used in wheat production was a oligopoly type of market structure in Konya. In this research, it was determined that semi intensive pool system had positive effects on ducklings' welfare in production; on the other hand profitability of duck production is much higher in semi intensive systems without pool.

Tarım sektörü ekonomik, sosyal, politik ve teknik yönleriyle diğer sektörlerden farklılığı olan önemli bir sektör konumundadır. Bu nedenle ülkeler tarım sektörüne çeşitli şekillerde müdahale etmekte ve her ülke kendi önceliklerine göre farklı tarımsal destekleme politikaları uygulamaktadır. Tarımda Doğrudan Gelir Desteği (DGD) Türkiye açısından olduğu kadar dünyada da yeni sayılabilecek bir destekleme sistemidir. Bu araştırma Isparta İlinde çiftçilerin Doğrudan Gelir Desteğinden yararlanma düzeyi ile yararlanma / yararlanamama üzerine etkili olan faktörleri üreticiler açısından değerlendirmek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Yapılan kikare (χ2) bağımsızlık testi sonucunda DGD ödemesinden yararlanma ve yararlanmama durumu ile işletme sahibinin yaşı, tarımsal kooperatiflere üyelik, işletmeden elde edilen gayrisafi üretim değeri, işletme arazi genişliği, arazi parça sayısı, mülk arazi genişliği ve ekilen arazi genişliği değişkenleri arasında istatistikî açıdan anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Agriculture sector is distinguished from other sectors in terms of economic, social, politic and technical aspects. Thus each country interfere the agricultural sector and implements agricultural support policies for its own priorities. Direct Income Support in agriculture is a new support system in the world as is in Turkey. This study was conducted in Isparta province to determine the level of benefiting from Direct Income Support (DIS), the level of receiving, reasons of not receiving from DIS and characteristics of farmers. The data were analyzed and the Chi - Square (χ2) test was used to test relationship between variables. The result of the analyses showed that there is a significant relationship between the farmers receiving and not receiving DIS, considering farmers’ age, membership of cooperative agricultural, gross product value, average size of farm land, size of arable land and the size of owned land.
